L’unica eccezione è stato il servizio dei ristoranti esterni che propongono cene a tema. Il personale era sempre lo stesso ed il cibo anche. Il resort è un vero angolo di paradiso, curato in ogni dettaglio con ambienti suggestivi e panorami mozzafiato. - Armine (10/5): Una vacanza bellissima. - Esperienza bellissima! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort per 9 giorni. Dire che siamo felici di aver scelto questa struttura è dire poco. Qui ti senti come un amico o un parente venuto a trovare i propri cari, ti coccolano ovunque tu sia. I ragazzi dello staff sono molto gentili e sempre disponibili. Tutte le nostre esigenze, e anche i piccoli inconvenienti che ci capitavano (come quando qualcuno ha preso i nostri asciugamani), sono stati risolti in un attimo. Il territorio è enorme, pulito, ordinato e bellissimo! Sembra davvero di essere in una cartolina. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, è ottimo! Per gli italiani che sentono la mancanza della pasta fatta come a casa, c'è il cuoco Mario, se glielo chiedete, vi preparerà una pasta come a casa! Un caro saluto al cuoco Mario. Per quanto riguarda le altre pietanze, c’è sempre carne fresca grigliata al momento, una vasta varietà di verdure (sia fresche che cotte), pesce e spremute e tante altre cose. Tantissimi tipi di dolci, vi consiglio di provare quelli locali, sono davvero squisiti. Un ringraziamento personale speciale ai ragazzi del bar della spiaggia, Khaled e Hossam, ai ragazzi dell'Horizon Hamam, Khaled, Zaid, Mahmoud, al signor Mohamed e alla carissima Fatma. Ai ragazzi che pulivano le camere, grazie mille!!! Un grazie di cuore ad Ahmed della reception, che ci ha seguiti sin dal primo giorno soddisfacendo ogni nostra esigenza. E tanti cari saluti ai ragazzi di animazione italiana, a Denny, Sasha e Aurora. Sono molto simpatici e divertenti!!! Consiglierò vivamente questo bellissimo resort a tutti i miei conoscenti! Volendo a tutti i costi trovare "il pelo nell' uovo" per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno non ci hanno mai cambiato gli accappatoi.

He is extremely professional and helpful. He always has answers for any question. We were pleased to have him as a first person who welcomed us to the paradise. Also I would like to highlight the bartender at the bar next to the Adults Pool, Abd Elgil. The cocktails he makes are the best in the Hotel. If you want a day full of relaxation, beautiful and delicious drinks, you will never regret spending the day next to this bar. Overall a very big thank you to the staff for their professionalism and hard work. Our stay was wonderful.

- alessandra (10/5): Top!! - Molto curata, il verde , la pulizia, marmi tirati a lucido, tanto personale a disposizione, buon cibo, puoi bere e mangiare a qualsiasi ora, animazione non invadente ma efficace, posizione ottima con pontile per l’accesso diretto per fare snorkeling. Spiaggia a disposizione con lettini e ombrelloni, tutto molto ordinato e pulito. Scelta di ristoranti per non annoiarti, abbiamo provato l’italiano Basilico ed è molto buono, ho mangiato degli gnocchi alla sorrentina fatti in casa! Servizio navetta per girare nel villaggio super efficiente, basta chiamare e arrivano subito. Che dire dell’accoglienza? Esilarante grazie all’upgrade da superior a Delux vista mare🤩 I lettini della spiaggia sono un po’ duri, metterei un materassino morbido per essere più confortevole.

From the very first moment we were welcomed with the warm words “welcome home” until check-out, everything was exceptional. Having previously stayed at Sunrise Diamond, I was already familiar with the group’s high quality standards, and once again they did not disappoint. The consistency in service, attention to detail, and overall guest experience truly reflect the strong standards of the Sunrise group. The food was incredibly delicious, and the restaurant staff, along with the lifeguards, were always kind and attentive. A special thanks to Mahmoud and Kareem at the reception, who not only met all our needs but went above and beyond to make us feel truly valued and comfortable. It was a fantastic holiday in every way. Traveling with children can be challenging, but this experience made us feel special at every moment. It was truly an unforgettable vacation.

