- m (10/5): とても良い滞在でした！お勧めします - 1階の共用スペースの雰囲気がとても良く、スタッフの方々も親切でした。ベッドの寝心地が良く、ドミトリーでもぐっすり眠れました。シャワールームなども清潔感がありました。また、朝食を近くの店で食べられるサービスがとても楽しかったです。 エレベーターは2階にあるため、注意が必要です。 ドミトリー部屋のロッカーは、リュックサックを入れるには少し小さいです。

- Sabrina (9/5): Great stay 5min from the heart of Ximending - Overall great value and everything you need in a hostel. The showers are a bit cramped, but the ample hanging hooks and amazing water pressure make up for that. Also, the dry-wet separation was great. Super soft beds (almost too soft for me personally), spacious & with everything you need, including a multi-type international power socket. Free umbrellas for guests were a nice touch and I especially appreciated the shoe dryer, my time in Taipei fell into the plum rain season, so the dryer came to the rescue multiple times. Would stay again next time I’m in the city. Minor things to keep in mind: Beds might be too short if you’re over 175cm tall. The security lockers in the dorm are on the smaller side, not big enough to securely store a medium sized backpack. A trash can in the dorm itself would’ve been nice.

- Nicole (8/5): A great place to lay your head. - I like the size and layout of the rooms. There were only 4 beds to a room, and we each had a locker with keycard access. The hotel is also very clean. I love that they have everyone take their shoes off before entering. Breakfast was also nice. The staff gave all the information needed, but I didn’t feel that they were particularly friendly and when staying in hostels, I expect more warm staff.

- Ryan (10/5): The best hostel in Taipei, and one of my favorites I've ever stayed in - Whilst I stayed primarily for making friends, the staff is also exceptionally accommodating and kind. Normally I'd preferred to have eat in my room (and a personal refrigerator), I actually feel this was a feature: I never would've met my lifelong friends--or been as social--had this been the case.

- Jasmine (10/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient - The property was incredible for a solo traveller like me. The common area is spacious with an open kitchen, and a room for laundry facilities. The bathroom amenities for women were polished and comfortable. The cabin/bed pods were cosy. The area the hostel is in is around the corner from Ximending and the station is a 7 min walk away. They give vouchers to you for free meals in neighbouring cafes/restaurants. Tea and coffee are available, I went out for breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Overall, would recommend this place and I would stay again. Loud travellers. That’s it.

- Tram (8/5): A Good Place for First Timers - Great resources for your first time in Taipei: - WhatsApp group to meet your fellow hostel mates (I didn’t use this though) - Lots of brochures for tours/resources - Refreshing chrysanthemum tea every night - They also had some nightly instant ramen (?) or something, but I was too busy eating out at the Night Markets and such - Their food vouchers (I coincidentally stayed enough days to try all of their partnered vouchers spot) - They also run a free tour (currently only on Wednesday afternoons) The Stay: We all kept to ourselves and were all polite to each other. The key point that made me choose this soot over others was their free tour. Unfortunately, they didn’t have enough staff to run it twice a week as I saw mentioned somewhere … so I missed the only tour they had because that was my arrival evening.

- Kevin Dexter (10/5): Perfecy near a night market and train station. But not within the busy area. - Accommodating with friends. We shared 4 dorm room bunk bed and was actually comfortable. They always replenished our towels and soaps. We accidentally didnt book our full stay in Taiwan(not there fault) and didn’t check out but they were nice enough to organize our belongings and ensure everything was safe in their possession. When we rebooked they even put all our luggage back in the same room for our convenience. 10/10 hospitality.

- Brad (9/5): - Very clean and comfortable hostel. My friends and I stayed in private rooms and they were small but comfortable. The location was great, about 10 minutes from Ximending station. Honestly it was super expensive for what we got. The room was quite small and I was pretty surprised by the price.
- Samantha (8/5): Decent hostel place in ximen where you can meet alot of diverse people - It was a big common area on the first floor . Where there's alot of diverse people around. I never had a hostel or inn with alots of foreigners but its really nice to see some people who came to travel here in taiwan. Theres a space for luggages also on the first floor . The first time i came to the building it was a decent looking like a hotel the front desk staff is nice and they will show you everything around they will give you key card access and meal voucher i used it on dinner i came to prince cheese potato just 8 minute walk from the hostel and it was so good the bed is so comfortable that i dont wanna get up the next morning because i had a good sleep and the sheets smell really nice and clean .. the comfort room was clean the shower room was ok theres alot of necessities you need, shower cap, floss, panty liners,shampoo, conditioner, bathsoap and hair dryer.⁸ Its not a big deal though , but theres no elevator on the first floor that you need to use ladder to get in 2nd floor where you can use elevator and my room was on the 4th floor my bed was clean except the curtain was old and not so clean looking and there is dust on the bed floor . I think they need to use vacumm cleaner .
- Duncan (10/5): Very social - Very very social hostel. Meeting people here was probably easier than any other hostel I have stayed in. Also location is solid, walking distance from a large night market. I came during Chinese New Year, so the city was kind of dead. Not related to the hostel as much, but something to keep in mind.
- Charles (5/5): Not worth it - mold infected rooms - One aspect is that the staff did try and keep the place clean despite it being quite a large hostel. The other travellers made this place more reasonable to stay in, and social. Thankfully met a few good people to spend time with. The private double rooms are extremely tiny and not worth the price being charged. In addition there is no window/ventilation option whatsoever so it becomes incredibly stuffy. My room had a strong smell of mold and reported this to staff who switched me to a different room which was similarly stuffy and didn’t have a window or ventilation. The place is also advertised as having breakfast included however this is not the case, and nothing is provided.

