- 228nataliiai (2/5): Don’t recommend - I booked this hotel for two nights through Booking and informed them in advance that my flight was delayed due to the current situation. I asked them not to cancel my reservation and assured them that I would arrive and pay in cash. No one responded to me. Not by email, not through Booking, and not by phone. When I arrived, I was told that I had to pay the full amount immediately. Since it was 3 a.m. and I was short of 100 dirhams, I offered to pay the remaining amount I had and settle the rest the next morning. I even offered to leave my passport as a guarantee that I wouldn’t go anywhere. At that time, Western Union the service through which I receive money wasn’t operating at 3 a.m., and it’s difficult to make international payments from Russia due to sanctions. I was exhausted after my flight, but instead of understanding, I was met with a huge amount of anger, aggression, and shouting. I was told that I could leave and that my passport was not needed, only the money. Somehow, I managed to come to an agreement with him. As a person who has stayed in both 4- and 5-star hotels, I found this behavior outrageous. I value calmness and diplomacy. I would also like to point out that the floors and carpets were not clean, the sink was clogged (although it was eventually fixed), there was a draft coming through the windows, and disposable slippers were not provided. Other hotel staff behaved professionally, except for Nadeem, who was on the night shift from March 27 to 28 (around 2–3 a.m.). Because of all this, I strongly don’t recommend this hotel. I give it a rating of 1, as I believe the hotel needs staff who can communicate properly with clients, be polite, and remain professional. I will not return here again.
- Love2Holiday2012 (8/5): Ideal base for exploring Abu Dhabi - Would recommend this hotel as an ideal base to explore Abu Dhabi. 5 minute walk to the lovely seafront. All the shops and restaurants right outside the door. Abu Dhabi grand mall is a twenty minute walk away. Taxis and bus stops right outside the hotel to. I did just room and breakfast option. Breakfast well worth it. But if going to breakfast around 8am it is very busy. I had a huge corner room on the 16th floor. What did surprise me (not the hotels fault) but the road noise at night. I was so glad to be up on the 16th floor. Never waited more than a minute for a lift. Rooms big and cleaned thoroughly daily. Fantastic views of Abu Dhabi from this hotel, especially from the roof top pool. Great thing about this hotel is at night its all lite up in red. So at night when I was out and wanted to go back I would just spot the red lights and follow them lol. Staff friendly especially the guy who checked me in and the young lady who cleaned my room daily. Would definitely recommend booking the traditional day trip to Dubai. 400 Dirams well worth it. See the lady by the main entrance.

