Guest Reviews
- Jose (2/5): Expedition Check-in with Noisy and Hot Rooms! - It was very aweful trying to check in and not to mention we had to pay 60 on top of the booking fee just for parking. Thermostat can not go lower than 70 degrees and you cannot open the windows as there is music, traffic, and yelling up till around a little past three in the morning!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Smells like a toilet bowl - Building smells like human feces and urine, staff that worms the basement club prevents you from entering at night. We would end up screaming at them to let us in or telling them off. Location is the only worthwhile reason to stay here.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I booked a queen and pull out coach. Only had the queen bed so was not too comfortable for the amount of people planned. Location is great. Not like the added cost for cleaning fee being the cost of the room. Would be cheaper to get a hotel room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Do not rent this apartment - The picture looks nothing like the apartment.. very run down, bad neighborhood and over charged for cleaning when it’s in bad condition already.. had difficulty getting into Building and getting a key from the office.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Okay - Room was okay. But the hotel is above some
Bars which are noisy. The hotel compensated us minimally for this.
- jack (2/5): Not able to check in at all - I made the reservation then when we showed up the guard said we needed a special pass code to be let in. I said we had a reservation and needed to check in. Then the guard said we had to leave the property. So i showed him my expedia reservation and he said to call the phone number. I called several times and no answer. Then i drove 2 miles to the address given for the office. Of course, it was closed. Absolutely no way to check in and no parking provided on site. So i had to spend another 25 for parking. What a complete waste of time. This hotel is nothing but a scam and a ripoff.
- Isolina (6/5): Not a good business location, or family. - No cleaning utilities, sprays, broom, mop! It smelled really bad, and the big roaches coming out the bathroom vent was the scariest of it all! I have photos
- coco (10/5): Best customer service ever! - We booked last minute with a gentleman named Steven in the office. Service by him was superb, he took care of us, and the process, with more professionalism than any other previous hotel in the area. He assured the process went smoothly for us and even provided recommendations for enjoying the area that we were glad we followed. An evening that was potentially going to be exhausting and miserable was made relaxing and smooth by him. The best customer service I've had to date and a great hotel with personality and a clean comfortable stay. I enjoyed th magic theme in the entrance. Lots of space and clean. But in the end. It's the service and handling of us as individuals paired with the enjoyment of a great apartment that will be making it so we stay with them every time we come. Cheers!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Weekend Vacation - Book with Ginoso at all there properties in Hollywood but this one is more for party people to go clubbing. Hush night club is in the basement of this hotel and seems to be very popular. The music can be loud if you go to sleep before 2 AM but after that it is quit most of the night. The parking lot sucks if you have a large truck and I had to call parking problems phone number to get help. If they have a phone number for parking problems you know it is a pain!
- Linda (4/5): Not worth the money - The hotel was not cleaned to my standards nor was it well appointed. It was
extremely noisy and the entire building was old and dusty smelling.
The staff were pleasant and the location is good. It was very expensive.
- Joseph (2/5): Location, location. isn’t everything - the place is in a great location. Call room we stayed and had no working TV the kids were very disappointed they only gave us two towels and it took several hours to get more We had a lot of issues getting in and out of the front door with the code it didn’t work half the time and it was super noisy above us we reported it and they did nothing to help
- liz (6/5): It was cool, for what it was - I’ve stayed there before, this time I got a two bedroom. The TV didn’t work (which would have been nice to have as if we want to unwind at the end of the night). The AC wasn’t working, we just opened all the windows.
Looking back at my receipts, they seemed to have charged me more. Which I found strange as with their other properties it specifically states $80 for cleaning and or $160 for cleaning when you book on Expedia. This particular one didn’t have that so I was charged more on my cc without my knowledge. I will call hem anyways.
It’s cool for the most part, just bring an iPad or laptop if you want background noise when you’re winding down
- Pasha (4/5): Cool location but terrible client service. - It's an old building, which stinks like an old building. But if that was the only issue, I would have accepted it and still probably enjoyed it.
The hotel check-in and management is located in a different building a few blocks away, so there isn't any staff to address any issues you may have.
When I got the room, it was very hot - the AC wasn't working, even though the load fan was blowing warm air with full force.
There was no toilet paper and there was a bag with garbage (assuming that's from the previous visitor?) in the middle of the floor.
