- Lin Inzunza (9/5): - Privacidad y seguridad
- fiona (9/5): Great value for a comfortable nights sleep - Pool
Really comfortable bed super shower fridge air-conditioning
Able to park in front of the hotel Right next to the main road so aware of traffic, one of the bathroom fixtures wasn’t very stable and fell off the wall
- Bozena (7/5): -
- Dita (7/5): - Reasonable price for value The place in general felt empty and a bit off, maybe because it's off season, but we would not like to stay for more then one night, but there was nothing bad
- Rangel moises (10/5): -
- Samantha (7/5): - The location was fantastic for getting into Centro. The staff worked to fix our safe that wasn’t working efficiently and effectively, going out of their way to replace it when we weren’t able to rectify the problem. There wasn’t much privacy if you wanted any natural light in the room.
- Jeroen (4/5): - Only good thing was the hot showen. No facilities what so ever. Run down place, way to overpticed

- Ziv (4/5): - We came at 22:30, and had to wait for along time outside, because it was closed. Even though it was written that the check in is until 23:30. After a lot of time the woman came (she was nice though) and open the doors for us. Then we had problems with the room, because it took a long time to wait for the hot water.
Also the woman told us that check out was at 12:00. But the next day, the manger was not very nice and asked us to leave until 11:00 because he have a group coming.
- Ismail Özgür (5/5): - Personal hilfsbereit. Zimmer zwar groß aber sehr dunkel. Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Für 1 Nacht okay.
- Michela (7/5): -
- Samantha (10/5): Amazing place- exceeded my expectations for the price! - Loved this cute hotel! The area was perfect to walk to the downtown part of Tulum, but also close to grab a taxi or collectivo to the beach area. Close to groceries stores and restaurants, too. Very comfortable bed, good a/c, nice pool, and cute balcony! It was perfect for my daughter and I. Nothing! We loved everything.
- hannah (5/5): Okay - Loved all the greenery at the hotel! Cute cat as well :) The round rooms were cool. The lighting in the rooms made it feel like a hospital. Location was a bit confusing - we ended up switching hotels to a spot closer to the beach. It's off a main road and a bit hard to find. I will say despite being off a main road it was pretty quiet. There were a few good restaurants nearby. We were looking forward to renting bikes from the hotel but they were unavailable/broken.
- Jefferson Jara (9/5): RECOMENDADO - TIENE BUENA RELACION CALIDAD PRECIO, TIENE PISCINA Y ESTA CERCA DEL CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD EL PARQUEADERO ES AFUERA DEL HOTEL EN LA CALLE
- Andrew (9/5): May have seen better days, possibly new management/owners! - Loved the room and how quiet it was, even the cat took a fancy to us. Private balcony was secluded and we always felt safe. Pool we basically had to ourselves. Advertising is mis leading said breakfast included and not only it wasn't but there was nothing in the kitchen or the rooms to even make a coffee with. Very few staff and those we met seem to do everything security, maintenance and check in/out but spoke no English at all.
- Simona (9/5): Cute little hotel just off the main street - Cute little hotel just off the main street. Rooms are little apartments with interesting shapes and wide spaces, nested in lush vegetation around a nice pool.
The location was very convenient for me, just on the road to Merida.
- Carmen (7/5): -
- Jorge (7/5): - Ubicación Falta de servicios
- Gloria (10/5): Huge room felt at home - Cute & cozy Tulúm style hotel - restaurant wasn’t up and running at 7am idk if it opens later ??
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Nikolete (8/5): Cool style rooms! Great staff, thank you - The staff were helpful/nice and the room very big and cool style. Very good value with pricing Location is slightly random but it’s behind the main supermarket and still close to everything, if you walk 10 minutes you are in the center of town so not a big problem. I would say it’s more like a hidden gem, if you are used to traveling
- Gaetano (8/5): A very good experience overall! - Property is very well maintained and it has an exotic vibe to it.
Staff is very nice and accommodating. The manager is also very nice and always ready to help out. Maybe the location is a but far from the main attractions, but it’s easy to get either a taxi or a colectivo to get where you want to go.
- Nicholas (9/5): Superb - Excellent - fantastic, spacious room, great shower, private balcony... And tons of character with the feeling of an Ewok village, which I loved. The guy running the reception desk was super lovely and helpful, giving us great advice on how to get around. Location is a bit on the edge of the 'centre' but everything - bars restaurants etc - was maximum 15min walk. I highly recommend!
