Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Extremely difficult to find,no maps or signs, 30 minute walk in the airport from our gate. On arrival at 7am after a 12 hour flight, told our 6 hour booking couldn't start until 9am and time back then. Bathroom not that clean and a bit dated. Stayed in much better airside 6 hour hotels in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur,. I do not recommend this hotel
- IAIN (4/5): Stuck in BKK airport. - Hard bed. Passable breakfast but early so helpful. Expensive. No option if stuck in the airport.
- Rashi (10/5): - It was too good and clean defiantly I will stay again
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Inside the Airport.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was convenient, the shower could have been cleaner
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Basic. Clean. Decent linens. Dated. Served its purpose for long layover.
- Marion (6/5): Convenient - Very handy for a stopover nap and shower, but walls are so thin that I was unable to sleep properly because of noise from room next door. Also was woken by someone unlocking my door and turning the light on. They left pretty quickly, but couldn't get back to sleep after that. Also wasn't until after I booked that I knew it was only for 6 hrs. The price did not reflect that.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Not professional enough. The treatment is like you are doing a favor by giving the room.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very comfortable and convenient once we found it but very tricky to find.
Fairly noisy. Loud talking and thin walled
- Tim (2/5): Not Available / No Refund - Was unable to stay because I was transferring from Domestic to International. Can only stay here if transferring from international flight to international flight.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Extremely overpriced for the quality of the room and services available.
- NK (4/5): - Check in time not matched.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The service is the worst I have seen and over priced and with the service you get a big rip off I will never stay there again
- Verified traveler (10/5): - A great place to sleep when in transit. Comfortable beds, soft linen and quiet.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It is a very quite place and with absolutely dark curtains that gave us a chance to went asleep fast and deep.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We like a lot the convenience of location, size an all the facilities in the property. Unfortunately the sound protection was not good enough but we were so tired every day so anyway slept very well.
- Ashley (4/5): Check in Disgraceful - Having booked via Hotels.com and written in the comments that I would arrive after 3pm when I arrived at reception I was told that because I arrived after 3pm my reservation had not been held and I would have to pay a further USD121 to stay. The reception staff were rude and not helpful. I asked to speak to the manager, who did not come but in the end offered me three hours maximum. All the time they simply blamed Hotels.com and told me to ask them for a refund. To be honest I don't care who is to blame, I just wanted what I paid for, and ended up getting half of that. The worst set up at a transit hotel I have encountered, I will not stay again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Location was good for resting after a long flight. It is difficult to find and a bit pricey.
- Chloe (10/5): - Very suitable for transit flights!!! Will definitely go back.
- Ross (2/5): horrible dirty place - rude staff noise beds are rock hard dirty the aircon has one temperature cold you cant adjust it.
- Jessica Novia (2/5): - The room so small,smelly,dirty & unworthy condition.
The receptionist so cruel..i have booked 1 room for transit 7 hours at BKK airport for my son (2yo) & my mom-dad rest after long flight from Moscow,
The receptionist not allowed me to enter the room just for drop my bag..she only allowed my mom-dad & my son to enter the room..
I already explain to her i only drop my bags, helping my parents carry the bags until they enter the room, she won’t understand, she treats me like a smuggler / a thief!!
I’m really really disappointed with this hotel!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - My room was noisy - sound from other guests room, cleaning staff chatting up and down the hallway at night, plane engines. Room was stuffy. It wasn’t convenient getting to the hotel. It would have not taken any longer getting to Novotel where I could have had a good sleep. Deposit for room key was annoying. Reception staff upon leaving only said ‘sign here’ on the paper to get my driving license back (in lieu of the USD10 for room key deposit) - not ‘thank you for staying here’, ‘have a nice flight’,... I transit a lot through Bangkok. From now on will not stay at Miracle Transit again.
- Sami (8/5): - It is very convenient while you are transiting Thailand and saves you the hassle of going out of the airport with luggage.
