- Darrin (3/5): -
- Yousef (1/5): - Smells bad
- Michael (5/5): - The staff very friendly and helpful Bit run-down. Booked because had a pool advertised. Pool was empty couldn't use.
- Scott (7/5): - The location was good close to public transport stops & shops in the area. My curtain rod fell down when I tried you close it the bracket fell off in my hand.
The base sheet on the bed was ripped in one section. The rooms could do with a new upgrade as they were showing there age.

- Derek (5/5): - No pool although pool on internet pictured

- Jessica (1/5): Avoid at all costs! - Absolutely nothing to like about this property. My family and I stayed in a "2 bedroom apartment" and it was absolutely disgusting. We were so disappointed with the room that we left as soon as we possible could the next morning because we could not stand being in the room any longer. There is No door on the second bedroom, cockroaches all over the floor. Lounge room aircon leaked like a tap so the whole apartment smelt rotten and mouldy. Only bathroom is through the main bedroom. Air con in the main bedroom sounded like it was dripping on tin all night. Car park is an absolute joke. Not worth the money at all! The Rooms are not as described or pictured! Management do not care and will not compensate. Booking.com should be ashamed to promote this business
- Teale (1/5): - An item was left behind, and the amount of support to retrieve this item (which has still not been recovered) is significantly less than acceptable.
Staff were not helpful over the phone, apart from a new lady. The facilities were of an ok standard, however I found no information about wifi and other amenities within the room.
- Sukhi (4/5): Won't recommend to non-smokers. Don't fall for the pictures on website. - Proximity to city. We had a disappointing experience overall. Upon check-in, our room had a noticeable cigarette smoke smell, and we requested a change. Staff attended to assess the issue but advised they could not detect the odour. Unfortunately, the smell remained quite strong and uncomfortable for our family.
This was not limited to the room. The balcony areas and car park frequently had a heavy presence of cigarette smoke. As a non-smoking family with young children, this made it difficult to use these spaces. While the property is advertised as non-smoking, this was not effectively enforced during our stay.
Parking was also challenging at times, particularly during busier periods.
In addition, the photos on the website do not accurately reflect the current condition and overall environment of the property, which was disappointing.

- Wayne (10/5): easy going - We stayed in Brisbane overnight and the accommodation was fantastic value for your money, the girl at the office was friendly and happy to help, we couldn’t be happier 👍👍😎 Location
- VINCENT (6/5): Did the job - The Staff were very helpful. The room was a decent size. The cost was cheaper than most places I have stayed but it is an older establishment which would have been something in its day. Parking is free and there are fast food places up the road. It did the job. The cupboard doors made a racket. Could do with a wee bit of oil or WD40. The bar fridge had no wire.barriers inside the door to hold bottles, cartons or cans so they don't fall out each time you open the door.
- Chris (6/5): - Good location, reasonably comfortable. People smoking on balcony outside their rooms.
- Michelle (6/5): - Comfortable, tidy room, Lots of roadworks outside during the night. Didn't get much sleep.
- Megan (8/5): Good location and serves it's purpose - Location Old furniture and room's
- Al (7/5): - Close to where I needed to go
- caitlyn (4/5): -
- Thiên Kim (9/5): -
- Nancy (7/5): Met my needs for an overnight stay close to PA Hospital - Clean and cheap Hard to sleep at night - room at the front are on a main road near traffic lights. Quite noisy.
- Yasmin (5/5): -
- Byun (8/5): -
- GLENN (8/5): - Air con was good
- Jon (6/5): - Location and friendly staff Room was very ‘tired’ and needs some renovations
- Sharon Hetherington (8/5): -
- Brad (5/5): - Quiet Location
- Simon (10/5): - Nice big milk on arrival, and easy access Noisy road, pool no good.
- Leonard (8/5): Happy 😊 - Friendly helpful staff, everything we needed was there, definitely will consider coming back to. Only one thing, you cleaner's need to check showers the curtain had mould on the bottom plus on edge of shower floor. Mould will grow if not treated.
- keina (1/5): -
- Adrian (7/5): -
- Tania (6/5): pleasant but that had to do with the person I was with - no bar fridge... we waited alot longer for staff to arrive to check us in..
