- Elena (10/5): -на завтраки можно было бы добавить ананас из фруктов, но это прям от меня лично, потому что очень его люблю)) - -местоположение, это первая линия, плюс автобусная остановка прям напротив отеля в сторону северного пляжа и напротив Старбакса в сторону винперла; два торговых центра с буферами, супермаркетом, ну и конечно пляж, где можно арендовать шезлонг за 100Д -улыбчивый и услужливый персонал -кондиционеры и система охлаждения работает хорошо во всем отеле -номер люкс с видом на море, все как на фото: две комнаты, обеденная зона, спальня с большой кроватью, два санузла-что оказалось очень важно, два ТВ, душ и ванна, мы с мужем не привередливые, да номер ремонтом 5-8 лет, но нас это не смущало, все устроило и главное чисто, все необходимые наборы и вода менялись ежедневно и кстати уборка каждый день номера и постельное белье меняли раз в 3 дня, как и полотенца -завтраки отдельная любовь: вьетнамские супы, яичница, разные вида мяса, как жареное: курица в панировке, бекон, так и тушеное (но с костями), но его все равно обновляют до 9.45-50 (так что хватит всем-кому это важно), фрукты по 5-8 видов, особенно вкусная маракуя, арбуз, папайя и робутан. Своя выпечка, йогурты отдельная любовь и страсть, можно самому приготовить банми. -номер у нас двухкомнатный и мы с мужем не любители спать под кондеями, так вот в общей комнате на ночь включали на 20-21 градус и в спальне выключали и воздуха нам спокойно хватало (1015 номер) -добавлю про лифты, в марте 2026 года проблем не было с ним, знаете больше видели как люди тупили сами и нажимали по несколько кнопок (вниз-вверх), как заходили чтобы прокатиться вниз, а им надо наверх, а соседний приезжал пустой, так вот, у нас проблем не было, но начитавшись отзывов выходили заранее если куда-то надо было, закладывая время на лифт (так как отзывов начитались), но в итоге это было зря)) -наверное только что слив в душе немного плоховато сливал, но у унитаза был еще слив и вся вода уходила туда, но в тапочках от отеля было сколько уже ходить по кафелю сан.узла, но опять повторюсь, мы не привередливы, снимали их около входа в душ и потом одевали))

На первом этаже отеля- торговый центр. В соседнем здании еще один торговый цент Lotte Mart. Завтрак - разочарование!!! Отсутствие балкона или хотя бы открывающегося окна для проветривания. Грустная уборка номера... На первом этаже ресторанчик dolder удивил отсутствием обслуживания, стоят 5 официантов, все в своих телефонах, никто не реагирует на клиентов... вообще забыли принести, то что заказали!!!

- ROBERTO (1/5): Hôtel dangereux - Il nous est arrivé que des problèmes. Nous avons subi des pressions et des menaces indirect mais clair. A nôtre arrivée ont nous a mis les bagages dans un coin . Ont nous a demandé de régler. Donné nos cartes d'accès et merci aurevoir. Personne nous a accompagné dans la chambre, aucune explication et pas de bagages apportés dans la chambre. Pour un hôtel vendu comme un 5 étoiles. Le record du plus mauvais hôtels de nôtre vie. Première chambre 1121 vraiment pourrie avec la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas. Changement de piles de la télécommande et la tv ne marchait pas . 2 nuits dans cette chambre, pour nous changer a la chambre 1020. Encore plus moisie et l'évacuation de la douche italienne était bouchée. Nous réclamons fermement au service clients de Booking et ils nous ont surclassé dans une "suite". Pendant le déménagement a 14h30 h nous avons rangé nos affaires et avons constaté qu'il nous manquait l'argent liquide qui était dans le coffre-fort. 1300CHF et 850€ . Avant 17h nous le disons a la direction. Réponse ; rien a été retrouvé dans notre ancienne chambre. Réclamons au service clients qui ont demandé un remboursement. Refusé par la direction de l'hôtel. Le lendemain, téléphone de l'hôtel ; veuillez nous suivre dans la chambre 1020. J'arrive avec le manager et sur place 3 employés et un gardien en uniforme m'attendais a l'intérieur de la chambre. Je regarde le coffre-fort qui était vide. Je demande d'aller voir nôtre première chambre 1121 et le manager me dit qu'elle a été louée, donc impossible d'aller voir. La dessus il me menacer d'avoir une surveillance Russe. Et que c'est impossible que le personnel aie pris l'argent. Il me fait bien comprendre d'éviter de me plaindre... Booking demande le remboursement et ils ont mis une grande pression a l'hôtel, selon moi. Car un miracle est arrivé le lendemain matin. Tout Vol, menaces, services, chambre. .
- Ba Lai (10/5): Prachtig schoon groot verblijf, vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk ontbijt! - Heerlijk ontbijt, prachtig ruime mooie schone kamers, goede service, vriendelijk en attent personeel. Er was een medewerker die naar extra betaling voor koffie bij het inbegrepen buffet vroeg. Dat zou niet hebben gehoeven, gezien we voor hotelovernachtingen inclusief ontbijtbuffet hadden betaald. De manager had dit heel goed opgelost. Het bleek om een misverstand te gaan.