- Robin (10/5): It was a really nice stay ! - It was truly like a small oasis, centered located but you could really calm down, away from all this touristic surrounding. The Team was very friendly. We arrived before check in but it was absolutely no problem to get into our room at this time. If we had a problem or need some advices they helped us right away.
- Julian (9/5): Superb -
- Rico (5/5): Passable - Staff Bad location really difficult to find, no hot water,
- Berry (9/5): Superb - Amazing staff that made me feel like I was at home. Delicious recommendations. Always professional and kind.
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kolby (8/5): Very good - Great location. Spacious and nice room. Helpful and friendly staff. Run tours from the staff here as well. Cash ONLY
- Patrickmaguirelang (7/5): Good - The staff What was advertised on Booking.com was not what you got. No drinking water was suppied.
- Skaidre (7/5): Good place for one two night stay. - Hotel is walking distance from main bar/restaurant street, it cozy hotel, had air conditioner, balcony, small kitchen.
- Carole (6/5): Nice for a one night stop but wouldn’t spend my holidays there. - Very friendly staff, nice breakfast Very noisy( close to a busy road), very thin curtains, stains on the sheets.
- Kristyna (9/5): Superb -
- Hossein (5/5): Passable -
- Christian (8/5): Very good - Bike and scooter rental, staff
- Laurent (1/5): Not recommended. If you have a car, you're best to sleep in it than at this hotel. - Terrible bed and comfort overall. Not additional bedsheets if needed. Location was terrible by the main avenue so hyper noisy. Couldn't sleep until 4am because of a night club or whatever it was.
Stay away from this hotel!
- Susan (8/5): Very good - Friendly helpful staff, really lovely pool set up, big suite was comfortable and interesting design, great patio to sit on Close to loud busy main road, patio needs comfortable chair to sit on vs beanbag chairs, bed needs reading light
- Kitti (9/5): good value for the money - really nice place and great location, staff is very nice
- Manjushree (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jose (9/5): love it , we will be back . we were in room 6 - loved the scenery inside the hotel premises . the balcony's are adorable. food is excellent on the premises. hott water worked in shower. you can lock the door of your bungaloos room. there's someone there at the desk day and night 24/7. whatever you need, they'll accommodate. there was loud singing by a microphone in one room and someone I saw mentioned it before me and it was attended too within minutes. they speak English at the desk. they do clean your room every morning. there's no microwave or dishes to use but there is a fridge. there is little soaps provided and some wash on the shower for you but I'd bring your own shampoo and cond. they do have tv . beds were comfy. AC froze us out at 24c so we moved it 26 an it was better. they do have continental breakfast of just toast and a big bowl of fruit. we did ask for more food and they offered us options . we choose chilaquiles and they were amazing. they do have Netflix and other apps available but I didn't wanna sign in to any of them . so we did YouTube . and it was glitchy in and out but this isn't a hotel issue it's a Mexico issue . anywhere I have traveled in Mexico has slow wifi . that's just how it is in all the places I've seen so far and I've been traveling Mexico for years. they do have step spiral stair case to the upstairs and there's no elevators so if your in a situation where you can't handle that , make sure to ask for a floor room . this wasn't an issue for us. it is deceiving on the outside and is on a street with lots of cars so you can hear vehicles pass by when youre outside. it was quiet in the rooms since youre surrounded by concrete.
- gods4me86 (10/5): We would come back - It is deceiving on the outside. There's traffic outside the hotel so there is noise outside ,from the road. It's family run here. They had someone at the desk 24/7 . They have a gate lock so you can't get in without being a guest. Our room door locked just fine . We were room #6. There is room cleaning they do every day . They had a continental breakfast that is only a bowl of fruit ( good size ) and toast. They do have other options for breakfast that you can pay for , if you ask. We got chilaquiles. They were amazing. Internet is always slow in Mexico so YouTube for my toddler ( on the TV) was in and out but that's anywhere in Mexico as we travel alot. Everything was clean. Not microwave but they do have a fridge. Amazing Ac. We froze ourselves the first night lol. Lovely little spot . It's very cute. We have no complaints. The shower was amazing . It was soft water I could tell. They speak English at the desk too. Very nice two nights we had.
