• Dalia (1/5): Izbjegavati - Nista Izbjegavajte u sirokom luku , nikad nisam spavala u gorem smjestaju, prvo su nam naplatili 70€ kasno prijavljivanje dosli smo dvi minute nakon roka da nam se naplati 40€ sto je isto suludo, jos uz to nam je naplacena veca boravisna prostojba nago sto je napisano na bookingu, djelatnica iznimno bezobrazna, sobe kao da svi gosti spavaju zajedno sve se cuje, cijelu noc nismo spavale od buke, zidovi od papira, krevet za “dvije” osobe velicine za jednu malo jacu osobu, uglavnom grozno iskustvo za te novce!

• Maureen (3/5): A éviter - Emplacement intéressant. Équipement vétuste. Chambre très bruyante (sur rue, simple vitrage et menuiseries très abîmées). La cloison de la chambre ne monte pas jusqu'au plafond : la lumière du hall entrait dans la chambre toute la nuit. Le mobilier est médiocre et bas de gamme par rapport au prix de la chambre. Pas de service de bagagerie. Un supplément pour l'animal exorbitant : 12€/nuit. Avec les taxes, nous avons dû payer 82€ en plus sur place en cash par rapport à notre réservation.

• Nitzary (9/5): - Spacious and organized. Tha room they gave us didn’t have a TV. I recomend to change the window to a sound proof o e because you hear everything from the streets. The shower door was not long enough and all the water spilled to the floor.
• Nancy (9/5): We do recommend Casa Maca! - Lovely room! Nice location. If you sleep cold, you should reconsider staying here, as there are no substantial blankets provided. The walls are apparently thin, as we heard conversations all around us; however, everyone respected the quiet hours of night. Also, our hotel key was tricky to use, and we twice had to find someone off the street to help us, after no luck trying to contact the host via phone and knocking on office door. None of these points annoyed us, actually, and we had a wonderful stay.

El alojamiento es lindo, pero tuvimos problemas con el olor a cloaca/cañerías que salía del baño. Afectó bastante la comodidad de la estadía porque el olor se sentía en todo el ambiente

The staff is pleasant to deal with.The rooms are clean and tidy. There are no plates or knives or forks in the kitchen. It's a bit strange to me. There's only 1 hanger in the bathroom.

Tutta la notte auto e autobus e urla dei clienti del ristorante fino a oltre le 00:00. I muri della camera erano troppo sottili quindi si sentiva la sveglia del vicino.. i letti erano scomodissimi. La camera veniva sistemata tutte le mattina ma l ultimo giorno il terzo letto lo hanno lasciato così com' era.

The room was loud, the whole night it was loud from the neighbors. I wasnt able to rest well. On the floor on top of the room, there was a lot of banging on the floor.
• Azucena (7/5): Meh - The location was nice. When we arrived there was a tax fee that I didn’t know about. We had a very long journey and I was traveling with my mother (68 years old). I had 11 euro but I needed 4 more euro to complete the 15 euro. I asked if I could get the room for my mom and I could go to the ATM. The receptionist said no. There was no understanding just a hard cold no. I went out and I came back she gave us our room but that was not the best welcoming into Spain after our long journey and hauling our bags for about 15 mins fighting a crowd of traffics due to the ongoing holiday celebration. I’m glad we stayed here for one day because the sound is super transparent and you share one bathroom between 4 or 5 rooms. To be fair, the bathroom was clean. They do need to provide a mop or a mat because it can get very wet in there.

• Kathrin (7/5): - The guest house is very central and in a lovely area Unfortunately after having a shower due to water leakage, the floor was very slippery and whilst walking out of the shower there was nothing to hold on to. We had a room which was overlooking the street and as the windows are not isolated properly, you hear everything from the streets, also the first night the room was very cold. Ther is a shared kitchen but it doesnt provid any cutlery and when I ask for a teaspoon, the lady who checked us in didn't really seem bothered and just said no.

Inoltre, lo stile sia della guest house che della camera è bello e curato, rendendo l'ambiente piacevole. La Budget Room ha problemi di insonorizzazione e la porta non chiude bene. Il bagno esterno è poco pratico (doccia e mancanza di ganci), l’armadio è piccolo per due e la cucina è sprovvista di posate e stoviglie. Infine, le tasse turistiche sono risultate più alte di quanto indicato nella prenotazione online.

• PAIGE (4/5): Zero privacy and you hear EVERYTHING! - Location was great. There was a lot of outside noise. Looks nothing like the pics. You hear EVERYTHING! It’s as if you’re having a conversation with the people in the room next door. Also be mindful you have to get your luggage up 20 steps to get to the main door. No washcloths (for you ladies that don’t like to use a dirty towel to wash off your makeup) there was a TINY wardrobe with 5 hangers for your clothes and zero drawers anywhere.

Ho riscontrato vari problemi nella struttura: - rumore: la camera si affaccia sulla strada e non risulta per nulla insonorizzata. Inoltre, la camera è posizionata all’entrata della struttura quindi si sente ogni ospite che entra/esce dalla casa o che rimane nella hall. - luce: è presente una finestra in alto che dà sulla hall e quindi tutta la notte entra una forte luce in camera. -bagno: lavandino minuscolo con sopra una mensola in cui si sbatte per forza la testa - informazioni su check in: dopo aver prenotato e aver inserito il mio orario di arrivo mi è stato comunicato di dover pagare una tassa aggiuntiva in quanto arrivavo tardi. Inoltre mi hanno comunicato che se fossi arrivata oltre l’1 di notte non mi avrebbero aperto lasciandomi per strada. Reputo importate fornire queste informazioni fin da subito sulla pagina e non doverle scoprire solo dopo. Avendo il volo che arrivava a mezzanotte ho richiesto di cancellare la prenotazione in quanto rischiavo, in caso di ritardo dell aereo, di rimanere fuori casa senza un tetto per la notte. La mia richiesta è stata rifiutata e l unico modo per cancellare la prenotazione sarebbe stata pagando l intero importo. Siamo riusciti a risolvere solo grazie a una amica che vive a Barcellona che ha ritirato le chiavi per noi.

