• Adrian M. (10/5): Very good! - Excellent quality - price ratio! Considering how high (and unjustified) the prices in Barcelona are this place was the perfect choice for our family. The place is clean and has all the necessary kitchen amenities. The location is also very good as the metro station is only 3 minutes away. I recommend you to buy the T-mobilitat ticket as it's also valid for Airport rides and of course valid for metro and bus. We used the metro a lot and it was worth it! Overall everything was ok and we would choose the same place again!

Loved the local vibe. everything was meticulously clean. Staff were very helpful and stored our luggage before early check-in. • Peter (8/5): - Ubytovanie je na vynikajucom mieste, v tesnej blizkosti niekolkych zastavok metra a v pesej dostupnosti Plaça Espanya a areálu so spievajúcou fontanou a muzeom. Ma komplet vybavenie, pre rodinu s detmi idealne. Izby mohli byt trocha kvalitnejsie upratane (prach, vlasy), inak nic.

Metro gleich nebenan. Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren freundlich und gaben sich sehr viel Mühe, um die Probleme zu lösen. Als Wiedergutmachung des schmutzigen Appartements, haben sie uns den Flughafentransfer organisiert und geschenkt. Bei der Ankunft war das gereinigte Appartement sehr schmutzig, überall Haare. Sie waren auf dem Esstisch, auf den Stühlen, auf dem Boden, auf den Betten, im Badezimmer, einfach überall. Putzpersonal war nicht sehr freundlich. Obwohl die Klimaanlage auf dem Minimum war, wurden wir auf dem Bett angeblasen.

• Baptiste (10/5): Week-end shopping à Barcelone - L’appartement est très grand et bien situé dans un quartier commerçant. La grande terrasse est très agréable. La réservation du parking en option est un vrai plus. Nous avons passé 2 nuits et nous reviendrons.

• MARTYNIUK (10/5): Все супер.Рекомендую ! - Нам дуже сподобалось перебування у даних апартаментах. Дуже гарне розташування. У квартирі було все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку і проживання. Кухонне приладдя,фен , дошка для прасування ,а також пральна машина . Дуже приємно було по вечорах проводити час на балконі. Smart-TV та якісний WIFI. Нас поселили швидше ніж заплановано було ;) 100% повернемось ще .Дякуємо. З побажань: Додайте будь ласка одноразові тапочки ,це було б дуже доречно. А також створіть зону для складання мокрого посуду. Шумоізоляція:( Це не було б проблемою ,якби інші мешканці апартаментів дотримувались правил перебування , і не кричали вночі. На жаль до адміністрації ми не звертались вночі ,тому що вони доступні до 18:30;(

• ANNE (8/5): Un très bon séjour - L'emplacement de l'appartement proche du métro, des commerces et restaurants et à 10min à pieds de la gare Barcelona Sants. L'appartement donnait sur les cours intérieurs donc très calme. Il était propre. Je n'ai pas vu de personnel parce que nous sommes arrivés tard et partis tôt tous les jours mais c'est très bien organisé pour récupérer les cartes et codes d'accès à l'immeuble. Ils sont très à l'écoute et répondent rapidement. Je n'ai pas eu besoin de leur téléphoner. La terrasse est un lieu bien agréable 2 petites bouteilles d'eau nous attendaient dans le réfrigérateur.... La literie est très molle Il fait très chaud Les poignets des fenêtres du salon sont cassées Il y a des allées et venues tard le soir et très tôt le matin et la porte d'entrée des appartements doit être claquée pour être fermée....manque d'insonorisation

• Stéphanie (9/5): - L'emplacement est parfait. Vous pouvez visiter Barcelone a pied ou en métro. Vous avez un arrêt de bus et plusieurs métros a côté. De très bonnes boulangeries, des restos, des bars, de quoi faire vos courses. L’appartement était très bien, propre et de très bonne taille pour 4. Le lit de la chambre était parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueillis également. Le seul petit bémol, comme malheureusement dans plusieurs endroits, c’est le confort du canapé lit. La structure métallique a été sûrement très utilisée et nous avons préféré mettre le matelas par terre plutôt que de dormir dessus après une première nuit un peu difficile. Mais cela da dépendre des appartements sûrement et de l'utilisation du canapé.

