• Derya (8/5): - Very good resort - family oriented and location is great. The food is good. The meals are rushed, poor service after the first 30 minutes, all staff busy doing other things (cleanup??), no customer service remains so do eat as soon as you can if you want clean table, water etc. The special restaurants are not worth the extra cost - the food is essentially the same as the buffet, of course the service and ambiance is great (good for special occasions). You should be getting good service at the buffet anyway, which is disappointing. The grounds are well kept, and plenty of lounge chairs and seats around the pools and the beaches. Wi-fi is all round good, rooms are cleaned daily and are comfortable. Activities are plentiful. The spa is ok but the massage was disappointing.

• Siamak (10/5): - We really enjoyed staying at this all-inclusive hotel. The hotel owns a big peninsula (which is their biggest feature), and they build all around the land nicely. Also, they maintained it nicely. Rooms are clean and nice, hotel has lots of nice beaches. We have even seen a giant turtle swimming in one of the beaches there, and couple squids in the water which was so exciting. The water slid are limited but are functional and fun. We also like the kayaking and pedal boats which were included. The food was good for a buffet with lots of Varity. We had enough to do in the hotel for couple days that we didn't need to go outside.

• Khawar (10/5): Club Letoonia Resort Hotel Review - A nice, clean and family friendly resort hotel with great eating choices and nice room layouts for great sea views. The hotel location is right at the sea with lots of beach options. Be ready to walk as the rooms are at a fair distance from the front desk although they have a shuttle but the shuttle has limited seating capacity. Overall the resort has excellent views and is kept extremely clean and tidy. The hotel has great parking space available. Keep up the great work.

• William (10/5): Happiness is Club Letoonia - We were very pleasantly surprised with this all-inclusive. We spent a week there and enjoyed all aspects of it. The food was terrific, the staff were awesome, the evening entertainment was very funny and the room was clean and mostly modern. The sports equipment and facilities all were in good shape and if you have the $ the spa was well worth the money.

I booked a Bangalo for 2 adults and 1 child and at the arrival the room was not ready, air condition was turned off the extra bed was not there, I had to order it and there was a misleading of my bangalo’s location where I had to have a debate with the reception until they explained to me how may I reach it through an elevator as they have given me a very high Bangalo on a top of a mountain. Other than that I was highly pleasant with my stay! I liked it so much! I would definitely visit again!

• SARAH (4/5): - It was my husband, my self and my 3 children (1 infant). The listing clearly stated 2 children stay free. So I only put 2 adults on my reservation and requested a queen and single bed. My mom decided to join us a day before the trip. So I decided I would add an additional adult when we arrive. They ended up telling us we need to book a second room for 170 euros per night. We had driven 9 hours and I had no choice. We basically ended up spending $2000 for 3 nights… They kept stating that we are 6 people in one room. But did not acknowledge that the listing says 2 children stay free. Mind you, this room was the largest room we’ve stayed at this entire vacation and additional to the queen and single bed there were 2 sofa beds. The room was spacious enough for us all. I contacted Expedia and they said next time I would have to contact Expedia immediately to update my reservation. I had no issue paying for an additional adult only. Other than my phone getting stolen, this was a huge inconvenience they’ve caused me during my trip, and unfortunately I couldn’t enjoy it with my family as much as I would have liked. The food was good. Some days dinner was mediocre and other days it was really good. Breakfast was the best buffet in my opinion including a variety of jams and cheeses which I enjoyed. I probably won’t be coming back. I felt taken advantage of as a tourist, and it definitely wasn’t a good way to welcome guests at your hotel.
• Gabrial (4/5): - I like the property grounds, green and very well maintained. The food was so bad. It was all inclusive and it was hard to find meat, chicken or fish in buffets. Even salads and side dishes were not enough and old and not tasty. My husband carried food from outside every day. They don’t have cocktails at the beach bars. You have to walk a half mile to get a cocktail. The beach bars only have fountain beers, vines and soft drinks. We ate outside food most of the time.

What are we to do? We couldn't find another place that late in the evening. So be aware of extra charges for extra children in the room.

Pros - Beautiful setting - huge and private based on its own peninsular with lots of parking and access by shuttle boat into Fethiye - Lots of sun loungers and hammocks available; as end of season/ Covid no need to get up early to claim one - Very clean - mask wearing inside and gloves and wipes available, staff wore masks including in restaurant - Staff generally friendly and helpful - Lovely, memorable celebration for Turkish national anniversary on 29 Oct - Food was generally good - to begin with; there are a la carte restaurants and lovely cakes - Good sized rooms, nice views and daily housekeeping - Dance class was fun, also the large chess, mini golf and table tennis - Great water slides, paddle boarding and foot peddle boats Cons - Very steep positioning for some outdoor activities and one elevator was not working so stairs were hard to handle - Towards end of stay and perhaps only because it was end of season, food options worsened - became repetitive with potatoes and bread actually tasting stale on last day; clear up seemed to happen earlier; icecream and snacks on beach would have been nice - Better signage on how to book a la carte restaurants would be helpful - Not much rallying of kids/teens for animation activities (eg not enough interest in football) and on rainy days/ cold evenings, not much to do inside - Pools were freezing in Oct and barely used, indoor pool/jacuzzi was helpful -70min airport transfer

• Ian (10/5): Big and beautiful - Stunning hotel with the main hotel and many lodges set in beautiful wooded grounds. All inclusive. Several pools and over 1km of beach / shore. Huge site - we had to walk about 0.5km to get to dinner although there is some transport.

Beaches were conveniently located but we found better beaches away from the resort (we had a hire car). The room was beautifully decorated and most importantly the beds were very comfortable.