- Anthony (10/5): - Very convenient location within the airport for transit passengers in need of a shower and some rest. Do note that short stays booked through travel websites have clearly defined time limits, eg: 09:00 to 15:00 stay means you can't ask to check in early and depart early, you can only stay during the assigned hours.
- Seyong (8/5): - Counter is not kind.
- RK (6/5): - Very noisy foyer just outside room. Paper thin walls with noisy neighbours. Not a good environment to rest.
- nancy (8/5): Perfect opportunity to get some sleep before your - This hotel provides the excellent opportunity to eliminate collecting your bags when you fly airlines that work together in connecting flights.
Then you don’t have to stand in two long lines to get back into your gate and can even sleep for six hours in between connections. Perfect and worth the $100.
- Peter (8/5): Handy - Very handy for a transit stay at the airport and not having to exit through passport control/immigration to an outside hotel and check in again the next morning and come back in again through passport control.
Warning: ensure you check your main luggage through to your final destination when checking in from your originating airport.
- Verified traveler (6/5): unbearably noisy - Decent standard of accommodation with above average creature comforts one would expect of a hotel meeting international standards. Spacious rooms are a big plus with airside transit hotels within airports and this one exceeded our expectations in that respect. However, the noise from the busy terminal outside and adjacent rooms ruined our night's sleep, with soundproofing simply non-existent on either side. Given six hours sleep was our sole purpose in staying, it ruined the overall experience totally, leaving us frustrated and irritable rather than relaxed and refreshed. I would therefore neither recommend this nor return.
- Susan (2/5): - Was not allowed to stay unless we were in transit internationally. Could not access the hotel since we were not flying out the next day. We had to stay at another hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Every thing was good, location was the best. Just a bit expensive for 6 hours but then it is inside the airport
- Eric (2/5): Read Fine Print!!! Very Specific Hotel - I'm mostly writing this review because I had no idea this was a hotel you could only book for six hours and only if you were in the international terminal in between another international flight... Fortunately I caught this the night of and was able to book another hotel. I don't know if this is Hotels.com fault or not but read the fine print carefully.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Staff service is very poor and communication very poor with poor English😓
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was good to stay at miracle. Nice amenities. Loved the food.
- julie (2/5): Bangkok airport hotel - I didn’t stay here because I could not access the hotel. It is only accessible for international passengers. I flew into Bangkok late night to catch a domestic flight the next day. I couldn’t get to the hotel. They said they canceled my reservation but didn’t refund my payment. Hotels.com
Should have explained this better. I messaged the hotel before I left on the trip and they canceled my reservation. I was very disappointed with the hotel and hotels.com
- Verified traveler (10/5): - thanks we are really appreciated service again thanks
- Verified traveler (10/5): - So convenient to stay inside the terminal.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Second time I have stayed at this transit hotel for the convenience of a shower and a sleep between connecting flights. Unless I can get a short stop over I won’t be transiting through Bangkok airport again.
Staff are rude, not helpful, there adds are misleading with check in times and they refuse to amend them to make booking more straight forward. Expensive and not worth it!
- Garry (8/5): Good room, expensive and tricky to find - Difficult to find from immigration. No signage had to ask people.
- Verified traveler (6/5): acceptable but pricy - everything is just on average and acceptable for a stopover night. Yet, it's sort of pricy.
- Furrukh (8/5): - Nice and clean hotel. Best for short stay. I booked online via Expedia and it was awesome experience.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hard yo find,
Very little signage in the terminal.
Beds as hard as boards.
Bathroom was tired and worn out, things like shower screen doors very stiff.
Room very cold, couldn’t find a thermostat to adjust.
Worst thing was the constant PA announcements,
There just went all night and clearly audible.
Restaurant was pleasant with a good selection of food for breakfast.
Staff were hit and miss, some very helpful, others less so.
Also I booked a night as our flight arrived at 10pm and departed at 9 am next morning.