I emailed the management and very quickly they reacted and apologized and assured me that the situation would be fixed.
When I came back to the room later that day, the AC wasn't fixed, the garbage was still there, and there were two toilet paper rolls sitting in the hallway on the door's handle.
For check-out, I was told that I just needed to leave by 11am and did not need to come back and see the check-in desk in another building. I checked myself out and left nice and early that day, but at 11:30 got a phone call on my cell and a lady in a very rude manner was asking me how come it's 11:30 and I am still in my room.
Bottom line - these guys need to get their act together.
Until then - thanks but no thanks.
- lin (2/5): i was deceived and this should be sent to court - the cleanliness of the bathroom and the bedroom was horrible . the check-in took 2 hours the apt is in one building that is away four blocks from the office . the staff so rude. the price shown is a lie it is the price of the ritz for the quality of the rubbish . the curtains was borken i requested a refund they refused .
- helen (2/5): bad location - just bad location. service .staff.everything is a hassle.. just bad bad. bad..
- Emmanuel (10/5): Great room - This place was pretty great. The room was a full on studio which included the main room with the bed, couch, couch, and tv. A kitchen with all your essentials a full-size refrigerator, a stove/oven, a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker they also included kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and silverware. It had one big closet with a revolving door(which we thought was pretty cool) and two other medium sized closets. Of course there was a bathroom it was nothing special just a regular decent sized bathroom and it even had a washer/dryer in the room. The room was overall very nice but the only problem I had was that the office to check in/out was 3 blocks away from the actual room so it was very confusing to find the first time around. Other than that I very much enjoyed my stay here.
- Lindsay (8/5): - A seriously decent and fast booking. Having a full apartment rather than a hotel room was amazing and the hotel agency was very fast to respond to me.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Awful Experience - I stayed there in May 2017. Not only did I have to be moved because of the uncleanliness of the rooms, but needed to be moved again because the Air Conditioner was leaking like a waterfall. Additionally, my room was broken into and my laptop was stolen. Awful Experience - DO NOT STAY THERE
- Verified traveler (6/5): Dirty - The room had a great layout and is in a good location but the room smelled like sewage, the bathroom was not very clean, had mildew in the shower and there was trash leftover in the bathroom trash can from previous stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): I would stay only because I know what to expect - Checking in took over 45 mins apparently they were low staff or something. Pretty much started the stay terrible I was already tired from my day. The room it self was nice. Modern and very spacious it was also very clean. I would stay here again but not for staff reasons but for location and size of room. Much better than a tiny hotel and this was much cheaper then any hotel you will find in that area.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Only for Young people
- Verified traveler (2/5): Could not stay in room, left after one hour. - To start the office is 5 blocks from the building with the room. The door would not open. Waiting 1/2 hour to get the right code. This room was above a night club. Booming music and the smell of dope. Could not sleep, screaming and yelling outside the window. We had to leave.
- Verified traveler (6/5): fair - furnishing was okay but room smelled like an old place. size of the room was adequate
- Verified traveler (2/5): Disappointing - Bathroom and t.v didn't work they didn't have any other rooms so had to find another hotel
- Rodger (8/5): Cheap, easy, and functional - The kitchen light wasn't working alongside the second door to access the hotel, but aside from that everything worked like a charm!
- Andrew (4/5): Got Spot - We were very pleased to Visit Hollywood however the Flat we were booked in was not very clean upon arrival ! I was attacked by Bed Bugs !!! Was bitten all over so bad that my feet were swollen up . I complained and we were moved to another unit our last night . Bed was very Dirty and linen not very clean ....The was a Funky smell in apartment to .. I was very sick due to bites upon my return home for 2 weeks and on heavy medication .. Not impressed at all .. You get charged cleaning fees but the place is not very clean ?
- Peter (4/5): Check-in location different from Hotel Rooms! - Check-in location different from Hotel Rooms! They are almost a mile apart!
- Daniel (4/5): - Weird.