- Albina (1/5): Horrible experience for such an amount of money. - Only location was good. Very bad hospitality and service. 1. Laundry bag you cant take with you cuz it belongs to the hotel. So you can’t use it for the dirty clothes, you can take it and use it everywhere in the world but not in this hotel. That’s why at check in you have to pay 100$ deposit in case you steal this laundry bag. It’s a joke. 2. They don’t provide an iron. They said: use a laundry and pay. Great service. 3. They don’t clean properly, they never changed any towel during 6 days staying, only fold dirty towels back. 4. The elevators are so slow, you might wait for 10 min to get any of them. 5. WiFi is barely working. You have to use your own data in order to use the internet. 6. The breakfast is another level. We booked a room with breakfast including and it was that bad, so we didn’t go. You will barely find any food if you come 1 hour before breakfast closes. We ordered omelet and it was not cooked well at all, we could feel even a crispy onion. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 6. We left 2 days earlier, the guy receptionist was very rude and unfriendly, this is a 5 star hotel. I truly do not recommend the hotel. Unbelievable bad.

Saimme odotettua paremman huoneen, mikä oli oikein mukava yllätys. Uima-allasalue oli surkea. Muutama aurinkotuoli, jotka oli muotoiltu niin, että niissä voi maata vain selällään. Ei yhtäkään aurinkovarjoa altaalla, joten siellä ei tullut vietettyä aikaa. Läheinen ranta oli ok, mutta siellä aurinkotuoli maksoi 150kVND/päivä.

Same for the staff who brought a cake for the birthday of our kid without telling them. A real five star hotel: we will definitely come back

- Patrick-Bernard (10/5): FANTASTIQUE je devais y séjourner 6 jours, j'ai rallongé de 5 jours. - Breakfast intercontinental, il y en avait pour tous les goûts et pour toutes les origines de voyageurs qu'ils soient asiatiques ou européens. Du pain frais et des croissants, du bon café et du thé, confitures, chocolat, caramel, des sushis, des salades variées, de la charcuterie variée, des fruits tropicaux à volonté et de saison ( en décembre ) tout comme en aime. Des soupes asiatiques, des bhan xéo, des oeufs frits, omelettes etc... etc.... GRANDIOSE LE BUFFET Un ascenseur réservé uniquement pour les nombreux pratiquants de la salle de sport et qui sont des clients extérieurs de l'hôtel , et qui monopolisent les seuls deux ascenseurs car deux seulement sur les trois fonctionnaient, ce qui générait des temps d'attente importants et pas forcément agréables.

- Ankhkhuslen (5/5): The hotel has a great location and the staff are friendly and responsive, which we truly appreciated. However, the rooms - The staff were friendly and genuinely tried to resolve issues quickly, which we really appreciated. When we were not satisfied with the room we initially booked, they kindly upgraded us to a higher-category room, and we were thankful for that. Overall, we have always liked this hotel mainly because of its very convenient location, which is why we have chosen it repeatedly. However, after this stay, we are uncertain whether we would choose it again in the future. The rooms are clearly very outdated. In one of the rooms, the toilet would not refill after flushing unless we opened the tank lid and manually adjusted it. One of the bedside lights did not work at all, and overall the lighting in the room was extremely dim. For a five-star hotel, it was disappointing to find that the bathrobe was torn, and the towels provided daily had burn marks or other stains. Additionally, the outdoor pool area could be better maintained, as there was visible litter, including cigarette butts, even in the water, which was disappointing. There were many small but frustrating issues like these, which significantly affected our overall experience.