From the first day they welcomed us in a professional way starting from the reception they were nice and very polite they upgraded our room to pool and Sea views Mr Ahmad and Mr Osama from the food and beverage were nice and helpful always also I want to thank Mahmoud, Tarek, Yousef, Abdullah, from the lobby Bar they make our staying feel like home they know how to make cocktails really they're a wonderful guys thanks for all the team there . The waiters at the restaurant are very good and professional they were always asking us and the guests what they needed. The restaurants were very clean Chef Musad and chef imad they were amazing and they helped us a lot . The Asian food restaurant was great and the chef there was really great He is a professional chef and recommended to everyone to try this restaurant The poolside was very clean and the Lifeguards there were taking care of every person all were helpers I can't forget adb elrahman from the bell boy Always ready to come and pick us up Housekeeping Mr.basyouni was good and helped us a lot To be honest a lot of things changed for better I recommend this hotel for family and couples Special thanks for Ms Rana from the management she is a very good person. - MARCO (10/5): Nel complesso, nonostante le problematiche con la stanza e il cibo è un bel resort con molti margini di miglioramento. - La struttura è molto ampia e per spostarsi ci sono mini bus e macchine da golf se non si vogliono percorrere le scale centrali, i giardini sono ben curati, ci sono tante piscine per ogni esigenza e desiderio, per adulti e bambini. Dicono siano riscaldate ma raggiungono, alcune, massimo 28gradi quindi sono leggermente fredde. Lo staff è molto disponibile e cordiale. Il resort è dotato di kids club, dove Aisha e Malak, sono davvero gentili e la struttura è davvero bella e ben attrezzata con sale tv, scivoli, laboratori e anche con cibo e snack per i bambini. La spa è sicuramente da provare perché è una bellissima struttura e lo staff è cordiale e professionale. Ringraziamo anche Christina, la referente italiana presente in struttura, che ci ha aiutati con le esigenze che avevamo con il bambino e per ogni desiderio. Nonostante lo staff sia molto cordiale avremmo preferito sapere che c’era la referente italiana sin dal primo giorno, ci avrebbe aiutati per le nostre esigenze e alcune problematiche che abbiamo riscontrato con la stanza (scarico rotto, una perdita d’acqua in camera e condizioni di pulizie che lasciavano un po a desiderare). Avevamo scelto una camera di lusso con ingresso riservato ad una piscina personale e ci aspettavamo una camera più lussuosa ma l’arredo era datato e il lettino aggiuntivo per il bambino era una brandina con le ruote anche a vista, quindi pericolose per un bambino piccolo. Il cibo è internazionale, un po ripetitivo e molto condito e speziato, non è stato di nostro gusto. Ma grazie a Christina, gli ultimi giorni, siamo riusciti a mangiare qualcosa di nostro gradimento cucinato per noi e nostro figlio appositamente su richiesta. Ristorante italiano pessimo!

