• Jaclyn (6/5): Fine. - Our stay at the Flora was just okay. This is a fine place to stay, but the room was not as open and clean as the pictures show. There was no window that opened, and it smelled a bit like smoke (from a staff member smoking right outside our door. The breakfast was great! The people were very nice. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are average, and the service was really not existent. We were not able to get help on laundry, tuk tuck, directions, no one really there to help you. Again, fine stay, but we would not stay there again.

• Kevin (8/5): Flora Boutique Hotel - Staff were very sweet, charming and helpful. The room was small, but perfect for our needs. Food is also available, had a fabulous Indian meal cooked there.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt nur einen ganz kurzen Fußweg entfernt vom Genocid Museum S21. Wir waren bereits morgens um 7:00 angereist umd wurden mit einem frischen Orangensaft freundlich begrüßt. Da Check-In erst ab 12:00 möglich war, sind wir schon vormittags in das Museum gegangen. Unser Zimmer war im 3. Stock (kein Aufzug), recht groß mit relativ kleinem Bad. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Teilweise hörte es sich ao an, als wurden im Nachbarzimmer Möbel verrückt. Morgens um 06:00 schon sehr laut. Frühstück konnte man sich aus einer Karte aussuchen und wurde frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war freundlich. Wir würden wiederkommen. Am Abend vor der Abreise brach das Wifi zusammen umd am nachsten Morgen war auch boch Stromausfall.

• Michael (2/5): Disgusting hotel. - The bed was unmade and there was a condom on the floor upon check-in. Didn't get a response from management until 24 hours later. They did provide a refund but definitely not worth staying at, many better options around.
• Terry (2/5): Smelly, Hotel Room - The room was given not the same with what it show to you. I was shock to get in a room with a smelly and dirty bed. Air conditioning was keep turning off and the room was warm and hot. The receptionist still say will refund us back some cash, but didn’t. I did check with the night shift receptionist and the dirty room was much cheaper than my online booking.. which mean they didn’t provide me what I book and giving me reason that the other rooms are fully booked.

• Ratna (6/5): Just OK - Hotel staff is helpful and polite. Arrived early and they try to prepare the room earlier for us to check in. No 10 top floor. Room is clean. Bathroom is sufficient. Bed is large but uneven wood base - please fix it. Stairs are narrow and steep, be extra careful. Breakfast was good, portion was suffice and HALAL (plus point). The hotel is quite far from everything. If you enjoy walking the distance under Cambodian heat is ok, otherwise tuktuk is the best option.
• SEUNGJAE (6/5): 프놈펜 관광지 옆 - 이 호텔은 Elevator가 없어서 짐을 들고 Room으로 올라가는데 계단도 가파르고 땀을 많이 발생 했습니다. 아침은 말이 선택이지 고를 여유가 없습니다. 그래도, 싼 방에 아침 제공이나 나쁘지는 않지요. 200m 이내에 유명한 관광지인 War genocido가 있습니다. 다른 사람들은 Tour로 버스타고 돈 쓰고 가는 것을 여기서는 걸어서 가면 됩니다. 걸어서 15분 정도 가면 북한 식당인 '평양랭면 집도 있고 한국 식당도 여러 집이 있습니다. 주위에 관광 곳도 의외로 많이 있습니다.
• Gary (6/5): Friendly staff but room was a bit stuffy - Staff were very friendly. In my opinion this is more like a guesthouse than a "boutique hotel". The room had a small window, but you couldn't open it. In order to get some fresh air, you had to open the entrance door and all guest could watch into your room. They did the housekeeping only every second day, not daily as it said on the booking confirmation. WIFI signal was good. Every day the same breakfast, not a big choice really (two sausages and two eggs with toast + butter amd jam and a tiny portion of fruits, coffee or juice). There were many ants and mosquitos in the room, but's that's probably very common in this country. Right in front of this guest house there was a very noisy construction site, however, the whole city is basically a bulding site. No good restaurants for European taste around, more for the Chinese...

