• Max (9/5): Jungs-Urlaub auf Koh Tao - Das Resort liegt nah am Wasser und bietet viele Möglichkeiten um sich zu entspannen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und die Zimmer so wie auf den Fotos beschrieben.

• Christoph (8/5): - Die Räume sind sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank, sodass man gut versorgt ist. Der Pool- und Barbereich ist wirklich schön gestaltet – dort kann man es sehr gut aushalten und entspannt Zeit verbringen. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und man kann problemlos auch länger sitzen bleiben. Die Leute vor Ort sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich sehr angenehm macht. Auch die Lage ist top, man ist schnell überall und gut angebunden. Es dauert etwas, bis jemand an der Rezeption ist.

Proche d'un 7-11 en cas de petite faim, des restaurants et de la route principale afin d'aller aux différentes plages. La chambre est plutôt spacieuse, possibilité d'étendre son linge dehors. Le personnel de ménage est efficace. Les cafés devant la piscine sont très agréables le matin. -Pommeau de douche peu puissant (a été changé au cours du séjour) -Odeur désagréable lorsque l'on ne ferme pas la porte de la douche -Pas de sèche serviette dans la chambre/salle de bain (uniquement dans la cabine de douche = odorante + humide) -Plafond des toilettes et douches ouvert partiellement sur le toit (des éléments tombent quelques fois : ver de terre, excrément de lézard... -Pas de vitre en verre derrière les volets (mal isolé : bruits extérieur et fraicheur de la climatisation qui s'en va directement via les volet en bois) -Odeur de la climatisation (humidité) -Personnel à l'accueil peu chaleureux

Las ventanas de madera no tienen vidrios. Tuvimos que poner papel para tapar los orificios. Había cucarachas y mosquitos. La cama viejisima. La piscina sucia, con el agua turbia. Al dia siguiente nos fuimos a otro hotel a pesar de que ahi teníamos 3 noches pagadas. Era muy deprimente para quedarnos. No debería estar un alojamiento así en Booking. Les hice una queja en atención al cliente de Booking pero nunca me contestaron

L’équipe du restaurant est très agréable. Arrivée au port on s’est presque fait engueuler par la personne avec qui on communiquait car on s’était trompé de lieu de rdv pour le taxi alors qu’au final il passait devant la où nous étions.

• Maryuris (8/5): Muy tranquilo e ideal para descansar tras el buceo, aunque algo caro para lo que ofrece - Me alojé en Fisherman durante mi estancia en Koh Tao y, sinceramente, si vienes a la isla principalmente para hacer inmersiones y necesitas descansar bien, es una muy buena opción. El hotel es sumamente silencioso, algo que se agradece muchísimo cuando te toca madrugar y el diving cansa bastante. Está en una zona muy bonita, acogedora y tranquila, al sur de la isla, en el lado opuesto al ambiente más fiestero, pero aun así está cerca de todo. Hay un 7-Eleven en la esquina, pequeñas cafeterías, lavandería y sitios para alquilar moto, así que resulta muy cómodo. No es un hotel de lujo, sino más bien un alojamiento sencillo, muy limpio, tranquilo y acogedor, donde se duerme muy bien. El personal fue amable durante toda la estancia, y quiero agradecer especialmente a Tim, el recepcionista, por su paciencia y su trato. Además, tienen una pequeña cafetería con un matcha de Chiang Rai buenísimo. Como punto menos positivo, diría que el precio me parece algo elevado para lo que ofrece. Entiendo que es temporada alta y que la demanda influye, pero personalmente creo que la relación calidad-precio podría ser mejor, ya que he estado en sitios similares por algo menos. Aun así, si tu prioridad es bucear y volver a un sitio tranquilo para descansar pacíficamente, este hotel cumple muy bien. Lo que menos me gustó fue la relación calidad-precio. Para lo que ofrece, me pareció algo caro. Además, las fotos dan una impresión un poco más favorecedora de la realidad: la habitación es más pequeña de lo que parece en las imágenes. Aun así, la habitación es tranquila, acogedora y la cama estaba limpia. También conviene aclarar que no está directamente en primera línea de playa, aunque la playa está prácticamente a cinco metros. Como punto positivo, tiene una infinity pool bastante bonita.

