- Carlos (7/5): - Ubicación y climatizado Durante la última noche no hubo agua caliente
- Mathilde (2/5): Unfortunately, poor air quality made the stay uncomfortable and impacted my health - I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately the air quality in the room was very poor. There seemed to be no proper ventilation (no air circulation system or AC), and simply opening the window wasn’t enough. After a few days, I developed a persistent cough, which I believe was an asthmatic reaction triggered by the stagnant air. I’ve only experienced this in places with bad air circulation before.
There was a fan next to the bed, which I tried to use to improve airflow, but it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time - it blew visible dust into the room, especially near the bed area, which only made things worse.
Another challenge was that all the information provided - both in the welcome email and the leaflet in the room - was only in French. Since this seems to be a destination visited by many international travelers, offering the key information in English as well would make the experience more welcoming and much easier for non-French-speaking guests.
I would recommend a thorough cleaning of the fan, improved room ventilation, and multilingual guest information to better accommodate international visitors.
- Musyalina (9/5): It was ok - Creative the area felt unsafe with sketchy people roaming around
- Annick (10/5): - A very cute and quirky apartment incredibly close to the train station. It took a bit to figure out the sink and rain water system but we loved the geekyness :D the bed is narrow (1.4m) but comfy. Wifi is super (not sure why the ratings are so low) It gets a bit stuffy as the bed is high up close to the ceiling. However we did not use the ventilator (our fault)

- Vincent (8/5): Very good - Most original appartement
It's tiny, but everything you need is there .
Very close to the station.
- Adi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rydlova (8/5): Very good - Very nifty, creative Open bathroom - you can see in from the bed!
- Ciarán (5/5): Served a purpose. - It was very close to the city centre and all local amenities. The standard of cleanliness was poor.
- Nathan (8/5): Great for a night or two - The themed room was really cool The bed was small anyone 6ft would not fit in it. The mattress folds up, if there are two in the bed you keep rolling into into each other.
- Cla (9/5): Superb - That was exactly the kind of room I was looking to stay in Nantes! Pretty, well located. Going to bed is quite tricky, the ladder is pretty steep. No plugs near the bed.
- Weronika (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brit (4/5): only for very fit (and short) guest - Do read reviews before booking! You need to climb a steep ladder up to a (short) bed. This was made very clear in the confirmation mail, and I'm sure also on the place's own website. The pitch in Booking.com is however unclear on this, and I'm not alone in making the mistake. There are a lot of pictures but they are hard to decipher. The place looks stunning, I really like the effort put into it - but it's not for everyone. I would give half points, 5 start for the effort and blame myself for not reading enough of the reviews. However, the unkind come-back to the comment from a 76 years old disappointed lady took away another star.
