• Mette (10/5): God beliggenhet og flott leilighet - God standard i leiligheten og veldig sentral beliggenhet, nær både skianlegg og sentrum.

• Hans-Joachim (2/5): - Das Zimmer B 103 ist das Appartement direkt über dem Skiraum, kein Licht, die Treppe (Stahl ohne Gummibelag) führt direkt am Schlafzimmer vorbei und wird von allen Skifahrern jeden Morgen ab 0730 benutzt. Weder ausschlafen noch Privatspähre war möglich. Ich werde sowohl gegen den Vermittler (Expedia) Als auch gegen den Vermieter Rechtsanwältin wegen Schadensersatz vorgehen, die Kommunikation mit der nicht auf Dauer besetzten Rezeption war unmöglich. Saunahandtücher wurden nicht ausgegeben mit dem Hinweis, dass für den kommenden Tag noch etwas gebraucht werde. Toaster fehlte bei der Wohungsübernahme, Glas war beschädigt. Tür zum Bad schloss nicht richtig. Schrank im Schlafzimmer nur teilweise benutzbar, weil der Nachttisch eine Tür versperrte.

Same superlatywy: obsługa, czystość, wyposażenie kuchni, komfort, blisko stoku, podziemny parking, suszarnia na sprzęt narciarski. Godny polecenia zarówno dla rodzin, jak i grupy przyjaciół.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Toppfräscht med utmärkt läge - Vi bodde två vuxna och två barn på Mountain Lake Resort under en vecka., Lägenhetshotellet är fantastiskt fräscht och fint. Rummen är effektivt planerade och mycket fräscht inredda. Det finns skidförråd med värmare för pjäxor, varmbastu och ångbastu, fräscht garage och det bästa är helt klart läget! Nära till pister, liftsystem, restauranger, butiker och nöjen. Med bil eller buss tar man sig enkelt till Kaprun eller andra skidområden i närheten.
• Kenneth (10/5): Rent, rummeligt og luksuriøst lejlighedshotel - Super flot og velholdt lejlighedskompleks med veludstyrede rummelige lejligheder som fremstår meget luksuriøse. Lejlighederne ligger i et meget roligt område, tæt på lift til bjerget og derfor meget velegnet til ski-gæster

• Verified traveler (6/5): Aussen hui - innen pfui - Check in war flott - alles musste im voraus bezahlt werden. das Zimmer machte einen guten Eindruck - leider war es sehr ungenügsam gereinigt (Staub und Lurch in allen Ecken, Schimmel in der Dusche und im Schlafzimmer) die Küche war sehr sparsam eingerichtet (1 Wasserglas, 3 Kaffeelöffel, keine Frühstücksteller, keine Kaffeetassen) kein Wettex, nur ein Geschirrtuch - für eine Woche - wir waren zu viert!!!!. ein Bett war bezogen - das Schlafsofa mussten wir selbst aufmachen und beziehen. WC-Papier muss selbst mitgebracht werden - Begründung - es handelt sich um ein Selbstversorgerappartement

• Guy (8/5): Great location for skiing! - Check in was quite slow with only one receptionist. We told them of a problem our first night and it was never resolved. Apartment was nice and clean but missing some essential items like hair dryer, oven mitt, and needs more trash cans.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Donker appartement - Appartementencomplex ligt is modern, ligt dicht bij de pistes, bakkerij en centrum. Overdekte parkeergarage onder het gebouw is ideaal. Het complex bestaat uit 3 gebouwdelen: V (Villa), B (Blok B naast villa) en A (Blok A). Het uitzicht vanaf veel appartementen is beperkt (pal langs andere gebouwen). Op basis van de foto's hadden wij een lichte kamer verwacht met uitzicht, het werd helaas een donkere appartement op de 1ste verdieping met uitzicht op een grijs gebouw vlakbij (ondanks ons verzoek voor een appartement op een hogere verdieping). Zoals verder te lezen is het appartement slecht uitgerust (keukeninventaris, linnengoed, douchespul). We ontvingen een gastenkaart, maar deze was helaas niet bruikbaar in de skibussen. We wisten dat je voor schoonmaak, linnenpakket (1 grote, 1 klein handdoek + beddengoed) en toeristenbelasting extra moest betalen. Al met al vonden wij de prijs / kwaliteitverhouding niet in evenwicht. Voor deze bedragen mag je meer verwachten.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Skidresa - Mycket nöjd med hotellet. Nära till liften, skidbussen till Kaprun och centrum. Ren, fräsch och modern lägenhet med appel tv så man kunde se filmer mm. Rekommenderar varmt denna lägenhet till alla som besöker Zell am See.
• Edward (6/5): Short stay in Zell - The apartment was very comfortable and nicely furnished however not worth the money. The cleaning fee is pretty steep and not to a particularly high standard as there were crumbs already on the kitchen table when we arrived. I would have expected at least one lot of dishwasher tabs, a dish cloth and tea towel in the kitchen, but apart from utensils, there was nothing else. Also when I asked if we could have another toilet roll we were told we would have to pay. As we were only there for a couple of days it wasn't worth us buying all those things. I suppose it would be better value for guests who stay for longer. Zell is fantastic though and we'll be back - just not at the same hotel.