Rive - Camera molto ampia e pulita, ben arredata e posizione ottima. La porta della camera non si chiudeva bene. Lo abbiamo fatto notare al personale ma non hanno risolto.
• Femke (7/5): Prima verblijf - Super fijne locatie, lekker centraal, genoeg ruimte in de kamer. Badkamer schoon en groot genoeg. Super klein bed voor 2 personen. En echt onhandig dat je je bagage hier niet kan opslaan voor als je later op de dag pas terug vliegt. Ook is het wel erg gehorig dus wees daarop voorbereid met oordoppen.

• Anna (7/5): - Hotel spełnia oczekiwania hotelu 2gwiazdkowego. Cudow nie ma, jest poprostu ok. Plus to na pewno lokalizacja, w miarę spokojna i wszędzie naprawdę blisko na pieszo, lub metrem. Pokoje skromne, czyste, chociaz można by sie było troche bardziej przyłożyć do sprzątania. Podczas kąpieli woda wylewa sie na łazienkę. Drzwi do pokoju zamykane na mały zamek, wystarczyłoby mocniej szarpnąć drzwi i na pewno by sie otworzyły- to mnie lekko martwiło

• Bianca (5/5): - Localização excelente, banheiro muito bem higienizado sempre. A casa e o quarto são muito escuros, muito diferentes das fotos. Não há vedação alguma de som entre quartos, banheiro e corredor. O quarto estava extremamente empoeirado, especialmente o chão, que também era bastante encardido. Tivemos muita dificuldade de entrar no box do banheiro, a porta não abria totalmente.

• Rosanna (8/5): Posizione top - La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza di questa struttura, vicinissima a diverse fermate metro, tra queste anche Passeig de Gràcia (a circa 12 min a piedi), dove oltre alla metro arriva il Treno R2Nord che collega l'aeroporto alla città, per noi la soluzione migliore perché non richiede cambi, a differenza della metro (tra l'altro, fino al 31/03/2026 i treni sono gratis). Inoltre è possibile raggiungere a piedi alcune delle maggiori attrazioni della città. La camera non era molto grande, ma dotata di tutto il necessario. La nostra opzione comprendeva bagno in camera, con doccia spaziosa e presenza di phon. Negli spazi comuni è presente un utilissimo ferro da stiro. Ogni giorno passano per riordinare la camera e se necessario cambiano gli asciugamani (mettere in doccia quelli da cambiare). Lo staff è efficiente e gentile. La nostra camera affacciava in una piccolissima corte comune, quindi non adatta a chi soffre di claustrofobia perché la finestra, seppur presente sia in camera che in bagno, presentava vetri opachi e non annullava il senso di "chiusura", probabilmente anche perché la struttura è ubicata al piano terra ed entrava pochissima luce. Tuttavia è giusto specificare che le altre camere che affacciano sulla strada sembravano tutte molto luminose. Come specificato in altre recensioni probabilmente sentirete schiamazzi provenire dalle altre camere, enfatizzati soprattutto se presenti ospiti maleducati. Infine, consiglierei allo staff di migliorare un po' la pulizia "profonda" perché sui fili della corrente dei lampadari c'erano almeno 3 dita di polvere.

• Flavia (4/5): - Letto comodo, posizione ottimale della struttura per raggiungere qualsiasi zona della città (circondata da metro, bus, farmacia, supermercati). RUMORI RUMORI RUMORI . La struttura si trova in un piano terra rialzato con diverse camere dotate di pareti sottilissime tali da sentire le conversazioni dei vicini di stanza( come fossimo nella stessa) , chi entra e chi esce dalla hall, chi attraversa il corridoio per raggiungere le camere. Il tutto sommato ai rumori provenienti dalla strada a causa di finestre con vetri praticamente evanescenti. Al mio arrivo ho reso noto che il telefono della doccia fosse completamente rotto, si sono resi disponibili per un’immediata sostituzione che si è verificata 2 giorni dopo.
• Yuliia (8/5): Amazing location and friendly staff, can recommend and personally will keep in mind for staying again - Amazing location, literally perfect for main destinations for sightseeing, everything is about 10-25 min by foot, for further destinations there is a metro station just in two minutes Very friendly and communicative owner (staff), speaks English and keeps in touch, guiding you from the moment of reservation to your check in moment We had a shower with leaking upper head and bad isolation at the bottom of the shower cabin door, so the water kept flowing onto the floor every time we been showering. Not critical problem, but a bit annoying And there was no windows (technically there were one in a room and one in the bathroom, but blocked and covered) and no ventilation, so the towels been drying slowly and weren’t changed during our stay

Casa Maca sem izbral na oglasevane fotografije, lokacijo in ceno. Kot kupec sem bil zaveden, kar seveda ni vredu.

Y poder tomarse un thé en cualquier momento ya que estaba a disposición fué muy agradable! A pesar de que el baño y ducha estaban fuera de la habitación, siempre estaban limpios! El personal muy agradable y receptivo! La hubicacion perfecta,cerca de la Sagrada Familia,las casas de Gaudí y todo tipo de comercios. Se puede ir a pie al Barrio Gótico con buenas zapatillas!🤣 La verdad quedé muy contenta,muchas gracias y espero tener la oportunidad de volver con mi Família! Nada, todo perfecto!
