- James (5/5): This hotel forgot that they are in the hospitality industry. - Room was clean upon arrival; coffee was good. Noisy (the choice of flooring resulted in hearing the neighbors above you). Lack of housekeeping and cleaning of commons areas. I saw the same trash and mess in the elevator during my entire stay. Half of the TV channels did not work. The front desk staff were not very hospitable.

WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THE INCIDENTALS EE OF $50 along with the $7.50 fee to park would be nice to know about the fees before booking. was told it is due to using a 3rd party to book room. was also going to extend my stay and was told I had to check out and check back in and pay both fees again.

I had to park on the driveway where you park to check in both nights of our stays. There were big trucks taking spaces because they were parked incorrectly. If the property is going to charge customers for parking the property should have guaranteed parking for customers. I had to carry my daughter to the hotel because she was asleep on n the car.
- Pamela (7/5): All in all the stay was good. One bad apple shouldn’t spoil the bunch. But it does. - The hotel and room were beautiful!! The manger that helped me when I checked in and checked out was very pleasant, had great customer service, all smiles, completely understanding when I had a card decline. Gave me her name to call if I had any issues, 5 star, 10 Rating for her! (Elizabeth, was her name I believe.) I called Wednesday for her and that’s when I had the opposite service. The attitude I was given from the front desk clerk when I had a billing issue. I asked to speak with a manager and she continued to help me, good on her, showed me she was capable of doing the job. Just her lack of concern, patience, and customer service were HORRIBLE. She did it all with attitude. In customer service the way you speak to people is EVERYTHING.

- Paola (7/5): Good - The location of the hotel was amazing, it was next to plenty of restaurants, lots of great options for food. We were in town due to a softball tournament and it was close to the stadium as well. The cleanliness of the hotel was also great. Very, very clean. The photo of the pool when booked was not the same as the actual pool at the hotel. When we booked the hotel their was also a photo of a hot tub next to the pool and there was not a hot tub. Pictures were deceiving. Also our girls had been at a tournament all day which we made it back to the hotel at about 9:40 our girls were so excited to swim after their tournament the pool closed at 10 and even though we explained this to hotel receptionist he said it was his problem and that we needed to get out. So we got out and changed our girls and parents still wanted to hang out and bond so we decided to get out of the pool, change, and we went downstairs to where the breakfast was held and as soon as we got there we were told we needed to leave because they needed to close it up as well. So there was no common area where we could all hang out? I asked them where do you expect us to hang out then if you are closing all common areas to us and he said "in your rooms" with a snarky voice mind you there was 20+ of us how were 20+ us expected to hang out in a room when the rooms were tiny? Just did not like that there was no common space for us to hang out. Not even around the pool or a balcony. Breakfast cookers could not keep up with the demand of how many people there were in the hotel. They kept running out of items and would take them 30 to 45 minutes to replace them if they even replaced them at all.

- Brandy (2/5): Would not stay again - There is no hot tub which pictures show they have one. The pool was disgusting and didn't want to swim. There is a $50 deposit which is requires per room you rent which uou get 8 to 10 businesses days. Amount is not included in check in instructions.

- Millicent (8/5): - I did not book through Expedia before I walked into the lobby. The only employee said, she could match or do better than the Expedia p ice. So I waited to see if that was so. Unfortunately she could not so I reserved a room through Expedia. The employee got annoyed because hat I did have hat, so she told me it could take 20 minutes or up to 5 hours for my reservation to show up on her computer. Talk about annoyed…. I was very irritated to say the least. There was a reason Hunter storm, it was 8pm and I just wanted to get out of the car after an eight hour drive. The price difference was almost $58. And it only took a few minutes for my reservation to be confirmed by the hotel employee.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Holiday Inn I-20 Midland,TX - The hotel is nice. Just a couple of small items need attention. The shampoo dispenser in the shower is a little tricky. The guide on the tv did not work. The hotel itself is quiet, but the surrounding outdoor area is really noisy. That noise is heard inside the room we had. The pool is super!! It’s beautifully kept & really nice. But incredibly cold even being outdoors with no cover.