- John (2/5): Con not be recommended - Nice staff, very noisy. Pay for 2 nights but stay only one an fin a better place (Treetops) A lot of nice from the street. Air conditioning did not work well. And I was just told it will take some time. The temperature was ok 4 in the night!!! Breakfast was a little bowl of fruit and bad coffee . As you can see at the picture I need to remove Ice from refrigerator. Until then it was just a heater….
- Megan (10/5): Affordable hotel for relaxing in town - ROOM: My room was very clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The air conditioning unit cooled it down quickly. I loved my little balcony (with bean bag chairs!) overlooking the pool. The shower was large and had a cool artistic tile floor. I had one of the round suites on the upper level at the back of the property, so I didn't hear any street noise in my room. I liked having a little sink area in the room since I had bought sandwich ingredients at the supermarket, but know that there aren't any plates or meal prep items.
AMENITIES: The breakfast was fresh but very light (I mention this because breakfast expectations vary by culture): a small plate of fresh fruit like bananas and papaya, 3 half pieces of toast with jam and butter, and coffee. If you want additional breakfast items, they're available at extra cost. The pool was clean and deep enough to relax in after a hot day of sightseeing. There's a very friendly little orange cat who lives on the grounds, who mostly keeps to himself and hunts lizards but is friendly enough to come up to you for a pat if you call him.
LOCATION: The hotel's location is great for someone who wants to stay in town. If you haven't been to Tulum, keep in mind that it's a very long walk or overpriced taxi ride to the beach. Fortunately the hotel rents bikes, although I didn't do this. I took the $12 ADO bus from Tulum airport to downtown, then walked about 25 minutes to the hotel. It's do-able if you have a backpack. The hotel is a brief walk from the main tourist street but there are numerous restaurants close by. The big Super Chedraui supermarket is a 10-minute walk and it has the most delicious bakery section! There was a small fridge in the room that I used to keep drinks and light snacks cold.
The staff were helpful and check-in was easy. I felt safe and secure. It was all great!
- Timothy (8/5): A good choice for an overnight when traveling with comfortable beds and a nice free breakfast. - Smooth check in even though we arrived late. Our room was on the garden level so no stairs, which was great after driving from Cancun. Good dining options were just a few steps away. Although the night staff spoke very little English, they were quite friendly and more than willing to help. Parking in front of the hotel was limited and on an incline. Be careful to drive quite slowly or you'll bottom out your vehicle. There are mosquitoes to be dealt with, but it's the tropics and DEET is a must.
- Jose (8/5): Very good -
- Elisa (8/5): Very good - Big room, good position even if the traffic on the main street is loud at every hour. 3 nights stay, they do not clean the room.
- Danila (7/5): Nice hotel close to the center. - Little nice hotel very close to Tulum Center. We had lunch at the restaurant and it was very good. The rooms are pretty basic and needs a little upgrades.
- Stefano (8/5): Very good - Nice hotel, nice pool, very big (suite) room, king-size (3 people) bed. Pity, I could give a higher mark if only the kitchen would be furnished (not a spoon, not a knife, not a glass). Breakfast poor: (good) fresh fruit, 3 half slides of toast with butter and jam, coffee. Floor did not seem to be very cleaned (feet got dark ?)
- Jaanus (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sandra (9/5): Relaxing, quiet hotel with nice pool - Nice, quiet room with plenty of space, a fridge (excellent in the hot weather) and a cute balcony for sitting with a cold drink. Felt safe and secure. Great shower and bathroom was spacious. We also really enjoyed the pool in the heat! Lovely staff who were helpful and recommended some nice cafes for good coffee etc. Close to supermarket. We hired a scooter from them for the day which was good too. Mostly fine. The airconditioning leaked water at one point but they sent someone to fix it and it was ok (mostly) after that. The main thing is that they were quick to respond and the aircon still worked despite the dripping water.
- Luca (10/5): Exceptional - Everything fine, a great big room, good price
- Benjámin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniela (7/5): Good -
- Destiny (8/5): Very good - The location and customer service was amazing.... There was NO internet for the entire stay
- Sarah (8/5): Clean, comfy good value for money! - Good location in downtown Tulum near street food, supermarkets, cafes etc. the pool was a nice addition to cool off at the end of a hot day! Staff are lovely, easy to rent a bike or moped from there if you wish. A cenote within walking distance down the highway. Felt very safe and secure overall great! There was a dog barking quite a lot of the time! But I have noise cancelling sleep mask so it was okay for me.
