• Mohd Hafizhury (7/5): - Everything is just a stone throw away,you can walk to tourist spots by walking distance,nearby convenient shops, eateries places,coffee shops, shopping and atm machines I booked a room with a window,but unfortunately I just got a small room without a window without reason.The staff only gave me a discount of about 10%.I think i can deserve more than 10 %.

• Amanda (7/5): Affordable and okay hotel room - The room and bathroom was nice and comfortable, and the staff in the daytime was polite and kind. The bed and bathroom was clean, but there was quite a lot of dust on some surfaces. The staff in the nighttime was not that helpful.

I don’t really recommend it unless you are really short on budget and you need a place to stay that is in the city center Somking smell and bed

Lots of great little alley ways to explore nearby and great food options close by. Bathroom needed a better clean.

• Marga (7/5): Simple hotel, not for guests with OCD - The room is big but not very modern nor clean, but decent enough for its price. I had to book this hotel last minute because the next door hotel cancelled my booking out of nowhere. Needs a little bit tidying up.. towels were stained.

• Bdarma1 (8/5): Very good - Great location, fairly clean hotel. The receptionist was kind and helpful. Only thing that we don't like was the bed. Old spring mattress, which sagged in the middle and made noises when you move. I don't know if that is only in our room though. Also, the mini fridge was not plugged in. I had to look for the outlet which was hidden in the back, beside the the dresser.

• Simon (1/5): Never again - They paid for our taxi to another hotel They had no rooms available when we tried to check in and had to go to another hotel, they said they messaged us but they didn’t. Hotel looked dirty anyway and they had rooms to rent for the hour, meaning it’s a prostitution hotel as well which is why why probably didn’t have a room as they probably thought they could get a quick turnaround of the room before we arrived.

• Giles (6/5): Good value stay in HCMC - Location was good for accessing main sights in HCMC. Facilities all worked well. TV/aircon/kettle/fridge/shower/toilet. Also had a dresser with mirror. Not thoroughly clean. Dirt in edges and corners of the room. Dead cockroach appeared in the morning one day.

• Jonathan (6/5): Passable budget place to spend a few nights in a quiet location. - The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet, we didn't hear any noise from outside and slept really well. Room was clean and cheap, done the job for a few nights. The price on booking.com showed it was massively reduced as a late escape deal. However when you get there you will see that the standard rate written on the sign is the same as the "reduced" price online. Making it seem you're getting somewhere really nice for cheap, you're not. It's a budget hotel. The shower was quite cold, and the AC spat out ice shards periodically. The room is very small, it was difficult with two large backpacks to find space to put stuff and move around.

• May (1/5): Moaning Noises ALL NIGHT - The name- which describes this hotel perfectly. This was one of the nastiest hotels I stayed in. Reception quite unhelpful, bed had stains and hair from previous guest, broken sink pipe in the bathroom. I also heard noises ALL NIGHT from various rooms on my floor. I could not sleep from all of the noise. I felt like I was in a sec dungeon.

• Amanullah (3/5): staff is friendly and help more than expect, but the owner should definitely invest in renovating the room. not acceptab - the staff was very friendly and supportive. location very close to many good restaurants and quite central. the shower was broken. ever where ants. the room could really need some renovations. too old and the online pictures are definitely not reflecting the true condition.

• Brian (3/5): There are many many hotels in the same area for the same price that are much much better. - There was nothing till like about this property. It was a place to sleep and shower, if you are desperate. The pictures they presented were not accurate, but a longshot. They had tools, water, bottles, close clutter, all through the hallways and the stairs. The room we were given had no window and was extremely small. It said that breakfast would be provided and there was none.