On check in advised our booking was for 6 hours only and had to check out at 5 am, or pay extra.
Dues to hard beds and noisey PA that wasn’t annoying issue as we barely slept.
However my suggestion woukd be find somewhere else if you have a night in Bangkok.
- Sally (6/5): Ok - It was ok. For the price I would have expected a lot more though. It cost over $100 for 6hours. The rooms were super basic and quite old really. But we were at the airport for 11 hours & needed some where we could take our kids to chill. We had the idea that they could watch tv as it said they had full stalite tv, which they did not. All the English shows had voice overs so the kids couldn’t understand it anyway & the subtitle button didn’t work.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good for a quick break if you can’t go out of the airport ... can’t compare with hotels outside the airport but these rooms are just sufficient & available for a quick 6 hour rest & freashen up
- Sarah (6/5): - Great to have a Hotel in the Departure, I booked for 10 hours, but left before 8 hours
- Verified traveler (4/5): - They charged extra even though I had already paid for the room online.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - A reasonable stay. The toilet , while it is clean, still has a smell
- Julie (10/5): Great rest at the Miracle - It was great to have somewhere to sleep and shower in the actual airport terminal.
It was a little noisy as we could hear doors opening and closing nearby and a few planes taking off.
But overall, we got to sleep quickly and didn't hear anything after that. The wake up call was great and the breakfast at 5am was excellent.
- Raju (10/5): Simply superb. - It was great... convenient, clean, spacious, and inexpensive.
- Abdullah (6/5): - Nice and comfortable. goods location for transit but not very easy to find it as it is behind the transit lounge.
- DD (8/5): - front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating
- Verified traveler (4/5): terrible service - the communication with this hotel is bad. there was an accident at the airport and our flight was delayed - i emailed them if it's possible to move the booking - AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER - not even sorry your booking can't be moved - just NO ANSWER -- terrible experience. i wouldn't want to book here again. not reliable.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Worst service we have ever experienced
a ripoff
tried to extort payment
and staff dont speak english
Pathetic
- Sean (8/5): Totally fine for 6 hrs. - Room is totally fine for a short sleep and shower. Was expecting something scary. It was a very straightforward budget hotel. I thought it was larger (by a foot or two...) and nicer than the transit hotel in SIN (this has a window). Entrance is a little tricky to spot at first. It’s on the backside of the Miracle Transit Lounge down a long walkway on 4th floor of G concourse. A big sign is there if you’re looking. Just don’t go back down the escalator. Breakfast was underwhelming but food is available and free. Given Bangkok is usually cheap... this should have been much more much cheaper but you’re paying for the convenience of not having to go through customs and back through security the next day. I’d stay again.
- Kausar (8/5): - Recommended..very convenient for peoples on transit or waiting for next flight.
- anthony (2/5): Be careful of Expedia - I booked a room supposedly for a day at 190.00 when I got there I was told it was only for 6 hours! That’s despite it saying differently on the Expedia booking site
The only good thing about the experience was it was clean the rest was the worst experience on a ‘hotel’ of my life - I’ll stick with your opposition at least they are honest
- Verified traveler (2/5): This is a con. - This hotel is airsde you cannot collect your bags and return to this hotel
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Was a nice comfortable bed and easy to access however the shower was a little dirty and the front of house staff were a little grumpy.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Stsy at airport - We've stayed here multiple times due to the location and convenience. Just outside the tavern is a huge duty free and food court. But expect a very long walk to the tavern.
- Brian (6/5): Convenient hotel - Love the convenience, staff friendliness and cleanliness of the hotel. Dislike the thin walls, outside noise and loud speaker flight announcements (due to location), hard matress. Price was reasonably expensive, but thats what you get for airport transit hotels.
- Mirte (8/5): - Hotel is quite a distance from centre of airport there was sand on the top sheet of my bed. The staff were ver y pleasant and made sure we were ready for reboarding flight in time. We had a snack also which w as inclu de d in. Our
Tariff. All in all, it was good to be able to have a shower.
