• Larry S (10/5): My fave in Hua Hin - Second time to visit this hidden gem just south of Hua Hin city. Its old, but with only 15 sea-view units, steps from the beach, who cares??? Staff are wonderful and the food is good at the little dining terrace facing the sea. Views are amazing and the small salt-water pool is also delightful. Highly recommended if you want an intimate place to stay with no fanfare and fancy facilities.
• PhilipFB (8/5): Away from the hustle and bustle. - The hotel is situated quite away from the main areas of Hua Hin. I was already aware of this and wanted somewhere with a balcony to chill for a few days after many days of travelling. This place offered that. A clean room, with a balcony and a place to unwind after being out during the day. The staff are friendly, courteous and do their best to attend to any needs or requests.
• yoshinori (10/5): 良いホテルです - 立地はチャームとホアヒンの間ですので車がないと不便な場所にありますがホテルのすぐ前が海でゆっくり過ごすには最適かと。一階の部屋でプールに直接行けて良かったです。庭から部屋が丸見えになるのでプールに人がいるときはカーテンを閉めないと丸見えです。今回お客が少なかったのでずっと開けっ放しでしたが。朝食付きでしたが、パンと卵（種類は自分で選べます）後、カオトムくらいでバイキングでしたが種類は少ないので期待しなほうがいいです。聞こえてくるのは波の音だけでリラックスできました。部屋は少し古いですが、問題ありません。スタッフも丁寧で好感が持てます。最終日の前日にスタッフから朝採のカニのお土産があるとのことで4キロ購入してバンコクで食べましたが甘くて美味しかったです。トータルではとても良いホテルだと思います。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice location. The hotel is right on the beach. But no direct access to the beach from the hotel (Didn't check with the staff though. Found an entrance to the beach next to the hotel but the levels were not right. Would have to climb down to the beach with that access). Room is spacious. Booked for one king bed room but got three twins :) Beddings were in good condition but the room had stuffy smells. The hotel restaurant has a nice space to enjoy the sunrising view over the sea and a reasonable priced menu with Thai and western food. Smoking was allowed, making it hard to enjoy the sea breeze when someone smoked in the restaurant area. Staff worked hard to keep the place clean and functioning. Same group for cleaning and services.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Strand - Schönes Hotel am Strand, jedoch ist dieser bei unserem Aufenthalt nur bei Ebbe und stark verdreckt verfügbar gewesen. Dann hat es einen ca. 2m breiten Bereich mit grauem Sand. Liegen sind nur auf der kleinen Hotel Wiese verfügbar.

Staff fantastic, food excellent and the view is as good as it gets without paying a fortune. Try it, you will be pleasantly surprised as long as you are not looking for five stars, it is a people hotel

• Viliam (4/5): Very average property at the best with great view. - This property is hugely over rated. Rooms and entire facility need to be renovated. It has a million dollar view, however if you like to go to town or do a long beach walk this is not your location. It is isolated and area provide very few eating options, Staff tries to ge helpful bt speak limited English and often time they appear to be clueless.

• J S (8/5): Feet in the water, cute and well-kept rooms - White Sand owners clearly put a lot attention and care into the upkeep of the property and making the rooms look nice, freshly painted and well maintained. The proximity of the sea is amazing, you can hear the surf and almost touch the water. The beach made only rare appearances at low tide, mainly overnight, but this was a particularly bad weather spell pushing the sea close to the hotel wall. Service is relaxed to barely existent at times. The staff and management are very nice but did not seem very interested, and you have to find for yourself and ask for what you would like, sometimes repeatedly. The food is very tasty.