- Venture63035399513 (2/5): Worse Staff handel the guest - We booked a hotel package that included Ferrari World Fast Track tickets. The staff confirmed that Fast Track was included, but when we arrived, we were only given access to one ride. We complained to the manager, but no action was taken. Please be careful when booking rooms or additional services, and make sure everything is clearly confirmed in writing.
- znnax (2/5): Worst Customer Management - It was one of the worst experience I have encountered in terms of their customer management, internal communication, and problem solving skill. They just shrink the responsibility to different parties (both internally between department and externally with agoda) and telling me a different solution every time i repeated the issue, there is NO ONE to stand out and handle the issue. This is what happened: I accidentally booked the hotel on agoda for one more night (Jan15-19, but I am flying on Jan 18), and have immediately sent email to the hotel on this, with a follow up email several days after but NEVER get a reply. I have contacted agoda support and it took them forever to reach out to the hotel and hence i was waiting until the day i check in. Upon checking in on Jan 15, I have talked to the front desk and they told me to ask agoda to contact their reservation team as this is not their responsibility, and they said I am able to get a refund from reservation team but not the front desk. After I contacted agoda, they said no one from the reservation team replied. Hence, I went to the front desk the 2nd time on Jan 16 to ask the hotel help contacting their reservation team, I repeated my issue again as it was a different guy and he even took my phone to take a picture of my conversation with agoda, their reply was I need to wait until the day after as they need time to contact the reservation team. On Jan 17, I followed up with the front desk, repeated my issue again as it was a different staff again, he told me I need to be patient and they are working on it, just wait one more day... On Jan 18 which is the day i check out, another staff (his name is Abrar) have absolutely no idea of my issue and i repeated my issue again, then he told me that it is the hotel policy that there won't be refund. He claimed that he called the reservation team and they also confirmed there is no way. I was really not satisfied and then he came to me to ask for me booking confirmation and show me the policy with no refund. He gave me the email of reservation team manager (his name is Murab) and ask me to try to talk to him. I sent email to Murab immediately but only after i sent a follow up email the day after to get a reply of "no refund due to hotel policy".
- 518arpits (4/5): Felt like scam!! stressful & disappointing stay, unprofessional & coercive staff behaviour - We booked a suite for two nights and were travelling as a family with two children (one 7-year-old and one infant). What followed was one of the most stressful and unpleasant hotel experiences we have had. On arrival, there was a constant water bubbling/flushing noise in the room, making it impossible to relax. After multiple complaints, we were told it was due to the swimming pool located directly above us (we were on the 17th floor, with the pool on the 18th). The noise stopped only after a couple of hours when they “shut down something,” which already set a poor tone for the stay. The swimming pool was advertised as heated, but it was not heated at all, which was extremely disappointing for my child who was looking forward to using it. The jacuzzi, on the other hand, was unbearably hot, and staff claimed they were unable to adjust the temperature. Basic facilities were either misrepresented or poorly managed. The most serious issue, however, happened on the day of checkout. We checked out in the morning, settled the full bill, and placed our luggage in the hotel cloakroom. We then left for a full-day trip to Yas Island (SeaWorld) and returned to the hotel in the evening around 8:30 PM to collect our luggage before travelling onward to Dubai the same night. While waiting in the reception area with our two children, I asked a waiter for drinking water. Despite repeated requests, I was ignored for over 10 minutes. I then approached the reception desk and requested water from a staff member (Indian-looking gentleman), clearly mentioning that: we had already checked out, we were waiting in the lobby, and we had stayed in Room 1701 (which he acknowledged). After another long wait, I was told that water had been “sent to the room.” A few minutes later, I was told they cannot provide water at all. There was no apology and not even a courtesy glass of water. With an infant and a child, we were forced to step out to a nearby supermarket ourselves to buy water and food. When we returned and asked to collect our luggage, we were suddenly told that there was a “problem” and were asked to go back to reception. Another staff member (white-looking gentleman) repeatedly ignored us, despite clearly seeing that we were travelling with children and had luggage pending. Eventually, we were informed that there was a small apple-juice stain on the sofa and were refused our luggage unless we paid 500 AED, after which they offered a so-called “20% discount.” We were also told that the room was “not occupied today.” At this point, we were under extreme pressure: travelling with two children (including an infant), already checked out, luggage being withheld, and needing to leave for Dubai the same night. With no practical choice left, we paid the amount and were then handed our luggage. What made this situation feel extremely disturbing and suspicious was the clear contradiction: Earlier, staff claimed water had been sent to Room 1701, Later, they stated that the room was not occupied. So which version was true? It felt like taking advantage of a vulnerable situation, knowing we were travelling with children and had no time or energy to argue. We tolerated prolonged noise issues, misrepresented facilities, and inconvenience, but a minor juice spill was used to withhold our luggage until payment was forced. This stay left us feeling stressed, helpless, and deeply uncomfortable. I would strongly advise families—especially those travelling with children—to be extremely cautious. The behaviour of certain front-desk and service staff was unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

