• K. Gatu (8/5): - Great location — bars, restaurants and a 7-Eleven within easy reach, making evenings effortless. The view from the room was genuinely impressive, with the city skyline and Marina Bay Sands as a backdrop. Overall a positive and comfortable stay in one of the world's most exciting cities. The check-in process felt unnecessarily complicated — too many steps involving an app and various access procedures that added friction where there should be none. A room with a larger window would have done even more justice to that spectacular view — something worth considering for future room allocations.

• Marlena (3/5): Średni - Lokalizacja. Procedura check in jest skomplikowana. Otwieranie drzwi również. Miało być to ułatwienie, a było uciążliwością. Pierwszego wieczoru okazało się, że prysznic przecieka na korytarz. Następnego dnia obsługa zamalowała ścianę na której widoczne były zacieki. W prysznicu są ślady czarnej pleśni. Firanki były zakurzone. Nie podoba mi się również to, że obsługa wskazuje, że mają politykę nie-elastyczną i nie wychodzą naprzeciw oczekiwaniom gościa, ale potem wysyłają wielokrotnie z różnych numerów na WhatsApp wiadomości i ponaglenia żeby wystawić im najlepsze oceny. Nie wyrażałam zgody na kontakt poza pobytem i przekazywanie mojego numeru kilku osobom.

We had a late night flight and they let us leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out. Wasserhahn im anderen Zimmer defekt. Preis- Leistung eine Frechheit. Normaler Weise hätte man Geld dazu bekommen müssen um dort zu übernachten.

• Torbjorn (8/5): Nervöst med knepig inchekning - Själva våningen var mycket bra Det som drog ner betyget var alla dessa mail man fick, krångliga inloggningar som kändes väldigt otryggt, kommer jag in eller inte. Personalen fanns inte på plats heltid men gjorde bra ifrån sig när de väl var där. Rekommenderar inte boendet flr en natt eller när du kommer vid midnatt efter en lång flight.

• Tim22 (10/5): - De staff, Edmar, Jean and Shannen were really attentive and helpful in every step. The place is nicely situated, very clean and quite large for Singapore measures for this price and location. Just don't bring big suitcases.
• Nils (9/5): Zentrales kompaktes Zimmer, gut für ein paar Tage. - Zentrale Lage und moderne Ausstattung. Zugang mit App Schlüssel ist komfortabel, da man nichts verlieren kann. Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht und antworten schnell per WhatsApp. Sehr kompakte Zimmer, zu zweit steht man sich viel im Weg. Küchenzeile verbaut aber ohne Herd, daher kaum nutzbar. Das Bett steht in einer Nische mit 2 m Breite, die Matratze ist 1,90 m lang. Ich würde ein größeres Bett anstelle der Küchenzeile bevorzugen. Checkin mit App erfordert viele Daten und extra Kaution, die nach drei Tagen noch nicht erstattet ist. Position der Klimaanlage ist nicht ideal, da die kalte Luft teilweise aufs Bett geht. Es gibt einen Luftentfeuchter zusätzlich der täglich ein bis zweimal geleert werden muss und bei uns anfangs verschmutzt war. Nach Beanstandung wurde es immerhin zügig gereinigt.

Несмотря на расположение рядом с китайскими кварталами где всю ночь оживлённое движение - мне это не мешало спать. Уютный номер, чисто, горячая вода, фен, микроволновка, холодильник, минимальная посуда. Отличный персонал- всегда на связи. Мой номер был на первом этаже сразу возле входной двери. Каждый раз когда кто-то входил или выходил я слышала как пищал электронный ключ, особенно ночью. Но в целом уровень шума приемлемый. Берушами не пользовалась.

Location was good, you can walk to certain attractions or catch a bus or train. A lot of restaurants nearby, 7-eleven everywhere as well. Free laundry. Edmar was very kind and polite, he even came to congratulate my birthday.

• Njmsln (10/5): No frills, no fuss - everything you need in a great location - I was in contact with the team (Trisha, Shannen and Edmar) via WhatsApp from before check in and even after check out as they kindly held my luggage for me. They were easy to communicate with and responded promptly, even in the late hours of the night! The room was clean and had everything I needed. I loved that there was even access to washing machines and dryers - doing laundry on holiday can be tedious and this really helped me out. The team also gave me a heads up about there being building works but thankfully I didn’t experience much disturbance. Location is literally by both boat and Clarke quays, 7/11 is right opposite the road as well as a restaurant right next to the entrance that’s open very well into the night - I saw it open at 2/3am haha. The keyless entry system is so cool - everything was easy to set up and there’s also a tablet in the lobby incase any further issues arise. I definitely recommend staying here. Nothing honestly

• Stephanie (7/5): Good price, bad app - Affordable place to stay in expensive Singapore. Hotel is very close to Arab Street which was fun to explore! I could not stand the app you need to download in order to access the hotel and get your 'digital key'. It was a gigantic pain and sucked up more of my vacation time than it should have. The staff also sent me about 20 WhatsApp messages and emails before, during and even after our stay. It was annoying. There were also ants crawling all over the garbage can. The room was very small, however, I get it as Singapore is very expensive.