Not the hotel but; I’d pay for everything in cash if I go again, lots of people including me were scammed by taxi drivers, cafes and beach bars as they say card payment hasn’t gone through but it has. Card companies won’t reimburse as no evidence I’d tried to resolve with the vendor.. if you pay with cash Tulum is awesome!!
- Lora (10/5): Excellent - We had a great experience experience at Uolis Nah! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The location offers a convenient access to Tulum center (10 minutes walk) and the beach (15 minutes cycling). The place also offers bicycles and scooter rental which is a plus. We cannot wait to return to Uolis Nah and highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Tulum.
- Tom2317 (8/5): Very good - Nice to have the pool to cool off in & the room was very spacious Very busy road next to hotel but not much can be done about that! Also, considering we had a little kitchenette in the room, there were no facilities like tea/coffee making, cutlery or crockery which was a bit strange.
- Wesley (9/5): Great place for a great value - Great price, nice property with pool and amenities including a nice breakfast. Kind helpful staff. Quiet yet an easy walk to downtown Tulum. Free parking More comfortable bed and pillows
- Tommy (8/5): Very good - The breakfast is super nice and the staff are helpful! Cosy rooms! Noisy street next to the hotel.
- Florian (6/5): Hotel and room is good overall, breakfast is not recommendable - Rooms are nice and overall area is cute Breakfast on the first day was okay, on the secon day it was pretty bad- it was sunday so only self service what would be okay, but there was almost nothing and really shady and not well prepared at all. This is for me not worth for a 3 star hotel where we pay for breakfast
- Kevin (8/5): Great hotel 10min walk from the center of Tulum - Continental breakfast made of fresh fruits (papaya, watermelon, melon and pineapple), toasted bread, butter and strawberry jam, fruit juice and tea/coffee.
Friendly staff.
Gave us late checkout because we got our room later than expected due to a house keeping problem.
Not too far from the ADO bus station (20min walk). We could hear the heavy traffic at night from the bathroom window.
- Steven (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jan (7/5): For the money good hotel. However, big problem is high noice in the area and rooms. - Nice complex with small pool and nice plants in the areal. Hypermarket next to the hotel. The "kitchen" consists of a sink and a small counter, two glasses and a spoon. The big problem was the high noise in the room, because the balcony door has absolutely no soundproofing and there is the main road next to the hotel. For some people this means that they will not be able to sleep there.
- Ecem (2/5): Nice hotel, unfortunate location, it’s very noisy from 4 am onwards - The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are super nice and helpful. It’s just next to one of the main roads in Tulum. There is nothing they can do but it is extremely loud in the rooms so if you need quiet space for sleep/ hangout this is not a good place for you.
- Cristian (10/5): Great stay! Would recommend to everyone! - Cute hotel, good amenities, well kept. Delicious breakfast. Terrific staff! It could be closer to town. But being just outside the center also makes it more silent. Kitchen could be better equipped.
- Pavel (10/5): Nice green oasis with not so good surroundings - Property itself is 10/10, great staff and there is a nice terrace with every room. The surroundings! Stepping outside the hotel was like being in an industrial zone. Very busy dusty road packed with big trucks.
- Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - The location is convenient, the rooms clean. Good value for money. The staff was very heplful in solving the problem which I created myself. Maybe a bit noisy in the morning with open window(ok with closed). Note that if you want more than toast, coffee and fruits, it is additional charge.
- Tomer (9/5): Very nice place to stay, clean, well maintained. We loved the rounded rooms. - We loved the rounded rooms, the hotel was clean and quiet, the staff was friendly. Breakfasts was a bit basic for us.
- Kcook90 (10/5): Exceptional - I loved this place! The hotel was very clean, pool was great, room was bigger than expected with fridge! The staff was GREAT!! I would recommend!
- Sharon (8/5): Very good -
- Brian (8/5): Very good -
- Diddy (6/5): Pleasant - I liked pretty much the location. It was not in the middle of the strip, so it was silent, and although close by. The room was quite dark, and the water tap and shower was not very comfortable, like you would expect for the price per night.