We were here for two nights. Surrounding area has nice restaurants and malls. We could even find an Indian restaurant near by We didnt try breakfast there. It was additional cost. We tried ala karte and ordered pizza which was not that great Checkout was smooth. Overall nice hotel. I also recommend that go to the swimming area on top floor to see the beautiful corniche beach
- EDE2000 (2/5): Terrible service - I booked a stay at Ramada by Wyndham Abu Dhabi Corniche and called the hotel to confirm an early check-in due to my 1am arrival. I was explicitly told by a staff member that booking from the Tuesday would be fine, so I adjusted my booking based on that guidance. After this, upon emailing the hotel, they claimed that no such confirmation was given. They said I had to book to check-in on the Monday and kept persisting that I was mistaken. This miscommunication, caused entirely by the hotel staff, left me frustrated, stressed, and extremely disappointed, especially as my trip was approaching within 3-4 weeks. Even after raising a formal complaint, the responses failed to take responsibility and incorrectly suggested I check with my travel agency. The lack of accountability and poor handling of the situation does not reflect the level of hospitality one would expect. The stress and frustration caused by this experience were completely avoidable and left me as an unhappy guest. I genuinely thought they were making an expectation as it was my birthday. I was wrong. I have decided to cancel my whole reservation and stay somewhere with better service. I'd rather may more money than stay here.

I had originally booked an ocean-view room, but they mentioned that we were given a free upgrade. However, I didn’t see any upgrade, and the room didn’t have a proper ocean view. Secondly, I called the hotel reception to confirm the complimentary birthday setup. One staff member answered the call and gave me a WhatsApp number, saying that the person in charge of such arrangements could assist me. I agreed and sent two messages to that number, but received no response. After two days, I called the hotel again around 1:30 p.m. A lady answered, and I requested the birthday setup once more. She said she would add a comment to the booking. I confirmed with her three times, and she assured me it would be added. However, when my partner checked into the room, nothing was done. It completely spoiled the excitement.

Bad customer service! - It is the worst place to stay.. my booking was 14 days and paid everything in advance, but due to everyday issue with services and facilities specially the room that is not sound proof!!! Like you can here the people on the next room or in the corridor, terrible parking service, plus house keeping always forgot to leave towels.. staffs that are totally not accommodating, dirty water in the swimming pool.. and the manager, begging me to stay as i decided to checkout 3 days before my last day as I can’t sleep at all i can hear the people talking in my room.. she was asking me to stay. I refuse.. and she promised to return back the money for the rest of the days i didn’t use.. and till now 5 days now.. everyday im calling about it.. and all the time call back the next day, manager is aware, you will get it once accouning department is open.. but everyday.. so if your planning to stay in this hotel, better see other options.. cause you will end up not sleeping at night, you will be late for work or anywhere as getting your car will take 20-30 minutes.. plus access card its 90% of the time not working..

The suite was nice and spacious, but the kitchen was very basic and looked very makeshift. No cutlery, plates or pans so none functional - the hotel services such a steam room, was not working properly, pool is open at strange times - 9-2 and then 4-6, jacuzzi wasn’t warm enough - towels provided smelt funny. Upstairs roof looks very cowboy built and has seen better days. Ramada just isn’t what it used to be, luckily they have very good staff to keep up their reputation but otherwise not up to a 4 star they claim

Our room door was making a squeaking sound, housekeeping di not clean the room on second day we had to remind them thrice. Breakfast does not have many options even though its a 4 star hotel for Indians especially vegetarians. Don't go by reviews on multiple websites. At check in the staff said breakfast is not included only upon pointing out in the booking details she enquired with her colleague and confirmed. Expensive but service is not up to the mark.

From the moment I arrived, there was a clear disconnect. Despite earlier email assurances that my loyalty status had been recognized and that I would receive an upgrade and a welcome gift, none of that was reflected at check-in. Instead of the promised high-floor room with a sea view, I was given a standard room on a lower floor facing the parking lot. My membership number? Also missing from the reservation, despite email confirmation and the front desk agent’s promise to update it during check-in. The hotel itself leaves a rather average impression. The surrounding area is dirty, and the hotel’s interior doesn’t make up for it. The room was only moderately clean, but the biggest issue was the bathroom. Poor plumbing design caused bathwater to back up all the way to the bidet. On top of that, I could clearly hear everything happening in the bathrooms of the rooms above and below mine. The lack of sound insulation made it hard to relax. The view from the window was depressing, and the windows themselves were dirty. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, despite limitations in the hotel’s systems and organization. The pool was also decent, although it is not an infinity pool as the listing might suggest. Unfortunately, the checkout experience also left a bad impression. After checking out, we were asked to wait around 10 minutes while a staff member checked whether we had used the minibar. This lack of trust toward guests was very noticeable – especially since other guests next to us were also made to wait for the same reason. Pros? The hotel is located right next to a bus stop, and the pricing is relatively affordable. Overall rating: 5/10. The hotel may cover basic needs, but it doesn’t leave a positive memory – especially for those expecting Wyndham-level standards and the hospitality one might hope for in a city like Abu Dhabi.