Obwohl wir keine Zimmer Reinigung wollten, wurden jeden Tag 2 Flaschen Wasser und Toilettenpapier vor unsere Türe gestellt. Kostenloser Shuttle vom/ zum Pier. An der Hauptstraße gibt's jede Menge Restaurants, Cafés, Seven 11, Roller Verleih und Massage. Personal war recht unfreundlich. Strand war kleine Bucht. Leider lag unser Hotel schon ab 15 Uhr im Schatten. Das andere Ende der Bucht war bis 18 Uhr Sonne.
• Pajaree (4/5): For me, this will probably be my first and last stay here. - The location is excellent, close to restaurants and the beach. The rooms are not soundproof and are very echoey. I could hear other rooms laughing and making noise after 10 pm, causing me sleepless nights and insufficient rest. The hotel didn't have any signs prohibiting noise disturbances. The swimming pool was quite dirty. If you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful place to stay, this might not be the place. I regret spending my money.

Ze zitten te gamen tijdens je check-in en leggen niet even duidelijk uit hoe alles werkt. Dit is overigens niet voor al het personeel want de rest was erg vriendelijk.

En ik zag ook mensen die hun eigen drinken meenamen. Accommodatie is echt top, een heel leuke ruimte. De hoeveelheid muggen en kriebelbeestjes als je buiten zit. Our only complaint was that the room wasn’t quite cool enough for sleeping. The AC required a keycard and it took quite a while for the room to cool down when we returned in the evenings.

• Callum (4/5): Good if you wish to do nothing all day but chill with a nice view. I would suggest one maybe two nights max. - The view from the pool was nice. Free drop off/ pick up from the pier. Room was full of flies and had two lizards enter the room which we had to carefully get out. Aircon was poor, had to pay at the property which was not made clear and staff were rude when we questioned it. They also tried to check us out a day early due to admin errors their side. Only had a couple of sun beds, red were beanbags or uncomfy deck chairs. Food was good but arrived cold.
• Ilse (2/5): Er zijn betere hotels in Koh Tao! - We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad wat betreft de basis van het hotel. De kamer zelf was prima en het uitzicht vanaf het hotel is echt mooi. Dat gaf een vakantiegevoel. Ook de cocktails bij de bar zijn lekker. Daarnaast waren sommige medewerkers oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij het verlengen van onze kamer werd in eerste instantie goed met ons meegedacht. Dat maakte het extra jammer dat andere dingen minder goed verliepen. Ook het zwembad zelf is prettig en fijn om even af te koelen. De communicatie rondom het verlengen van onze kamer verliep erg slecht. Hoewel we onze uitcheckdatum officieel hadden verlengd van 2 maart naar 3 maart, werd er op 2 maart toch bij onze kamer aangeklopt met de vraag of we kwamen uitchecken. Bij de receptie wist (waarschijnlijk) de manager ineens nergens meer van, terwijl we dit juist met hem hadden besproken. Tijdens het gesprek werd ik meerdere keren onderbroken en werd er gezegd dat mijn verhaal niet klopte. Ik voelde me niet serieus genomen en dat was erg ongemakkelijk. Dit hele gedoe had voorkomen kunnen worden als de administratie op orde was geweest. Daarnaast zit er bij de receptie een vogeltje in een veel te klein en slecht onderhouden kooitje. Het diertje zag er uitgeput uit en lag meerdere keren op de grond van de kooi door de hitte. Dat gaf een heel naar gevoel en vond ik eerlijk gezegd zielig om te zien. Verder zijn er extreem veel muggen, zowel in de kamer als op het terras. Deet is echt noodzakelijk. Bij het zwembad zijn er te weinig ligplekken, waardoor je bij drukte geen plek meer hebt. Ook zaten medewerkers op zondagmiddag luidruchtig in het zwembad (bommetjes maken, veel herrie), wat niet prettig is als je als gast rust zoekt. Tot slot kregen we bij het uitchecken nog een bericht dat er 30 baht te weinig was betaald, door een optelfout van het hotel zelf. Dat wij daar vervolgens achteraf mee lastig werden gevallen, vond ik onprofessioneel. Ondanks een aantal positieve punten, zorgden de slechte communicatie, het gedoe en het onprofessionele gedrag (van die denk ik manager) ervoor dat dit verblijf voor ons tegenviel.

