• Tony (9/5): A great hotel, prefect for our one night stop. Would stay again - Good location just outside Fano main centre. Quiet and clean room with good air conditioning. The gentleman that checked us in was superb: professional and courteous. The parking garage was very useful. The curtains were not blackout. The breakfast was not so good.

• Baba (7/5): I’m really disappointed with the lack of iron in the rooms and the 11am check out time. - The location is excellent for me I’m not happy with the lack of iron and the ironing board in the room. One has to request from the receptionist and it will take you up to 24hrs waiting for the iron. Check out time is 11am, I begged the hotel to allow me to check out at least 12pm but they refused.

• Ercole Giorgio (1/5): Scegliete altro. Meglio un buon due o tre stelle che questo. - Nulla. Durante il soggiorno il riscaldamento in camera non ha funzionato correttamente. All’esterno c’erano 4 gradi e, nonostante le segnalazioni, il sistema si spegneva continuamente, restando spento per tutta la notte. Ho potuto dormire solo grazie alle coperte. Al mattino ho anche fotografato l’errore sul display: la temperatura indicata non corrispondeva affatto a quella reale. A mezzanotte la card della camera si è smagnetizzata improvvisamente, rendendo inutilizzabile non solo l’accesso, ma anche l’acqua in bagno, collegata al sistema elettrico. È stato necessario chiamare la reception e attendere l’arrivo del personale con una nuova scheda. Colazione molto deludente per una struttura che si definisce a quattro stelle: assente la Nutella, sostituita da una crema al cioccolato di bassa qualità; yogurt confezionati con scelta minima e poco invitante. In aggiunta, mi sono stati addebitati 2 euro per uno snack consumato in camera. Nel complesso, livello dei servizi ben al di sotto di quanto promesso. La classificazione a quattro stelle non rispecchia l’esperienza vissuta.

• Giada (8/5): Ottima tappa a metà strada - Abbiamo alloggiato qui nel nostro viaggio di rientro da Lecce a Milano. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dalla posizione, comodo dall'uscita dell'autostrada. Inoltre, l'hotel é situato in una zona dove sono presenti diversi locali dove cenare anche la sera tardi, oltre che diversi negozi e il cinema, raggiungibili direttamente a piedi (sono situati davanti all'hotel). Sono rimasta colpita anche dalla hall, molto grande e accogliente. Infine la camera era in generale pulita e con una bella vista. É presente un parcheggio interno all'hotel (oltre che davanti): di conseguenza é molto comodo se si hanno molti bagagli e non si vogliono portare tutti in camera ma lasciare in macchina al sicuro. Receptionist molto gentile. É una buona alternativa per non alloggiare sempre a Senigallia come metà strada Non mi ha colpito la colazione, in quanto la parte caffetteria é gestita autonomamente mediante una macchinetta del caffe (che fa anche cappuccini) e la parte torte e pasticceria fresca non é ampissima. Nonostante ciò, la colazione é presente sia in versione dolce che salata ed é fattibile ricavarne una dignitosa colazione. La camera é moderna e confortevole, ma il letto é un po' duro e qualche dettaglio in camera segnala che andrebbe fatta una rispolverata di manutenzione (ad esempio il doccino della doccia era un po' vecchietto, anche se pienamente funzionante).

Premettendo che lo avevo scelto le le 4 stelle, non ci ha fornito le ciabatte, il telefono in camera non funzionava e non c’era la tv satellitare. Pensavo fosse un trattamento riservato ai clienti Booking ma al mattino mi sono ricreduto. Il buffet salato della colazione era pessimo, il salame e il prosciutto cotto(spalla) non avevano un aspetto invitante, il salame era scuro come quando lo lasci troppo in frigo. Le uova secche quanto basta per invitarti a non prenderle. Forse abbiamo solo sbagliato periodo per soggiornare presso questa struttura.