- Deniz Burak (9/5): Güzeldi - TUR Genel olarak harika bir tatil geçirdik. Yaşadığımız tek bir olumsuz olayın tüm tatili kötü göstermesinin objektif olmayacağını düşünüyorum. Bu yüzden genel değerlendirmem oldukça pozitif. Otel ve genel olarak Sharm bölgesi büyük ölçüde Rus turist ağırlıklı. Yaşadığımız tek olumsuzluk, otelin düzenlediği ve otel dışındaki bir karnaval etkinliğine giderken oldu. Otobüste yapılan bilgilendirmenin tamamen Rusça yapılması bizi rahatsız etti. Otobüsümüzde iki görevli kız bulunmasına rağmen (kendilerine kesinlikle kızmadığımı özellikle belirtmek isterim, bu durum tamamen planlama ve organizasyon eksikliğidir), varış süresi, dönüş saati, buluşma noktası gibi temel bilgilerin uluslararası bir dil olan İngilizce ile de paylaşılmaması büyük bir eksiklikti. Bunun dışında herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Bunun haricinde otel deneyimimiz gerçekten kusursuzdu. Odada 7/24 çalışan klima oldukça başarılı ve serinletmesi yeterliydi. Otelde her gün farklı etkinlikler düzenleniyor ve animasyon ekibi oldukça enerjik ve eğlenceliydi. Herhangi bir sorun yaşandığında hızlı ve çözüm odaklı şekilde yardımcı oluyorlar. Güvenlik açısından da kendimizi rahat hissettik. Bölge zaten turistik olduğu için turizm polisi mevcut, ayrıca otelin kendi güvenlik ekibi de bulunuyor. Otel oldukça büyük ve yürüyüş yapmak için geniş alanlar var. Merdivenler biraz fazla olsa da otel içi araçlarla ulaşım sağlanabiliyor, bu da büyük kolaylık. Yemek çeşitliliği oldukça geniş ve herkesin damak tadına hitap edecek seçenekler mevcut. Bazı deniz ürünlerini tercih etmesem de kesinlikle aç kalmadım. Personelin ilgisi ayrıca takdire değerdi. Sürekli olarak memnuniyetimizi sorup bizimle ilgilendiler. Özellikle resepsiyon barında çalışan Yusuf Şaban’ın hazırladığı içecekler gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Açık büfede görevli Aladdin ise son derece yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Animasyon ekibinin müdürü ilk günden itibaren bizimle çok ilgilendi, etkinlikleri anlattı ve bizi sürekli aktivitelere davet etti. TUR Yaşadığımız tek olumsuzluk, otelin düzenlediği ve otel dışındaki bir karnaval etkinliğine giderken oldu. Otobüste yapılan bilgilendirmenin tamamen Rusça yapılması bizi rahatsız etti. Otobüsümüzde iki görevli kız bulunmasına rağmen (kendilerine kesinlikle kızmadığımı özellikle belirtmek isterim, bu durum tamamen planlama ve organizasyon eksikliğidir), varış süresi, dönüş saati, buluşma noktası gibi temel bilgilerin uluslararası bir dil olan İngilizce ile de paylaşılmaması büyük bir eksiklikti. Bunun dışında herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. ENG The only negative experience we had occurred during a hotel-organized carnival event outside the hotel. We were disturbed that the information provided on the bus was entirely in Russian. Although there were two female staff members on our bus (I would like to clearly state that I am absolutely not upset with them; this situation is entirely due to a lack of planning and organization), the fact that essential information such as arrival time, return time, and meeting point was not shared in English, an internationally accepted language, was a major shortcoming. Apart from this, we did not experience any other problems.

The food was delicious and always varied, which is quite rare while still maintaining such high quality. A special thank you to Mahmoud at reception for the warm welcome and for allowing us a late check-out. We also really appreciated being able to continue using all the hotel facilities after check-out. Many thanks as well to the beach bar staff for the fantastic cocktails made by Khaled, and to Ahmed at the main restaurant for his exceptional attention and care. Территория каскадная (но есть автобус с утра и до 21.00), еда разнообразная (широкий выбор мяса, рыбы, гриль, шашлык, красная рыба, соки, фреши, фрукты, сладости, бургеры, пицца, алкоголь и т.д.) Номер был на первой линии (корпус 9) с видом на бассейн и море, чистый. Уборке каждый день, смена полотенец каждый день. Халаты, тапочки, мини бар включён в цену (Fanta, Cola, Sprite, Beer, Water). Отдельное спасибо и respect сотруднику на ресепшн Махмуд (рускоговорящий, помогает во всех вопросах: ранний заезд, поздний выезд, повышение категории номера и прочее).Большой процент персонала неплохо понимает английский и русский. Пляж песочный и есть пирс (+/- 50м). Риф красивый, рыбок много. Дайвинг центр. Анимация. Всё прошло замечательно. Пляж подходит только для детей, мелко и купаться дальше чем +/- 10-15м нельзя (спасатель за этим следит)