And a 2. Hour snooze during layover in Bangkok.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. They charge by the hour and the price on this booking is for between the hours 9am to 15pm only. So don't book if your arrival is not between these hours. The hotel is more similar to a road motel, the room is smelly, the water is not hot for shower. The linen is crappy. I would say I will not be staying in this hotel ever again. You are better off just spend some money at the massage service place.
- Giang (2/5): Terrible staff and not worth the money - Don't even try to stay. You are wasting your money. Terrible staff and not accommodating.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible - Online page when booked did not say anything about this hotel being after security or having to have a boarding pass to check in. I will be seeking a refund either with Expedia or through credit card company. This was a scam.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice and quite room but the Air Condition is too cold
- Verified traveler (8/5): - its bit far but its not too bad not for long stay but only for 6 hours
- Fredrick (8/5): Convenient location. Need passport no checked bags - Simple, clean almost cozy. Staff helpful. Location easy to find. If you have to stay overnight to fly early am and you are in transit in Bangkok, this hotel is unique. You can get showered, rest some, and the next morning get boarding pass nearby without entering Thailand from a checkin desk for your airline nearby. Just don’t have bags to check, which might complicate things, because checkin for bags is outside at the regular airline counters before passport control. You need a passport and at least your two itineraries, oneshowing where you came from and one showing where and when you are going.
- beth (8/5): - Check in was simple- but a little confusing finding the entry to hotel. Just be sure you are on floor 4 and follow signs.
- Roberto (4/5): Terrible - Very bad service and welcoming from the receptionist, who really didn’t put any effort to provide a good customer service.
The room are very basic, too overpriced for it is.
People are loud in the corridor, you don’t get any peace in the short and precious time you have to rest.
We extended for an extra 3 hours to the additional 6, and with the final amount we could have stayed a night in the near 5 stars nearby.
If not forced, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
- stanford (6/5): Better then sleeping on a bench - Bed very hard. Pillow hard and tall shower door broken. Used a free night would never pay for. Too expensive.
- Kathryn (10/5): airport accomodation. - It was great for convenience to have some sleep and freshen up during our travel. We were disappointed that the booking was limited to 6 hours as we would have preferred 8 hours. Extra time was offered at extra cost.
- Michael Ming (10/5): Convenient - Convenient
- Kiat (4/5): Worst service I've ever experienced - No service quality to speak of, staff were rigid - not able to make concessions. Spent a good 30minutes talking to them and ended up with more frustrations than rest time. Would not patronize them except for its covenience and lack of comparables.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok but not the greatest - I had a 9 hour stopover in bangalore and since I was coming off a long flight decided to stay in this hotel for a 6 hour window ( which is how long they book rooms for) so that by the time I reach my destination at least I'm slightly rested. The pros of this place are that it's inside the Airport so you don't have to clear immigration, it's clean and they serve a good breakfast.. However cons maybe out weight the pros, main thing being that the whole point of paying the money to rest in a hotel was wasted when throughout the 6 hours I could hear constant airport announcements streaming into the room, chrck in took so long that I was exhausted before I reached my room and thus woke up not as refreshed as I had sincerely hoped while booking
- Francis (6/5): Registration - The registration counter did not have a clear demarcation and therefore there were no proper system to track who came first or next.
The staff was not clear of how many rooms o have booked even when I have showed the staff two rooms.
The staff was very helpful to try to resolve the misunderstanding of the number of rooms.
- Ivy (6/5): Nice for catch a sleep. - Pretty small and good hotel. A place to wash up and rest while waiting for next flight.
- kalbo (2/5): 6 hour stay only !!! - Not clear on the booking. Check in 1500 check out 1400
Then when I arrive. Only a 6 hour stay
Which is several paragraphs down on the booking. Not clear at all.
