- Claudia (9/5): Traumhaftes Hotel - Super Lage, direkt am Fluss und Radweg. Alles sauber und ordentlich und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Suite mit Balkon und Badewanne. Mehr frisches Obst und Brötchen zum Frühstück wäre schön. Sonst war alles super, sämtliche Wünsche werde erfüllt.

- Marco (10/5): Tolles Hotel sehr Empfehlenswert - Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Frühstück war lecker und völlig ausreichend. Ein echtes Highlight ist das kleine hoteleigene Kino, in dem man seine eigenen Filme ganz ungestört anschauen kann.(gegen Gebühr) Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Hotel, und nach Karlsbad fährt man nur etwa fünf Minuten. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, und die Zimmer waren sauber, modern und angenehm geräumig.

- Claudia (9/5): - Überaus freundliches, teils deutschsprachiges Personal. Das Restaurant hat eine hervorragende Küche. Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Wir wollten gerne Massagen für 4 Personen haben. In der Urlaubszeit. Haben aber vorab auch leider nicht daran gedacht, schon etwas zu buchen. Die Masseure müssen aber ins Haus kommen, beziehungsweise angerufen werden ob Sie Termine frei hätten. Allerdings hatten wir dann 1x Glück. Und es war absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Luft in den Zimmern ohne Fenster war schlecht und verbraucht. 24° Temparatur war uns zu Warm zum Schlafen. Klimaanlage ohne funktion obwohl damit geworben wird. Ist dann nicht gut. Buchen würden wir wieder aber dann nur mit Fenster.
- Syla85 (10/5): Super sauber 👌 - Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und wirklich wunderschön. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Unsere Erwartungen wurden vollkommen erfüllt wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Der Aufenthalt war einfach rundum gelungen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

- Sarah (8/5): Insgesamt war es ganz schön, allerdings hat sich der Aufpreis für das Zimmer nicht gelohnt. - Alle waren freundlich und hilfsbereit Wir hatten extra einen Aufpreis für ein Zimmer mit Badewanne bezahlt, aber leider war die Badewanne defekt und wir konnten sie nicht nutzen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat versucht zu helfen, leider hat das nicht geklappt.

- Marta (10/5): - Všetko bolo výborné.. od príchodu až po odchod z hotela, všetky služby na urovni hotela ako sa patrí. Pochvala patrí celemu tímu hotela Dvorana. Od recepcie, upratovacie služby a samozrejme aj gastronomia a servis pri raňajkách. Som velmi spokojna s tymto hotelom. Odporúčam

- Andrea (7/5): - Die Zimmer sind zu empfehlen. eigener Wohnraum, großes Schlafzimmer, gr0ßes Badezimmer. Frühstück und Restaurant sind ok. Temepratur im Bad war bei 18 Grad. Mussten das mehrmals urgieren. Dame bei Rezeption hat uns auf Anfragen wegen nächster Wechselstube etc. gesagt, schauen Sie ins Internet.... Saun kostet 18 Euro für 20 min, Beheizbare Liegen noch mal extra. Das ist sogar für österreichische Verhältnisse sehr teuer. Es wurde bei der Rezeption auch nichts erklärt um Hotel.

- Lenka (7/5): - Po 22. hod. není žádná možnost objednání jídla, a to ani dovozem. Bylo by vhodné na to alespoň upozornit obzvlášť, když se ptáme, zda bude po návratu z koncertu otevřená restaurace.

Das Frühstück war okay ohne Highlights. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Preis/Leistung passten. Zimmer und Bad waren bei der Ankunft kalt, wir mussten selber die Heizkörper von Frostschutz auf Raumtemperatur stellen. Am TV funktionierten weder die Hotelserviceseiten noch die Deutschen Programme von ARD und ZDF.

Balkon neni soucasti, byt je uveden ve "vybave" - na to mi bylo receno, ze nektere jsou nektere ne. Sprcha tekla vlazna, ale budiz. Chce to vymenit baterky od tv ovladace, v obyvaku, hodne spatne reagoval.

- Matthias (8/5): Guter Service und schöne Zimmer - Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, zwei Balkone und ein extra Wohnbereich. Wir haben den Zimmerservice genutzt und uns Frühstück aufs Zimmer bestellt. Das wurde am Morgen sehr schön fertig gemacht und war richtig lecker. Ebenso unser Dinner mit Kerzenschein wurde vorbereitet. Das Essen im Restaurant ist klasse und schmeckt sehr gut. Ein hervorragender Service und sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Kleinigkeit. Bei der Badewanne war der Stöpsel nicht dicht und das Wasser lief wieder heraus. Dies haben wir gemeldet und die nette Dame vom Empfang guckte sich das an, aber wirklich was gebracht hatte es nichts. Ansonsten war alles top 👍🏼. Wir kommen wieder.

- Luciano (9/5): Relax in elegance - The property has a nice, elegant and inviting vibe. We were there for about 3 nights, had the hotel almost for us, which was pretty quiet and relaxing. The rooms, restaurant and spa have an old school but beautiful design. Staff was super nice, welcoming and very helpful. We loved the breakfast buffet whit its rich variety. The pillows were very soft ( too soft for my taste)

- Nils (9/5): Für unsere Zwecke genau richtig. gerne wieder. - Lage war ruhig und schnell zu Fuss oder mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr bemüht. Parkplatz günstig. Zimmer schön groß und großes Bad mit Regendusche. Preis-Leistung super Sauna Zusatzkosten waren recht hoch.
- Daniela (8/5): - Prostorné a čisté pokoje, čistá a pěkná koupelna s bidetem, milá a ochotná recepční. Postele byly bohužel už hodně proležené, což ubralo na komfortu ubytování. Snídaně spíš průměrná. Placené parkování trochu překvapilo.

- Joanna (10/5): Famille de 5personnes - Nous avons réservé une suite familiale. La suite était gigantesque, un énorme salon et trois chambres. Tout dans un seul Logement. lLt super confortable, l’établissement très très propre avec un personnel très agréable. L’établissement dispose d’une salle de cinéma privée, d’une espace de jeux privé également. Parking extérieur mais appartenant à l’hôtel. J’aimerais que le supplément soit clairement annoncé. Par exemple utilisation de salle de cinéma, même si ça coûte pas vraiment cher, j’aurais préféré comme me le rappelle au moment de location du film.
- Iryna (10/5): - Very nice well accessible hotel outside city centre of Karlovy Vary. Big parking lot and Restaurant in house, which is convenient if you come for a short stay. Hotel is very well equipped, in modern design, rooms are big, nice and cosy, personal is friendly. I recommend it for business trips as well as for private stay, if you are looking for style and quality. We had a great time! nothing