- Sarah (4/5): BUYER BEWARE - This is NOT A HOTEL it's an Apartel, the door to get in the building didn't work so my husband had to get a faab from 5 blocks away in the heat, then he had to go downstairs to get me when I came home as the door system did not work on day 1. Night 1 was okay, Night 2 there were men literally SCREAMING outside our windows so we couldn't sleep at all that night. I will never stay here again. They said I had until 11am to check out, there was a maid sitting outside my door at 10am I had to show her the sign to explain that she was early....literally nuts. NEVER AGAIN.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Could be nice place but too many issues...... - We are a family of 7 and when I booked, I specifically stated that we would need accommodations for 7 to sleep so would need both the rollaway beds. When we arrived, there was no bedding for the rollaways and when I called and asked that they supply it, the girl said I had only paid for two adults and not 7 people so they would not bring any bedding for the other beds! I told her my reservation specifically stated sleeping 7 and she said we weren't charged enough and she would call me back. Never got a call back and we took pieces from the other beds so two of my kids didn't have to sleep on a bare mattress! Also, the kitchen is a greatconvenience but so horribly stocked with pots, pans and utensils, it is impossible to actually use it for meals. I cooked pancakes for 7 people in one tiny little frying pan that was supplied (one pancake at a time!) Absurd! Nice kitchen but unusable unless you go buy a set of pots and pans to use while there. Dryer did not heat up so couldn't dry anything. The only good thing about it was the location which was within easy walking distance or everything we wanted to do for the three days we were there. It is also the downside because it was so loud at night it was hard to sleep. We were only there a short time so lived with the bad but I would NEVER stay there longer than a day or two.
- Ative (2/5): - This is not what I expected.. The neighborhood made me.uneasy and the room had a funny odour.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great for an extended stay, close to Hollywood Blvd - We spent 6 nights in the apartment and was exactly what we needed. So close to thr BLVD and surrounded by great food and bars.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible - Checking in is a nightmare. The hotel is dirty, sketchy, and not safe.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good Location but Noisy Nights - Apartment is a decent size and within walking distance of attractions.
The windows are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING outside so impossible to get a good nights sleep. People are partying until 3 in the morning and you can easily follow their conversations because it feels like your window is open even though it is not. If you enjoy the night life this is a great spot for you.
- michelle (10/5): Great find. A little confusing at first to get in. - Great find. Tip: press the call button first, arrow down till you find name, press call button again, wait for dial tone ring, then it will buzz you in. Sounds easy till you try it. Ha! We will always book this place on our next stay.
- Verified traveler (2/5): SCAM!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! - This place is a scam. Apparently they charge an excessive service fee which is only listed in the fine print when you book the reservation. The energy fee ended up being more than my room cost for the one night I stayed, basically making the room cost double what it was supposed to. I called the hotel and the girl sounded like she couldn't care less, because I'm sure they've been getting the same complaint from other guests as this energy cost nonsense is unheard of. Do yourself a favor and book a real hotel where you won't have to check in at a separate office building down the street and they won't charge you double the cost of your room to flip on a light switch.
- Mohammad (2/5): Very bad experience - Vey bad experience , overpriced and a hidden fee of $120 for cleaning ! And the place wasn't even clean properly and smells bad .. Would never go back
- Marie (6/5): Paid to much for a cheap room - Too many hidden fees. 120 dollar cleaning fee for one day!! Not worth the money I paid. And parking is not free.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great location - Always a great time! Stayed here last year for the Acadamy Awards celebration and again this year! Great location lots of restraunt choices walking distance to the red carpet !
- Verified traveler (6/5): It was a beautiful suite right in Hollywood! - I chose this hotel for this location which was perfect. The suite was beautiful and clean. The check in process was confusing you had to go to another address to check in and I had to check out early in the am and the area was sketchy at that hour so did not like having to walk to a different location to checkout. I was also charged and extra $120 which was not posted until after I booked this hotel/apartment.
- Greg (4/5): - This apartment is next door to a Tequila bar , the loud noise started at approximately 11.00pm and ended at 3.00AM (NOT GOOD FOR A FAMILY TRYING TO SLEEP)
Location was good/ size was great
- Patricia (6/5): Hollywood - Noisy area both nights till 2 am.
- Miriam (6/5): Not for early sleeper... - Although there are some bad preview before , I think this is a good apartment to stay except for early sleeper ! Thanks for the help of the staff ,as I missed the check-in email before I arrive , I didn't know that I have to arrive the office to do the check in before I can get access to my building , with 2 big luggages & in the middle of the nite it's a bit freak out for me , I soon call them for help & the staff just let me stay there to wait & help to bring the check in paper over for me , so sweet ! The room is exactly the same as the photos , spacious & clean . Nobody will disturb you as they will just do the cleaning when u finished your stay there . My living room's ceiling lamp won't work & a bit dark at nite , I called the office to file this matter to fix it tmr afternoon but nobody come , anyways , for 4 days stay is fine for me . But the worst things is the club next door having the live band every night in the open space patio will be quite disturbing if you want to sleep early (will be up to 2 a.m).
