Guest Reviews
- Juan (10/5): - Great service, the kitchen and basic were the best. Beautiful view and nice little pool
- Kelly (10/5): Great spot - Very clean with great room amenities, on the beach, close to restaurants. Friendly staff, clean small pool and hot tub. DJ at Mangos beside us for free lol. Would stay again.
- Lynn (8/5): - The hotel is located close to the beach but there is loud music in the evening. It stops around 11:00 so you are able to sleep. The restaurant upstairs is a great location to whale watch.
- PATRICIA (10/5): - I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, even the whales were cooperating, frolicking in the bay while the guests oohed and aahed from the rooftop pool. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the sea was right outside the front door. I can’t recommend this place too highly.
- James Scott (10/5): - Clean and comfortable and steps to the beach. Very convenient to dining and shopping.
- Donald (8/5): - very adequate
- Katelyn (10/5): - Flexible, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and activities
- Dan (10/5): - The front staff was awesome! Rooms had everything that we could think of. The infinity pool was perfect for sipping cervaisas.
- John (10/5): - Room was clean and love the pool and hot tub located in a nice area the staff super friendly and helpful
- David (6/5): - The location of the hotel is great...it is right on the beach close to the Malecon. the upper floor pool is also great, but only 7 lounge chairs, which fill up quickly and then people leave for most of the day with their towels still on the lounger.
The room we had was small and under equipped for cooking.
- Candace (8/5): Great location - The staff were wonderful, the location was excellent & the roof top pool & restaurant were very enjoyable areas to spend time & look out over the beach & the bay. Our room was a modern & comfortable kitchenette on the ground floor, sadly though without any windows. We were happy to be on ground level because the elevator was out of order for our 2-wk stay.
- Keith (8/5): - Lower rooms no view
- Natasha (10/5): - Great staff, clean hotel, great, quality food, bed was comfortable, ocean view is beautiful, restaurants all close by, beach access is great
- Charles (8/5): - we stayed for a week. Loved the upstairs sundeck with pool and jacuzzi. Rooms were clean and well laid out. Staff was very helpful. I would stay here again.
- Matthew (8/5): - Rooftop pool view was absolutely amazing. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were friendly. However the cleaning staff wouldn't always come, which we didn't really care about the the towels or the bed, but when they didn't come we didn't get coffee or bottled water, so you really didn't know what to expect day to day. Very walkable location. Would stay again.
- Steven (10/5): - The breakfast in morning on covered balcy with a great view of ocean.
- Kyle (10/5): - Very pleasant and spacious room - with a kitchen! We wish we could have stayed longer - very convenient and a decent beach in this area.
- Arturo (10/5): - Great place. Quiet and comfortable! Plan your next vacation here!!!
- Kara (8/5): - I would stay here again, mostly just for the rooftop pool/hot tub and view.
We had just the studio room and it was a little dark with the only window being in the bedroom, but it was fine. Expedia says it has a balcony and safe - but it does not. Luckily we were on the 4th floor and just opened our door and had the most beautiful views. I would recommend staying in the suite with the balcony.
There are only like 10 rooms so the pool area is usually empty and it was nice to get in the hot tub at 9pm and watch the fireworks.
The girl at the front desk was lovely, but the guy was a little of a grumpy cat. One day we came back and the hotel was gated and locked. What a total fire code for anyone inside. We waited 5-10 minutes before the guy came back. No idea why he would need to lock the hotel at 4pm.
We had originally booked for another month and getting a refund was somewhat difficult, so be careful booking if you think your plans might change.
The pool and the location made up for everything negative.
We never got housekeeping on purpose because we had no safe in our room.
We only had a fruit plate and coffee at the restaurant but the service was good.
There is a taco truck just across the street that is fantastic and cheap.
Overall it was a good stay.
- Jamie (8/5): Great little place for a great price! - Great hotel for a low-key stay. Restaurant was delicious, pool/rooftop was awesome and mostly empty, everyone was very nice and accommodating. If you aren't into resorts and the real tourist experience, I'd argue this is your best bet for a beautiful beach area, great view, and access to everything you need. One thing I'd saw is that we didn't upgrade to a "room with a view", and thus we had no actual window to the outside - did not ruin our experience, though!
