This particular time the room had a strange smell. It wasn’t exactly a smell like it was dirty but not like a cleaning product. It was messing with me and my allergies.

Told her I had to have a Handicapped room because I had just had a knee replacement. Was told I would be in room 100 on the first floor since I'm having trouble with steps. At check in I'm given room 300 on the 3rd floor. Mumbnuts kidd working the front desk doesn't have a clue and can't tell me why I didn't get room 100.

- Wilma (5/5): - I like the layout and amenities the suite with 2 queen beds has. I also received early check in. When my daughter and I entered the room, it smelled weird. As if they were trying to cover a bad spell with something that smelled good and it didn't last. I thought the tub was still dirty around the overflow ring, therefore I tried to clean it. The tub appears to be starting to rust and had black stains on the surface of the tub. My daughter and I left out for several hours and the smell they tried to cover up had returned at full force. We switched hotels because we were not satisfied with the hotel we originally booked, and to move to the hotel I had a good experience with before, and have a bad second experience is really disappointing. I don't believe I will return. I felt as if the room was dirty and disgusting, and scared to be walking on the floor in bare feet. I, my daughter, and my 15 month old granddaughter were breathing in an unknown disgusting aroma for 2 days and feel they didn't do a good job of cleaning the room. They were more interested in getting an early booking instead of cleaning the room properly. I would rather you tell me I couldn't check in early to assure the room was cleaned properly.

If you have any issues or needs, they are quick to respond. I asked for a toaster oven in my room & it was there in 15 minutes. The front desk staff (Jason) is very friendly and helpful each morning. It feels like a family here- Elizabeth cooks great breakfasts. In the evening savor the food made fresh by Chris & Patrick. The whole team is wonderful!

Being that it is beautifully nestled on adjoining streets but still right in the heart of restaurants, shopping, the mall as well as the movie theater and other recreational activities. It was truly a pleasure to stay at this hotel. I love the Staybridge and this is second staying there but at different location. Each time was truly a pleasure. Not to mention the FREE washer and dryer privileges but you do have to provide your own washing powder and other laundry essentials but this hotel in my opinion is an A++++! Did I say I absolutely loved it! Yes! I LOVED IT!!!!

- Marietta (10/5): Highly recommend, really enjoyed my stay coming from UK - I love the place its very clean (spotless) and the staffs are lovely. I stayed there for 2 weeks and Its got everything you need, near everything and they also have a social gathering day where they serve free wine and dinner for 3 nights just so you can network with everyone. Highly recommend this place - its got everything that you need (pool, court, gym, laundry) though the pool isnt that big still pretty nice and chill and the most important for me is that the environment is amazing with helpful and friendly staffs.

- Mdlopez (8/5): Good place for camp Lejeune - We stayed here for our son finishing at camp Geiger. Good rooms with comfy beds. Liked the manager’s receptions on Monday thru Thursday. Breakfast was varied and better than most. Had bacon eggs yogurt waffle machine and yogurt and cereals. Good pool. Recommend for families. Try and be on top floor. Can hear people walking above

- Amanda (6/5): - This was our second time staying at this property in the last month. The first visit was great with zero issues which is why we booked again. I will say I think it’s poor customer service to try to run the card the morning of your arrival before you even get there. We had plans to use a different card so this messed things up. We arrived a little after 3pm, which was when check in was. Our room was not ready until almost 5pm which was very inconvenient. We wanted to take advantage of the grill station the first night we were there and had gone to the grocery store for that purpose only to run out of propane 20 minutes into cooking. We let the front desk know they were out of propane and were told there was nothing they could do u til maintenance came back in the morning. This experience was much different than the first time and is questioning whether we will stay at a Staybridge again in the future

- Samantha (8/5): It’s alright - Check in went great, but upon getting to our room, things are very used and worn. Bedroom door doesn’t latch well, couch leans in significantly in the middle, and room door gets stuck sometimes when opening from the outside. Definitely needs some fixing up!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Wet Dog - Rooms smelled like wet dog/cat. Carpets were wet in both rooms, due to the humidity. Unable to sleep because even the bed sheets and comforter was damp. But the smell was sooo bad! Everything else was nice about the hotel and it had a good breakfast buffet.

Nothing, everything was great, no complaints. Someone called me about the elevator a week before I arrived. That was a great heads up. But overall, I will still stay again.

- Lexi (6/5): - I got to check in and they weren’t much help unfortunately. I was by myself and am 34 weeks pregnant. They weren’t very informative about a lot of things. I was carrying my child and they said they had the crib set up for me. Then they said here are your keys and nothing else. I had no idea where to go. The elevators were broken so I just thought the stairs were by them. Nope. Had to go back and ask them. They told me the longest way to my room. I later found a shorter way. No help with my luggage even though they offered on email since the elevator was broken. So carrying a toddler and my luggage and going up stairs by myself. And going the longest way to my room. It was an awful welcoming. No help at all. Nice hotel but not helpful. Wish their staff were a bit more common sense on how to be more helpful to their guests instead of just take our money.

- allencV4500DL (4/5): Obviously disappointed - While our first night’s stay was nice, clean and friendly, the coffee/tea sections were completely neglected (after the continental breakfast time) for the next two evenings. Ran out of cups, tea bags, no more half and half out and the hot water was cold. All else was positive about our stay, but the front desk also acknowledged the failure of the kitchen staff.
