• Henni (6/5): Not so good - We stayed in Thanh Hong hotel for 4 nights and overall our stay was okay but there were many minuses and I wouldnt go to the same hotel again. First of all the staff was unfriendly, no one ever greeted us. Then the neighbourhood wasnt that nice at all, there was nothing to do and the city center was quite far away. For example it was really hard to stay late in the city center because in the evening it was hard to get back to the hotel. The pillows were awful in the rooms. And then there was this construction work going on in the street so it was really noisy especially in the mornings.

• dolly_saunders (6/5): You get what you pay for - This hotel was very cheap, 3 adults £14.00 one night. The room was big and it had 2 double beds and an en suite bathroom . we chose it because it is close to the airport, we arrived late and left early the next day for another flight.we just needed somewhere to crash and wash. For the money it was as expected,and it was quiet, however there was no window and the room smelt very musty due to poor drainage in the bathroom.

• Julia (4/5): Skulle ej bo här mer än 1 natt - Myror i rummet och i sängen. Luktar inpyrd rök i korridorer och rummet. ACn var bra, sängen var helt okej, sov dock i våra reselakan. Låg på någon märklig bakgata långt ifrån centrum. Personalen var dock trevlig och hjälpsam!

• 964kittyh (6/5): Average in all aspects. - Pros: close to Tan Son Nhat International airport (10 min. by taxi for the cost of VND$60,000-80,000 equivalent to US$3.00-4.00) and 20-30 min. to downtown HCM city US$5.00-6.00 depending on traffic. Alternatively, you can download Grab app for Android or Apple users (3 modes of transport: bike, taxi or car) to get a better deal, much cheaper with Grab discount or free trips than normal transportation mode. Rooms are spacious. You'd better asked receptionists to confirm with your booking. They are happy to change rooms provided that vacant rooms available without extra charges. Unfortunately, 4 of the receptionists I met could not speak English. Rooms on Level 1 were much quieter than other levels. Try not to pick Level 2, 3 or 4 cause they are used for big local tour groups with children thus noise are unvoidable if you need to sleep in after a hard night out. Bad things are some Level 1 rooms do have unbearable foul smell coming from in-room toilet. I had to talk to the receptionist to do something about it so that I ended up to have a room on Level 3. Strong Wifi signals on all levels for internet surfers. Clean towels and bedspread everyday thanks to hotel staff cleaners. Thank you. Street foods and local restaurants are just out of hotel doorsteps. Vinmax (formerly Maximark) shopping center is just 7 mins by foot and Tan Binh district International Exihition Center nearby. Hotel level 5 has massage therapy and restaurant on level 6 but I did not try them. Cons: all rooms are fully furnished but showing age and rundown. Bath tub on level 3 room was unstable and not held in place as it should be. You may find foul smell inside your room. Not good for anyone to enjoy a late night out or if you really are an night owl because some receptionists would close up hotel around midnight, after that time you have to wake them up to let you in. Hotel does not organise attractions or tour group like others in De Tham Street or Pham Ngu Lao Street in District 1. Do it your self is the best thing for adventurists or country-life lovers and you can find better deals on the internet. Overall, in my humble opinions this hotel is more like a budget hotel or a lodge than an overrated 2-star one. Good security and housekeeping maintenance but it's not enough to cover its age and dated. You get what you pay for. OK for a quick and short stay not for a week or two. It's your call.
• bhumeet_sutar (8/5): Good hotel near airport - Its good hotel to stay near airport. Area is very quite. They have massage parlour, Karaoke, Bike rental and Restaurant. Location is good. Rooms are spacious, clean with antique furniture. Wifi is good. Many local food stalls nearby hotel.

• erin710 (8/5): Close to the airport. Good for a quick stop over - Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms and quiet. It was a 5 minute taxi from the airport and we only stayed one night since we had an early flight the next day. Wasn't anything fancy but met the basic needs for a cheap price. Only negatives I can say is that the taxi had a hard time finding the place and its not location is only good because of the distance to the airport. There isn't much in the area.

Perfect place to stay before and after to your stay to get and leave plane. Away from high traffic street. Staff very very helpful. Close to great dentist (MINH Y Dental clinic) A three tooth bridge costs three hundred USD and takes seven days or less to do.

L'ambiance de l'hôtel est bien, sympa, mais pas forcément tranquille car il y a les karaokés se situent autour de l'hôtel. De toute façon, je suis satisfaite, le prix abordable.

• sharkb2015 (8/5): Clean room, friendly service - Stayed for 3 nights. The Manager was nice and friendly and we had no trouble communicating in English. Rooms had the basic utilities, bathroom was tidy. Staffs were friendly. Price is affordable at around $14/night.
• Klargren (6/5): Near the airport - I chose this hotel because it was near the airport. The price was also important. I arriw late in the evening and most of the stores and resturant was closed in the neigburhod. I was a simple hotel but clean. No trafic or other noice outside.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Cheep hotel, near the AirPort - Have no expertisens. Stay onley over night. There was no restaurang open in the neghburhood when i arive late in the evenig. The bed was good and I sleap pretty well. There was onley cold water in the shower and I hate cold water.
• aliamin86 (6/5): Good for one night - The neighborhood is extremely boring and very dangerous at night. My girlfriend got attacked by moped thieves, which gave the whole visit a bad feeling - maybe not the hotels fault, but we would never go back there again.

