• Massimiliano (9/5): Una bella soluzione per visitare Aosta e sciare nel comprensorio di Pila. - Piccolo ma molto carino e nel cuore di Aosta . Ideale anche per andare verso gli impianti di risalita. Le luci nella zona giorno troppo basse e luci mentre le luci nella stanza da letto troppo forti. Infine come suggerimento una piccola lavatrice sarebbe stata ideale soprattutto per una famiglia con soggiorno di più di 5gg.

• Mirella (8/5): Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per vedere i mercatini di Natale e devo dire che è situato in ottima posizione a - Posizione strategica in centro. Molto silenziosa in quanto all’Interno. Appartamento caldo e accogliente. Letto comodo.Cucina rifornita con quanto basta L’appartamento da sull’interno e quindi un po’ buio non si vede nulla aprendo le finestre però per dormire va bene

Havde været nemt med et billede af baren og vist indgang til højre. Meget støjende opgang med smækkende døre og folk og hunde, der går ud og ind hele tiden

• daniela (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole e comodo per visitare la città, con un host gentile e disponibile. - Appartamento centralissimo, molto comodo per visitare Aosta. Pulito e curato, con posteggio gratuito sempre disponibile a pochi minuti a piedi. L’host è stato cortese e disponibile, apprezzato anche lo sconto extra sulle pulizie per il cane. L’appartamento dove ho alloggiato si trova al piano strada e questo limita un po’ la possibilità di tenere le finestre aperte o alzare le veneziane per via dei passanti.

• Alun (8/5): Comfortable, convenient, would recommend. - Perfectly located for cycling Via Francigena. We had a rest day here and it had everything we needed for a couple of nights. Ideally situated for exploring Aosta on foot. Check in and out was easy with helpful host.
• Alessandra (10/5): Centralissimo e molto pulito - Mansardina molto graziosa, pulitissima e situata in posizione strepitosa sul corso pedonale di Aosta. Palazzina dotata di ascensore. A due passi c'è il comodo parcheggio di piazza della Repubblica che permette di scaricare agevolmente i bagagli. Self check in senza problemi. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

• Edoardo (4/5): Bella aosta, non di certo l'appartamento - Mi è piaciuta solamente la posizione molto vicina alla via centrale del centro storico di Aosta, ma che del resto era esattamente ciò che avevamo cercato. ci mancava anche che fosse altrove la casa. Il gestore non fa vedere le foto di tutte le camere che poi finisce per assegnare. in pratica noi siamo finiti nella zona interrata, seminterrata. una singola finestra di 40cmx40cm che dava letteralmente sulla stradina ed era ad altezza "fianchi" dei passanti. Non potevamo aprire la finestra sia per questioni di privacy, ne per questioni di sicurezza, dato che avrebbero potuto rubare o addirittura entrare in casa. questa camera NON è mostrata nelle foto, e lui utilizza la scusa del "appartamento assegnato casualmente" per farci finire le persone che vuole fregare. Il condizionatore (pinguino) allagava acqua appena si accendeva la funzione "cool" (abbiamo usato solo ventilatore) Il bagno era pulito, ma la doccia perdeva acqua dagli isolamenti in silicone, e quando fatto specie al proprietario, ci ha chiesto se in doccia chiudessimo la porta dopo essere entrati, come se fossimo sprovveduti. Nel complesso mi è dispiaciuto aver dato dei soldi per qualcosa che noi NON avevamo previsto.

The apartments we presented clean & ready at time of self checkin 2nd stay & accepted the few draw backs highlighted last year. Apartment 1 shower head needs attention as does the door which leaks. I would respectfully suggest the fridge door may need looking at as the closure is a little suspect

• Gareth (7/5): 3 apartments booked: 2 more than satisfactory 1 not as advertised & missing basic essentials therefore disappointing - The apartment was clean and in a very good location The following remarks purely refer to “Studio” Apartment 1 & aspects of our family stay As a family group of 9 I requested that we be located as close together as possible, disappointedly we were on the ground floor, floor 1 & 3 ( apartments 1,3 & 7). We were told allocation would be done on 1st come basis, The checkin was conducted over the phone with keys collected from a lock box - we arrived close to 3.00 - early in allotted check in period “Studio” Apartment 1: This apartment did not match the specifications advertised & stated in our Booking confirmation or the facilities of apartment 2. There was no sofa, consequently the only place we could relax was sitting on the bed. Inconveniently no sofa meant we could not have our 5 year old grandson stay with us when his parents went out to enjoy their visit fully. Other issues no bedside lights ( as other apartments) no desk,no hardwood or parquet flooring, shower door leaked. Re kitchenware: no wine glasses as in both other apartments (water tumblers & 5 shot glasses). The only knife capable of cutting was a very flimsy serrated bladed plastic handled knife (see photo). The apartment also had a door to the alleyway the security of which didn’t remotely compare with that of the very secure main door, in fact we were aware that the door was “tried” on 2 occasions from the alley. We were not aware that the supermarkets would be closed on 26th I therefore made a request for toilet paper as 2 apartments had run out to be told is text it was not policy to supply more than the original 2. As there was sadly no information folder I would have hoped that some allowance for this 2 day closure would have been made.

