The Executive Studio room with balcony was huge at the front of the hotel facing the street but not much noise from outside to worry about. Kitchen with large fridge, microwave & cooking equipment. Air conditioning worked well too. The location is perfect as coffee shops, massage shops, 7-11 shops and plenty of good bars are all virtually at your door step from the hotel. Value for your money staying here for sure as the room price was excellent compared to other hotels in the area. Nil

Unfortunately, when I mentioned it to management, they told me I was wrong. So, I had to prove it to them. Rather unnecessary I’d say. Also, they did nothing to compensate for the false advertising, which leaves a bad taste.

• Mark (6/5): Awesome place for a few days. - I had a one bedroom and it was huge, bed was comfortable but the room was a bit outdated. I like to watch the news but this was impossible unless you had a laptop to connect to the wifi. This should’ve been explained to your customers. Close to supermarket, 7/11, coffee shop, public transport (hotel provides a shuttle service to train station) I never used it as I prefer to walk. I found a Jamaican/Thai restaurant called The Frying Pan just look out for the Jamaican flag, food was awesome. 24/7 security at the front desk. There is a side entrance for a vehicle to enter as it is impossible to stop out the front. Aircon very cold. The tv issue was the only issue why I won’t re-book once I’m in Bangkok again.
• Dave (10/5): Chaidee Mansion Bangkok Trip - We had a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment size is perfect for a large family. We were a group of 7 so plenty of space for the 3 kids to spread out. Swimming pool and playground area also are great for the kids during times when you feel like relaxing. The front desk and staff were all very attentive. Whilst the apartment is large, clean and comfortable the decor is a little dated. However the full kitchen is modern and airy. Not much to dislike at all.

• DAISUKE (10/5): - The outside noise is loud even at night, but other than that it's a good place. However, it is better to prepare a toothbrush, indoor slippers, and a hair dryer.

One thing I didn't like was the front hotel door is always locked and you have to ask reception to open it going in and out. In 2 days I was also asked twice what was my room number. I don't think I would stay here again for this reason.

They said they needed to make sure we didn't take anything? Seriously? We tried to cancel our upcoming reservation but they charge for that so we're stuck. • Supasinee (5/5): Right at the end of Sukhumvit 11,No recommended - It was close to where our family stayed and we could park our car that's why we booked from the first place. The friendly staffs and free shuttle tuk tuk to the sky train station and free parking space for the guest who has cars complimented the dated and lack of renovation place very well. The mattress and sofa in the room had bugs which itched us badly The room wasn't sound-proofed so at nights it was pain to fall asleep due to the crazy traffic and drunken people on the road we had to get earplugs to be able to sleep. No place to hang our towels and to dry clothes for such a spacious room

• Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed - The street noise, lasting through most the night destroyed any positive points about the hotel. We also did not feel very secure, as the lights were out in the hallway by our room. The room was spacious. Bed was uncomfortable. The staff was courteous.

• Minttu (4/5): Not worth the many- dirty, smelly, good location - The room we got smelled so much cigarettes. After complaining we got a new room. The new room smelled also but not as much. They only cleaned if you asked. And one day no one was at the reception so we could ask to clean. So nobody clenaned the room. The next day we check out, and had to pay 500baht for one towel that was dirty ( didn’t get new towels the day before). Pool and playroom you could only use until 6 a clock in the evening. A lot of noise from the street outside in the night. Good tv-channels and good location.

• Villia (4/5): For party people, not for those who want quiet - When I booked this hotel for two different nights, I did not realize that is was in such a sketchy neighbourhood, however, that was my fault not the hotel's fault. It is a noisy tourist neighbourhood catering to the sleaze trade and homesick travellers who want to eat and drink non-Thai food. Given that the service was very nice, helpful and even upgraded us the first stay. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning new and quiet (a factor in Southeast Asia. The room was a bit grubby with unappetizing mold in the shower stall. The wifi didn't work on the second stay. My error, I prefer quiet areas and can take Bangkok's fabulous transit system if I want a bit of noise and bustle.

• 寅 (2/5): 歩くとウンザリ、Ｓｏｉ11の渋滞突き当たりSA - 室に電話の取説が無い為フロントにて日本へコレクトコール頼んだがダイレクトコールされ、1200bt請求された。苦情をいうとコレクトコールの意味が解ら無い、知らないと答えた。インド人の経営者はオールミャンマー人のスタッフに基本業務、用語を教えていない。セイフティボックスは固定されてなく外側のクローゼットの鍵も作動せず非常に不安だった。室にはタオルからベッド迄汚損、失損の値段表があり、グラスにヒビを入れ300bt請求され、180bt払った。superで30bt位の物。貸出し用のドライヤーはなくBigｃにて購入した。プ-ルはサーフトランクスでの利用を拒否された。貸出してくれたDVDプレイヤーは2台共不作動で諦めた。広さは60～70平米位。写真のサウナはドライ、ミスト共に実際にはない。洗濯機はあるが干す設備が無い。ﾄｩｸﾄｩｸは17時迄。寝るだけにしてもスクンビットから遠過ぎると思う。

Waited for 1 1/2 hours for room service to deliver cold food, not once, but twice. Breakfast buffet lacks variety, runs short of food and serves little or no meat. Many items on the menu were not available. Good place to stay, but go out of the hotel to eat.