- Destiny (10/5): - We stayed here for my 21st birthday and it was amazing . We are planning to be back soon ☺️
- Jason (6/5): Ginosi - Room was nice enough. Located above a nice restaurant/bar, so very loud until 1:00 a.m.
- Verified traveler (2/5): stay away - TV didn't work
bed sheets were extremely dirty
code to get in the building took forever and I had to enter it multiple times
there's a bar downstairs which causes a lot of noise
check in was at another building but I was never told
- Verified traveler (4/5): - It was an unstaffed apartment building - the room had a creaky bed, and a couch with support bars you could feel as you sat. The tiny flat screen TV had poor reception, without sports channels. Our rating is low because the bathroom had roach issues.
- Emily (8/5): Good Stay - Can be loud outdoors. We stayed on the 4th floor but could still hear everything outside as if we were on the first floor. The apartment is nice! Would definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Stay away - I will not recomment this to anyone! Difficult finding the office. Loud noise everywere! Loud music from club under the building. Remember to empty the trash.. Og they will charge you 70 dollars! Room is not what it looks like.. We had 3 nights... NEVER coming back!
- Nick (4/5): This should be a 2 star hotel - The hotel was clean and spacious. Walking distance to Hollywood centre, clubs and restaurants. 5 adults stayed in a self contained apartment and they provided us with a the worst fold out bed I have ever seen in my life. My daughter still has a sore back after 10 days and having slept on that disgusting bed for only 3 nights. The hotel is next to a club so don't think you will get any sleep. We were next to a courtyard which made it even worse to sleep. There's no front desk to this place. You have to walk 3 blocks to another building, go up another floor and there the staff of this place will help you check in and give you a code. We complaint about a blind that we could not close in the lounge room. Stayed in the place for 3 nights and 4 days. They did not fix it. They covered the window with a bed sheet and left it like that for the 4 days.
Extremely hard place to check into considering there's no one to help you on site.
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
- Aghogho (10/5): consumingly frustrating - It was a nuisance at first because there are no clear instructions to go to the outpost building before going to the hotel which can be time consuming and frustrating. Getting into the building using the building code was not as simple for us as explained. The room is beautiful and true to what is advertised.
- Moises (10/5): Great Location, Great Quality! - Great Location on Hollywood Blvd, tourist shops, restaurants, bars, all nearby. Check in/out was very easy and painless, staff were accomodating. The actual apartment has just about everything you would need during an extended stay, from plates and silverware to a washer and dryer! Was very impressed with it overall and will definitely be staying here again, thanks!
- james (6/5): Right in the thick of it - great location but lots of hidden charges - beware extra guests fee (2 kids who slept on the fold down couch), and a cleaning fee (on Expedia but hidden away) which was ridiculously high. Doubled the cost of the hotel. Staff tried hard to help with our bags but actual apartment was 3 blocks away from checkin. Not good with 10 items and two small children...
- traveler (6/5): Outside your Windows are night club soundsystems - This is an apartment and these rooms are on the Outsides of the building, due to the every night club noise they don't rent them permanently, your Windows will literally rattle up until 4 a.m. they supply you with ear plugs, seriously! it's very clean and good looking and spacy. Unless you party every night or Come back very drunk every night you won't get any sleep. Good luck.
- Charles (4/5): - The rooms stink. The office wouldn't pick up their phone. No pre arrival email to let me know how to check in. Good location.
- Annette (8/5): Hollywood stay - I've never had to pay housekeeping fees ($60) for each day of my stay; which was not mentioned until I confirmed the reservation. Not to mention $20 a nite for parking in a lot across the street in the back. Check in was at 3pm - the maid was still cleaning our room when opened the door, so we sat in the hallway until the room was ready at 3:30. Check out was at 11am - at 10:30am the maid knocked on our door and asked when we were leaving? Then there was music playing until 2am both nites like paper thin walls. The room was nice, but I could have stayed elsewhere without the surprises.