- davidcH8047ED (6/5): Bad experience with charges on local phone call. - I stayed two nights in early Jun 2025 as part of Etihad stop-over arrangement. The bell boy and front desk staff were general very friendly. However a duty manager on Jun 5 was very cold and unfriendly when I checked out. He told me to pay AED30 for a local call of 2 minutes to a local travel agency. I told him that I had confirmed with the reception before the call that only IDD call would be chargeable. He refused to listen and put on an indifferent face seemly saying that I don't care and you have just to pay. Just remind all to avoid such phone calls - and I am surprised to know that hotel still charge local calls.

The room at 16th floor stinked, probably because the windows were locked - presumably for safety reason - but the smell was awful and it was the same for all the time. We didn't have the breakfast, it was so expensive and poor with the choice.. The bar next to the hotel was definitely better. At the main entrance, on the right there was the desk where you could ask for experiences. The woman there was so insistent, she asked multiple times the same things and at the end she gave wrong info as well. At some point she stopped even to greet us - you should always do it with customers, ignoring them is not ideal. The swimming pool was too small, no space for all. When we had food delivery, after few minutes someone called in the room asking us to make orders, really? I should be free to choose where to eat with no pressure. In this hotel as well, we noticed that saying "one moment please" when the housekeeping is out of the door is useless because they open the door ignoring what you said. This is extremely rude! Our reservation was a ghost, they were not able to find it... We wait for long and at the end, after giving them all the details (including passport, reservation documents from the agency) they say "oh yes, it is here"... Quite weird. Maybe change your system, using an easier one. We will not return in this hotel, and honestly we don't recommend it

The room was of good size, clean and comfortable with a walk in shower as well as a bath. As a senior solo traveller the service and helpfulness of staff was excellent, but I would like to especially thank Ashwathi in customer services and Mansoor the doorman who went the extra mile to help make my stay an enjoyable experience.

- 712sachinc (10/5): Staying with Ramada abudhabi ,Corniche and help of Mr Tushar Mukherjee was indeed - My Sachin chawla, travelled along with my family in dubai and Abu dabhi. I stayed with Ramada Abudhabi Corniche on 13 April to 15th April 2025. We had a short stay in the hotel and their services and ambience is really good All, 6 rooms allotted having Sea View .we spent good enough 2 days and we checked out on 15 April and proceeded to Dubai . During transit , we got a call from the Hotel that I forgot cash in Locket. it was my mistake I knew and they offered me, if possible I can come and collect but I already travelled too far from Abu dhabi and could not come back. Since then the hotel has given multiple options and they supported well to give back my cash. Finally and surprisingly one of their, employee Mr Tushaar mukherjee initiated voluntarily came front and offered to make payment through g pay and he will take up this Indian Rs which he will encash in next journey to india. It really helped me a lot . Once again I am thankful to Hotel team management and specifically Mr Tushar Mukherjee for their help, professional approach and generosity.

- 310ozano (4/5): What a s@#t show… - Ok, first am admission. This is not meant to be a luxury review (as I do on this page) and if things had gone normal, I would not have written this review. This is as much a complaint about the booking app Hotels Tonight as well as this hotel. I had a last minute trip to Abu Dhabi, landed at 1 am with meetings at 7 am, so i thought i would crash somewhere cenral for few hrs. Or so i thought. By the time i came to the hotel, they said they could not find the reservation (even though i had booked few days prior) and had no room available. Not sure who messed up, but it really is not my concern. The upshot (and the only reason it actually has 2 stars) is because of helpful front desk staff who worked to get me a room (and after a long wait they did). I wanted to make this clear to he fair to the staff who was also not happy about this situation. They could only find a smoking room, which was yet another downside. Otherwise, I guess its a good value for money, with a decent space. Not my typical review, but hey, travellers beware.