- Alexander (10/5): - The best hospitality.
- Leonard (8/5): - Our stay was great, the staff was friendly as usual . The charge of 200 pesos for a broken wine glass was a bit excessive.
- Brian (10/5): - Quiet quaint property. Close to many restraints. right on the beach and a few blocks from the Malcom.
- Pat (10/5): Puerto Vallarta 👏👏👏 - We stayed at a quaint spot called Nadia Boutique Hotel in DownTown Puerto Vallarta, a few blocks from the Malecon for one night as we waited for the rest of the family to arrive the following day. Location is ideal, location is basically on the beach. You have 75’ and your toes hit sand. The rooms are kitchen w/cooktop, so you can prepare meals if you want, but if not, many places to eat and street vendors a block away. Clean area with a pool on top floor. Note: Request either 3rd/4th floor so you have unobstructive view to the ocean. Rooms are sufficient tor 2 adults, but many sleep 4 so if you are traveling w/young family it can work. Morning breakfast w/fresh fruit, eggs, coffee/juice is included. If traveling to PV and “ocean people”, Nadia has the location. The cost is very reasonable IMO with the location and amenities that are provided and you are basically right on the beach. 24/7 front staff are available.
- Cristina (8/5): - This was a great location and walking distance to many little shops, taco stands and restaurants. The beach and Mango beach club is right in front of the hotel. Friendly staff as well. It was perfect for my short stay for just myself.
- Robert (10/5): We’d stay again! - We had a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was great! Location was perfect! Room was wonderful.
- Matthew (10/5): Great stay! - Great location. Excellent restaurants nearby. Great service and dinner recommendations from front staff. Breakfast (included) on terrace was TOP Notch. Excellent value.
- Steven (8/5): - The rooms where small, but we knew that before booking, staff was excellent, free breakfast was very good and location was excellent
- Cheryl (10/5): - Love the location and the view
- Melanie (10/5): - The rooftop pool and access to the beach were great! Our room was clean, comfortable and had an ocean view.Waking to the sounds of the surf was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Lorenzo has a great sense of humor, and was especially helpful!
Beach towels for borrowing, recycling, and breakfast on the roof were included.Beach club below didn't bother us. Cons: Hot tub was not hot & pool loungers are scarce. (If you are fussy, look elsewhere.)If your needs are simple, you will enjoy Nadia!
- Calvin (8/5): - Close to everything
- Verified traveler (10/5): Still great the 2nd time around - Our 2nd time staying here. Checkin/out was quick and courteous. The rooms are nicely equipped for a short stay w/ a serviceably kitchenette and a good layout.
The location is fantastic and anything you might want is in close walking distance.
They've added a restaurant that was not there previously, but we did not have time to go to it on this trip.
- Alan (10/5): - Staff was great! Facilities well maintained, location-very convenient to everything in puerto Vallarta
- paula (10/5): great location, nice staff - nice comfortable room with ocean view, small but ok for 2 people. liked separate a/c in the bedroom. great view from rooftop pool but only 5 chairs as it is a small area.
- JUDITH (10/5): - Everything
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I would like a bigger pool
- drew (10/5): Fabulous - The most charming property and loved the location
- Gildardo (6/5): Room with no view - My stay at Nadia was ok but my room had no view, brake fast consist in coffee and little bit of fruit, breakfast is no good stuff very nice and helpful ,the pool was not filtering bad smell, the hot tub was off overall just ok
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Our room, which we learned too late was called “the cave” had no windows and felt claustrophobic. That should’ve been made clear in the info section. Who would think that a beachfront property would have windowless rooms? We did not end up staying at all and lost our deposit as they said we got everything we asked for. I’ve never had to special request windows before. Therefore, with no refund and lack of information up front, I can not recommend this property.