• Pepi (8/5): Das Hotel liegt super. - Es gibt über das Hotel nur Gutes zu berichten. Chef und Angestellte alle ausserordentlich nett. Die Zimmer sind schön auch der Pool und die Lage. Essen ist auch sehr gut. Das einzige was nicht so toll war ist, dass das Meer. Leider alle 3 Wochen sehr stürmisch und jeden Tag Wind . Zum Schwimmen nicht so geeignet. Aber wie wir dann hörten kommen die Gäste vorrangig nach Hua Hin um Golf zu spielen und keinen Badeurlaub zu machen. Das Hotel ist aber wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Da es nur 16 Zimmer gibt ist das ganze sehr familiär und daher kein Hotelbunker. Die umliegenden großen Hotels nehmen überhaupt nichts vom tollen Flair des Hotels.

• Michael (8/5): We found a pearl on the beach..... - Small, well-managed and comfortable hotel with friendly and very service-minded staff. Unpretentious atmosphere - you feel welcome and at home! Good sea-side restaurant with a surprisingly large menu. Food well made - sea food excellent. We fell absolutely in love with this small hotel situated right "on top" of the beach and enjoyed awakening to the sound of the waves and a gorgeous view of the ocean every morning. We shall not hesitate to return.

Varauksen olin tehnyt viidelle yölle, mutta poistuimme hotellista kolmen yön jälkeen ja yhdelle päivälle meillä oli onneksi sovittu Bangkokissa käynti. Nyt ainakin tiedän, etten koskaan enää vieraile ko. hotellissa!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Gelangweiltes Personal........ - Das Frühstück wird leider nicht als Buffet Angeboten sondern durch sehr unfähige Kellner serviert. Insgesamt sehr unfreundliches Personal dort,dies hatte großen Einfluss auf unser Wohlbefinden,und dies wäre auch der Grund dafür nicht nochmal dieses Hotel zu buchen.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to chill-out! - This is an awesome place to go to! It is a place for lovers,place to relax and just be lazy! I loved its location; facing the sunrise on the water (from your room!). It is less than a mile away from the King’s Summer Palace. It is not a white-sand beach, but it is a beach/shore immediate/next to the hotel. You can walk for miles & miles to the left at low tide.(to right is the King’s Palace closed beach) High tide hits the hotel sea-wall! You can sit at the restaurant with a Coconut watching the ocean at your feet below. I loved watching the fishermen in the early morning. The restaurant is good/above average. The staff is awesome. You can take a free bike to the town or to near-by eating places or you can walk to small eating places near-by. There is a massage and horse/pony riding next door. I will certainly go there again for longer stay. Oh! just get a mosquito repellent!
• Michael (8/5): Nice quiet hotel close to the beach - I enjoyed my 4 night stay at White Sands Beach Hotel because it was small (only 14 rooms), very quiet and peaceful and right on the beach. My room was plenty big enough although the bath room was a bit small. The restaurant was very good with a good range of inexpensive meals. A great place to relax and read a book or two!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Klein und gemütlich - Ruhigste Lage, Pool im Garten und das Meer direkt dahinter - zumindest bei Flut. Das Zimmer schön und sauber, perfekter Service und sehr kinderfreundlich. Supermarkt und Straßenmarkt auch fußläufig erreichbar, für Hua Hin City (etwa 6km) braucht es schon die (kostenlosen) Leihfahrräder oder Taxi/Tuktuk.

Nice restaurant. No restaurants within walking distance during night time when water is high. A very nice stay. The perfect 3 star hotel.

• jacques (8/5): hotel sur la plage - Excellent petit hotel directement sur la plage,un peu loin de la Hua Hin, mais avec les petits bus pas de soucis Seul point faible...peu de chaises longues ...c'est la ruée le matin pour en avoir une.Le personnel parle très peu Anglais et ne sont pas très souriants!!! Mais ca reste une excellente adresse.

• Tristan (10/5): kleiner Geheimtip - Das Hotel ist familiengeführt und hat niedlich eingerichtete 15 Zimmer. Alle in Front zum Meer und frisch renoviert. Ein besseres Hotel in dieser Preisklasse ist nur schwer vorstellbar. Ich war begeistert. Ruhige Lage, da etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum. Fazit : sehr empfehlenswert