• Tahila (3/5): - The location on the beach was nice and quite The man who checked us in was extremely rude, there was mosquitoes all through the room and atleast 30 previous dead ones that were squashed all over the walls. The bed was hard and there was mould on the roof. But the accomodation was cheap so you get what you pay for but person who checked us in could have been a little welcoming
• Jose (5/5): - Tiene un 7 eleven justo al lado y un puesto de cambio para cubrir varias necesidades que te van surgiendo, además de farmacia y restaurantes. El personal de recepción es irrespetuoso, no facilitan absolutamente nada a los huéspedes, solicitamos un taxi para dirigirnos al puerto y querían cobrarnos literalmente el doble de lo que nos costó contratándolo en la misma calle. Las instalaciones dan sensación completa de abandono y la piscina absolutamente turbia y en mal estado.

• Nancy (1/5): Awful. Do not go! - Nothing. So disappointed! The staff were SO unfriendly and just seemed annoyed to be there. The place looks nothing like the glorious pictures advertised. The room was beyond basic and filthy dirty. Dead bugs all over the walls. Tv bracket but no tv. WiFi terrible. We booked for 3 nights but left after 1 and the rude man on reception didn’t blink an eye. Restaurant not a proper restaurant. Don’t stay here if you want anything more than a basic hostel.

• MARTA (3/5): - Incluye taxi al puerto No recomiendo estancia en este hotel. Las instalaciones están bien pero creo que tienen problemas con la gestión de mosquitos y otros insectos. He estado dos semanas en otros hoteles en la zona, muy cerca y esto no pasaba. En la habitación entran insectos, tienes que comprar repelente eléctrico para ponerlo en la habitación, si no es como estar en el jardín. Por otro lado, el colchón no existe, es como dormir en una madera. Es una pena porque las instalaciones están bien y la zona es muy buena, pero está descuidado. Extremadamente caro para la calidad del servicio
• Léna (10/5): Parfait - Rien à redire ! Vraiment tout était parfait, les petits bungalows très bien agencés avec belle terrasse, la literie et le lit à moustiquaire génial. Le service impeccable, les employés souriants et réactifs. L’ambiance à la piscine. Le quartier était sympa aussi, belles plages notamment Shark bay qu’on peut même rejoindre à pieds. Le top ! La connexion wifi un peu lente mais ce n’est qu’un détail

• Solène (8/5): - Emplacement au top pas touristique (nuits calmes) avec accès plage direct. Situé sur la meilleure partie de l’île selon moi. Vous bénéficiez d’un transfert gratuit du pier à l’hôtel, tout s’est très bien passé nous avons échangé sur whatsapp et ils sont venus nous récupérer à 19h30 à l’arrivée de notre ferry Nous avons loué le bungalow pour 2 nuits qui était conforme aux photos et vraiment charmant ! Le personnel qui pourrait être plus aimable

J’ai jamais aussi bien dormi de ma vie, Nous avons dormi sur un nuage :) L’hôtel est très calme, les gens sont respectueux, il ya un loueur de dcooter juste en face qui est super sympa. L’hôtel est propre, pour un 2 étoiles le rapport qualité prix est vraiment parfait, sans prise de tête ni de chichi on a vraiment adoré et nous aurions aimer reste 1 semaines supplémentaire. L’emplacement est niquel beaucoup de petit restaurant à côté. Rien à dire, peut être le fait de ne pas avoir eu de petit dej le matin mais c’est pas grave ça nous a permis de testé les restaus.

• Julia (5/5): Okay, Pool und Restaurant waren nicht nutzbar. - An sich hat es eine gute Lage. Leider war vormittags der Strand nicht begehbar aufgrund von high Tide wofür das hotel natürlich nichts kann. Der Pool war aufgrund von Algen nicht nutzbar, der Betreiber sah keinen Grund dies zu ändern oder einen reduzieren Preis aufgrund dessen zu machen. Der Pool war für uns Hauptgrund das hotel zu buchen. Zudem war der Manager sehr unfreundlich und meinte dann sollen wir eben abreisen. Das Restaurant wurde gebaut, demnach eine große Baustelle vor Ort. 3 von 7 Nächten hatten wir sehr laute Backpacker in der Anlage in verschiedenen Zimmern. Im Bungalow überall zerquetscht Mückenüberreste.
• Thomas (9/5): Amazing facilities and staff and the bar is very chilled next to the beach, the bar staff were amazing and always helpfu - The chilled location, private pool, friendly staff and exceptional bar staff! Very laid back in the best way! Rooms were clean and spacious. They are currently expanding the bar area to have a restaurant which looks great! Scooter rental right up the road Mosquitos (but that is just part of the island life) that would be the only thing, but just buy the pink bug spray from 7 eleven two minutes away.
