Their lunch and services order via their Tantawan app is amazing and very efficient that tracks your orders and services requested. Amazing experience with family and will come again!

Fantastic location, far enough from the crazyness of Patong that it is peaceful but only a 15 min Bolt ride if you want to enjoy the night life, shopping and restaurants. Can't recommend highly enough!
- David (10/5): - We visited in August 24 for 14 nights, with my wife and daughter aged 10. We had a three bedroom villa with pool which overlooked the sea and surrounding bay. The staff at the hotel couldn’t be more helpful there is an app to order certain things, food, housekeeping, free shuttle bus etc. there is also what’s app for any specific request which was always replied too in a timely manner. The villa was kept really clean, new towels and robes daily, bedding every other day unless requested. The fridge was stocked with free drinks etc weekly, and bread daily. There was a coffee machine and kettle. The kitchen was well stocked and there was an abundance of free bottled water, topped up daily. We used room service twice which came via golf buggy in a timely manner. The pool was clean and salt water with loungers plus towels, we could request extra cleaning via WhatsApp if needed. TV was smart and big enough to connect devices or use streaming services. The views from the villa were spectacular and we regularly booked the shuttle bus to the beach and caught it back from beach or large supermarket called big C. We didn’t want to leave and had the most relaxing time.

The room is located near the parking area and the gym so everything is really close.The view was amazing and the pool is really clean. The staff are really helpful, and quick response to our questions through the villa app. Will definitely come back again!

- Ronald (4/5): - This property was disappointing. Not accessible at all to street as it sits so high. The road up is quite narrow and there is no walkable area to go down the steep hill to main steeet. Their driver charged me $600 tbt ($17) just to go downhill less than .25 miles so we can eat. There is no traditional Thai breakfast. Everything is a la carts and eat in room. The rooms are old and pool is outdated and much leaves consume the pool. The beach is only accessible by their shuttle at certain times. Overall nice staff but poor facility to enjoy Phuket. We left after first night and going to another hotel. The 1 bedroom king bed does not house 3 ppl as it says. The sofa is more o a live chair. To make another bed it’s extra. Luckily I booked 2 bedroom for 3 people.
- Indiana (10/5): - This is by far the best resort I have ever stayed at. My husband and I arrived for our honeymoon and from the second we showed up, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We rented a scooter which made getting to and from the area very easy. You are about 5 minutes away from Kamala beach and about 20 minutes away from Patong beach. I love that this resort is up on a hill so you are away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Phuket. Thank you Villa Tantawan for everything and for making our honeymoon extra memorable.

- Max (10/5): - My partner and I recently stayed at Villa Tantawan, we got the mountain view room and we both absolutely loved it. The villas are spacious, clean and out of the way from the hustle and bustle of busy streets, allowing you to really relax in the beautiful villa whenever you wanted a bit of peace and quiet. Rooms are cleaned and restocked everyday, and based on your needs. The staff are all so wonderful and welcoming, always with a smile or offering you something to make your stay more pleasant. Tantawan provide a complimentary shuttle bus service down to Kamala beach and back to reception, which was great to take advantage of too, given the location of the villas is up quite a steep hill (price paid for beautiful views). Thanks to the staff for their hospitality and service, we hope to see you again someday!

- Matthew (10/5): - Stayed as a family for 5 nights. The villas a big, clean and have all amenities you'd need. The service from the staff was probably the best we'd ever experienced in our lives - they were simply amazing. On arrival the fridge was stocked with about 50 cans of drinks, juices and milk for kids, bread for toast and water bottle relished each day. The villas are up a long steep driveway so I'd recommend a car but you can also use grab for transport and food delivery. Villas are a 10min walk to beach and main strip of restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back.
- Toan (8/5): Villa 1 - when we had arrived at the villa, unfortunately I guess their system wasn’t working too well, they hadn’t receive our reservation. So upon arrival we had to wait about 30-40 mins in the lobby with no air condition. However they did compensate us by allowing a later check out which was 2PM. We were 2 couples staying at Villa 1, everything was very nice and simple. However the rain shower did not work. But all in all it was good. Oh don’t forget to buy your own ice, they make you call the resturant and order a bucket of ice for 50 bhat. Also you have to reconnect to internet everyday on your tv, just incase you want to watch Netflix. Still really good.

- EMILY (10/5): This was a dream - Villa Tantawan was a dream! The service was excellent and they were so accommodating and willing to help/answer questions. The beach was much closer than we initially thought and the view of Phuket from the private pool was perfect. Bonus: the beds were comfortable! While I wish the food from room service tasted better, it was quick and available whenever we wanted/needed it. I would 100% stay again! The hotel is up a serious mountain that many drivers didn’t like driving up, but the hotel shuttle was willing to take us down to the bottom at anytime to meet taxis etc.

- Tomas (8/5): Lugnt och lyxigt - Lugnt hotell med lyxkänsla. Villorna ligger högt och har en fantastisk utsikt men detta medför att det är en maffig backe upptill villorna. Hotellets restaurang har ett stort utbud men prisnivån är hög. Rekommenderar att man tar taxi till samhället om man vill äta middag. Villorna är fantastiskt utrustade med jacuzzi, pentry, egen pool, dubbla AC och häftigt designbelysningar och allt fungerar. Personalen hjälpsam och trevlig. Städning fungerar bra och man har ett system att rummen städas medans man äter frukost, mycket bra. Hotellet rekommenderas ifall man vill ha en lugn och lyxig vistelse i Thailand, är man ute efter strandliv så finns hotell närmare stranden.

- Shadab (6/5): Away on a mountain - The hotel provides top facilities in the rooms, we had a 3 bed villa with private pool. However there is no concept of service, even a cup of tea can't be ordered properly. And it's 25 minutes away from Patong beach and even away from nearest beach so no one delivers food there either. stay only if you have own transport and like to cook and make tea, facilities are available.
- Peter (10/5): Fabulous Getaway!! - My wife and I had an amazing time staying in a totally private one bedroom villa, set up on the hills behind Kamala beach. Having a huge private pool just steps from your villa was such a bonus. To be able to swim in the pool, lie in bed or lounge on the couch and still look out to the ocean and hills was just so relaxing. The staff were both attentive and discreet and very friendly. Although a complimentary bus took you into the beach at certain times of the day we found it more convenient to hire a bike to get around.

Only 10 min walk to the town centre but its so quiet and peaceful up there, we didn't want to leave the villa. The villa was spacious and the pool was perfect for the two of us. All staff are friendly and helpful.
