• dz (1/5): - Ils m'ont arnaqué , j'ai réservé avant 18h, et j'ai pas reçu l'acceptation de l'hôtel, à cause de ça j'ai annulé ma réservation et après 2 jours j'ai trouvé sur mon compte -179,75 € , ça c'est une arnaque 😠 Franchement c'est la honte , je suis très en colère je te jure c'est une arnaque puisque quand j'ai réservé il y a personne qu'il peut accepter ma demande. Et ben je peux pas rester dehors c'est pour ça j'ai annulé ma réservation et dommage après 12 jours j'ai trouvé moins 179 , 75€

• Ojeda (9/5): Fantastico - Me encantó hospedarme en este hostal, super central, puedes caminar a muchos sitios turísticos de la ciudad, tienes todo lo que necesitas cerca, cafes, restaurantes, los baños y las habitaciones son limpios, es seguro si quieres dejar tus pertenencias, las personas que trabajan allá son muy amables, divertidas y te ayudan con lo que necesitas, recomiendo mucho este lugar.

They refused a refund but as it was just past the free cancellation date I cannot complain. Just thought they might have been a bit more sympathetic in the circumstances. I have rescheduled my Camino Madrid to a later date.

• Michelle (7/5): I like location but it’s hit or miss when it comes to roommates. - I liked location and common areas and the fact they offered a breakfast. I had 3 nights with a rude roommate. No respect for people who were sleeping. She’d take calls at 2:30 am and talk loud. Come in at midnight and turn on all the lights. Even when she could see we were all sleeping. I actually had staff come talk to her

• Vanessa (7/5): Great location and welcoming but hostel's equipment is not following - Really good location - in the middle of a cute shops area and full of bar and restaurant. Super convenient The receptionists were all really kind and willing to help. The air conditioning is centralized consequently the temperature during our stay was really hot - we could barely sleep. The window was viewing a covered square that didn't help to cool down the room. Despite the fact that we went to the reception to ask to put the 'auto' mode, it was apparently not possible. It is missing shared places and toilets in each floor.

• Pedro (9/5): El hostel más canchero del mundo - Me recibieron siempre con una sonrisa, buena predisposición y disponibilidad para guardar mi equipaje antes del check-in y después del check-out. La ubicación es espectacular. Súper céntrica, súper cómoda para el transporte público y súper cool. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, con baño en suite. La limpieza es buena y no tuve ningún desagrado. Tengo entendido que había un desayuno espectacular pero nunca lo probé. Me quedó pendiente. Las vistas son hermosas, la seguridad está bien pensada y todo me pareció muy prolijo. Recomiendo una y mil veces. Debo decir que prefiero los baños fuera de las habitaciones para evitar olores y molestias, pero no fue demasiado incómodo. Las camas hacían bastante ruido y tuve miedo de estar molestando a otros cuando volvía tarde, pero no fue grave. Los espacios comunes son amplios pero, quizá, algo reducidos, por lo que siempre tenía miedo a estar molestando a alguien, pero la verdad no los usé mucho.
