En primer lugar las habitaciones están antiguas, me tocó en la Parte de atrás en un 3 nivel y las escaleras dan miedo, pedí desayuno a la habitación y no tenía ni una mesa cómoda para desayunar, desayuné en la cama, no tienen planchas, EL INTERNET NUNCA FUNCIONÓ ALLÁ ATRÁS EN LA HABITACIÓN Y LA TELEVISIÓN ES MUY PEQUEÑA NO SE CONECTA A ÉL INTERNET, tiene unas cortinas incómodas de cerrar y hasta te pueden ver si se te queda un poco abierta! También mi habitación daba pared con otro apartamento y se escuchaba gente en la cocina por la mañana, PORQUE HAY UNA PUERTA CON CANDADO QUE VA A ESE APARTAMENTO, el bar bonito pero NO TENÍAN HIELO 🫩

Nous avons tenté le paiement avec 3 cartes différentes, de 3 banques différentes, impossible. La réceptionniste n'a pas voulu reconnaitre que le problème venait de son terminal. Résultat : 25 min de marche pour trouver un ATM. Le lendemain matin, le sourire du personnel au petit déjeuner n'était visiblement pas inclus dans le tarif. Nous avions vraiment l'impression de l'ennuyer.

Pense que avia llegado a la tercera guerra mundial, todo viejo la mitad no funcionaba, la cosina no esta equipada no se para q que ay cosina.Luego de reclamar me cambiaron de habitacion.Por el precio que pague jamas y nunca lamentablemente.Las chicas de la cosina una discutidera delante de los clientes.Para ser un lugar tan turistico deberian de renovar.

La habitación no me pareció nada confortable, el baño era terrible, antiguo y descuidado, la ventana desvencijada y el lavabo, viejo, muy viejo. La cama era cómoda.

• Inmaculada (6/5): - Lo único que nos gustó fue la ubicación. Es ideal para pasar una noche y estar cerca de aeropuerto. La zona es muy tranquila y poco ruidosa. Tiene parking privado y el guarda es muy amable. No lo recomiendo para pasar siquiera más de una noche. La habitación era muy espaciosa pero bastante dejada, nada qué ver con las fotos. El desayuno muy muy pobre y nada bueno. El precio es un poco alto para lo que ofrecen.

• Christophe (5/5): Ho - The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and was included. The room and bathroom were very clean. The property is severely run down. The fan on the ceiling wobbled due to rust and almost falling off. The light in the room turned on with the fan so there was no way to leave the ceiling fan on and the light off. You either sleep without the fan or with the light on. This would be an easy fix. The bed was VERY firm, too much so to be comfortable but it was a clean place to lay our head for the night. We also requested a taxi from the airport and was told that they would handle that and we provided our travel details and they said they would know if we were delayed. There was no taxi. :(

Leaking toilet bowl, absence of water for couple of hours once. No kettle (you can boil water in the bowl on the stove).

Two excellent restaurants just across the street. Very comfortable bed, small but adequate shower. Great staff; very friendly and helpful. There is air conditioning in the bedroom only, so it gets hot in the main living area. There is no hot water in either the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The kitchen is not well equipped.

• Volker (8/5): Ein ruhiges Hotel mit sicheren Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück - Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und ist sicher. Es gibt bewachte Parkplätze. Der Boden im Eingangsbereich des Apartments war nicht sauber. Das Schloss des Apartments sollte gewechselt werden; der Schlüssel geht nur in waagrechter Stellung zu ziehen.

• Roberto Lopez Pizarro (6/5): Muy Buena ubicación e instalaciones muy viejas y no aptas y acorde para adultos mayores. - La ubicación es muy buena No tiene ascensor, con maletas pesadas se vuele incomodo subir y bajar maletas de mas de 20 kilos

• María Laura (6/5): No son amables los empleados contestan como de mala gana - La ubicación esta bien.. es en una zona bastante linda a pesar q la ciudad es fea y muy sucia el desayuno no es a lo que estamos acostumbrados en sudamerica. La que servía el desayuno muy mala onda le pedimos si en vez de café con leche le podía dar al niño una taza con leche con chocolate y nos respondió que tenía un costo aparte. No nos gustó q salía agua fría de la ducha lo reclamamos y a la mañana siguiente según ellos lo iban a solucionar no lo solucionaron y nos tuvimos q ir, pedimos la devolución del dinero de las noches siguiente y aceptaron.
