Guest Reviews
- Laura Ornelas (8/5): - I think these suites are a GREAT option for families on a budget, you're not breaking the bank and it's just in general an awesome value for your buck. Martin was super friendly, and just in general people at the lobby were very friendly.
What we didn't like: the attitude of the waitress at the restaurant, we had free breakfast for the adults, for 3 mornings, and the 3rd morning we did not claim it, as the 2nd morning the girl was giving such a bad attitude. I think she was overwhelmed because there were no free tables, and the place was full (5 or 6 tables ?max), so when she approached us, it was like she was doing us a favor: she rushed to tell us what was "left" out of the breakfast options, our coffee was served way after our breakfast, we never got our juice/fruit, honestly we were feeling quite uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there.
Also, on the 3rd day, we really needed our room cleaned and some fresh towels, fresh everything (if you're at the beach, you definitely need at least some vacuuming done), and we hung the little sign on the door knob (which we didn't know we had to do the day prior!), and we waited the entire morning... Around 3pm we came back to our room with food we wanted to eat there, and she showed up at 3:20pm wanting to clean, when we asked if she could come back a bit later, she said she only cleans until 3:30pm, which was a bummer. We asked for clean towels and she provided them and that was that.
The pool is small but amazing!
- dana (10/5): - Very well kept motel across from the ocean, perfect for our stay.Free breakfast and right in the middle of everything
- Rod (8/5): - Staff was excellent.
- Charles (8/5): - The rooms were large and very clean. Showers were great. Sheets could be refreshed, they were average. The lobby of the hotel was clean and small. Could add local art work to " jazz it up" a bit. Free breakfast was simple but good in a cute little diner in the lobby. Unlimited coffee refills. Good location right in the heart of all the activity.
- WILLIAM (10/5): Nadia nice - Good little hotel in a great location. The view from the rooftop pool was exceptional, with a bring your own sunset drink kind of vibe. Not 5 stars ,but certainly not shabby. The staff were helpful and friendly ,but don't expect a bellman to help you with your bags . This hotel is just steps from the beach and many great bars and restaurants We have stayed before and will stay again
- Karen (8/5): - The location is unbeatable steps from the restaurants and the beach. The staff were very kind and helpful. The view from my room was only surpassed by the view from the rooftop pool deck. This is an older boutique hotel it could use a refresher on the interior but that would not stop we from visiting again as a single female. I put a premium on feeling safe when I travel alone and it delivered!
- Jennifer (6/5): - The people staying at this hotel were amazing, pool top was beautiful and clean, the hotel itself was nice, staff were great and helpful. Our room was horrible, very small space, the ocean view that was confirmedx2 is now that of a grass hut. No compensation offered. The cleanliness of the main room was average but the bathroom was poor. Very limited supplies for it being a suite, had we known we would have brought supplies from home to better utilize. Would consider staying again but never again in the middle room option.
- Lori (6/5): - The staff here was very kind. The rooftop pool and view are lovely but it's unheated so it's like stepping into ice water. The hot tub was more like the temperature the pool should have been and didn't seem to work. They could use dark curtains on the windows and these let the light in. It's incredibly walkable to restaurants and bars but with that, you also have quite a lot of noise.
- Sterling (10/5): - This is a well maintained and comfortable property. It is close to everything. Rooftop
Is great. Staff are great.
- Maureen (8/5): - We had to move to another suite on the 2nd night as although we put up with sewage backup odor the first night the night attendant came up and moved us. That was good and next 2 nights were fine. We were beside the Fairgrounds for Blessing of the Boats and it very loud but I knew when I booked and brought earplugs.
- Cynthia (10/5): - The only issue was the construction going on across from hotel.
- Douglas (6/5): - Small room with balcony overlooking field.
Man sleeping in abandoned fridge next door. Strange smell in room and hallway.
Staff were friendly and inviting.
Enjoyed Mexican style breakfast included with stay.
Pool area was small. Kids were playing in hot tub.
- Craig (10/5): - Great property along the ocean. Rooftop pool and close to many restaurants. Great staff!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not for me. - An overall disappointing experience. The property has potential of being a lovely boutique hotel however it is rundown. Towels should of be thrown out a long time ago.Shower was dirty.
The place needs some tender loving care.
Once said it is in a good location, near restaurants and bars.
Nice to have an ocean view. Rooftop pool was small but adequate.
- nancy (10/5): - We enjoyed the hotel only complaint was the shower head not working properly in the second room , otherwise friendly clean comfortable hotel with a great pool views of beach and sunsets amazing !!!
People very helpful and great location .
Many spoke English so very helpful .
