- Fabiola (8/5): - La puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien, se abría pues tenía maña para cerrar. La puerta no tiene cerrojo por dentro lo que te dejaba algo insegura. En la habitación no tenían una cobija extra y por la noche se sentía bastante frío.

- Marcelo (6/5): - Las almohadas y sábanas estaban en malas condiciones higiénicas ya muy percudidas, las paredes son muy delgadas todo el ruido de la carretera se escucha; el personal de recepción y limpieza muy atento; El lugar está muy solitario lo único cercano es un oxxo, si no va en auto es muy mala opción, el Uber cobra demasiado para la distancia
- Viridiana (10/5): - Excelente hotel, cerca del aeropuerto BJX, súper limpio, todos muy amables, cuenta con alberca, secadora, internet que no falla (realice un curso de 10 horas sin problema), nos dieron cortesías de café, agua y dulces, cuenta con restaurante. Y las trabajadoras super amables, me tenía que ir en la madrugada al aeropuerto e hice check out más temprano de la hora habitual, sin embargo me cancelaron los vuelos, marque para ver si me podía devolver y sin problema nos esperaron. Me encantó 10/10.

- Ignacio Javier (2/5): Hotel con mala señal celular sin internet - Pésimo internet, TV baja calidad, hotel con habitación muy grande sin gusto por el buen estilo. No hay señal de celular y con wifi mala uno está incomunicado. Mala experiencia no vuelvo.

- Gerardo (2/5): - La habitación con muchos detalles, el aire acondicionado suena como motor de disel. Las puertas fe cristal del baño truenan y da miedo que se vallan a quebrar. El desagüe de la regadera y lavabo tapados con pelos. Una lampara de pie rota y desvaratandose. Sali en la noche como a las 9 al oxxo a un lado y en el estacionamiento del hotel gente de obia mala procedencia fumando marihuana. En el gimnasio la musica alta ya tarde con gente igual de mala facha. No solo su look pero si distingues cuando gente no se dedica a hacer bien.

My biggest complaint is when we asked about a taxi to the airport which was 3 min away we were told 200-250 pesos, a clear rip off, we ordered an Uber for 50pesos, that difference is nothing less than an outright scam

- Fernando (10/5): - Location is 3-5 min from Airport- there is a cozy swimming pool- a restaurant on property that is very affordable- lots of parking spaces- staff is friendly & very helpful- there is free coffee & juice 24 hrs- very secure/safe hotel- shampoo, conditioner, soap & bottled water provided daily- staff assists with taxi for your plans- taxi for Leon or Guanajuato is only around 25 US this is for about 25 min trip so very reasonable- staff also assisted with taxi for Airport at 4:00 am worry free- Rooms are very clean & spacious- there is wall TV, a safe, mini fridge & A.C. There is convenience store right on side of Hotel- Very accesible for people with wheelchair- I have no complaints about this Hotel