- Beau (8/5): -
- Bec (10/5): -
- Rachel (4/5): It is hard to find rooms with 5 beds, and this would be ideal if they made more effort. - The cost of the room, and the location The room had just been painted/renovated, however it was such a strong smell that it was making us feel unwell. The room also wasn't 'cleaned' properly after the renovations as there was a chalky substance on everything which made everything feel dirty. There was a broken down car directly outside of the room where we should have parked but were unable to, which also made the place feel unwelcome.
- Tristan (7/5): It did the job - Rooms smelt old damp had to treat carpet and use air fresheners everywhere and door on balciny didnt lock layout of room is wrong with such a tight narrow kitchen the main door was difficult to unlock We where far enough away from the city yet still close quite place and good view of the city
- Noelene (5/5): - What breakfast Yes, no salt, no pepper, no where to hang clothes, blocked sink. Only one sink to wash dishes ( near the toilet)
- Shane (4/5): -
- BRETT (10/5): I'd definitely stay at Annerley motor inn again if traveling to brisbane - Central location, cleanliness, comfortable bed, nice views of city and Mt Cootha, owners and staff very pleasant.
- Jake (5/5): Not too bad but could be better if those things were addressed. - Good location close to the city. Light in kitchen area and light in bathroom were not working at all. Very little privacy in the bathroom with the apartment building balconies behind looking in towards bathroom, plus the hatch window was fixed so no option to fully close it for privacy.
- Colin (5/5): Nothing to write home about but an OK place to stay - Flexible check in, room was clean, bed was comfortable A bit tired, ashtray on balcony not clean, had to walk through chain smokers to get to room
- helen (3/5): would not recommend. - staff were pleasant, location good very dated and not clean
- Nicholas (1/5): -
- Goodrich (5/5): -
- Dennis (5/5): -
- gerry (5/5): -
- Cheryl (1/5): Worst you can imagine. - Absolutely nothing cockroaches unless you like them. Went to get a cup In the cupboard, cockroach’s on the plates. Went to bed, about an hour later felt something on my arm, yes a cockroach on me I got up killed in t at 1.00am. Got to sleep take 2. Then about half hour later An other roach near my neck after that sat up in bed all night. horrendous place plus man outside smoking rope till midnight
- Groove (7/5): -
- Kate (5/5): No returning. - Clean and bed was comfortable. Towels were very soft. Advertised office hours to 10pm. Got there just after 8 pm office closed. No milk and “they forgot to put complimentary water in room”. Advertise free WiFi. Nothing in the room to notify of password. TV would not show just TV needed to be connected - no wifi password to connect TV. After a seven hour drive you just want to relax with cup of coffee and stare at the TV to unwind. Didn’t happen.
- Samantha (4/5): Rough and tough - Very rough and tough clientele, ladys of the night, etc.
- Nicole (10/5): - The location the city views was amazing N/a
- Christopher (1/5): No great and will never stay here again - . Nothing as there were 2 cockroches in the room one was found on one of the beds alive. For a family room of 1 double and 4 singles there were no blankets other than 3. The place is in need of some repairs as well
- Terry (10/5): Was easy for me to shop an transit to hospital very good. - Clean an easy access to property. Nil
- Jagath (9/5): -
- Riley (6/5): It was cheap and you could tell - Large rooms, close ish to city Animal living in the roof, hot water didn’t work, room wasn’t properly cleaned before my stay, random hole in wall under tv, couldn’t close windows in bathroom, very loud beside main road, leaking roof while raining
- Calum (10/5): -
- Adam (2/5): Very old and run down. - Not much to like here. Noisy, dirty and very run down. Needs to be knocked down or a major renovation at the least.
- Peti (1/5): - Location for an event attended Old room, no Iron,, smelt musty old. One sheet on each bed, spare blankets one ok, the other old.
Bed lights not working. Like an old flat in the 1960s, with chipped cupboard boards, doorframes etc. Curtains can see through gaps. Last minute booking to stay close to city for an outing after work. The receptionist wrote my bankcard number down, i already paid for the room and I was not aware they will ask for $100 deposit..
Appalling...never again.
- Kavey (10/5): It’s good to be able to stay at a place such as yours - The room was excellent and the single bed I slept in was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in 🙏 thank you for having us and we shall recommend you to friends. There was nothing there we all did not like.
