Damien Chanrion (6/5): Escale à Cebu - Emplacement intéressant pour le marché nocturne A 20 minutes à pied du fort et du port A 15 minutes de la cathédrale et de la basilique Chambre assez spacieuse Nous avons dû payer 1000 pesos pour une arrivée le matin alors que nous avions eu aucune réponse à nos demandes via Booking Les lits ne sont pas confortables avec des draps trop petits en plus... Le plus gros problème est que notre chambre donnait sur la route très bruyante toute la nuit avec une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas et une isolation inexistante...

MICHEL (4/5): Pas très professionnel cet hôtel, on ressent la corvée de recevoir des Clients !! - Une situation de l'hôtel en centre ville, bien placée, près des animations de Cebu, ville sympa ! A la réception, le contact est inégal, à leur humeur ! J'ai du insister pour avoir l'adresse wifi, sur le reçu, cette adresse est inexacte (j'ai fait une photo). Le bureau d'accueil d'ailleurs est comme un guichet de banque à l'ancienne, faut parler dans l'hygiaphone, pas vraiment orienté client. En chambre, pas de mini frigo et encore une fois, en 2025, comment cet équipement de base en hôtellerie, pas de luxe, n'est pas prévu au Cebuview Tourist Inn ? C'est bien dommage car très très loin de l'accueil habituel et bien agréable aux Philippines !
MICHEL (3/5): Hôtel bien placé mais pas sympathique - Situation centrale. Walking distance Réception hôtel pas professionnelle souvent. Ne donne pas aisément l'adresse WIFI de l'hôtel ! Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre : en 2025, dans un pays chaud c'est un choix de propriétaire pas Customer oriented ......pourtant Cebu est une ville agréable.
Michel (3/5): ; - Cet hôtel est bien placé ! La gestion de cet hôtel manifestement n'est pas très professionnelle. En 2025, avec le Climat de Cebu, comment accepter l'absence d'un réfrigérateur ? Suivant le personnel rencontré vous avez quelqu'un de poli ou vous avez quelqu'un de négligeant. A mon arrivée le code Wifi de l'hotel donné est non opérationnel car imprécis, l'ID est écrit à la main sans soin et difficile à lire (j'ai fait une photo) et si vous réclamez la vraie adresse car c'est important on vous fait la gueule. C'est rarissime aux Philippines, c'est ma faute j'ai choisi cet Hôtel

Ngung Chia (10/5): Cheap hotel in a busy district - Centrally located - 2 mins walk to Colon, shopping belt. Plenty of cheap public transport. Lots of night markets, supermarkets and eateries. Room is spacious but hotel is well dated. Cable TV and good WiFi

David (4/5): Smelly and dirty - didn’t like. - I’m not a fussy person when it comes to budget accommodation, but I disliked my stay in this hotel so much that I cancelled a planned second night here and moved to another hotel. The main issue was a really foul smell as soon as I entered the room. A kind of mouldy, stale, “off” smell, and it was everywhere; in the air, on she sheets and the pillowcases. After one night here my hair had this smell. Not pleasant. The condition of the room was so poor: the bed sheets and pillow cases were stained, the bathroom floor was wet and the sink, toilet and mirror were all stained and dirty. Service was ok, efficient and not unfriendly. The area around the hotel didn’t seem too nice but the location is good for being close to the pier, just a short car ride away, and this was our main reason for booking the hotel. Price was also low. We just couldn’t get passed the smell and dirtiness of the room and for this reason I would recommend against staying in this hotel unless you’re really unconcerned about room cleanliness.

Gus (4/5): Not quite it - This is a difficult hotel to comment on. On one hand its city centre hotel, mouldy with plenty of drain flies. Plenty of them Get rid of 10 and 10 more will take their place. . Did not know what drain flies were till I googled thm in at this hotel. On th other hand Pity because the workers are very nice and bend over backwards to d things for you. Seems to attract the noisy sort so sleep was difficult sometimes. Compliments to the Chef meals were pleasant and bargain price. Beer cheaper than some supermarkets . Because of mould and drain flies I would not live there again but I can see people going back because of the staff. Maybe some other rooms were better??
Verified traveler (8/5): A fair stay for the price I pay - For the price I payed I could say it was a fair stay.. the family room was spacious...the staffs were friendly and accomodating...the location is near Metro Gaisano Mall...the room is clean and the beds were comfortable...the minor glitches were the airconditioners were the old models too noisy and it doest get cold enough so we end up sleeping with sweats...its near a karaoke bar we can hear them sing till dawn...but overall if its just a quick stay and your on tight budget I would recommend this place.

Peter (4/5): Don't need again - Room witout a window. Smelled bad. Was lucky to stay only 1 night. The location seems to be very crowding. Some street people bothering too much for money. The best was for us to catch a taxi and drive to another place to enjoy the city and surroundings.