• Olivia (6/5): Aosta was amazing. Would look at other accomodation ! - It’s location. The unit you get is nothing like the pictures showing. We are fresh air people and it was very difficult to open the windows and door. It almost felt like a dungeon ! Could not boil the kettle on the conduction stove? Could not get the coffee machine to work ? Perhaps an instruction book ? Cannot understand why how a few tea bags could not be left for guests.

• Birgitte (4/5): Mørk lejlighed. - Lejligheden var meget mørk. Belysningen i lejligheden var ikke god. Meget sparsom men skarp, ved sengen hang lampefatningerne ud af vægen. Vi blev mødt ved chek in, men blev efterladt uden oplysninger om hvordan personalet kunne kontaktes eller hvad vi skulle gøre ved chek out. Brugsanvisningen til opvaskmaskinen var var kun på italiensk og ikke lige til at gennemskue. Beliggenheden var dog god.

Gentilissima la sig.ra che ci ha accolto e che ci lasciato la camera a disposizione tutto il giorno dopo, dandoci la possibilità di visitare Aosta senza zaini e valige. La colazione, convenzionata col bar attaccato alla location, semplice bar molto carino.

• Laurent (10/5): - Tout était parfait. La dame qui nous a acceuillis était très sympathique et nous a parlé en français. Le studio est bien équipé, super propre. La seule chose un peu plus négative était que nous entendions les gens qui rentraient la nuit car ce n'est pas bien isolé. Notre séjour était très bien dans cet appartement et si nous retournerons à Aoste, nous réserverons à nouveau le même studio.

Par chance il restait une chambre de libre mais au rez-de-chaussée, proche de la porte d’entrée qu’on entendait bien s’ouvrir et se fermer. L'équipement de la salle de bain était sommaire mais la cuisine bien équipée. L’emplacement au centre de la vieille ville était très agréable.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Depressing and worn. Far below expectations - We were in a spacious studio, as shown in the photos. And we knew that there was no air conditioning. BUT we did not know that we would be in a slightly below ground floor unit, with windows that could, in practice, only be opened a few inches at the top. AND THERE WERE NO SCREENS. Flying insects could and did fly in. In addition, the couch was worn. The bathroom, while very nice, lacked storage and surface area. The bed had only a foam mattress--no inner spring. And the overall ambiance was depressing. The hotel is located on a narrow alley opposite a restaurant kitchen. They alley itself was depressing. Vomit on the ground was never cleaned up. The staff was helpful and considerate and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen was well-equipped.

• Alexander (10/5): - Останавливаемся в этих аппартаментах второй раз.Семья из четырех человек.Очень удобное расположение в самом центре,чистый,теплый.уютный номер.WI FI отлично работал.Вокруг масса магазинов и кафе.Для семей с детьми есть выбор готовить самим(в номере все для этого есть) или питаться в городе.Около 10 минут ходьбы до телекабины Аоста - Пила.Остались очень довольны поездкой.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location - The most difficult part for me was to find a spot where to park my car before check in as the apartments are in a very narrow pedestrian street. Once you figure that out, everything else is fine. If you have a lot of luggage please be aware that you will have to carry it for at least 50-100 meters. They offer a very safe free parking in a garage and very easy checkout procedure - you just leave the keys on the table, which is very convenient. The apartments are in the historic center and very close to restaurants. And quiet at the same time. Apartment itself was very simple and at the same time gave me enough comfort.

• Mö (10/5): Nice apartment in the heart of Aosta - Very neat and lovely furnished apartment. Though a bit hot due to summerly temperatures (the heat won't go out). Clean and comfortable beds. Newly renovated kitchen (as it seems). The staff is very helpful and friendly. Also they're very flexible in terms of check in and payment. We'd definitely come back the next time.

(8/5): Aosta's corso... - Lovely welcome by Andrea, cute studio with kitchenette, ideal for making your own breakfast and snacks, fresh bread just a stone throw away...Location is ideal to stroll the boutique shopping area "corso" and restaurants.... One thing we did miss thought...a little welcome offering of mineral water and perhaps a little fruit plate. Otherwise no complaints... There are absolutely no sup plies like salt/pepper sugar so bring your own or buy and leave 90% of it! Clean and comfy...wifi...

De kamer was op de bovenste etage en bij temperaturen van meer dan dertig graden is dit geen goede locatie. Er was geen airco aanwezig. We hadden direct gevraagd om een ander appartement met een balkon. Omdat we geboekt hadden via hotels.com was dit niet mogelijk. De prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding voor dit appartement is niet goed. Staat totaal niet in verhouding met hetgeen we hebben betaald voor een zolderkamer.
