• Nicole (9/5): Tolle Hotelanlage direkt am See mit viel Grün. Die Stadt Colico kann sehr einfach zu Fuß erreicht werden. - Sehr schöne und großzügige Anlage mit viel Fläche. Der Wellnessbereich verfügte über eine finnische Sauna im Außenbereich, die aber leider nicht in Betrieb war. Somit gab es nur die Bio Sauna und das Türkische Dampfbad. Bei schlechtem Wetter war es dann sehr voll.

• Shon (10/5): A perfect hotel, we would definitely come back again. - The hotel is amazingly beautiful, with a pool right by the lake. The lake is very close, the neighborhood is quiet, and the people are kind and pleasant. The hotel is also very close to the train station, so there’s really no need for a car to travel around or get places. The staff helped us a lot and were very courteous. There is also an excellent Italian restaurant near the hotel. We asked for a lake view, but in practice the view was more of the garden, and the trees blocked much of it. The air conditioning was set to heating mode, and since the weather was warmer during our stay, it wasn’t possible to switch it to cooling mode.

Weg zu den Restaurants am Hafen nur 5 min weg. Pool leider nicht beheizt, Anfang April waren es gefühlt so 12 grad Wassertemperatur

• Heinz B. (9/5): - Superfreundliches Personal. Tolle Lage am See. Sehr guter Service. Sehr hundefreundlich. Die Terrasse vor dem Zimmer hatte zwar ein Vordach, leider aber keinen Sonnenschirm. Man konnte sie deshalb nur eingeschränkt nutzen, wenn die Sonne schien.
• Tom (1/5): - Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte spät Abends nicht. Es hatte im Zimmer über 27 Grad Celsius. So konnten wir keinesfalls schlafen. Die Rezeption konnte dabei nicht behilflich sein. Auf unsere Nachfrage, ob wir die Buchung stornieren können, wurden wir ohne Lösung auf den nächsten Morgen vertröstet.

• Jasmin (8/5): Tolles Aufenthalt ohne Kinder und Hundefreundlich - Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und die Stadt zu Fuss erreichbar. Es gibt viele Parks in der Nähe, sowie Restaurants und Wandermöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück hatte ein breites Angebot und Eier wurden immer frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war wahnsinnig freundlich und wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Leider wurde unser Zimmer zwei Mal hintereinander nicht gemacht, weswegen wir zwei mal nach Seife fragen mussten und einmal nach frischen Handtüchern. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass wir unser Aufenthalt aufgrund privater Gründe um eine nacht kürzen mussten, haben wir nachgefragt, ob diese Rückerstattet werden kann, doch dies war aus „policy“ Gründen nicht möglich.
• Paulo (8/5): A very pleasant stay in a beautiful setting, with outstanding staff. - The location and overall atmosphere of the hotel are excellent, with beautiful views and a very calm and relaxing environment. The facilities are modern and well maintained. I would especially like to highlight the reception team, who were fantastic, always very friendly, helpful, and professional. The check-out time at 11:00 am felt a bit early and limits the experience on the last day. Also, the sauna opening hours are quite restricted, making it difficult to fully enjoy. It was also a pity that the hotel restaurant was not open during our stay, possibly as it only operates during the summer months.

• Samuel Aniaka (9/5): Beautiful Honeymoon for us. - It was our honeymoon, and we had some chocolates in our room, courtesy of the hotel. I love the lake view. The breakfast buffet was awesome, and I enjoyed the omelets. Thanks to the Chef! I was pleased with everything. Would have been nice if bottled water were provided each time they cleaned the room, and not just the one provided upon arrival.

Для четырех звезд как-то слабовато. Ресторан еще не работал (хотя в описании на букинге указано, что есть возможность обеда и ужина). Но это проблема не отеля а букинга, не было написано про сезонность работы ресторана.

Je pense qu'il aurait été très bon vu la qualité du petit-déjeuner. La piscine côté SPA pourrait être chauffée pour en permettre l'utilisation au printemps et en automne

• Ute (8/5): Alles im Allem ok, super Frühstück, vieles allerdings verbesserungswürdig/fähig, eher 3+* als 4* - Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am See, im Sommer mit Schwimmbad sicher super, ruhig, es war recht sauber, wir hatten Zimmer mit Seeblick. Das kleine Zentrum von Colico ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Mit Hund auch sehr angenehm, gute Gassi Möglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, auch unser Reisemobil fand genügend Platz. Das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. Frühstück wirklich aussergewöhnlich hervorragend. Alles in allem ein netter Platz, aber kein echtes 4*, da wäre einiges zu verbessern, auch eine gute Personalschulung, die dem Personal helfen könnte, den Fokus in der inneren Haltung auf 'echte' Gastzufrieden zu richten, würde dem Haus gut tun, .die wirken alle ein wenig angespannt und auf alles 'richtig machen' gedrillt.. ist nicht so ganz das 'Wohlfühlambiente' was zu erwarten wäre.....ich bin vom Fach... mit ein bisschen Korrektur an verschiedenen Stellschrauben könnte das ein tolles Hotel werden.... zur Zeit würde ich es als 3+* einstufen(ausser demFrühstück, das ist top)...... würde trotzdem wieder hinfahren.... mit realistischen 3+* Erwartungen : ) Die Zimmer sind mit dem Charme eines modernen Krankenhauszimmers eingerichtet. Da ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben, Möbel auch teilweise recht abgenutzt. Die Matratzen könnten ausgewechselt werden, und waren nicht sehr bequem. Trotzdem wir bei Ankunft darauf aufmerksam gemacht hatten, lief die Toilettenspülung so stark die gesamte erste Nacht, das ich sogar bei geschlossener Badtür nicht schlafen konnte, und ich schlafe in der Regel wie ein Bärchen. In Ermanglung einer Kleenexbox, hab ich mir irgendwann Klopapier in die Ohren gesteckt. Am nächsten Tag kam ein Mechaniker, auch für das nicht funktionierende Telefon, was uns aber den ganzen Morgen gekostet hat. Das Restaurant war geschlossen, was uns nicht kommuniziert worden war. Für uns unangenehm, meine Mutter ist 90, und wir waren mit Hund unterwegs. Suchen deswegen explizit Hotels mit Restaurant aus, damit wir am Abend nicht mehr laufen müssen. Gott sei Dank hatten wir den Kühlschrank unseres Reisemobils voll, haben dann auf dem Zimmer gesnäckt. Auf den Terrassen gibt es keine Abtrennung/Sichtschutz zwischen den Zimmern. Besonders am Abend bei Licht eher nicht angenehm. Es gäbe viele zu verbessernde Kleinigkeiten um das Hotelerlebnis für den Gast aufzuwerten. Würde mich freuen sie würden das hinkriegen

Man muss den Vorhang geschlossen halten, da sonst einsichtig. Gewöhnungsbedürftig! Essen am Abend sehr, sehr gut! Wasser im Pool frisch, aber zum Schwimmen perfekt. Frühstück mit sehr viel Angebot!