Great place and hotel
- lori (10/5): - It was very clean. Had ocean view great food & bars all around.
- Thomas (10/5): - Great location with ocean views, rooftop pool & spa and kitchenett. Plus it was quiet.
- Norris (10/5): - Beautiful location, close to restaurants, beach. Pool area is awesome.
- Janna (8/5): - Front desk very helpful with restaurant recommendations and helping with my mini split ac remote. Comfy bed very clean room. Included breakfast was a nice surprise.
- Arturo (10/5): - Friendly staff
- Eurindia (2/5): - The room was in very poor condition.
- Kerry (10/5): - We stayed for 3 nights in early July. The office staff (Jario and his father), housekeeping staff (Laura& her team), and the property manager (Sergio) were all very nice and helpful. The view from the pool is amazing. Our ocean front room was perfect with views towards Centro and the ocean. Our room was clean with fresh towels (upon request) and 2 bottles of water every day. This is a small hotel with only 20 rooms. I can see how the housekeeping team of 3 women might get busy on days with many turnovers during high season. We had no issues and the room was always clean. We felt safe in our room as well as when we walked to dinner nightly. The "kitchenette" is modestly appointed and had everything we might need to warm up a meal or make breakfast. The only thing we found odd was the 2 barstools next to the trundle bed. There was no table or space at the counter to use them. We would recommend removing them or adding a small hightop table to that corner. We did not take advantage of the restaurant, but another couple had a fruit smoothie delivered to the pool that looked delicious.
- Douglas (10/5): - Best views, incredibly nice staff, awesome pool, very clean, PERFECT location
- Ren (4/5): - Location is excellent to market and surrounding restaurants.
For the high price the roof top pool view is nice, however not cleaned daily. No complimenty morning coffee/pastries. At first our room looked great, nice ocean view. However kitchen countertop had super tiny spiders running around. Hand towels stained.
Sorry to say all this, however that was our experience while there. I would reccomend to save your money and find a different place.
- Candace O (10/5): Excellent! - Hotel Suites Nadia was a lovely hotel, excellent roof-top pool, excellent location in Bucerias being close to all the main restaurants and bars, excellent staff and great breakfasts in the hotel's restaurant.
- Vivian (8/5): HSN great location - The suites are quite old and are in need of a thorough floor to ceiling cleaning. The cleaning staff did good with what they had. New bedding is a must.
The location is excellent, we enjoyed being on a side suite, it was quiet and yet had a good view of the ocean. We enjoyed having daily breakfast included.
Beware-do not stay during Festival, Jan 15-24, the fair/circus ground is directly across street. VERY LOUD!!
- Paul (10/5): - Amazing staff, great rooftop pool. Can walk to anything you need
- Rod (8/5): - Well it was a great stay unfortunately our timing there was the same time there was road construction on the main road beside the hotel. Wasn't really a big deal as we were away during work hours anyway. As for dislikes, it would be nice to have room safe's in the suites. Yes we felt safe there, security cameras and all guests have wrist bands to make it known who should or shouldn't be on the property.
We will stay there again.
- Sterling (10/5): - I stay at this hotel often and always find it excellent. Nice ocean views.
- Maria (10/5): - This property it’s very good it’s corner of the street in from to the beach ..only The streets are very bad. I that it’s not part of the hotel. Shame for the people of bucerias in charge or committee
- Shari (10/5): - Located just a couple blocks west of the main plaza, this hotel is within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants--and it's only block away from the beach!
From the balcony of my third-floor room, I had a gorgeous view of the shoreline. At night, I could hear the relaxing sound of the waves even with the sliding door closed.
There were a couple of spectacular evening thunderstorms when I was in Bucerias, and I had unbelievable views of the lightning, rain, and wave action on the beach.
The panoramic views from the rooftop pool and sundeck were also amazing.
The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the included breakfast was delicious and prepared to order in the attached restaurant on the ground floor. Note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, but there are plenty of other options in the area--or use the room's kitchenette to prepare something to eat.
There is a small, secured parking lot attached to the hotel with four spots, but there was abundant street parking directly in front of the hotel. I never had an issue.
Overall, Hotel Suites Nadia offers excellent value for your money.
- talia (2/5): - This place is horrible. Its dirty and doesnt look exactly like the pictures. The area didnt feel safe and people wont leave you a lone. The A/c leaked so much it flooded the room The shower was so gross we didnt want our shoes to step inside. The refrigerator smelled horrible and wasnt cold. Please dont pick this place. We checked out and when to a different hotel that was the same price and a lot better. Ladies this place isnt safe you. Me and cousin was followed every time we step out by the same guy. I have traveled to didn't countries and never felt so unsafe. We told the manager he laughed it off and was upset when I told him we are checking out early. He asked over and over what hotel. Very scary
- Sterling (10/5): Excellent - I am a frequent guest at this hotel and find everything excellent about this property. The staff is welcoming and professional.
