• Helen (10/5): Buen precio excelente ubicación - Lo céntrico del hotel No me gusto que quiten las mesas que eataban fuera por que es un lugar lindo para centarte en la tarde noche a tomar un café y a las 6 de la tarde recogen todo no hay donde sentarte deberían dejarlas por que es el atractivo ver hacia la plaza tomar café algún alimento escuchando la marimba que se presenta ,eso si fue una desilusión

• Cesar (6/5): - Hotel itself is nice, it’s located in an amazing area but it is not sound proof. You can hear every single noise from both inside and outside the hotel all day and all hours of the night. There is a night club close by I am guessing because the thumping and bass of the music ran until about 4am. Noticed that Sunday there was no music. If I had known I would have brought ear plugs or my white noise machine.

• Rodrigo (8/5): - Great location and friendly staff. This is my hotel of choise when I'm in San Cristobal. However, after arriving late, we inquiered about our welcome drinks (expedia benefits). We were shown some coupons and we asked whether we could use them the following day because it was late at night after a long trip. The person in the front desk said no. This lack of flexibility was a bit unwelcoming and not very service-oriented in my opinion.

• Arlene (8/5): It was wonderful, except for the disco. - Great location, good restaurant and friendly service. View from balcony of the main square with marimba band every night until 9:00pm. Disco at night next door. Loud boom music until 3:00am. Had to move our room so we could sleep.
• Juan (8/5): Good for what we needed - Location is superb, and the restaurant within the hotel is ok as well. Parking on premises is a plus, being so close to the central plaza. Very loud during weekends due to being so close to several bars. Not te best place to relax and sleep in. Ventilation is very deficient, so it gets quite hot in the rooms and there is no AC available.

• Jesus M (8/5): San Cristobal Vacations - Hotel is very clean and staff could be a little bit mire friendly! Location is excellent! When reserving at this hotel please note there is no elevator! But other than that it is a very nice hotel! Although Hotels.com failed to put my VIP status on the reservation so I was denied my free breakfast benefits.

• Scott (8/5): Great Stay Overall - This hotel is in the perfect spot in San Cristobal and is incredibly convenient. That being said, there were a few issues. The WiFi is a joke. They force you to login through Facebook, which is incredibly buggy and unreliable. It is constantly disconnects. Why anyone would use Facebook for this is beyond me. The water pressure in the shower is like a trickle and it never got hot. The walls are thin and there is a lot of noise from neighbors.

Because my stay was over a holiday weekend, there was noise from outside the hotel thst was audible in my room until 4 each morning. It was not loud, but was audible

Somehow, the place manages to be both in the middle of it all, and a refuge from it when you need it. Be sure and ask for a room way at the back if you need it quiet at night.