- Janita (4/5): Very disappointed ☹️ - Location There was milk but no tea, coffee or sugar supplied. No glasses or plastic cups so we had to all (small children included) use coffee mugs to drink juice etc from. No tea towel, face washer or hand towel supplied. Only butter knife’s nothing slightly sharp. Only lounge seating for 2 in a family room. And we booked this venue because it had a swimming pool for the kids but found out once we were there and went to go for a swim that it was out of action ☹️

- Matt (4/5): -
- Szel (1/5): -
- Oliver (1/5): No - No Customer service poor
- Juan José (6/5): -
- Peter (10/5): -
- janice (9/5): - Building is a bit dated, but room was clean and big enough. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Single bed was very soft. Pool was out of service, which was out of their control.
- Matthew (8/5): -
- WAYNE (9/5): - Place was clean - staff was friendly Noise from traffic
- Kelly (7/5): Was an easy, low maintenance place to stay - Easy to find, had basic kitchen items, good bathroom. Felt a little watch by some of the other people staying. No ability to cook anything decent.
- Frank (4/5): - Peeling paint dirty crumbling cupboards
- David (6/5): Somewhere to sleep - The pillows A/C didn't work, internet was slow, very basic room
- Patricia (6/5): What I would expect for a 3 star venue. - Close to where I needed to visit. Beds clean. Very old.
- Luke (10/5): - Great and easy access
- Lesley (1/5): A very unpleasant stay. Would definitely not stay even in an emergency! I am surprised booking.com has this motel on the - Location for what I needed Run down, drug addicts in half the rooms, beer bottles just left on the balconies and surrounds, had to ask staff to clean them up. Pool not working which my grandson wanted a swim and one of the reasons we booked. My daughter rang the police after concerns of a 3 month old baby had been left in the room when the addicts went out.
- Lkhagvadorj (5/5): -
- Esther (10/5): -
- Clarence (5/5): -
- stan (5/5): - Very run down. Sheets on bed looked they had been through the ringer and dried in a heap. Bathroom sink constantly leaked.
Shower rose was falling apart.
Very hard to find at night as sign not lit up.
The cost was exorbitant for what we experienced.
- Shirley (7/5): Comfortable - Convenient All good
- John (7/5): -
- Damien (2/5): -
- Krysten (6/5): -
- Michael (1/5): -
- Suzett (5/5): -
- Porter (10/5): -
- Kate (5/5): - good location, room was tidy, beds were comfortable. nowhere near enough car parks for the amount of rooms available.
the bathroom had a window with no screens that would not close no matter how hard i tried - as a woman travelling alone with my children, it was quite scary that anyone could have climbed into our room via the window.
i called twice throughout the day to advise that i was not sure what time we would be arriving as we were coming from Tamworth NSW, because of this i requested a late check in (there is a lock box they put the room key in, and i was more than happy to give card details over the phone to pay the security deposit) but was told that as long as we were there before 10pm it would be fine. after a long day of driving with two small children, we arrived at 9:02pm to find the office closed. i called the phone number and was told to just wait 10 minutes and they would be back. 23 minutes later they arrived to check us in. not the end of the world but it definitely was a bit frustrating.
- Alexandra (4/5): - We booked the apartment for 5 people but only received 2 towels. There were not enough blankets for every bed so i slept badly, as i was cold. The kettle didn't work reliably and the kitchen foor was sticky.
- Les (1/5): Terrible - Nothing Place was dirty, fridge was broken, found out while there that it is used for crisis accommodation and people staying there were somewhat unsavoury windows didn’t lock did not feel safe booked for 2 nights left after the first night and found alternative accommodation
- Ken (2/5): I will not be staying there again due to the poor standard of the facility. - Location was about the only benefit of staying there. I have stayed at the Annerley Motor Inn several times over the last thirty years. The facilities have deteriorated since I last stayed there. It has a rundown appearance and parking is a problem. The bathroom floor was filthy, and my nose started running on entry to the room. The previous tenant must have had the flu as the pillows smelt.
- Kathleen (10/5): - We wanted a location that was close to the city whilst providing a quick escape home on Ipswich Road. It was the ideal spot! The room was clean, very basic decor but had an amazing view of the city at night. I will remember this venue for future quick Brisbane visits.
- Peter (10/5): - It was just so convenient for us from Toowoomba down for day surgery
- Steve (4/5): - Bathroom was very dirty. No washing up liquid or clothes to wipe plates. Some plates in the cupboard had dried food on them. Will not stay there again
