- Florian (10/5): Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal - Das Hotel hat neben einer sehr gut erreichbaren Lage, eine hauseigene Tiefgarage, einen umfangreichen Spa Bereich und einen Indoor Pool, der Außenpool kann beheizt werden, das ist vor allem in den Übergangszeiten sehr angenehm. Auffällig war das überaus freundliche Personal. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sehr geräumig, auch hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Odaya bırakılan ikramlar doğumgünüm için bırakılan prosecco için de ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Herşey çok güzeldi. Personel ilgili ve yardımsever. Araç ile gittik otopark imkanı çok iyidi. Otelden araca ulaşımda rahattı. Benim bisiklet çantam vardı çok rahat ettik indir bindir. Sevmediğimiz bişey olmadı.

- Ewald (9/5): Grundsätzlich ein tolles Hotel... - Das beheizte Pool, der private Strand und das ausgezeichnete Frühstück. Die Klimaanlage war vom Hotel im Mai noch ausgeschaltet, im Zimmer war es zu warm, daher öffneten wir die Terrassentür und hatten prompt Gelsen im Zimmer.... Unwürdig für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.

- Boris (10/5): Pohvalno, odlično z majhnim priokusom nereda - Fenomenalna lokacija, morje, termalni bazeni , notranji bazen zunanji bazen.... Prijazno osebje in prostorni vrt, velike sobe, pogled na morje.... Zanimivo zaprt balkon ob strani da je čim bolj ne moteče od sosedov. Velika plaža , izposoja koles, garaža.... Vse te stvari postavijo visoko oceno hotela. Zelo malo stvari je , ki mi niso bile všeč... Ena me je zelo motila , samo ena... Bazen v 1 nadstropju kjer so saune, so bila tla umazana vsak dan 14 dni zapored. Pod lezalniki ni bilo očiščeno že dolgo časa...

Struttura curata e pulita, colazione super con vasta scelta. spa molto bella una coccola super apprezzata... palestra molto curata e ben tenuta. Nell’area spa idromassaggio erano presenti bambini sotto i 10 anni, il rumore e i giochi ha reso difficile godersi il momento.

- Andrea (8/5): Ein superschönes Hotel der gehobenen Klasse mit offensichtlichem Personalnotstand - Wir hatten es mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern zu tun, die stets bemüht waren alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit zu organisieren. Ein super schönes und sauberes Hotel mit hohem Komfort - sowohl indoor als auch outdoor. Leider gab es zwei Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Zum einen wollten wir unseren Aufenthalt ursprünglich um eine Nacht verlängern, was seitens des Hotels auch möglich gewesen wäre. Aufgrund einer kurzfristigen terminlichen Verpflichtung mussten wir dann doch früher abreisen. Da wir den Abreisetag dennoch vollständig nutzen wollten, fragten wir nach einem Late Check-out. Leider war an diesem Tag keine entscheidungsbefugte Person vor Ort, sodass wir das Zimmer um 12:00 Uhr verlassen mussten. Zum anderen kam es beim Frühstück zu deutlichen Verzögerungen. Wir warteten etwa 30 Minuten vor dem Frühstücksraum, da das Personal mit dem Abräumen und Reinigen der Tische nicht nachkam. Trotz dieser Situation wurde die Frühstückszeit nicht verlängert, wodurch wir teilweise vor bereits geleerten Platten standen. Zudem mussten wir dem Servicepersonal mehrfach hinterhergehen, um Kaffee und Kakao zu bestellen, und erhielten unsere Getränke erst nach rund 20 Minuten – zu einem Zeitpunkt, als das Buffet bereits zur Hälfte abgebaut war. Für ein 5-Sterne-Haus mit entsprechend gehobenem Preisniveau ist dieser Service aus unserer Sicht nicht angemessen.

- Saso (10/5): - Osebje je izjemno prijazno in ustrežljivo. Sobe so prostorne, urejene in čiste. Bazen je velik, še posebej zunanji del. Voda notranjega bazena je ogrevana na 31°C. Zajtrk ima preveč sladic in premalo zelenjave in kislih prilog.

Der Spa-Bereich lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr zu empfehlen bei wechselhaften Wetter.🫠 Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Auf Wünsche wird sehr zuvorkommend reagiert. Auch die Hotelleitung ist direkt am Gast und fragt nach Wünschen. Sehr empfehlenswert🫶 ./.
