• Sousa (4/5): - Pequeno almoço bom. Quartos com bom isolamento acústico. Problemas com cartão chave do quarto, que todos os dias desconfigurava, não permitindo abrir a porta. Piscina com excesso de cloro que provocou muita irritação nas vias respiratórias da família.

Navíc se muselo rezervovat okénko, kdy na večeři přijdeme, vařilo se až od půl sedmé. Nevyhovovalo mi, že úklid není automaticky, ale pouze na objednání, byť v ceně, tak pokud je hotel čtyřhvězdičkový, čekám od něj takovou službu automaticky a neschovávám se za ecofriendly.

• Helena (10/5): Estadia curta mas ótima - Simpatia dos funcionários foi incrível! As duas meninas de manhã no dia de check-out (22/03) foram muito queridas! Estava tudo limpinho e muito bem arranjado. É uma pena nao terem topper na cama, elas afastam durante a noite, mas tambem nao foi um problema, apenas observação :)

Es war wohl irgendwas mit der Wasserbehandlung (wohl bereits einen Monat). Fraglich bleibt, ob geöffnet wurde, da wirklich wider alles ok war.

Snídaně opravdu nedostačující na 4 hvězdu, na pokoji nešla lednice, jedna zásuvka nefungovala a u jedné strany postele nebyla vůbec, TV nešla spárovat s mobilem. Nefungovala ani jedna sauna. Možná jsme byli jen v nesprávnou dobu (listopad, není moc turistů)

The bathtub was to high very dangers to get in and out of it I thought I was going to slip and fall the whole time I was in it . The bath towels were small and not enough of them for the day

• R (5/5): It didn't feel like they care about customers - Managed to check in earlier, a warm indoor pool, good shower pressure. A big parking belonging to the hotel. The furniture and equipment is quite worn and screams for renovation or reparation. Lights and electricity are not well planned in the room. No electricity sockets at near the bed. The smart tv has all smart options disabled. The rooms are not sound proof - you can hear people walking and talking (and what they are talking) both in the corridor and in the adjacent rooms. Doors opening and closing is a permanent source of noise. Cleaning staff walk in groups of 3-5 and talk permanently very loudly everywhere. Everything they do they do with lots of noise.The only fresh vegetables offered at the breakfast is lettuce and tasteless tomatoes. The warm sausages have been boiled and warmed up several days in a row so that they eventually lost any structure. It seemed like the same pastry was offered until it got hard. Cut cheese, ham and other sweet stuff is not covered and therefore permanently used by flies. The dinner they served was pre-cooked and warmed up. I got an impression that many of the necessary fixes require little or no investment at all, just a proper management and right attitude. But that is exactly what I think is missing there.

La habitación un 10, la cama gigante y muy cómoda. Disponen de spa y un pequeño gimnasio. Todo correcto

• Anna (6/5): Disappointing - The staff were lovely. The gym and outdoor pool area were nice. It’s a three star at best. The decor needs an update. There was an overbearing smell of hospital grade disinfectant in the bedroom. The hallways are very dimly lit. Breakfast was below average especially on an island known for good food.

• Jens (9/5): Excellent! I felt as if I was in Hawaii. - The best part of our stay was the staff, especially Vanessa and Paulos at the reception. They are super nice and made us feel right at home. They truly made our stay really nice with their warm smiles each time we say them. The room was super clean! Breakfast was Excellent with so many choices and very reasonable hours to just sit and enjoy it. The only concern was the bath/shower. The wall and ceiling needs some repair done and the bathtub is too high. Otherwise it was VERY CLEAN!

Baricentrica per visitare ogni angolo dell'isola in al massimo 1.30h. Supermercato a prezzi convenienti comodo ma raggiungibile in auto. Pompa di rifornimento 24/7 molto vicina e utile per rifornire l'auto prima drlla consegna al car rental. Colazione buona.