Brekky on site we thought was plentiful and varied, although very Vietnamese style which I suppose is to be expected. The building had a lot of shops within to look at. Staff at front reception were helpful Breakfast options should include a variety of western style( Australian) food. Our room had no hot water for 2 nights( this was also due to the local flooding of their water supply) during our stay. We were supplied a big bucket of water to help with the toilet flushing. The amenities were outdated & poorly maintained. The shower water when on came out under the shower door & floods the toilet floor- extremely dangerous & slippery. Only supplied 1 toilet roll- had to ask for another

- Andersen (8/5): Har sett bedre dager.... - Hotellet lå langs hovedveien rett ved stranden. Mye trafikk hele dagen med mye tuting. Måtte over veien for å komme til stranda. Hotellet hadde privat strand var det opplyst, måtte alikevell betale for strandstol og parasoll. Til å være 5* hotell var det ganske slitt. Tapet som hadde løsnet fra veggene. Nedsittet sofa. Ingen stoler eller bord på verandaen. Treningsstudio i 4 etg som mye av de lokale benyttet. Det medførte stappfulle heiser og lang ventetid

Завтраки на любой вкус, единственно, что немного расстроило большинство блюд были холодными, причем в любое время (завтраки с 6 утра до 10 утра), но видно это специфика кухни...Но это не повлияло на наше настроение. Вид из окна на море и город (особенно вечерний) был просто потрясающий... В отель можно смело ехать с детками, так как для них на 4 этаже торгового комплекса, который расположен в отеле очень много развлекательных зон. Мы с мужем открыли для себя ресторан Буфет на 4 этаже, где за 269 000 донгов (10 долларов на 1 человека) можно прекрасно: покушать (выбор мяса и морепродуктов отличный), выпить пиво и напитки, покушать фрукты и мороженое и это в неограниченном количестве. Я даже попробовала лягушек))). Рядом с отелем есть разные магазинчики, аптека, кстати деньги можно поменять на 2 этаже отеля и курс такой же, как и в городе. 20 октября во Вьетнаме отмечают праздник - День Вьетнамской женщины (второе 8 Марта) и в этот день принято поздравлять женщин и дарить подарки, цветы...Так сотрудники отеля, в столовой во время завтрака, поздравляли женщин сувенирами и так это было приятно!!! На завтраках вторые блюда были чуть теплые, хотелось бы погорячей

Отдельное СПАСИБО за тортик, который подарили нашему сыну в день рождения, очень милый, вкусный, и неожиданный сюрприз. Неделя отпуска прошли в атмосфере уюта. Завтраки замечательные, бассейн - супер. Первый раз были во Вьетнаме, обязательно ещё вернёмся. Благодарим сотрудников за их не простой труд. Нет.

- Hannes Benjamin (7/5): - Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war überragend schön. Das Frühstück war ganz gut. Beim Abschied hat das Hotel Personal uns Proviant für die Reise mitgegeben. Der Balkon war geräumig. Da wir im 17. Stock wohnten und im 4. Stock ein öffentliches Fitnesstudio ist, mussten wir häufig lange auf einen Lift warten, das diese meist zwischen 1. und 4. Stock pendeln. Das Zimmer war ziemlich verbraucht und nicht besonders sauber. Der Ausblick hat das aber wett gemacht.

Персонал был невероятно угрюмым и грубым. Они даже попросили денег на мусорный пакет; я никогда не видел такого абсурда. Фотографии совершенно обманчивы; удобства в отеле старые и запущенные; всё не так, как кажется. Платить за это место — полная глупость. Никому не рекомендую!»

- traCY (5/5): very stressful when we had to get the lifts - the room we were in each time we had a shower the floor flooded out of the shower area around to toilet and made floor slippery. The lifts are a joke. you have 2 lifts and the gym people push in when you have been waiting for lift and when the lift does open its already packed. you need better structure and the gym people should be using the stairs the lifts are a joke and our room with the shower flooding and making the floor slippery. Loved the breakfast and the bed was amazing just the lift and shower for me was the problem

- Viktor (8/5): Неплохой отель для отдыха в Нячанге - Отдыхали 8 дней в июне. Очень хорошие завтраки, большой хороший номер Prime, два санузла, полноценная кровать в качестве дополнительного места, а не раскладушка. Супер вид из окна. Хорошее местоположение - рядом классный итальянский ресторан в шератоне, сам отель находится в большом торговом центре. Немного в стороне от центра Нячанга 15 мин. прогулочным шагом, зато меньше народу на пляже. Самый большой недостаток это лифты - в отеле находится спортзал для местных на 4 этаже и всего три лифта, которые почти невозможно дождаться, или едешь в битком забитом. На пляже всего несколько лежаков для гостей отеля и то их надо еще поискать - нам не удалось найти ни разу. Номера с балконом брать бессмысленно - очень шумно, грязно, отсутствует балконная мебель и сидеть там в принципе невозможно.