• Kenneth (10/5): Sentralt til sentrum og City Express Gondola - Veldig bra hotell/leilighetskompleks. Meget sentralt. Pass bare på å ta med toalettpapir, oppvasktabl. og slike småting dersom dere ankommer sent. Kort vei til Sparbutikk, men den stenger 1900. Hotellet har også 500 € i depositum og obligatorisk utvask på ca. 110€. Dette kommer du ikke utenom. Forsåvidt greit, da leilighetene er meget rene og pene. Be gjerne om leiligheter litt opp i etasjene. Restauranten og baren var ikke åpen da vi var der. Påsken 2016. Spilte ingen rolle. Masse restauranter like ved. Aydin pizzeria var meget god.

• Pernilla (10/5): Perfekt lägenhetshotell för familj på skidsemester - Mycket bra standard och planering av lägenheten. Perfekt med två sovrum och varsitt badrum. Bra utrustat kök och läget ligger bara ett kvarter ifrån skiduthyrning och liftar. Matbutiker och restauranger ligger också bara några kvarter ifrån.
• Ari (10/5): Nice hotel in a good location. - We were here at skiing holiday with family and friends. Really nice place with good location. Reception is open only few hours per day. This is good for DYI travellers. In one bedroom apartment living room is little bit compact size when there is also sofa bed open.
• Marianne (10/5): Virkelig lækkert skihotel - Hotellet havde både ski-stald og spaområde med sauna og dampbad, og hotellet lå i gåafstand (200 m) fra en af de store kabinelifter, som gik op til det hyggelige skiområde med gode blå pister. Vi rejste 8 voksne og unge sammen, og lejligheden var rigtig godt indrettet med 2 badeværelser, 3 toiletter og gode senge til os alle 8 ... både dobbeltsengene i de tre soveværelser og sovesofaen i stuen var rigtig gode at sove i. Badeværelserne og køkkenet var nyt, flot og lækkert, og indeklimaet i lejligheden var perfekt. Rummelige skabe med masser af plads i både værelserne og køkkenet. Personalet i receptionen var meget hjælpsomme og smilende, og de løste alle småproblemer hurtigt og effektivt.

• Fenella (8/5): Convenience in heart of Zell am See - Very convenient apartment type hotel in the heart of Zell Am See. Small kitchen, underground parking, communal washing machines and wifi available. Just 300m walk to the lake, ideally situated with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets close by.
• SAMAH (6/5): Clean room but overall will not reserves it again - No air conditioning in room .. The hotel does not provide the rooms with soaps towels drinking water tea or coffee .. restricted rules for Arabian guests that we had to throw the garbage outside the hotel .

• Nikki (8/5): Good stay - We stayed at MW in self catering capacity, therefore we had limited interaction with hotel staff. The facility is brand new. We stayed at 3 bed apartment which has enough room for us 5 people. The location is very convenient for town centre, ski lifts and ski schools. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): The hotel had good facilities and helpful staff... - From arrival to leaving time the stay at the Mountain Lake Resort went smoothly. The staff were fabulous and friendly. The apartment was clean and well located. Having good parking facilty also worked well. I enjoyed staying there and would recommend it.
• AMG (8/5): Good location and very helpful staff - We booked one of the apartments so weren't part of the Mark Warner package. However the reception and bar are staffed by MW people who proved to be super-friendly & helpful during the stay. The refurbishment is pretty much finished but there were a couple of snagging issues that were dealt with as quickly as possible by Damien & his team. All the fittings & fixtures are new and reasonable quality and well put together. The apartment is a couple of minutes' walk from the City Express Gondola so not quite ski to front door but not far off it. We only used the sauna & steam room once but lovely, new facilities. The kitchen is small and everyone in our party hit their head on the extractor hood at least once while preparing food. The windows on the ground floor are in fact doors so you can't get any fresh air overnight - would benefit from a vent or something. Overall a very nice place to stay.

• Johan (10/5): Lägenhetshotell med överraskningar - På det hela taget mycket bra, ligger en kort promenad från centrala Zell Am See. Alldeles nybyggt med eget garage och fin bastuavdelning. Var dock beredda på att linne inte ingår men är obligatoriskt att hyra, samt laddad resekassa som kan avvara 700 Euro i deposition. Tilläggskostnaderna finns i det finstilta på hotels.com.
