• fritzdeluxe (6/5): The receptionist and the location are super,but too noisy - The receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful. The room, although small and dated, is clean. A flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and a mirrored dresser with a chair are also provided. On the first day, two bottles of water were offered, but not after that. However, you can buy small bottles of water on the street for 5000 VDG. The room is cleaned daily as needed. The elevator is a bit small and old, but essential and therefore a big plus. Amenities are provided. There is a safe in the room, albeit an older one. A private taxi to Can Tho (2.5 million VDG) was easily arranged by the lovely receptionist. Unfortunately, there's construction work next door... Noise (loud hammering and sawing) from 8:00 AM onwards... Only quiet on Sundays... The mattress and pillow are among the hardest I've experienced on my travels... Absolutely uncomfortable. Some noise from the Bui Vien does drift over, even though it's otherwise quieter despite the proximity. Otherwise, it's extremely noisy... The air conditioning works, but it takes an extremely long time to cool the room down. Using the air conditioner and fan simultaneously helps the most. Warning: The provided hairdryer is life-threatening. It once got so hot that the casing melted... We didn't touch it ! It should be disposed of immediately! The shower is slippery... There's no window in the shower, just a barred hole in the wall. Consequently, the room is very hot. For some reason, the stay had to be paid for in cash...

Ly Kim, in particular, was incredible — tireless, always available, and genuinely caring. Her dedication completely elevated our stay. The hotel itself is simple, but honestly, that’s not what matters here. It’s all about the context and the experience. Located in a vibrant area full of life, local spots, and authentic energy, it offers a real immersion into Vietnamese culture. The room was clean and perfectly adequate. If we return, there’s no doubt — we would stay here again. The only small downside would be the sound insulation, which could be improved given the lively surroundings — but that’s also part of the experience in this kind of location.

• Thomas (9/5): - Sehr nahe an der Party Meile und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. In der Straße fahren keine Autos oder großartig Roller. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nicht zur Straßenseite und es war sehr leise. Die Möbel sehen alle etwas älter aus aber alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Und die Besitzern ist Gold sie ist so lieb, nett und hilfsbereit sowas habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen.

Ik heb hier niet veel last van gehad. Ik lag aan de achterkant. Zeer slechte Wifi verbinding. De ijskast maakte giga veel geluid. En de temperatuurregeling laat ook te wensen over. Geen flesje drinkwater op de kamer. Je kreeg 1 flesje bij aankomst maar het werd niet standaard ververst.

Viele kleine Restaurants und Shops in unmittelbarer Nähe Die sonst so freundliche Mrs. Lee hat mich genötigt meine Buchung für den 1 Januar zu stornieren. Sie hat das Zimmer auf einer anderen Plattform zum 3 fachen Preis verkauft. Als ich mich weigerte wurde sie frech und aggressiv sagte wenn ich nicht stornieren würde, würde ich umsonst anreisen, Sie hat kein Zimmer frei. Ich habe Booking com eingeschaltet und als ich Sie das nächste Mal sah, hat Sie sich entschuldigt und die Buchung könne bestehen bleiben. Na vielen Dank, hatte mir zwischen zeitlich was anders organisiert. Unmögliches Verhalten! Anstatt sich zu freuen das die Gäste einen weiteren Aufenthalt buchen, Geldgeil und unverschämt.

• Małgorzata (10/5): - Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, serdeczna i zawsze uśmiechnięta gospodyni obiektu, przestronny pokój z ciepłą wodą niezależnie od pory dnia i klimatyzacją działającą bez zarzutu. Trzeba uważać na jedzenie w pokoju, ponieważ pojawiają się w nim mrówki. W razie potrzeby dostępny jest spray na owady, który rozwiązuje problem. Osoby wrażliwe na hałas mogą słyszeć muzykę z pobliskiej ulicy klubowej (polecam zatyczki do uszu ;)) Plusy zdecydowanie przewyższają minusy, wrócimy przy kolejnej wizycie w Saigonie.

We felt very safe staying at the hotel and the Ly the girl at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was not that big but it was clean and comfortable and was enough for our 3 day stay. Would recommend this as a hotel to stay at.

• Pamela (10/5): Lovely little hotel with friendly staff - The hostess was amazing, always happy to help with any requests. The location is excellent, tucked away in a little lane with handy eateries but close to a more lively area if wanted

Haus ist ein Geheimtipp für Leute mit kl Budget. Ich zahlte nur 24 Euro die Nacht.ideal für Einzelreisende oder Paare. Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten.
• Yaoqin Yin + Roland Augustin (10/5): Das kleine Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert - Gastgeberin Lee super nett und sympathisch, Zimmer sauber, Bett angenehm, Wi-Fi stabil, die Lage (für uns) perfekt: die Märkte, die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß nicht weit weg. Alles in Ordnung