- Gennessa (6/5): ok - Noisy. Right on hollywood blvd. In the middle of everything but above a bar and lots of noise. Have to walk a few blocks with suitcase after checking in at another building. Have to pay $30 a night parking thru hotel but if you use garage few blocks away they will charge less. Apartment style nice. Washer and dryer. Full kitchen.
- Thomas (4/5): THIS IS A NO SERVICE APARTMENT - NOT HOTEL - I actually thought this was a Hotel, but actually is a rental apartment. I had to go to one place and check in and then go to the apartment - not easy to do in Hollywood and trying to park.....Clean and centrally located in Hollywood. HOWEVER - No daily room service, and I even had to take my trash out to the dumpsters :((( Also, NO MAJOR CABLE channels like CNN, FOX, ESPN or History Channels - Plenty of Spanish, Korean, Japanese and other Asian Channels......BIG disappointment on the TV Selection.
- Jonathan (8/5): Fun times :) - Nice place to stay for young people who want to be in the middle lf everything. Expect it being noisy from thursday night to saturday/sunday due to many bars / clubs arround. But hey its hollywood. Great location to get arround easily. Staff was great i had no problems what so ever thru out my stay. The only thing i can say is if you are not a city person this wont be the place for you. Other then that i would definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): The Good & Bad - THE GOOD: The Hudson is located right on Hollywood boulevard and the walk of stars, & within 1/2 mile from the theater and attraction's.
THE GOOD: The Hudson has a lot of history from the past, that's always nice to stay at a hotel/apartment like the Hudson were stars have stayed, played & pasted.
THE BAD: By not reading all of the fine print we found are self confused after reserving, showing up at the Hotel/apartment and could not get in, we made a call to the number on the reservation email, we where told an email was sent to us with more instructions from the owners, stating to go to another location to check in and pay the other fees before we could access the room code to enter the Hudson & room. Very Confused.
THE GOOD: After making it back to the Hudson and in the room, it was a conferrable room, with kitchen washer dryer in pretty good shape thinking all is good now.
THE BAD: Hard to sleep bed is located at the window with all night sounds from street walkers, talking loud below, we where on the 4th floor.
THE GOOD: Ear plugs where provide in the bathroom cabinet we did have to use them to sleep.
THE BAD: The room did not have a working Air conditioner room became unconfutable trying to sleep.
THE BAD: The Elevator was not working the next morning at check out.
THE BAD: This one night stay was over 350.00. BAD
- Verified traveler (4/5): You get what you pay for - Strongly recommend you read the small print before booking in here. Noisy pubs and patrons standing out on the street until the wee small hours making a good nights sleep near impossible, checking in office is 2 blocks from actual complex, not much fun when arriving after a long flight late at night, luggage hold facility is also located in check in office so need to drag all luggage 2 blocks from complex to office when checking out. They sting you with a $120 USD cleaning charge which is not negotiable and sting you a further $70 USD if you fail to empty the bin which is small and could be done by the cleaners so is over the top. Never going back but the lesson here is you get what you pay for.
- Rafael (8/5): Overall good place - Overall good.
only downside is that its above a few bars/nightclubs so music playing loudly each night until 2. We were there out to party so it wasn't too bad for us but might be for anyone on a business trip
- Verified traveler (4/5): You want me to pay what? - It was an ok area, but charging $120 for cleaning is ridiculous. We had to clean the dishes and take out the trash before we checked out. They did not clean the apartment daily and I still had to pay a fee? That is ludicrous. The check in staff was not friendly and you could tell they didn't want to be there. The room was not overly clean upon arrival and the fire alarm went off because of the restaraunt on the first floor at 4 am. The neighborhood at night was not safe. Overall a very poor experience.
- Donkey (6/5): - Wifi was terrible. It would short out every 10-15 mins. No way to open the windows at all. There were two windows on each and the interior would open but no way of opening the exterior window. Check in was about 3 blocks down the road. No internal phone, so if you don't have a mobile phone as you're international you have to walk back to the office 3 block away for any issues/questions.
- Tass (2/5): Thats another fine mess you've gotten me into! - This aparthotel is on Hollywood Blvd, close to most things you will need to get to if you want to stay in this part of town.