• Radim (10/5): Příjemně zařízený byt v dobré lokalitě. - Možnost check in v noci, klidná lokalita, blízko na metro, skvělá snídaňová kavárna za rohem. Terasa s výhledem. Druhá ložnice měla pouze malé okno do světlíku.

E' stato come sentirsi a casa propria: cucina ad induzione fornita di tutto per una cena in famiglia, letti caldi e comodi, sala confortevole, bagno con tutto il necessario. C'erano addirittura una lavatrice, stendino e ferro da stiro. Tutta la casa pulita ordinata e profumata a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana L1 Hostafrancs. Supermercato e numerosi negozietti tra la metropolitana e l'appartamento (panettiere caffetteria e hamburgeria proprio sotto casa!) . Check in e check out veloci e in orario. Tutto perfetto! nulla
• Tomasz (9/5): Serdecznie polecam - Metro kilka kroków, dla zmęczonych po całym dniu zwiedzania, bezcenne. Apartament z jedną sypialnią dla trzyosobowej rodziny jest wystarczająco przestronny. Sieciowe markety 300-400 m, a do tego małe sklepy i piekarnie, kawiarnie jeszcze bliżej. To wszystko wystarczająco daleko od zgiełku miasta, więc sen nieprzerywany hałasem ulicy. Szafki do przechowania bagaż po wymeldowaniu są mega pomocne. Wyjątkowe Panie z obsługi Luisa, Tamara, Don dopełniają obrazu fajnego miejsca na nocleg w Barcelonie. Polecam -

• Karol (8/5): Dłuższy weekend - Apartament warty swojej ceny nie mam do czego z grubsza się przyczepić dobra lokalizacja blisko metra L1. Personel pomocny nie robił problemu przy prośbie o wymienienie pościeli. Mały minus to sofa rozkładana w salonie trochę nie stabilna i trzeba było uważać w nocy.
• Bianka (8/5): 3 nights with family of 6 (two little children) - The location itself has its advantages and disadvantages. Everything is close, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakery etc., but extremely noisy if you have streetfront apartment. The apartment was not superclean (we could see dust under the sofas, beds), curtain was torn, but has a lot of extras, compared to other apartments I experienced: salt, sugar, coffee, ironing board, iron, hairdryer. The sofa bed was quite comfortable (beds were okay). The staff lady was super cute and helpful, responsive!
• Sandra (10/5): Clean, spacious flat in a good location - Property was clean, tidy and spacious. The host responded quickly to any queries. Out of hours key collection instructions were easy to follow. Property was at a good location with supermarkets, restaurants, and metro stations within walking distance. They had a cleaner clean the flat halfway through our stay and the place was cleaned and our things arranged nicely when we returned (and they gave us a fresh supply of shower gel and toilet paper). We used the balcony and tumble dryer a lot too which really made our stay better. The sofa bed opens out into an actual bed which is great. The heating also worked well and was easy to control. Overall very happy with the place.

• Fedenalin (9/5): Appartamenti perfetti per soggiorno in Barcellona: zona tranquilla, vicinissima a metro. - Posizione eccezionale, vicino alla metro L1. Quartiere con tutti i servizi necessari: market, ristoranti, bar. Servizio ottimo: i ragazzi del checkin e checkout gentilissimi. Bella la terrazza per momento di relax. Servizio di deposito bagagli molto utile. Appartamento andava pulito un pò meglio, parecchia polvere negli armadi. In bagno una presa di corrente era staccata dal muro. Letti un pò scomodi e piccoli.

Sehr gute Ausstattung inKüche. Sehr bequeme Betten. Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nette Kommunikation und sehr hilfsbereit. Gepäck kann an der Rezeption abgegeben werden Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock nach hinten und es war sehr dunkel weil die Aussicht aufs Nachbargebäude war. Im Einzel Schlafzimmer ging das Fenster nicht nach draußen sondern nur zu einem Schacht mit einem Rohr auf.