• Mary (8/5): good cheap option. - Really nice little hotel near the Tol Slueng museum. The staff were really friendly and the hotel offered a good choice for breakfast with fresh fruit and tea or coffee. The bed was comfy although the base creaked when getting in and out. It was a good room for the money my only complaint would be that the aircon was quite noisy and would not go below 20. So the room was quite warm at night whenni turned the fan speed down.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Ganz nett, aber zu weit weg vom Zentrum - Das Hotel ist recht neu und von daher ist die Ausstattung ganz OK. Große Manko ist hier allerdings die Lage. Das Hotel liegt weit ab vom Zentrum und da wo die Musik spielt. Phnom Penh ist recht groß von der Fläche und deshalb ist die Lage entscheidend.
• udo (8/5): Udo 63j. - Das Personal gab sich viel Mühe. Das Bett war in einem mäßigen Zustand. Die Dusche in einer Ecke hinter der Außentreppe und im Haus fanden sehr laute Reparaturarbeiten in den Morgenstunden statt obwohl viele Gäste zu dieser Zeit noch schlafen. Ein Haus mit nicht viel Fingerspitzengefühl geführt.

• Rob (8/5): - The hotel was nice with friendly staff and a good breakfast. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and they forgot to clean the room one of the days we stayed. We got this room at a significant discount and would not have paid more than this.

Basic amenities, but ideal for a one night stop over or for back packers looking for a cheap stay with your own room. The stairs to the rooms are steep - so not good if you cannot manage stairs very well!

• Verified traveler (4/5): Pire qu'une salle de bains commune - Le personnel est serviable, la reception est superbe et porte bien son nom, fleurie. Il ne faut ps avoir peur des rats qui y vivent. La chambre pourrait être belle mais tous les câbles pendant n'importe où. La salle de bain est affreuse. On patauge dans l'eau de la clim tout autour des toilettes. Coupures de courant fréquentes au troisieme etage. Sur les photos, on ne voit que les plus belles pièces ou selon un angle avantageux. Cet hotel a du potentiel et est parfait pour un backpacker qui veut faire une pause.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Solo, Budget-friendly Stay - While this beauty of a place is away from the more popular riverside area of Phnom Penh (home of the boisterous Pub Street), personally, I enjoyed that fact for its peace. Plus, a tuk-tuk can get you to the action for just a few dollars and about five minutes. The staff are truly awesome... Very respectful. The bedroom is large and the aircon responsive. They have one-day turn on very reasonable laundry service. The breakfast is a true breakfast, with options such as eggs prepared as you wish, coffee, fresh fruit, and juice. Upon arrival, you are greeted with a genuine smile, a cold juice smoothie, and a cool most towel accented with an essential oil. Details are attended to, as I returned from a long day to a relaxing scent near my door, and when I looked down, I noticed a candle lit heating an essential oil. It is within five minutes walking distance to several local restaurants and the genocide museum. Oh, and they have relaxing garden-like area in front where you dine and relax... Lots of greenery, which is a pleasant experience after a day in the noise and dust. Truly well done!
• Derren (6/5): Good value little hotel somewhat out of town - This is a pleasant enough little hotel. It's a bit out of town but only a short run til ride from all the main places of interest. On arrival we were offered a cooling drink and cold towel, both of which were welcome after a dusty ride in from the airport. Staff, without exception, were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was a nice 'made to order' affair with a quaint little multiple choice questionnaire so there were no mistakes. The room met the description and had a fridge, tv and a/c but it was rather tired and only had one tiny window onto the walkway to another room. Still, it was relatively inexpensive so overall good value.

• Courtney (8/5): Great little gem in Phnom Penh - The staff are fantastic and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with cable tv, strong wifi connection, AC, safe, and fridge. The hotel is conveniently located near Tuol Sleng Museum so it's easy to tell tuk tuk drivers where to drop you. The included breakfast was delicious and filling. My only complaint was the smell in the bathroom drain.
• Gemma (10/5): Excellent! Will Stay again! Hidden Beauty! - Was spending a week in Phnom Penh during my solo travels and read the excellent reviews of this hotel so decided on it. It was excellent! I wish I could have stayed longer! The owner is a lovely woman with 2 beautiful children who were often in reception, she couldnt help me enough, was full of advice and help on the area and what to do/visit. The room was lovely, very clean, big comfy bed, excellent tv, excellent air con, nice bathroom. The staff were so friendly and couldnt be more accommodating. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. I was told by friends this is the 'posh' area of Phnom Penh, its close to markets and centre also. I felt very safe in this area also. The decor is beautiful, elegant, clean and new. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting phnom penh, great stay and excellent value!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Hidden treasure in Phnom Penh - As you walk Flora Hotel you notice a green oasis of plants and flowers. The hotel has only about 10 rooms and is kept clean. The Hotel location is near Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and Russian Market, and other attractions can get to by tuk-tuk. The staff vas very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again when visiting Phnom Penh.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent! - The area wasn't ideal for anyone hoping to step out and into a dozen restaurants and drinking spots, but from where it was, we had quick access to anything on the south side of the city. However, with a cheap motorbike rental, or an even cheaper tuktuk, it was nothing to get out and about to see whatever draws you. The shining aspect about this place was the service. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a fresh drink and a cozy spot to hang while our rooms were set up. This only took 15 minutes, and in the interim, the owner sat with us and went over a map of the city, making suggestions on what to see and answering any questions we had. The rooms were spotless, though a little barren (white on white on white), which really wasn't a big deal at all. The breakfast was great. Simple, but great, and it only ever took them 5 minutes to have it at our table. They have a tuktuk driver on staff, so there's always an honest guy ready to drive you around, and even once when we didn't have the exact cash to pay him, he just told us to pay him later. We were impressed. During the night, they brought our rented motorbike up into the hotel space and locked it up behind closed doors. Everything felt safe, clean and honest. No complaints whatsoever.

