Three of us had to walk over a mile in pouring rain back from a car park, despite their being amply space to park the bikes in the car park.

- Marco (2/5): Nasty neighborhood, made us decline our stay. - I booked this through Booking with the filter "for families". The location was so horrible that when we arrived we decided not even to get in. Thinking of using this place for tourism in Bilbao with family is a bad idea due to Location. The whole neighborhood is flooded with substance dealers and escorts. Online Check in only accepted the adults and not the kids in my family. Front desk was available only until 19:00. If you're traveling with family, keep away.

- Veronica (7/5): Posizione sfavorevole - L'albergo è molto ben fornito di spazi comuni, la reception sempre presente e la stanza con angolo cottura. La colazione inclusa è in un bel bar girando l'angolo, con servizio a volontà. Purtroppo l'albergo è situato in una zona di degrado dove si vede gente che spaccia e si droga apertamente per strada. Da tanto che non vediamo zone di questo tipo. Alle 18 di sera addirittura un signore per strada mi avverte di tenere nascosta la mia catenina al collo! Noi siamo stati solo una notte, meno male. È un peccato per l'albergo che non è affatto male. La stanza e il bagno sono un po' piccole e avrebbero bisogno di qualche manutenzione, ma la scarsa valutazione la metto per la posizione e l'iniziale disguido avuto con la reception che voleva farmi pagare la notte anche se era stata già saldata. Mi è toccato spendere un'ora al telefono con Booking (ottimo servizio) per far sbloccare la situazione.
- VIRGINIA (7/5): Las habitaciones necesitan un buen cambio - La amabilidad del personal, totalmente dispuestos a ayudar con lo que fuera en todo momento. Tuvimos la suerte de que Sara nos recomendó un montón de opciones en Bilbao y así pudimos aprovechar más el viaje, la verdad que genial en ese aspecto. La cutrez de la habitación, daba sensación de suciedad aunque hubieran pasado a limpiar antes. La bañera enana y encima tenía un escalón interno que la hacía más pequeña todavía y era incomodísimo ducharse. Paredes sucias y muebles desgastados, un poco ruina. Había mantas de lana para ponerte en la cama, la mía tenía pelos pegados con suciedad que a saber qué sería. Los suelos del siglo pasado, nada acogedor la verdad. El desayuno algo incómodo, tener que irte a una cafetería a 5 minutos andando no debería considerarse régimen de alojamiento y desayuno.

La planta baja es muy agradable y recién reformada, está bien para estancias cortas y sobre todo, para gente joven. Las habitaciones necesitan un lavado de cara. Fuimos 4 personas y dormimos en una habitación cuádruple, con 2 literas que no eran demasiado cómodas.

Abbiamo prenotato per 4 notti ma purtroppo la compagnia aerea ci ha cancellato il volo di ritorno e siamo dovuti tornare un giorno prima perdendo così una notte, che ovviamente per loro politiche non ci hanno rimborsato in nessun modo. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato mezzo rotolo di carta igienica e un tubicino monouso per lavarsi in due, forse le mani... Colazione inclusa? Si ma ad un bar che si trova a 5/10 minuti di camminata. Pessimo bar, personale antipatico, tutto sporco con buchi nel pavimento, tazze e tavoli sporchi. La colazione includeva una piccola porzione di tortilla fredda con mezzo succo di arancia e una bevanda calda, se vuoi l acqua la paghi a parte. Pessimo.

Nos dieron una habitación en la planta baja que daba directamente a la calle, es una calle con bastante movimiento. En cualquier caso, pudimos descansar bien.

- Luka (8/5): Nice and cosy stay, for individuals or groups - Room was very clean, cosy and recently renovated, there was enough space. Although the breakfast was not in the building but in a cafe around the corner, it was pleasant and sufficient. It may not be in the centre but anywhere arround is up to 30 mins walking. Rooms on the street side could be noisy, walls are a bit thin so you can hear others. Surrounding part of the city might seem uncomfortable for sensitive travelers and visitors for it is a poor neighbourhood, but I must say that I felt safe.

- Max (8/5): Sehr Preiswert mit Extras und super freundlich - Rrzeption bis 24 Uhr. Liegt sehr nah zum Bf und in einem quirligen Viertel nah zur Altstadt, dennoch ruhig, sofern es die Mitbewohner auch sind. Check-out und Frühstück bis 12 Uhr. Kochgelegenheit. Mehr als heiß Wasser, Suppe oder ein Ei braten sollte man aber nicht machen wollen. Mikrowelle vorhanden. Es sollte geprüft werden, ob der Vorbenutzer auch ordentlich abgespült hat. Es wirkt irritierend, wenn als Zudecke nur ein Laken bereitliegt.

- Laura (5/5): Instalaciones cutres y atención al cliente muy mejorable - La residencia universitaria no era universitaria, universitarios los justos, inmigrantes y turistas es más bien lo que predominaba el lugar, los "moros" que dicen las demás reseñas que son peligrosas, nos regalaron un cargador y nos acompañaban a carcinerias, cafeterías y a donde fuera necesario, el barrio no está mal, respecto al alojamiento la habitacion era claustrofóbica, tienes cocina pero no tienes mesa para comer (hay que mover la cama para desplegar una mesa). Las fotos que tienen en su página no tiene nada que ver con la realidad. El sitio estaba desértico, la verdad éramos nosotras y el segurata. Solo nos dieron una tarjeta para abrir la habitación, la cual si querer en las propias instalaciones perdimos y no nos quisieron dar otra, teníamos que pedir permiso al de seguridad cada vez que queríamos entrar en la habitación para que nos abriera, y aún así a la hora de hacer check out para irnos nos hicieron pagar 15€ por la tarjeta perdida, unos bordes. Por no hablar de que la cama solo tenía una sábana y en el armario hay una manta fina por si tienes frío, pero aún así te congelas. Por cierto cuando abres el armario parace que se te va a caer encima (abrirlo con mucho cuidado) y por si fuera poco si tienes más de 5minutos el agua caliente abierta se pone fría. Limpieza un poco pésima, había una mocosidad en el lavabo Llevar sartén para cocinar, no las proporcionan

- SNBM.CZ (2/5): Nejhorší ulice městě a spíš než hotel je to studentská ubytovna. - Bilbao je krásné město, rozhodně stojí za návštěvu, architektura a směs budov z průmyslové revoluce a brutalismu je dechberoucí. Pokud si tento dojem nechcete zkazit ubytujte se ale jinde než v této ulici. Asi nejhorší ulice v celém městě, od rána do večera je totálně obsypaná migranty kteří po okolí fellí, většinou si vás nevšímají ale není to moc příjemné. Opravdu to je ta nejhorší ulice ve městě, jsou tam další 3 podobné ale tato je z nich nejhorší. Hotel jako takový je spíše studentská ubytovna, celou noc někde něco vrže a bouchá, okolo 3 hodiny ranní začnou přicházet mladí z venku a to je horší než ve dne. Na mikro snídaně se chodí do 500m vzdáleného baru, jídlo i kafe a džus jsou sice dobré ale to je vše co dostanete a ještě si přijdete že personál obtěžujete, nehledě na pochybné existence které se na vás ze všech stran tlačí...

- Joaquin (9/5): - Todo el personal de la residencia es muy amable y están atentos de que tus necesidades estén cubiertas. El edificio ha sido recientemente reformado y se agradece como cuidan los detalles. La limpieza impecable. El único pero sería la calle de acceso que a determinadas horas sería mejor no caminar por ella.
