Cuando llegamos al hotel, le pedí a la propietaria que nos mostrará la habitación antes de pagarle pues yo rente una habitación doble, me dijo que no podía hacer eso, como mi esposa y yo estábamos muy cansados accedimos a pagarle, una ves que nos cobró nos llevo a la habitación que resulto ser una recámara estándar (sencilla), no doble, estaba sucio el piso, con huellas de suciedad, pelos púbicos en algunas áreas del piso y del baño en general, las toallas manchadas, la tele sin señal de nada, los muebles horribles, la cama debe tener mas de 20 años, las almohadas incómodas. En cuanto vi esto le pedí cancelará de inmediato a lo cual se negó, esta persona sabe perfectamente que tiene en muy malas condiciones sus instalaciones y no tiene personal de nada, discutí mucho con ella, mi esposa ya quiso dejarlo por la paz y muy enojados nos tuvimos que quedar ahí, Esta persona (la propietaria) es una estafadora así como sus instalaciones que no tienen nada que ver con lo que se promociona en internet, olvídate de las fotos, ya te lo digo que nada que ver con lo que te dan en la realidad. A parte para entrar y salir del hotel la puerta no la puedes abrir te tiene que abrir ella, salí con mi esposa por algo de cenar y cuando regresamos nada que nos abrían, tuvimos que esperar a que llegara otro huésped para ingresar de vuelta Si quieres seguir un buen consejo y de verdad que no es mi intención provocarle daño a la señora en términos de economía ni mucho menos, pero su actitud ni su inmueble merecen la pena, quieres mi consejo búscate cualquier otra cosa. Ahhh, por cierto la señora me argumentaba que ha viajado por todo el mundo y que tiene casi 30 años de experiencia en la hotelería y que yo estaba prácticamente loco por ser tan exigente, bueno digamos que ni siquiera tiene una computadora que funcione, pero mejor les dejo las fotitos por si alguien se anima.

Stephanie (2/5): - When we first arrived the hotel was closed, it was 4 pm. We rang the bell and a woman came out to open the door. We did the check in and when it was time to pay she said she was charging me taxes because I was paying by card. Had I paid cash, she would have given me the rate given by Expedia. We went up to the room and when we entered, the smell of humidity was really bad although partially masked by the smell of detergent. I took it as a sign that the room was clean but there were long black hair all over the floor, so bad that I would not let my kids take their shoes off. The toilet was broken and the water would not stop running after it was used. We turned on the TV and only the basic channels were available. We also did not see get any wifi signal. The beds were also far from confortable just from sitting on them. In the end we decided not to spend the night there. As we left the receptionist said she would not give us a refund. I would have expected nothing less…

Sina (8/5): - I stay at this boutique hotel often. It is located in a very area. Staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Verified traveler (2/5): - I’ve been using this hotel for the past 2 years and in every visit I can notice the condition of this hotel diminishing. The beds are harder, bad quality pillows, no comforters, no soap, leak in the bedroom, loud guests. Really sad to see this has changed, I guess there is new management because Im no longer seeing the same staff as before.

Verified traveler (8/5): - The Hotel Real Bella Vista is convenient to shopping and ding choices. The breakfast included is also good start to the day. This particular stay had a problem when the room next dooe apparently stopped up a drain and my room ended up getting flooded with sewage.
Darrel (4/5): Not all it’s cracked up to be! - The cleaning staff for the rooms were nice and did a good. Most of the front desk were not helpful and just flat out rude. The parking spots are so small that there is no way to get out of your car if they are all full.

Eric (8/5): Great place to stay - I really liked their Wifi because its a strong signaI. And I liked their breakfast buffet. its a Dominican style buffet. The front desk was friendly and knew how to speak good english. I will be staying here again
Eric (8/5): The Wifi is great here - I enjoyed staying here the main reason is because of their free Wifi was better than any other hotel I been at in the Dominican Republic. I like to use the Wifi to watch streaming video and it worked perfectly there. I stayed their the first day and then rented their again, but I rented a less expensive room that was smaller, I told the I wanted the same room that I had the day before so they moved me to the bigger room at no cost. Their free breakfast is all you can eat and is a Dominican style breakfast. Its on a one way street and the area seems safe and is near a lot of businesses. The only thing I didn;t like is that sometimes the parking lot is too crowded.

RonT (8/5): - I selected a larger room this stay and the shower was a big improvement over my earlier stay. It was larger and had a wand shower head and much better water pressure. The room during my previous stay had a small refrigerator which this room did not have. The hotel is relatively close to two grocery stores which makes it easy to pick up bottles of soft drinks and water as well as other snacks. The breakfast every morning is a great way to start the day. There are lots of places within walking distance to get good food.

The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. The free wi-fi made staying in touch with family back home in the US.

I asked for a small refrigerator, but they never gave me one. There was a safe in my room, but the staff said that they didn't have a key for it. The place is clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was okay, but they need to add a few more items. My bed was not great either.