• Shannon (8/5): Good city stay - The Flora was a breath of fresh air to come back to each afternoon! A little oasis in the otherwise crazy city of Phnom Penh, rooms were clean, staff were super friendly, and the ambiance was chill. If only it were a little closer to the central/ river area. But close enough to Russian Market and Genocide Museum, if you're headed to those. Would def recommend to friends for a quieter place to stay.
• v&e (10/5): great hotel - Flora boutique is a great hotel just a few minute tuktuk drive away from everything. Hotel staff was very friendly and our they helped us with everything what we could imagine. (Ordered us pizza when we were sick, told us about the history and habits of locals, told us sightseeings to visit and where whe should go for a dinner and buy souveniir etc ) Hotel also has their own tuktuk driver who showed us alot of things we wouldnt have experienced without him and he was very flexible about everything just like the whole hotel staff was. Great place, will definately go here again ok my next kambodia trip.
• Verified traveler (2/5): オススメしません。 - 私的な事になりますが、帰国前にトラブルが発生してタクシーを手配してもらったが、ホテル到着までに30分近くかかりしかも料金前払い（相当上乗せしている）、トラブル解決の為に空港に行く前に別の場所に寄ってもらうよう予め伝えていた。別の場所について待っていてもらう様に頼んだが案の定、バックれられた。二次トラブルは辛うじて回避できた。ホテルと直接は関係ないがタクシーを頼んでもらった以上、心情的には最悪の印象しか持てない。肝心のホテルだがシャワーは水捌けが悪く排水口から悪臭がする。部屋にイスがなくパソコン等を使う時に不便だった。シーツは敷き直しているだけで交換はしていない。何より場所が分かりにくい。その他諸々。以上、参考になれば幸いです。
• Pickalilly (10/5): Hidden Gem - I found flora online for a fantastic price so I booked a room for a week ASAP. I loved the look of it online but was wary upon my arrival as you can never be too sure which way it will go. Even before I arrived though I experienced the 10/10 service Flora offers. When I eventually got to Flora all my expectations were exceeded. The hotel itself was a gorgeous lush little boutique. The staff were amazingly sincere and welcoming. The location was a quiet little street in a central location. Just a few minutes down the road is Tuol Sleng and the Russian markets. During my stay I had a great chat with the boutiques owner about a charity she donates her time to called Cambodian living arts. It just reaffirmed my ideas about what a valuable little gem this hotel is. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for personal service, nice rooms, good food and a bargain!
• Ange (8/5): Friendly Staff and Quiet Location - The hotel was a located in a quaint building. They have only 10 rooms but the rooms were kept clean on a daily basis. The staff were extremely helpful and they tried to assist us whenever needed. The hotel served breakfast in the morning and you could opt for breakfast in the room or on the go to accommodate your plans. The location was within walking distance to the S21 Prison and was located in a relatively quiet part of town away from the hustles and bustles of the main tourist area.
• Martin (10/5): Je recommande ! - Très bon rapport qualité prix, hôtel très propre et très accueillant! Quelques restaurants à proximité sinon à 2$ de tuk-tuk du quartier avec tous les bars et restaurants. L'hôtel organise des tuk-tuk gratuits le soir pour aller dans ce quartier.
