• Erin (7/5): It was okay. - The room was nice The carpet in the room was wet when I checked in. The truck noise in the parking lot was loud for sleeping for a couple of hours , but did get better.

• Margo (8/5): Stay on the top floor - The 4th floor It’s an older building and we took a room in the 1st floor which had a bad smell and kind of beat up… ( I think it was a pet room)… so we asked for a different room and it was much better in the top floor.. nicer bedding and better beds.

• Sheela (3/5): It was ok, they never refunded me my damage deposit! - Quiet considering it’s by the highway They didn’t tell me u til the day I was travelling that the pool was out of service. We left 1030 am, one day early and was never credited for the one day that I never stayed

• martell (5/5): Clean room an a nice pool for the kids - Liked the room was clean We could hear the television from the adjacent room while attempting to sleep, and the room was rather warm. It seems that the rooms could have been assigned with more distance between them, especially considering that the parking lot appeared to be nearly empty.

• Dovile (6/5): - Liked check in process, was able to check in before arrival. Just grabbed the key on arrival. Friendly staff. Breakfast was really bad, coffee tasted more like tea rather than coffee. Hashbrowns undercooked. Little variety of food. Mattress was old and too soft. Bath was filling up with water while having shower because the plug was broken.

• Catherine (2/5): - When I checked in the front desk clerk was matter of fact and disengaged. When I checked out, I wasn't asked about my stay. If he had inquired, I would have told him that I didn't sleep a wink because of a continual noise every minute or two that was coming from the wall directly adjacent to the breakfast room. I would never stay at this hotel again. I will stay at the Royal Hotel in Lloydminster as I have done many times in the past. The rooms might be older but they are clean and quiet with a staff at the front desk that seems more personable.

• Fred (6/5): - VERY clean room! However, a very bad moldy smell in bathroom, each time after using shower. Brought to the attention of staff at check out. Also pillows are extremely tall, unusable, and bed very soft. Made for uncomfortable sleeping both nights.

• Jenn (7/5): Okay Stay if Wanting a Good Pool and Waterslide - The waterslide and pool area are very clean and well maintained. Very nice set up. The breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of items. Noticed a lot of little things broke or cracked. The elevators were dirty. The flooring in the room was not finished well with the vinyl planks cut to short and you can see the ends that were not butted up to the carpet. Stains in the carpet.
• Kerri (9/5): Excellent choice for a one-night stay! Convenient location! - Room set-up - lots of space and very clean. We appreciated the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We had a room on the north side, close to the highway, so it was fairly noisy at night. Next time we will ask for a south-facing room. There was a lot of light coming in from under the door, so we used a towel to cover it.

• Ellen (8/5): Nice stop over - Room was clean and grandkids loved the pool. Both outside garbage was overflowing mentioned to front desk. Breakfast was good, friendly staff. Encouraged kids to do scavenger hunt. They were thrilled with reward upon completion

• Renee (4/5): - We got the room next to the pool with a dog (love pet friendly options). Highly reccomend you send the pets to the other end as the noise from the pool is alot for animals in an unfamiliar space. Next door dog barked ALL DAY. Many sports teams so noise an issue all weekend. Toilet did not flush so had to use the pool and shower did not drain (common issue with the 2 other family that was staying).

• Jason (6/5): Pleasant - It was clean and perfect for what I needed it for, a place to sleep. The breakfast area was messy and very limited in options to choose from. The room was the very top and furthest room, it took a long time to get hot water in the shower. Eventually it came and worked.