• Geena (4/5): In Summe entspricht das Haus leider nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. - Die Lage ist gut. Es ist grundsätzlich von der Umgebung sehr ruhig, der Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß. Im Badezimmer war die Lüftung defekt, die Dusche in keinem guten Zustand und der Schrank beschädigt; außerdem funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht. Es gab insgesamt nur zwei frei zugängliche Steckdosen, die zudem nur im Eingangsbereich lagen. Die Zimmertüren waren extrem laut. Eine Rezeptionistin sprach kaum Englisch, was Rückfragen wie zum Voucher sehr erschwert hat; insgesamt gab es nur drei Mitarbeiter, die wirklich sympathisch und hilfsbereit wirkten. Die Betten haben bei jeder Bewegung laut gequietscht. Obwohl wir den Mangel sogar mit Video belegt gemeldet haben, wurde es lediglich notiert, aber nicht behoben. In Kombination mit den lauten Türen und den Stuhlgeräuschen aus dem Frühstücksraum, die man selbst im 2. Stock hörte, waren die Nächte sehr unruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nach meinem Geschmack eher mager: viel Marmelade und Obst, aber nur zwei Käsesorten (Scheibenkäse und Frischkäse) sowie eine einzige Wurstsorte, kaum Gemüse. Immerhin gab es einen Toaster und die Standards wie Bacon, Rührei, Spiegelei, Bohnen, Würstchen und Pilze. Nach 9 Uhr wurde jedoch nichts mehr aufgefüllt. Die Couch in der Bar war völlig durchgesessen. Der Balkon stand bei Regen regelmäßig unter Wasser und war dadurch kaum nutzbar. Vom SPA liest man ja schon genug.

• Daniela (9/5): Angenehmes Hotel - Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und es hat ein sehr bequemes Bett, inkl. Nespressomaschine & Wasserkocher. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch bei meinem Unfall wurde mir sehr geholfen. SPA-Bereich haben wir nicht benutzt. Die ganze Anlage ist mit Palmen bepflanzt und sehr schön. Alles ist sehr sauber. Hier kann man sich wirklich sehr wohl fühlen. Leider funktionieren von den wenigen (2) Steckdosen nur eine. Achtung, neben dem Bett hat es gar keine Steckdosen. Tresor funktioniert nicht. Wir bekamen einen Generalschlüssel für den Tresor (nicht nur wir) und eine Steckleiste. Wir haben gesehen, dass andere Gäste ebenfalls den Generalschlüssel/Steckleisten erhalten haben. Wird wohl ein generelles Problem sein. Der Room-Service kann aufgrund Umweltgedanke abbestellt werden. Schlussendlich würden wir das nicht mehr tun, denn wir hatten einen nassen Balkon (Rutschgefahr), kein Mineralwasser, keine Kaffeekapseln, kein Toilettenpapier. Dies muss man dann selber überall nachfragen. Ist als Gast sehr mühsam. Das Frühstückbuffet als 4* Hotel dürfte mehr anbieten. Brot ist geschmacklos (Aufbackbrötchen). Auswahl der Cerealien ist mager. Die Fleischauswahl (neben Speck/Würstchen), da gibt es nur einen einfachen Schinken. Hier fehlte uns einheimische Wurst/Fleisch und auch die Käseauswahl (Scheibenkäse) ist dürftig. Joghurt gibt es nur ein Natur. Die Azoren sind Inseln mit vielen Kühen, das spürt man am Buffet leider nicht. Die Kaffeeauswahl aus den zwei verschiedenen Maschinen ist dafür sehr gut. Auch die grosse Nutella-Büchse ist ein Highlight für Gross und Klein. Verhungern muss hier niemand, aber etwas mehr liebe zum Detail wäre schön.
• hector (8/5): Hemos pasado unos muy buenos días. - Muy buena ubicación. Cerca de ponta delgada y muy cerca de las rutas de sete cidades. La piscina climatizada nos gustó mucho, y el hotel en general también. El desayuno todos los días era el mismo, pero bueno, estava todo muy rico y desayunamos muy bién. No nos gustó el gimnasio. Somos muy deportistas y siempre sacamos 1h-1h30m para entrenar. Y la verdad que es un gimnasio de los más completos que hemos visto. Pero no hemos podido disfrutarlo ni al 70%, ya que hay maquinas que o van mal, o no funcionan por algo , o están rotas. Y es una pena, porque es muy completo y estaría muy bien si todo funcionara correctamente. Es nuestro único pero. De todas formas, repetiriamos. Valorariamos con un 8/10.👍🏼

Colazione a buffet variegata e ottima, camera molto accogliente e pulita, con pulizia giornaliera su richiesta e vista sulla bella piscina esterna. Utilizzo incluso sia della piscina esterna sia di quella interna, riscaldata, e anche dell'area benessere. Personale super disponibile e attento, in grado di aiutarci e soddisfarci in qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Ampio parcheggio incluso. Nulla di negativo! Unico suggerimento a mio avviso sarebbe di rimodernare la doccia e di mettere a disposizione un phon più potente.