Why have check in out times when it’s check in anytime but just for 6 hours
Really unhappy as my layover is 16 hours
I could have got a taxi and hotel for half the price out of the airport near by
Not happy Expedia. Very bad not clear enough should be highlighted 6 HOURS ONLY !!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Just a bed to kill time - Only great if you are stuck in the airport for hours.
- Mary L (6/5): Not a restful stay. - A short stay in the Transit area of the Bangkok airport between flights. Room Ok but very noisy with children from adjoining room, and constant flights announcements from adjacent terminal easily heard. Not a very restful sleep given this. Included lunch OK. Be aware that on check in they require a $10US$ cash deposit for the key - never come across this and I travel a lot. They had my credit card details, copy of my passport ultimately they kept my drivers licence as assurance I would return the key.
- Stephen (10/5): Very convenient for changing planes - Contrary to other commentator, was easy to find as long as you knew G concourse, level 4.
Need to be aware, that one night = 6 hours, no longer
- Shwe Zin (8/5): - staff were helpful, room was clean, the only problem was my neighbour switch on the TV extremely loud at 5 am and woke me up.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Didn't stay - Couldn't access the hotel so was stranded in Bangkok at midnight with nowhere to stay.
- John (10/5): - Clean, very convenient as no exit is required from the airport, helpful and polite staff; nice meal included. Easy to find. We've used it before and will again if the length of the layover between flights is long enough.
- howard (4/5): - It should be made clear to guests that the stay is limited to 6 hours only. I arrived at 10.30 PM for a flight next day at 09.15 and was hoping to stay overnight until 07.30. The choices were to pay much more [already a high charge for such a basic room - high because there are no alternatives in the transit area] or delay check-in until 01.00 or 01.30.
- Candie (2/5): BEWARE - We never even made it to the hotel. We were flying from Krabi to Bangkok and had a 10 hour layover before making our way back to the USA. Turns out, this motel is in the international terminal and you can't even access it unless you are making an international connection. While we were headed back to the USA, we were coming from another city in Thailand first. TERRIBLE advertisement. We wasted $126.31 on a room we couldn't even access. This should be in BOLD print that is visible BEFORE booking this hotel. We realized that it gets poor reviews but we thought at least we could get a shower and a quick nap. What a HUGE disappointment. I wonder how much money they make per day on people that can't even access the room that they have paid for.
- Irish Hoosier (6/5): Convenient but noisy. Beware of hourly rates. - First of all pay attention to rates shown on site, what I thought was a conventional booking was for six hours only!! Also as noted in other reviews getting to hotel from an arriving flight requires assistance from airport staff and exception to security protocol which I could see vunerable based on staff on duty. i was arriving from Narita and had to have a hotel staff come get me from information desk and walk me through transfer security. Rooms themselves clean but noisy from adjacent room guests.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - this demand for information reflects badly on Expedia. Note the imperious "required" on the first question.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible staff/ worst hotel experience ever ! - Very Rude staff at front desk.
When we book this place it says half day but when we got there it was only 8 hours available and $170 extra for 4hours stay.
Very expensive compare to their condition of the room and size.
Noisy.
Next time better to book Novotel, better service and value for price.
Never recommend here!!!
- christi (6/5): Other options instead of this hotel - This hotel is for those arriving into BKK from another countriy and have many hours before their next flight out and are already in the airport secured area. Despite the warnings about how difficult this place is located, I still need to approach 3 entrance before getting to the right one, This is because there are many Miracle Brand facilities within that area. There are 2 shower internet lounges beside the one I booked. As a first timer, I went into the wrong lounge before getting to this one where it's entrance is Not the most obvious. I like to add that I am a seasoned traveler so this place is indeed not easy to find without asking for help. I did ask as soon as I approached the first help desk and needed to stop by 6 people before getting finally there!
The room is adequate but the bathroom can be better maintained. It Looked old and worn and my shower head cannot keep the shower straight. My advice is if you only need a few hours before your transit and you don't need a bed, if have 3 choices.