- Sandy (1/5): AVOID at all costs! Huge security issues! - Nothing unfortunately as we not end up staying here! Avoid at all costs! This is a very dangerous place and it has a huge security risk! Long story short, when we arrived, our room did not have a lock on the door. It was completely yanked out of the doorframe, with force it seemed. Nobody could help us figure out what had happened to the door and they also couldn’t offer us another room. So of course we cancelled the booking and left the property immediately. The next day I requested a refund via Booking but was then told by the property that they actually didn’t consider a door without a lock a security risk and that they will not refund me?! This is of course criminal behaviour so I am warning everyone who plans to stay here :(
- Anastasiia (7/5): Good -
- kellylF1378DX (10/5): Unique hotel with great staff - Hotel Ulois Nah is a quaint little place a bit away from the downtown core. It was perfect for our three night stay. All the staff members were very helpful with recommendations and helping us understand how to get around and how to deal with the taxis in Tulum. They had tour info at the front desk as well.
The room itself was unique, clean, and we couldn't hear a thing from outside. I see some reviews complaining about roosters and such, but we were never bothered by any noises or smells or anything like that at all. We never had to use the air conditioning - the fans were adequate. The bed was comfortable and firm, and there was a cot on the other side of the wall perfect for morning meditation or prayer.. The balcony had some bean bag chairs overlooking the pool and was nicely shaded. The shower was *hot* (something we kinda miss having lived in Costa Rica for a while now.)
Breakfast is light, which is just fine with me. The mini bar items were cheap and varied. The only thing was, as hot as it is in Mexico, the pool was too cold. Not a big deal for us, though.
If you want great service from some friendly people and don't appreciate the huge price tag of staying at a Tulum beach hotel, this hotel is a great choice!
- Jeffery (7/5): The staff were great and super helpful, they really made us feel at home! - We would definitely return! Warmer pool and bottle opener in the room.
- Germaine (9/5): Superb - I love the spacious interior designed room and the balconies and the tropical garden pool area.i also like the included breakfast which was just enough to start off the day.i liked the staff who very friendly and professional. The only comment would be the road noise but that's to be expected in a town centre .
- Urszula (8/5): Nice place, great staff, good location! - Lovely staff and comfortable room! We wished there were black out curtains but apart from this everything was great
- Timea (1/5): Incorrect, greedy people and unsafe location! - Nothing, please avoid this hotel! We have made this booking online and cancelled an hour later when visited the hotel in person. The room and the environment was not as pictured in the listing, we would not have been able to take out suitcases up on the ladder and we felt unsafe the place. The neighbourhood was full of rubbish and dirt. The hotel is next to a dirty noisy road.
The receptionist (we guess he was the manager) said it is ok to cancel our booking, they will confirm that. He left the hotel when we left.
We have contacted the hotel and booking dot com for help. The hotel answer was the booking is non refundable, since then no communication just they are keep on trying to deduct the full amount from our bank account.
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was so friendly here. The location was so convenient also that we decided to stay one more night in Tulum to travel around and see more of the place. You can rent bikes to go to the beach, or if you want to walk you also can. The breakfast included was simple but they had a restaurant where you could order more food if you wanted to. Parking was directly in front of the property The only complain we can think about is that the pressure in the shower was a bit too low and we didn’t manage to get warm water out of it. This wasn’t such a problem because the water coming out was fresh and not too cold, but just something we noticed.
- Eogan (10/5): Great place to stay! - Lovely property, gorgeous rooms and lovely helpful staff.
- Juan (5/5): Passable -
- Robert (7/5): Good - Friendly staff, two big supermarkets nearby and a great panaderia. No warm water to shower
10% surcharge of the price to what is stated on booking.com
- Finnchick (8/5): Great hotel - Strong WiFi
Good water pressure in the shower & plenty of hot water
Comfortable bed & massive room
Friendly & helpful staff. The lady receptionist, Cintia, particularly was really helpful with advice, directions, recommendations, renting a bike & extending the rental, ordering a taxi to Ado station etc.
Simple breakfast but good enough to get going
Secure compound
Swimming pool & nice garden
Fridge
Private terrace Location wise, little far from the high street but was not really an issue with bicycle
There was a kitchen corner in my room with fridge & 2 glasses only. A kettle and few plates and cutlery would be a great addition
- Lisa (10/5): Super friendly staff. Great location and gorgeous room. Very convenient parking and good breakfast. Would definitely rec - The rooms was very clean and spacious and the pool area looked great with a nice vibe. The staff were super friendly. I left my bag with passports there and Cintia and Jose went out of their way to make sure they arrived back to me safely. I’m super grateful! The breakfast was very nice too. Nothing
