If you are arriving between the hours of 5pm and 9pm, and on weekends and public holidays, our
office is closed and an appointment to check-in must be made at least 24 hours in advance of arrival.

The apartments are always exceptionally clean and the free wifi is high quality and supports streaming. There are two supermarkets close-by (one approx 100 meters away), we had free access to the Brighton Baths Health Club.

Shops, cafe, bakeries, restaurants, bars nearby and walking distance to beach. We had complimentary access to The Baths. Very nice neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to friends and family to book their stay in Melbourne. There was loud generator sound near my unit/bedroom and it kept coming on overnight.

Location, household items and nearby amenities - restaurants, cafes, cinema and public transport, the beach - to name but a few. The property management team was really good - we were impressed. The property - the set up was functional, nice bath, in one of the two bathrooms, bedrooms and beds all good, kitchen had all of the items we needed to cook at home, outdoor area was nice and the security was very good.

It was close to where family live in Melbourne, literally a ten minute drive. Our bed in the far bedroom was not very comfy bless we moved towards the centre from the side. Maybe time for a new mattress?

- Rae (9/5): Just what we needed for a family stay and catch up - It was a welcoming touch to have Jason meet us on arrival at the apartment and guide us to secure underground parking and the apartment. The exceptional apartment was extra-large with a full kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and two large bathrooms. A large TV in the lounge and smaller in the main bedroom was also welcome. What was exceptional was the quietness and the security offered by this booking. The Bay Street location was within easy walking distance to excellent coffee shops, the very popular Hotel Brighton (we had two dinners here and it did not disappoint) and a well-stocked grocery store with liquor provisions included. Park your car securely and leave it for your stay. Thank you for making our family visit very successful. I would recommend a small cupboard be placed in the ensuite bathroom...not much room for a ladies hair and makeup....

Very good amenities Car park exit and entry tag was not functioning properly. Had numerous attempts where tag did not register.

It was great having two bedrooms and a separate toilet and Paul, who met us, was excellent in his explanation of everything from the different keys and even walking us to the garage to show us how to access the gates and where we parked our car. Just outstanding service.

The property itself was a 2bedroom apartment, and was quite comfortable. The bathrooms, and bedrooms were tidy. The cutlery and plates were dirty.

The staff are outstanding; always a friendly welcome back, courteous and responsive all the time. The apartments are big - it is a really unique place to stay. Lots of cafes and restaurants in Bay Street, the gym membership at Brighton Baths Health Club were a bonus, I could ride there using the apartments free bike hire.