• chichom2015 (8/5): Clean, comfortable and nice staff - I like this hotel. The staffs are very helpful. The location is not hard to find. There are many small local food near the hotel. Therefore, I can have the chaep food to eat. Also, there are the bus pass through, then we can get to somewhere ealse.

• Crystal (4/5): Do you like ants? - We booked this hotel for the one night before our flight because it was pretty close to the airport. I personally didn't have high expectations (I usually stay at hostels) but I will never stay here because of the rooms were infested with ant-like critters. They were EVERYWHERE. It was disgusting and so uncomfortable I literally could not sleep from paranoia.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 空港周辺のトランジットに便利 - 出発当日に7時間のトランジットがあった為仮眠用に宿泊しました。一応リクエストにはレイトチェックインの旨を書いておきましたが、予約後確認メールにフロント受付け時間が午後5時までと書かれており諦め状態で23時前後にホテルに行ったところ開けていて頂けチェックインできました。出発が3時だと告げたらフロントのおじさんがびっくりした顔をしていましたが、3時に降りて行ったら起きてきてチェックアウトさせてくれました。 部屋はそれなりの広さでスーツケースは十分広げられます。この値段ならば良いかなといったところです。シャワーとトイレの仕切りがありません。夜1時？位までひっきりになしにカラオケが近所の店からぼんやり聞こえてきますので敏感な方は耳栓はあった方がいいかもしれません。 余談ですが、2015年1月1日からベトナムの法律が変わり日本人は1度入国した後にトランジット等で再び30日以内にベトナムへ入国する場合に関してはビザが必要となります。所持していない場合は入国できず緊急ビザを申請する事となりますので十分ご注意を。

We just choose it because we needed a cheap place before leaving to the airport, but I gues we got, what we paided for... We stayed in a family room which had big and OK beds
• Peter (8/5): Dejlig oplevelse :-) - Da det er et to-stjernet hotel var forventningerne ikke skyhøje, og selvom værelset og omgivelserne ikke fortjener mere end de to stjerner burde personalet have 5 hjerter....også selvom deres engelske ikke var perfekt, men sikken en imødekommenhed og hjælpsomhed. Det er absolut et sted vi skal bo igen næste gang Vietnam kalder. (Vi boede der i 14 dage).

• Simon cumming (6/5): Command central - The staff were friendly, location was very quiet ( except for the karaoke from 9 p.m. To midnight). The price was very good for a cheap holiday.
• RMinHCMC (8/5): What a hidden gem!! - This lovely little hotel was wonderful for me! It is centrally located in the Tan Binh district with easy access to the airport, and all over HCMC. The staff is the best part, they were really GREAT!! They are so helpful and kind. Loc, the assistant manager speaks fluent English. They went above and beyond their jobs in order to help me; from internet, to motorbike taxi, to phone, to setting up really amazing and cheap trips all over. For the price you pay ($12/night) it is a real great deal!!. The room was neat, the bed was clean and the water was hot. However, if you are looking for quiet, this is not the place because the karaoke goes till 2am every day. (I slept thru it every night). Keep in mind that this is not a tourist area at all!!!!! This is staying with the locals.
• Kine (6/5): Nær flyplassen - Vi bodde her kun en natt og det var i forbindelse med tidelig fly. Nærme flyplassen, ca 5 min. Rommet var ok for en natt, men ville ikke bodd lenger. De i respesjonen var hyggelige og behjelplige.
• Tone (6/5): Great staff, gloomy room - We only stayed a short night, as we arrived late and had a bus early the next morning. The staff picked us up at the airport, and said the gave us "the quiet room" for us to sleep well. The only minus was that the room had no windows, we felt trapped in concrete. They woke us up the next morning, made us an early breakfast, and helped us get a taxi to the bus station. Great help!
• ImeDatul8 (10/5): Its definitely worth the price to stay here! - My colleague who happens to have a contract project to stay for 3 months in Vietnam found a good place to stay in here instead of renting an apartment! In the beginning we were having doubts of scouting for hotels where he would stay for 3 months as last year we already experienced staying in hotel for 2 months and there are several cons then pros! But finding this hotel twisted our mindset. We were able to have even a reduced cost after staying for 2 months. Hotel receptionist are very fluent in English communication, which to us is very important.My colleague receives free hot pot for tea daily, upon request- he was able to have a room with windows. Hotel rooms are clean,daily maintained toilets and baths. I happen to stay here just recently for a quick visit in Vietnam, the place is located in a private area , isolated from the busy streets of Vietnam, quiet surrounding, walking distance to Maxi Mart Department store,and surrounded with plenty of restaurants including Western Fast foods for those people who prefer western foods. Most important thing is, hotel management are very kind, accommodating and are very helpful. I would definitely go back to this Hotel. By the way, it is only 10 minutes to airport!
• ArkadiuszM928 (10/5): Good place to stay - I agree, this hotel is not too close to city centre, but I think it is worth to stay there. We were planning to take flight next day and it is very close to the airport. The other thing is that we arrived one day too early (accidentally) and there was no problem for the hotel staff to organise room for us.