- Ronald (4/5): Never again - Front desk person Martin ?? Lied to me twice! Asked the guy for change for 100 peso. He said he didn't have any. So I gave it to a waiter for a tip and asked for change. He went to same guy and got change #2 Construction in unit above me. Loud hammering for about 1 1/2 hours. Asked front desk to stop noise, they did. Went down later in day and was told construction needed tomorrow. Asked me if I would be going out. I said I could for how long and they said 2 hours. Came back after 2 hours and asked if it was done. They said the crew had to go to another job and would be back the following day. I asked to be moved to a different room and they said only 1 left no ocean view. He lied again. Checked with other personal later. Computer showe hotel almost empty. Second stay at a Nadia Bucerias hotels and my last!!!
- Kahrs (10/5): - Amazing vacation
- Sterling (10/5): - This hotel is priced right and conveniently located. Small rooms with a king sized bed and spectacular view of the bay. The roof top pool and jacuzzi also had a nice view. Staff was great.
- William (8/5): - Very nice rooftop pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room was very pleasant. All the staff were very helpful.
- Tracy (8/5): - Newer updated hotel right across the street from the beach. The room are on the small side but were clean and nicely appointed with a fridge and stove, and a view of the ocean. Only downside...the beds were hard as a rock.
- Cherry (8/5): - The staff was friendly and attentive to needs. Everything was kept clean. The rooftop pool views were great. Even saw whales!
- Carolyn (10/5): Wonderful Stay! - We loved all 17 days at the Nadia.
- Eva (10/5): - I really enjoyed the rooftop pool. My stay came with breakfast. The choices were limited yet they allowed me to customize my order and portion size. This is a very well run establishment.
- Patricia (10/5): - Hotel Suites Nadia was lovely! The staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. Any questions or requests were responded to immediately. Everything was beautifully maintained and clean, and the housekeepers were delightful! It was a wonderful experience! Daily breakfasts in the onsite restaurant were incredible - so delicious, fresh and beautifully presented!
- bradley (10/5): - Awesome place!
- Vicki (10/5): - The staff were courteous and very helpful.
- Myra (10/5): Just what I Needed - It was exactly what I needed. A strong shower, The Food Network on TV, a bed I could sleep in sideways and the sight and sound of the OCEAN. Walked one block for a delicious seafood dinner and this morning I’m writing this while being serenaded by the sea. Enough said?
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Location
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I don’t like the fact that they lie ...they advertise a 2 bedroom suites but what they have is a 2 beds rooms... I thought I was paying for a 2 bedroom suite but not I complain about it and the “owner” of the hotel told me you can leave and I give you your money back....that’s how they fix their lies...also there was no towels in room a complete mess ...I won’t recommend this hotel at all horrible service and experience
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very good location and staff
- ann (10/5): Great place to stay in Bucerias - Great check in experience with the friendly manager. Super clean, modern, and well equipped room, inclding a small kitchen. We were on the fourth floor with balcony and ocean view. Left the window open, and slept listening to the waves roll in. Great view of the bay, excellent location just a few blocks to walk downtown to all the restaurants and bars. On site parking. I want to go back! Oh, and the price was right!
- Brett (10/5): Great stay - The manager was amazing took care of all our needs. Went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable
- Randolph (10/5): HSN stay Bucerias, Mexico - Enjoyed our stay...hope to return again. Convenient to everything...would reccomend
- Amber (10/5): - Nice hotel, we booked for 2 nights and flight got cancelled for mechanical issues. We were only able to stay for one night. But had to pay for 2 that was a bummer was hoping hotel would have worked with us and gave us at least a discount on night that we could not stay.. :-(
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Best place to stay close to vallarta, the staff was awesome and the place beautiful
- Don (10/5): - The pool area was really nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to lots of restaurants and beach
- Denise calderon (10/5): Clean and Cozy - Customer services was awesome. The view was awesome. Beds were comfortable. The room was nice and cozy. Everything was wonderful.
- Brenda (10/5): Retirement celebration getaway! - Loved our stay! The staff is great! Front desk, Patsy, Alfonso and Geraldo couldn’t do enough for us and were very happy with our stay. The rooftop pool is amazing and very clean, aside front the birds wanting a drink! Lol! The location is perfect! Bars and restaurants all around! Close to the beach if you want beach. Thank you for a wonderful holiday
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everyone was very helpful. Would stay there again when in Bucerías.
