• K (7/5): Location is ok and room is spacious. parking is inside the premise and very good. Worth it for 3 star hotel - Parking Bath Water pressure is low. Abit Smell Inside the room and should use good odour air freshener.

• BAN (2/5): Will not consider this hotel again - The only compliment is the receptionist. The room was in poor condition overall. • The curtain rod was damaged and had clearly not been repaired. • One of the lights was not functioning. • The toilet roll appeared yellowed, as if it had previously gotten wet and dried. • There was no hook in the bathroom to hang clothes, which was quite inconvenient. • The basin drain was partially clogged, causing water to drain very slowly. • The pillow covers looked noticeably dark and unclean. I arrived at the hotel close to midnight after a long journey and was too exhausted to request a room change. I stayed just a few hours and checked out immediately after waking up. Even though the room wasn’t expensive, the condition did not justify the cost. It was not a comfortable or worthwhile stay.

• Budi (6/5): - The room was simple but very spacious and it comes with free bottled water, small fridge and a hair drier. It is near the centre of the city which is convenient. The toiletries provide only body wash, shampoo and shower cap. No tooth brush or toothpaste provided. The toilet is quite clean, the dustbin will be cleared everyday. However the floor carpet was not cleaned everyday. The front desk left with one staff at night, hence it might take sometimes if there is a lot of check in. The adapter can only be purchased if you need one.
• Grey (6/5): Need to improve on cleanliness. - The cleanliness of the room really need to improve, the pillow in the wardrobe, the mat in bathroom, the cups & stirrers like used before. The desk is dirty.

• ima (4/5): just like really old hotel - The staff not really friendly and floor at room is oily. Interior design of hotel not really good just like old one.At first u enter the room, you feel like ‘urghhh’. the room price, u can get better room or place to stay.

The stay is comfortable and happy with the staff that receive us welcoming at the reception counter. Shopping is very convenience as the shopping center is near by.
• ric (6/5): Good for family of 3 to 4 - Location is ok. There is no wifi coverage for my room and I ended up with some data roaming charges . Insulation is poor as can hear tourist groups coming in late and leaving very early, can't rest well due to these noises. Room is quite spacious but no writing table to work on. Breakfast provided is marginally pass, as selection is not great.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not trusting online booking - Reservation was done online and confirmation by HOTEL.COM. Upon checking in, hotel did not have my reservation. I have to pay for my stay. HOTEL.COM need to refund my booking.

Incovenience during night after dinner and see sighting feel unsafe to park and walked back to hotel. Room no 351 with problem AC not comfort at all. LCD TV with bad service. Kid's pool very dirty no water circulation and bad odor.

• Dan K (2/5): Getting from bad to worst - Becoming more of a budget hotel for Chinese travellers in transit maybe. No proper maintanence of hotel. Room is not clean. This is as worst as it gets for me. Won't book again.

• Thao (6/5): Only about location - The hotel locatiob very convenient. it ss easy to walk to shopping mall / actrative area. Hence, quite noisy at night coz hotel next to the night club and coz of the design so everything happen outside ,will sound cloud inside the room. The room quite small, maybe coz we stay with a baby. Breakfast is poor, only basic salad, nasi lemak, sanwuych with butter and 1 kind of noodle only. Bathroom also very small. The most nicest in the hotel is children swimming pool =D If you not concern anything about that,room jst for sleep then it s nice ;)

• Verified traveler (8/5): My holiday in Malacca - Location of La Boss is convenient for sightseeing, shopping & reaching eateries. Many places could be reached on foot. Staff was more than willing to switch our room when we found it was little noisy on first night. All rooms are with windows. Area around La Boss & hotel itself is safe.

The staff not - I arrived at hotel around 2.30 pm and check in time around 2 pm so i expected the room already available because so tiring jammed at Melaka but i have to wait almost 2 hours. Within registration the staff only one person to handle with a long queue and very slow. After the staff said i must to waiting my room, the staff will call me to check in. Around 4 pm i told the receptionist what time i must check in then the staff said the room already available without inform me and i have to queue again. Really bad experience!
• Saliza (8/5): Value for money - Spacious room for family. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Near to shopping mall, restaurant and other attraction. The cleanliness of towel need to improve. The sound proof in the room is bit poor, still can hear the noise from the pub opposite the hotel.

• Michelle (4/5): Facilities - The day before I've booked my hotel, I've called the hotel to make sure whether there is swimming pool because my kids love swimming. The staff told me yes, there is a swimming pool. The next day when I reach the hotel, I brought my son to the swimming pool. The staff said that they are currently washing the pool. Ok, then I ask when will it be done? The staff said he doesn't know. The next day I ask the receptionist, she said that the swimming pool is currently being renovate. Totally disappointed.

• Shen Chin (6/5): Nice stay. - The Family room is of good size for 2 Adult and 2 children below 12. Hotel location is excellent, walking distance to shopping complex and Jonker Street and you can have Teochew BaK ku teh for breakfast or brunch which situated just next to hotel. It is not necessary to book hotel room with breakfast. Air-con is good. The negative is that Wifi is very poor.

• KHAIRI (4/5): I will avoid this hotel... - The first thing I noticed as I entered the room was the urine smell from the toilet. After spraying with a lot of water the smell was gone. Anyway, the bed was comfortable and the location is great as it is near to shopping complexes area. However, the parking spaces is limited.
• Kek (8/5): Pleasant stay - Hotel reception can't seems to find my booking. Not sure it is their system error or hotels.com's booking system. But at the end, La Boss managed to provide us the rooms. I do hope this matter won't happened on my next stay.
