Clean, air-conditioning was cold, parking OK for weekend and public holiday. But for weekdays or normal hours, you should pay parking yourself.

- Bear (4/5): Disappointing - The room smells musty, the lighting is dim, the soundproofing is poor, and there seems to be a child playing with the door in the next room, making disturbing noises, no toothpaste and toothbrush are provided, the location is not suitable for tourists who plan to play near the Red House for a day or two.

I was disappointed to this hotel as too calculative & lack of flexibility, deposit deducted if delay checked-out. My room checked-in almost 9pm c/w RM50 deposit paid (for damage prevention). Next day, we checked-out slightly later due to my husband stomachache (about 12.30pm). Unexpected, cash deposit refunded Rm40 only. My husband ask for the reason, and the Malay cashier guy replied with a sour face that we were deducted Rm10 (without receipt) because we checked-out 30 minute late. It opened my eyes and ruined our mood, something not even a 5 Star hotel would do.

- Shanmugam (7/5): Value for the money but we can hear the road noise from the room. - The price is reasonable. Rooms have little more space in sunshine plus compared with sunshine. For 1 or 2 nights this will be fine with very less expectations. The food in the Cafe (eggstra cafe) is nice. Morning 5 to 6am the bike acceleration sound is too much. It will disrupt your sleep. There is no view from the window. Only 4 local channels from the TV. We need to use the staircase.

- Mariam (10/5): If you are thinking of going to Doubletree, don’t- go here - It was super clean, cleaner than DoubleTree across the road which I also stayed at. Rooms needed mini fridges and a bit more room but honestly these are minor and I was super happy

There were a couple things that i think they could improve. 1 of the channels on their Tv has no sound, i was so confused about it. .. And their Water dispenser , it would be so good if there is a Cold water to choose .. Because they only got Hot & Warm only ..