• Martin (8/5): - A great location on a peninsula opposite Fethiye’s old town - which ensures beautiful views of the sea, boats and surrounding mountains at all times. The hotel is more of a club resort - with the majority of the accommodation in a bungalow style set among lush landscaping. It’s been popular with tourists since 1987 and is one of the best hotels in the area (having got the opinion of independent tour guides). It’s a great family resort - but big enough to escape those holidaying with children if you want to. Three excellent a la carte restaurants (you will pay a supplement) - make sure to definitely try the fish option and enjoy dinner on the beach. The bungalow rooms are recently refurbished to pick up the styling of the main hotel rooms, very comfortable with plenty of storage space for the way too much luggage most of us take! Worth trying to get one with a balcony sea view and if you want something on the quiet side avoid blocks L, M,N and Z as these are right next to the main theatre which host Letoonia ‘showtime’ each evening at 2130. Note - this resort is built across a steep hillside with a lot of steps. There are lifts, but talk to the resort before you travel if there are people in your party with mobility issues. The food/snacks are tasty and filling. It’s the usual mass buffet deal as with most all inclusive restaurants... be warned - the local spirits used at the bar are pretty rough.

• Asad (10/5): wonderful, picturesque and lots to do - we went as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids under 10). stayed there for 2 weeks and wished we could do another 2! everything from the great views to the 3 beaches and the various pools to the amazing cottages in the hills was all exceptional. this resort is huge! it would take a person over 20 minutes to walk around. plenty to do for the kids and adults alike. food was always top quality and tasty. drinks plentiful and all over the resort. there are several bars and restaurants dotted around the resort so you dont have to always go to the main one. the cottage we stayed at was recently updated and smelt fresh and of new wood. good size room with balcony. we had a double bed plus a sofa bed. we asked for another size folding bed. i would have prefered a proper single but that would take the price to another price bracket so decided against it. the whole resort is built on a hilly site so be prepared to walk. we enjoyed it, even with a child buggy. having said that there are hill lifts around the site so you can certainly reduce the walking. highly recommended.

I could only complain about one thing that my very Unique sun glasses was stolen from my car, right front of the hotel’s main door. Chef of security service ( his name is Harun) told me that he will watch all cameras and figure out what happened!! Since that I didn’t hear anything from him and hotel management. (((

• Monika (10/5): Heaven on earth - loved every minute - The resort is a paradise with numerous bungalows and restaurants and shows and activities throughout the day. Room was clean. Has its own beach - several smaller beaches. About ten minute drive by car from Fetiyeh secluded, but lacking in nothing and with regular ferry to Fetiyeh. Only word of caution - dinner at the .ain restaurant gets crowded and a bit chaotic and expect waiting to be seated. Overall had an amazing stay. Beautiful flowers all over.

• Umar (10/5): Great Hotel, loved it - I love this hotel, my first ever stay at this hotel and loved every minute of it. amazing views, great bungalows and so much to do at the hotel. private beaches at the hotels are lovely, there are also water sports you can do at the hotel. Hotel had contract with local taxi firm and taxis are always waiting outside hotel reception and cost 60 lira return to Fethiye. The only feedback I would like to give to hotel management is lack of Asian food, there should be a section for Indian curries and vegetables dishes e.g chicken karahi, lentals (daal) naan breads. This addition of food will make the food selection even better.
• Mohamad (10/5): Unforgettable holiday - Club & Hotel Letoonia is a paradise, It is a dream.For the 2nd time in 7 months, my wife and I decided to visit the beautiful resort again. The first time was in Sep 17 just before they close for the winter season and the second visit was on 24 April 18, just 3 days after they have opened again. The resort occupies the entire peninsula. You will see a panoramic view in every square inch of the peninsula. The Spa facilities are very good and are aaccessible at no cost. The massage treatment is at reasonable rates and the Spa staff is very good. One should appreciate the efforts made by the management to make the holiday of every one from over 1500 guests, enjoyable and unforgettable.. The staff is friendly and I would like to mention namely, Mostafa, the front office manager, Mervat and Ibrahim, the nice and efficient receptionists. These are the people you first meet upon arrival and look after you through out your stay. I am sure we will visit the resort again within one year

The food was plentiful and typical of a Turkish all inclusive resort, with various restaurant options. Bar areas very comfortable and evening entertainment excellent! We are already planning another visit next year!! :)

• Coral (10/5): A top rated all inclusive in stunning location - Fantastic stay. Lovely bed rooms, food was superb and so much choice at every meal. Loved the layout of the resort, plenty of space and cosy areas Wonderful location with stunning views all around. The only thing I would say is that the evening meal finished too early at 9 pm. We went to get a dessert just before 9 and the waiter cleared our wine away while we were gone. Having said that we definitely want to go back . Lots of activities if you want them and the evening shows were great fun. Something to suit everyone.

The room was fine, nice and roomy, everything was clean and comfy. The complex was great and the food was good, lovely beaches, plenty to do, over all good. • Mohamed (10/5): Wonderul holiday - Letoonia is a peace of beauty occupies an entire green peninsula in the Medeterenian sea. Every square inch of the All Inclusive resort has a picturesque panoramic view. The cleanliness is perfect. The food is perfect. It is a family resort. The facilities include a children's club and live entertainment. One should appreciate the efforts made by the resort management to maintain the vast landscape, the cleanliness of the rooms and swimming pools, and to provide buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks in multiple restaurants and cafes almost 24/7 for more than 1600 of the resort guests at the same time. Most of the staff can speak English . I tried to extend my stay for 2 more nights but that was not possible because resort was fully booked although I thought by mid September it is out of season. The staff is friendly and helpful and namely Mostafa the front office manager and Mervat the young receptionist were great. But I must mention that my first experience with the reception was not pleasant, I had a problem with two of the reception staff who were really rude but once the problem was reported to the front office manager it was resolved immediately.