- K2663FUtraceyb (2/5): Dirty tired rooms - Avoid this hotel at all costs. We have just got back from a 4 night stay there. The hotel rooms were absolutely filthy and tired. Stayed there with friends and met other couples who all had the same dirty rooms. The bathrooms are in need of a good clean and refurbishment. The carpets are all stained, our mattress was brown and stained and the bedding was ripped. We had no towels on arrival and had to ask daily for them (plus toilet paper). They were old towels and were just thrown on our bed! The furniture is damaged and the chairs are filthy. They had coverings on them I assume to hide even more stains! The rooftop pool area is very tired and the sunbeds dirty. This hotel does not look like the pictures nor live up to previous reviews. I always do my research and there were no red flags. We were all dissatisfied and even after complaining to our travel company and in turn them speaking to the hotel nothing changed!

Mr Nibek ( I hope I have spelt his name correctly ) Upgraded me to the Top 18th Floor with a Sea View Room & entire process was completed in 5 minutes. Room was Excellent with all Basic Amenities with a Super Comfortable Bed. Room Size was quite Good Piping Hot Water in the Bathroom in this cold weather. Elevators were Super Fast Breakfast was Very Good @ Lemon Restaurant Ms Lui the Hostess took good care of all the guests. All the Staff Members were very efficient & quick to meet any of your requests Munipulima ( again sorry if I spelt it wrong ) at the Egg Station was Very Fast, Courteous & attentive to your requests of what type of eggs you wanted. I specifically asked for Fully Fried Eggs & it was made to perfection. The Breakfast menu was quite Exhaustive Only suggestion is there should be more varieties in Desserts. Secondly, Check-in was Smooth but Check-out was very Painful Inspite my multiple requests to send the Bell Boy to collect the Luggage they took almost 30 minutes to collect the Luggage. My Taxi driver was constantly calling me & lastly threatened that he’ll go away. Lastly after shouting at the Reception Staff they brought the Luggage down. However except the above mishap the Hotel is very good & would definitely recommend it to prospective guests

- David (6/5): Blah - They might be a USA brand, but they don't operate as USA hotel. The hotel itself is fine, but the crap they do is infuriating because it's a slow drip of stupid policies that build to me wanting to write this review. As others have stated, they don't respect the do not disturb. They also want you to take housing keeping everyday (I'm assuming so they can see if you consumed anything from the minibar). If you have the do not disturb illuminated, they will light you up on the phone between 4:30pm to 5pm. If you have children, like taking afternoon naps, etc. you are going to be called. If you disconnect the phone they will bang on the door. I've never received this many phone calls at a hotel. What is most irritating, and something the front desk will deny, is they will disable your room key if you don't take housekeeping. Long day walking? Not feeling good? You have to waste your time checking in with the front desk to get your room key reauthorized. Lastly, they signed me up for Wyndham Rewards and I was already a member. They put my room on the new number they setup without asking me if I wanted account. I'm 3 days into an e-mail dialog with Wyndham corporate trying to get the new account closed and the points moved to my existing account. I have no idea what e-mail they used so I can't pass Wyndham's "security" verification. If you can deal living under their iron fist of rules/policies then it's a fine hotel.

If you’re lazy to drive there are restaurant nearby and so you can go for a walk. I wanna say thank for Miss Lau and the Filipino staff they’re very accommodating when we go to eat our breakfast. We will definitely come back.