- Alex (9/5): Excellent comfortable international hostel with modern amenities, and kind staff. Top choice! - This was a great hostel and a popular choice for international travellers and backpackers. The kitchen was fantastic, with a proper coffee machine, large fridge, microwave and plenty of utensils. Also a chilled water dispenser. Loads of seats and tables (with chargers) to chill out at. And the staff were great...really helpful and spoke English well. Location-wise it was good, though I have stayed in better locations. I slept fine in the dorm room. Decent showers from memory too. The price was still a little too much, though the place was really good. Well worth the money if you have the budget. There was a voucher for breakfast at a few establishments in Taipei nearby. But at the place I went, the free included item was so small it was hardly worth bothering and I couldn't sit inside.

- marmarloesloes (8/5): - My room with the bath tub was super comfortable. The shower has great water pressure and my bed was really comfortable. I could also head to the communal hostel space if I wanted to socialize, or ignore it completely if I did not feel like it. The cleaning of the room did not really take place in the week I spent there. Only the bed was made and water bottles replaced. I also had to be very conscious with closing the curtains, because everyone on the street could easily see me in the room.
- SYLVESTRE (10/5): Allez y sans hésitation ! - Que dire si ce n'est que ce fut parfait. L'hostel est en plein centre ville, mais dans une rue calme, le coin commun est agreable et calme, la chambre propre et spacieuse, mais surtout quel professionnalisme et bienveillance de la part du propriétaire. En plus des conseils sur la ville, il m'a aidé à réserver mon ferry vers l'île de Lanyu, à m'y rendre et a pris le temps me prévenir quelques jours plus tard, alors que je ne logeais plus à l'hostel, que mon ferry retour avait été annulé, afin que je ne me retrouve pas coincé sur l'île. Allez y les yeux fermés.
- Philipp (9/5): - We stayed in a double room with bathroom. Great location of the hostel, not far from MRT and Ximen, but 1-2 blocks away from the noise. Large common area with seating spaces, clean kitchen, fridge, water dispenser. Rooftop terrace. Very clean bathroom, room was cleaned every day and necessities refilled. Plenty of luggage storage capacities, if you arrive early. No reading lights and not even a light switch at the bed. For the included breakfast, we got vouchers for 6 different locations, which was totally fine for us. However, only 2 of those opened before 11:30, only 1 on Sunday, and what you got for one voucher differed widely in value. The apartment door was far from being soundproof. There is no elevator between first and second floor.
- Colin Thomas (9/5): Clean and comfortable space in good location for good overall value. - Great location right near Ximen walking district / transport stop. Comfortable bed, USB socket in bed, electrical socket fits Type A and C which was convenient with my European chargers. Bathrooms were cleaned regularly. Common spaces were clean, comfortable, and conducive to socializing if you wanted. Free coffee machine made good coffee. They had free instant noodles in the afternoons but I never tried. Meal vouchers were accepted no problem at the listed places, I tried two nearby and they were both good. The lockers were very small and beeped loudly when opening / closing, sometimes locker didn’t open but still beeped so could be quite noisy at night. No large lockers or even shelves for luggage so people’s things were strewn about on the floor which got kind of messy.

- Maud (8/5): - Pendant la semaine du nouvel an lunaire l'auberge propose des activités tous les jours en lien avec les traditions, c'est adorable et ça crée du lien. Les douches sont propres et contiennent tout le nécessaire pour se laver. L'emplacement est également très pratique à environ 10 minutes de marche du quartier Ximending extrêmement animé en permanence. C'est également super d'avoir des vouchers pour prendre le petit dej dans quelques restaurants autour. Le dortoir n'est pas au niveau de qualité attendu. Notamment à cause du rideau qui ne couvrait pas la totalité de l'ouverture, ce qui me rendait vulnérable pour me changer dans un dortoir mixte. De plus le matelas était assez abimé je sentais qu'il était trop fin. Enfin, les gens allumaient souvent les lumières puis ils partaient ou allaient se coucher en laissant la lumière allumée, ce qui m'a forcé à me relever pour éteindre plusieurs nuits d'affilée car la lumière me genait à 2-3h du matin (encore une fois mon rideau ne couvrait pas l'ouverture de mon lit...). Il devrait y avoir des panneau d'interdiction d'allumer les plafonniers entre 23h et 07h et une sensibilisation des guests.

Qualitat preu deficient i serveis molt populars - La recepció i espai comú Terrasa mal cuidada i sense llum ( foto) Habitacions sense finestra , manteniment baix de les instal·lacions, preus elevats per un servei deficient, poca disponibilitat per part de recepció, TV que no funciona i aigua calenta tampoc.
- April (9/5): Perfect location and ambience. And the courageous Front desk name Silver. - I liked the location, comfortable stay, cosy and cool vibes of the people and ambience. Although we experienced emergency falls alarm, the Front desk named Silver took full responsibility and courage to handle the situation. Kudos to her for such a great team member and someone you can depend on. She’s also being patient on our request when we arrived. Sad we’re not able to say good bye and to thank her. She’s such an amazing young lady. Better choose the triple room

- Laoise (9/5): - The hostel is in a great location. Only a quick walk to ximending pedestrian area. The staff are friendly and helpful. There common area downstairs has loads of space. And the laundry facilities were very easy to use. The showers and toilets were clean too. Would recommend!

- Karnila (9/5): - Świetny hostel, pokoje czyste i zadbane, łóżka wygodne. Na plus zamykane szafki na cenniejsze rzeczy. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko przystanek autobusowy, a troszkę dalej metro. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Świetna strefa wspólna z kanapami i kuchnia.