1- If you have priority travelers card you can access Miracle business lounge for free and they have shower, food and comfortable lounge chair that are open 24 hours.
2- there are 2 other Miracle lounges that Also provide shower and club facilities but I am not sure of their cost.
3- there is a massage facility right in front of Miracle lounges and they are also open for 24 hours. Instead of paying over $100 for 6 hours you get a message instead.
- Arthur (8/5): - Great place to lie down on a 7 hour transit. A little noisy with airport announcements just outside the window. Wi Fi didn't work in the room only in the lounge and the restaurant. Food was very basic. Overall still worth it for the chance to just rest after 18 hours travelling.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Three words: Dirty, Damaged, Unprofessional. The hotel is inside the terminal and in really bad condition. Rooms are loud, since people are constantly checking in and out of the hotel, slamming the doors and taking loud in the hallway. The room gives you 6h, which is not enough time to get a good night sleep, while also unpacking, showering and repacking. In the end you might get 4:30h of sleep, as a result. Shower was low power water, and took a long time to get warm (not hot). Moreover the shower was really quite dirty and the shower door and other parts were damaged.
You might be better off getting a hotel outside of the terminal, with more time, a much better shower and less noisey for the same price.
I'd say this hotel is a rip off, rather than a convenient stay. Takes advantage of the people staying the night at the airport, while overcharging them for a poor quaility product.
- Ward (2/5): Disappointed - Never got chance to stay as couldn't find the hotel. Airport staff directed outside and couldn't return back in. No clear signage. Had to find another hotel.
- Clyde (8/5): - This is a great choice if you have a long layover. Although this is not a 5 star hotel, it is clean and very convenient.
- Max (6/5): Good hotel for a transit stay - Good hotel for a transit stay. No need to go through immigration and customs. The only hotel inside the airport. Not the best in terms of comfort but if you come with right expectations - it is a 3 star hotel, not a luxury one - then it is ok. Reasonable comfort, bed, shower, relatively quiet, fine for short rest and nap between the flights.
- Keith (2/5): Take care when booking this hotel - Cant access the hotel unless you go through imergration
- Vissen (8/5): Good value and much welcomed transit rest - The room was perfect for our transit and a meal included. You do hear some noise outside the room as you are in the airport, but our 3 year old slept through and we got to have a rest to.
- Paula (2/5): - This was a classic bate and switch. hotel advertised $97 non-refundable. Upon receiving confirmation with check in on the 25th and check out at noon on the 26th at the advertised rate, we got the terms from the hotel... the room was adequate. No hot water in the shower, no soap in the bathroom. The full breakfast was basically coffee and sweetrolls. Worst we were kicked out of the room at midnight if we didn't pay an additional $120 for an additional 6 hours. Based upon my calculation the actual cost for the room had we stayed there until noon would have been about $250. The receptionist who called to demand more money was exceptionally rude, her name is Patcharee. She woke us up from a sound sleep screaming "What time your flight" "Your time is up get out of the room or pay for 6 more hours" I strongly recommend removing this hotel from your site, we didn't get what we contracted for.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid - Hotel is on the far side of security. If you don't have a pre-existing boarding pass - which the site doesn't tell you - you can't get there. I had a reservation the night before for a morning flight and couldn't get admission so I had to sleep on benches but paid the $125 hotel fee.
- Xiaolin (6/5): - a bit old compare with the price we paid for
- Zac Huber (8/5): Perfect Layover Stop - We stayed here during our 6-hour layover in BKK. The location was perfect: we never had to leave the international terminal and it was close to many 24-hour stores. The check in/out process was very easy. The ensuite bathroom was perfectly serviceable (yah, hot water!) and clean. The beds were a bit stiff, but they were exponentially more comfortable than some bench or chair. The complimentary breakfast was great! Not a ton of options, but what was there was good.