- George (8/5): - Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast restaurant space a bit small for number of guests. Would have been nice if drinking water was included as it’s necessary in Mexico. A bit slow bringing large bottle when ordered but overall very happy with choice.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - such great staff, nice fresh breakfast, lovely pool
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic location. Right across from beach. Flee market 2 blocks away. Lots of great restaurants along the beach. Very safe. Friendly people.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Ulises at the front desk was very polite and helpful as were the other staff at the hotel. Our room was very clean, had a beautiful view and and extra large balcony (room #403). The daily breakfast was served with the exception of Tuesday (closed) and was enough food to start the day: selection of fruit, toasts, coffee and juice. The location of this hotel is fantastic with many dining options in the area as well as shopping nearby. The beach is across the street and is nice. Upon arrival, we took a taxi from the PV Airport but you can also take a local bus. We did not use the rooftop infinity pool but went to check out the view which was impressive. I definitely recommend this hotel and thank the excellent staff that work hard to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. Gracias y hasta la próxima!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Beautiful view of the ocean! Good location. Near restaurants, coffee shop and placita.
- Sue (8/5): Friendly Service in Convenient Area. - Wonderful service, very clean, across the street from the beach. Location is excellent.
We liked our room on the north side of the building as it was quiet at night.
- Liz (4/5): - the Property should have let us know there was a Fair in town..right out our window...we thought we could handle the noise but that was not the case. It was so loud that our ears buzzed all the way back to PV..we couldn't get out of Bucerias fast enough.
- wendy (10/5): Happy - Rooms are a little small but we were very happy overall.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our dream vacation. Great location, clean rooms, and a view of a lifetime!!!Thank you Boutique hotel suites Nadia
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean room, wonderful ocean view. Centrally located
- Patrick (4/5): - Rooms were to small. The photography displaying the rooms was decievimg aa they are much smaller than the appearance.
The google map showed the hotel on the beach that was not the case as that was one of the ammenitirs that I had thought I would enjoy!
The room rate was far to expensive for the locatoon and size of room. There were very few tourists in the area at the time (late november) and the room rate should have been reduced!
There was no running water on two separate days. One day was for a few hours, the next day there was no water for a many hours! The management provided a free breakfast as consolation!!! Unacceptable! I had to move to find a better hotel!
I asked for a refund as they rented the room a few days after I vacated and to date I still have not been reimbursed!
The business manager at the hotel told me I had to deal with Expedia and I did so through the travel agent! So far I have not had a reply to
My request for a refund!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - HORRIBLE. NO HOT WATER, DIRTY. CHECKED OUT AFTER 1 NIGHT.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - For starters, the staff is great, very nice!! The rooms are clean, very nice and modern. The ocean view rooms are breath taking, highly recommemded spending a few more bucks for an ocean view room. The pool area...wow! The same, more ocen view. Beautiful, quiet property. Highly recommended it! As a plus...you can hear the ocean clearly, even when inside the room with the door closed.
- Steph (4/5): A/C did not work , TV did not work, no electricity - First day we arrived the power was out due to a lightening storm. We arrived jet lagged to no A/C or plumbing. The next day the power came back but the A/C or TV never worked. The view was spectacular as well as the friendly staff. But we ended up canceling the reservation and moving hotels.
- Alan (8/5): Great location - Nice hotel located in central Bucerias. Across the street from the beach, but very easy access. Many restaurants within easy walking distance.
- Lynda (10/5): Great Location and Service - The hotel is conveniently located: within walking distance to almost everything in Bucerias and about 2 minutes from the beach. The service is great. The front desk staff do all that is possible to make their guests happy. The pool area and top deck are well-maintained and and a bonus. Depending on which room you get, it can be noisy at night. The restaurants and bars near the back have live entertainment at night, so be prepared to close the windows.
- Linda (10/5): - Beautiful little hotel excellent location. We thought a bit pricey but they have deals when you take more nights. Only downfall was the fair. It’s right out the doors and noisy
- Fay (8/5): - Good location for beach, market and restaurants. Can be noisy because of local nightlife
,
- LH (10/5): Well located hotel with great view - This clean and well-run little hotel is ideally located for beach and shopping in Bucerias, and just an inexpensive 30-minute cab ride to downtown Puerta Vallarta.. The kitchenette made snacking easy and nearby, inexpensive but good restaurants make it an ideal place to stay. We were visiting with family about 3 blocks away, so couldn't have been happier. Great pool on top floor, and our grandkids were welcome to join us there, too. Our balcony overlooked the most spectacular part of the bay and we could see for miles in either direction. Great for watching sunrises and sunsets and fireworks displays everywhere.
