Perfect place to get your bus for the day trips. 20 second walk to all the restaurants, peaceful and 3 mins away from a family mart. Room was a bit small but manageable. Heated sheets & AC. - Susan (5/5): - Convenient location. Good value for the cost. The bed was comfortable. The room was very cold when we arrived and took a long time to get warm. It would have been nice if the manager had turned the heat on a little earlier in the day we arrived.
- 善美 (2/5): 値段を取るか清潔感と充実設備を取るか？ - 駅から近く、アクセスが良い場所。 ファミリールームだったので、家族4人で同じ空間で宿泊できたのは良かった。 ・従業員は外国人。国内の宿とは違っていた。インバウンド向けの施設。 ・入り口玄関の鍵が開けっぱなしなので 玄関の共同下駄箱に靴を置いてあり、心配だった。部屋は2階。部屋には鍵あり。 ・布団の掛け布団のカバー無く、敷布シーツとまくらカバーのみ自分で付けるシステム。不衛生な感じがした。 ・バスタオル、タオルは、洗濯してあるようだが、色褪せていて不衛生な感じ。 ・シャワーのみ。浴槽なし。お湯が出ない。なので、シャワーも使えなかった。 ・お湯がほとんど出ない、チョロチョロ。海外のホテルのよう。なので、せっかくのシャワー設備も使えず、洗面台での洗顔も冷たい水を我慢して使った。

- Jenny Jiang (3/5): 别来！ - 距离东武日光车站非常近。 卫生堪忧。青旅是要求客人离店后拆下床单被套的，但是前一位客人离店没拆下这些，店内员工也没有检查和整理，就这样乱糟糟放着，留给下一个客人（我）自己整理。室内地板和桌面很多残留污渍，光线不足，浴室根本没敢用，我们出去温泉洗了。要不是因为三连休其他青旅满房，我也不至于订评分这么低的这家。

- Cara (10/5): would recommend to others!! - Super comfortable bed (heated mattress included in winter which was life changing), nice and clean showers and restrooms, towels included, only restaurant open for breakfast before 11am (got it at 9am), super convenient location breakfast was a bit expensive but it was good!

- Alvin (7/5): Bien bien! - Proche de la gare. Sinon le reste est correct. Le lit était incroyablement confortable. Petit casier à clefs pour mettre des affaires de valeurs dedans. Il faisait froid, et l'air chaud de la clim se refroidissait avant d'arriver à mon lit! Heureusement le lit était chaud.

Staff friendly and helpful: the middle aged Asian man checked me in with bed assigned even if I arrived 9:30am just wanted to leave luggage, as check-in time is 3pm. He also helped take my luggage upstairs. Upon checking out, they kindly keep guests’ luggage at the reception till evening. Great help to travelers as per international practice of hostels like this. There’s a kitchen upstairs for guests with refrigerator, microwave and water kettle, basic utilities etc very convenient. Just the bread roaster isn’t working but really minor issue.
- Gennelyn (3/5): Not satisfied - Location wise, it’s good. We rented 6 beds and the area smells really bad. To the extend that you can’t sleep because of the bad odor. I think the smell comes from the septic tank. I don’t recommend this place.

- Margot (6/5): - Super emplacement La couette a des plumes à l'intérieure et à chaque fois plusieurs d'entres elles sortent et piquent. Le coin lit n'est pas très propre, à part les draps de changé je n'est pas l'impression qu'un coup de ménage soit donné. La petite étagère était poussiereuse et j'ai retrouvée d'anciennes affaires de la personne présédente. La prise éléctrique sortait du mur avec tout les files.

- LEMANEK (9/5): Perfect Location - The location was excellent, across the street from the tourist buses. The fridge in the room was larger than regular hotel fridges, it even had a freezer section. The gentleman who cleaned the rooms was very polite and friendly. Only one pillow per bed. Nice pillows are an inexpensive upgrade. The bathroom door opposite to the door leading into the fridge area got in each others way. The non-bathroom door should be removed.

- Irina (7/5): - The dormitory and shared spaces were nice and clean. Location is great as a base to get to sights in the area. Station, shops and restaurants are in 1 minute walking distance. It was possible to store luggage at reception. Check-in is not flexible, personnel is nice enough, towels are not provided (only washcloths), air conditioning in the room is very loud and right next to the upper beds.
- Lucia Daniela (8/5): Terrible first impression, but it goes up from there - Location is unbeatable, and since when you see the lobby of the rooms building, the elevator and the hallways, you get the worst impression, it ends up surprising you for good. Everything looks dirty but it’s actually stained for how old it is. Using the room, you realize everything important is and smells clean. AC heating function worked great, duvet sheets looked old but were really clean and beds were actually comfortable, even if they sounded a lot when you moved. I asked for early check in and it went smooth. It feels. Truly. Old. Truly old: Walls with dirt, handles peeled, tables stained… so that’s not nice. But as I said, all the basics (pillow cover, box sheets, toilet, bathroom sink…) are clean, and for the location and price, for one or two nights, it does the job. The TV had only two channels, even if the remote had a Netflix button, we never got it to show us a screen where we could login 😅 so there’s that too.

- Noëlla (7/5): Geweldig goed gelegen hotelletje. Vlakbij station, bus, restaurants en winkels - Locatie. Goede bedden. Ontbijtmogelijkheid. Kitchenette in de kamer. Vripendelijk personeel. Mogelijkheid tot stockeren bagage voor check in en na check out De kamer mag echt 2 serieuze lagen verf krijgen. Ook de toegang tot de kamers verdient een grondige opfrisbeurt.

- Wesly (5/5): - It was close to the train station. I never saw anybody from the staff, self check in instructions were not provided prior the arrival. Really small place, no lockers available for the bags only for small items such as passport etc. I didn't like and I left a day earlier.

- n (2/5): - 立地は最高 賃貸マンションを民泊用に魔改造した宿泊施設に先ず驚き。ハイシーズンとはいえ素泊まりでこの値段設定にも驚き。隣と共用のお風呂、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、トイレ にも驚きだが、隣の方がお風呂中は冷蔵庫も電子レンジも使用出来ない。隣が外国の方で朝にシャワーされていてもう少しで冷蔵庫に朝ごはんを取り出して電子レンジ操作出来なくなる所でした。朝時間に余裕ない方は注意が必要です。 部屋にある蛇口が根元からグラグラでお湯しか出ず真水が出ない、電子レンジは壊れていて部屋にある直通電話をかけても不通、下のフロントへ行くも何度ベル鳴らしても不在、仕方なく直通携帯電話をかけると違う部屋の電子レンジを使用して下さいとの事。ただ対応してくださった方は日本語も達者で親切に応対してくれました。

- Julie (6/5): C'est OK pour 1 nuit - L'emplacement et le seul point positif ++ Et ensuite le prix, car c'est peu cher mais heureusement.. C'est OK d'y rester pour 1 nuit. La propreté n'est vraiment pas la. Assez petit pour un lit pour 2 + nos 2 backpacks sur une étagère.

- Ing-Marie (5/5): - Rummet var stort och hade en bord med två sköna stolar. Bra kylskåp och sängen var stor och skön. Läget är bra. Mittemot tågstationen. Såg aldrig någon personal efter incheckningen. Kändes väldigt anonymt och tråkig ingång till rummet. Rummet var kallt. Var väldigt annorlunda mot alla andra hotell vi bott på i Japan.