First important thing to note is that the apartment sits on or next to a nightclub so you will be awake most of the night listening to arguments fights etc... Overall the apartment is like a hotel room except it has a small kitchen area and a washing machine and dryer, the bathroom is not very well done and the shower did not work very well, the TV reception is poor which is ironic considering you are in Hollywood! Beware if you are booking this as we were told the apartment company would levy an additional $ 120 in addition to the cost of rental (for housekeeping) that's pretty expensive housekeeping!!! Felt that this was not transparent enough when selecting the apartment and Hotels.com refused to do anything about it when I complained.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean but loud. - The room was clean and comfortable. However, the club downstairs is very,VERY loud. If you're a light sleeper, this may be a problem.
- Fawn (10/5): Would definitely stay again - Fabulous! Very old Hollywood feel with a great view of Hollywood Blvd. loved the Neon sign outside the window it just gave it that old school touch!
- Alan (6/5): Never to repeat experience - Room was located just beside a night club!! I can't recall at what time I fell asleep, but can assure the thumping was felt on the floor.
Make sure you never rent this place on a weekend, unless you feel like joining into the party.
Through a misleading page at Hotels.com I ended up making a reservation for 2 suites with 2 bedrooms, while I was reserving for 1. I immediately called Hotels.com, which were helpess, as if they had nothing to do with having purchased something through them.
They gave all my credit card information, etc, to the Property (Ginosi Corp), so I suddenly start receiving notifications from them, all of course without my knowledge or consent. I kept on with Ginosi, explaining what had happened, but were adamant.
While arriving on site, I once again explained and was politely attended in their offices, telling me they were going to handle the situation as this happend during the weekend.
I never took the two rooms and was notheless charges full for both.
I will never again do any kind of business both with Hotels.com or Ginosi.
- Jennifer (8/5): Great central apartment - We loved the Hudson apartel. The location is amazing as a tourist. 10/15 min walk from the Dolby theatre and Chinese theatre. We were only there a couple of days so used the city sightseeing bus to get around - perfect location as that starts at the Chinese theatre. Good kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer. Was a little bit of noise outside at night but not crazy. Loved this place.
- Dominique (10/5): Hudson Apartel - It was way more than what I thought I had rented.Nice Apartments! I will definitely stay again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): FUN - the checking in at a different location was interesting. the location was great! The apartment was freshly renovated and nice.
- Chris (6/5): Didn't meet expectations - Did not meet expectations at all. Especially when you add the $75 "cleaning" fee that was in real small print. No night stand so room light overhead is only real light requiring you to turn off and get in bed in darkness... not really that big a deal. Television small and has rather interesting channel selections, seems like most were foreign language and very few typical cable channels. Make sure you know 5hat you have to go to a different location to check in and then travel to apartment/hotel where you hope your door password works - mine didn't. Hotel might be OK for someone wanting to just chill on Hollywood Boulevard, get drunk and need a room to pass out, but that wasn't me.
- John (2/5): OOPS! - They let us check in early, best part of the stay. The air return flooded, couldn't get someone to fix, so we had to fend for ourselves. Smoke alarm chirped, took 5 hours to get fixed, but they took and never returned it. Good thing there wasn't a fire. There's a night club either below or next to it, don't plan on sleeping until 2am or later if you choose this place. NOT FOR PEOPLE WANTING TO SLEEP / have KIDS!! Tried to rectify with the ownership, come to find out they're actually located in Europe somewhere and would call me back....yeah right.
- peter (2/5): RIPOFF ALERT DO NOT STAY HERE - TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Hotels.com Listing advertised -SALE-$129/Night
Hidden costs, NO PARKING(another $20/Night. Room cleaning charge, and more.
First you have to go to a different location and go thru a maze of security doors (I assume to protect management from previous guests who want to come back and "complain" about being ripped off) then you get instructions to find another building, find your own parking, and stay in a cheap sh!tty apartment with a 12 inch TV.
I will NEVER use Hotels.com again. They should be ashamed!
$129 per night for 2 nights = $258 NOT on Hotels.com final bill $344 plus $40 parking RIPOFF ALERT
- Verified traveler (4/5): Nice place. Terrible Entry & Surrounding Noise. - It took a while to find and then wait for staff member at check in location, which is a walk from apartment. He gave us the wrong codes so had to wait even longer for assistance at room door. Only able to access building when someone was leaving until help arrived. Beautiful room and space but bar noise kept me until 300am most nights. Be very wary and know what you are booking.