I called the hotel at 12pm to confirm my booking and my request for *connecting rooms* it's important because we are a family. They told me it is ready and that I could come. I arrived at 4pm for check-in, but they told me that my request for (connecting rooms) was not available and that they would give me rooms on separate floors. Moreover, the rooms were not at all the ones I had booked. I didn't accept this, but they were not cooperative at all. Only the employee Fatima Zahra tried to help and told us to wait an hour while she tried to arrange connecting rooms with the same requirements. After waiting, she indeed provided us with our rooms. Although it is standard in other hotels to get exactly what you booked, in this hotel, you have to come and create a problem with the staff to get your request fulfilled. This is completely unacceptable. This is my second time booking in same hotel Both times I had the exact same problem: a delay in check-in and not finding your exact rooms.

The Mnager "Nadrine" is very helpful and she brought my car by herself when we couldn't find the valet guy! But, the hotel facilities are not enough for this number of floors and rooms. They only have 2 elevators so you will keep waiting or using the stairs! Also parkings are not enough and they have very bad Valet service (Rarely to find them available and when they are available they spend very long time to bring it)

While I respect there was an expo on, hence the full bookings, I was paying this, not my company. Only rooms available were smoking despite me booking non-smoking. The response was ‘this is the Gulf everyone smokes, nearly all our rooms are smoking’. I have never heard such a poor statement. I was shown one room where I couldn’t walk through the door due to overpowering smell. The second room hardly better, but I felt this wasn’t going to improve. Window doesn’t open, my eyes sting, everything now reeks of cigarette and no alternative was provided. Water dribbles from shower and is cold. Add to this, I was called 3 times to find out when I’d be checking out. Time is clear as 12 noon. Uncertain why I was called twice the day before and then after 11am. If you want to feel unwelcome, this is the place. The only redeeming qualities was the understanding manager and helpful staff at the main door. Pool was ok, but rundown around it. I’m genuinely upset by this whole situation. I have come here to visit a friend whose husband has passed I shared I would possibly extending my stay. Nope…this has been absolutely awful and I booked elsewhere.

They appeared indifferent to my concerns and failed to provide the level of service one would expect from a reputable hotel. To make matters worse, I had a concerning experience during the night when two individuals, presumably hotel staff, entered my room without my permission. This intrusion into my personal space was not only unsettling but also a violation of my privacy. I hope that my next visit to your hotel will be a more enjoyable and comfortable experience.

- Anthon (4/5): Not happy with my stay atRamada Abu Dhabi Cornice - I was told I needed to pay extra for parking, which was not really a problem except it sure had to be disclosed somewhere. Also, you will have to pay for ice. The breakfast buffet was decent. When I asked for butter, the wait staff and chef said it was finished. And it looked like they had no intention of replenishing as it happened again the same day

Unbelivably loud, stayed 4 weeks and half the time I couldn't get a good night's sleep. Avoid avoid avoid...

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. The attention to detail and personalized service truly made my stay unforgettable. First and foremost, the room was impeccable. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, and soft linens ensured that I had a restful night's sleep every night. Additionally, the amenities provided, such as the coffee maker and tea,milk big bottle of water made me feel right at home. The staff at your hotel were exceptional. Specially Jalil and Panashe. They were always friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The concierge was particularly helpful, providing me with great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I also appreciated the housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that my room was kept tidy and well-stocked. The location of your hotel was perfect for my needs. It was conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, as well as 10 min away walking from Abu Dhabi mall, and the surrounding area was safe and quiet. Overall, I can't say enough good things about my experience at your hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a value for money and welcoming place to stay. - Aya (4/5): Walls were too thin - First night, I noticed the walls are so thin that I could hear the conversation next door. They were chatting till late but as I did not understand their language, it was just a background noise. Third night, next door guests were throwing a massive party, really loud till 2am. That was too much for me. I stayed in other Ramada hotels in different parts of the world before and I did not experience no issues, so it was rather disappointing.
- Atena (8/5): - Polite staff. Cleaning everyday and an excellent neighborhood, easy walk to board walk and easy access to Adu dahbi mall . If you need taxi or bus, it's also available easily.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Just ok - No hot water to take shower even after changing room after waiting for 4 hours to fix it, just booked and went at night to refresh and sleep but not a comfortable stay.