- Mark A (8/5): Good stay overall - It was amazing the only issue was 2 young kids jumping in the pool 1 day while I was eating and got water on my food. They need a bit more of supervision with the teenagers.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The place is nice, beautiful location, only sometimes music from the beach "Mango Club" can be too loud because the club is just on the beach in front of the hotel. But it was a holiday so didn't matter to us much and they finish with loud music around 10-11 pm...
We would come again, generally a good place.
- ALYSON (6/5): Quaint Hotel on the Water - Plenty of room in the hotel room, the bathroom was the nicest part. The hotel seemed run down and the walls are paper thin. It definitely needs a lot of care and more attention to details. The location is prime though, right on the water. It was worth the price and I would stay again.
- TariDonohue (10/5): - We've stayed at this property three times and love its seclusion, security and staff. The room was pleasant and clean, and the air conditioning was much appreciated!
They have added complimentary breakfasts, and they were wonderful!
Since this is a suite with a cooktop, I would like to see a few pans and additional serving bowls in the kitchen, along with utensils.
- Mariateresa (10/5): Literally a few steps from the beach! - Excellent location, clean, good breakfast and an amazing team
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice little hotel near city center - This was a nice little hotel near everything. The rooms were alright. Much smaller than I expected given that I paid extra for a "suite" but was on the small side. There is a very cool little roof top pool, but if you have friends in the area or that are staying at a nearby hotel, they not allowed to be up there with you. Which kind of defeats the purpose of it in my opinion.
- Verified traveler (4/5): wish we hadn't cheaped out - pros: half a block from the beach, six blocks from the malecon, relatively inexpensive
cons: ants, poor wifi, frustrating door lock, very noisy (thin walls, echoing atrium/stairwell), block between hotel and main street smells of garbage water 24/7 from trash pickup, lumpy mattress, bedroom only one outlet, no alarm clock, tiny TVs, poor water pressure
- WineWithTraci (6/5): Nice Beach Place in Puerto Vallarta - We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Suites Nadia. What made it great was the staff.. super friendly and helpful. Patsy was wonderful; so was Martin (?). We had room 101, aka the Cave. It was ground floor and no view, but it was fine; as we weren't there to hang in our room. Room was spacious and nice, beds comfy and the living room has a trundle bed so you could have 2 other people sleep out there; queen bed in bedroom.
Hotel has a rooftop pool (that's small) and tables for lounging/lunching. Nice views. Continental Breakfast is included and served on the rooftop. Great way to start the day. The gentleman who serves breakfast is awesome ... super sweet and funny "that's armadillo bacon and pelican egg" LOL. PS an egg will cost you $3 usd (i could've bought a dozen at the store for that! but it was yummy)
If you want a view from your room ask for floor 3 or 4. Small hotel with 10 rooms total. They also have another property up the coast in a bay that's supposed to be gorgeous.
- Shelley (8/5): Great location, couple blocks from Malecon in old - Only stayed one night but excellent location. Very helpful front desk, great parking right outside of the hotel. Breakfast on the roof was lovely, although the breakfast itself was pretty meagre. Room was a nice size, small bedroom, large bed, small sitting area.
- Jera (8/5): - When got to room it was nothing like described on tis site. No balcony and only 1 very broken, stained chair in sitting area. Staff was very nice but booked full so no other options available. Hotel is in a great location, rooftop area has a nice little pool and sitting area with a great view.
- Verified traveler (6/5): close to the beach, close to town - We had 4 people in our room and 1 blanket. Asked for more, they had another one, but no more. What hotel doesn't have blankets?
Bugs in the bathroom and kitchen sink.
Other than that, just fine to sleep.
- donald (2/5): Criminal activity - Money was stolen from my room during the first day from their staff
- Brainiac (8/5): Nice Hotel - It is a very nice hotel that is close to the beach and shopping district. My wife and two kids walked every where. There are restaurants bars and stores nearby. My wife and I stayed in the one bedroom and my 13 and 9 year old stayed in the living room. The sofa converts to a bed for two people. One sleeps on the top and the other on the pull out bottom part. We were there for just two nights.