Mahmoud in the reception was beyond, shuttle bus drivers amazing, the aqua park staff was super friendly, all waiters from the main restaurant to the beach restaurant was super professional and beyond amazing. The facility itself is beautiful, pools, beach, landscape. But overall our stay was extra special from the Staff!! Nothing

Buffet ricchi e che accontentano ogni esigenza e ogni palato. Super divertimento per i bambini garantito. Spiaggia meravigliosa con annesso pontile per fare snorkeling. Piscine riscaldate in base alla stagione, perfettamente sorvegliate da equipe di bagnini. Zona giochi per bambini. Attività di intrattenimento sia diurne che serali molto coinvolgenti, sia per bambini che per adulti. Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza e torneremo! Grazie a tutto lo staff! Nulla

- Ege (10/5): Special thanks to Mahmoud at the reception - We had an amazing stay at SUNRISE Montemare Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is exceptionally well-kept, with breathtaking surroundings filled with lush greenery, birds, and a peaceful natural atmosphere. It’s clear that great care is taken to maintain the entire property, keeping everything spotless and beautifully organized. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, offering a stunning view of the Red Sea, especially during sunrise — truly unforgettable. What made our experience even more special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options. We especially enjoyed the grilled selections and the fresh eggs and omelets prepared each morning. The bartenders also did a fantastic job, crafting cocktails perfectly suited to our preferences. Overall, this is an outstanding hotel that truly lives up to its 5-star standard. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality holiday experience. Also, special thanks for Mahmoud for helping us with all our questions.

- Alton (9/5): 2 weeks of bliss - Everything was exceptional for such a huge operation. From the moment I arrived, I was well looked after by all of the staff. Islam had such a naturally friendly demeanour and always made me feel like I was so welcome. He was always unforced and unscripted, such a nice man. The entire resort was mostly immaculate, the staff were out every morning cleaning the premises and the grounds were beautifully groomed. My room was wonderful, I had taken one of the jacuzzi rooms, which had a perfect location, if a somewhat temperamental jacuzzi. Housekeeping for my section could not have been better, Reda looked after me like I was family, nothing was too much trouble and he was always ensuring I had everything I needed another really genuinely lovely human being. The food was fantastic, the main buffet restaurant had an extensive selection of food with options for all tastes. I also visited 5 other onsite restaurants (Indian, Egyptian, Italian, Steakhouse and Oriental. All of which were well staffed and served great food. The hosts were charming, especially Hansaa whose friendly warming smile was always a joy to see, she also always went out of her way to look after the hordes that that restaurant caters for. All of the waiters were great and very good at their jobs, too many to mention, but I did get to know the very friendly and most excellent bar tenders Sarwat and Abdallah. Haytham was one of managers that often oversaw the ala carte restaurants and always had a very welcoming way to him. Whilst there I used most of the facilities, the Scuba centre was well run and Lotfi, my instructor inspired confidence during the 4 dives I had. I used the gym most mornings, which was very well run by Muhammad and in good condition. I was invited to a small 'cocktail' party were the GM met with the guests and listened to feedback, I was honestly impressed with how good this resort was given the size. The spa area again had great staff looking after you, and is in pretty good condition, though could use a little TLC in some parts, namely the steam rooms, which were hit and miss. My rooms Jacuzzi was a bit lacklustre and the temperature was a bit variable some days.

In modo particolare la referente italiana Christina si è dimostrata una professionista attenta nel risolvere un piccolo problema iniziale. Poi devo menzionare Haytham, della ristorazione che ha dimostrato una cura e un'attenzione nei nostri confronti veramente speciali; persone come loro fanno la differenza nella qualità di una struttura. Le camere SWIM UP sono poi veramente belle, soprattutto quelle fronte mare dalle quali si può accedere a tutti i servizi con comodità
- Margarita (1/5): Как повезёт! - Это мой второй отзыв об этом отеле. Ваше проживание напрямую зависит от того, кто вас встретит на стойке регистрации. Наш рейс перенесли и мы не спали сутки, вернулись в отель и нам предложили номер за 300 долларов за сутки это был самый бюджетный вариант и других номеров нет! Хотя отель полупустой. . Через Букинг этот же номер бронируем за 220 и тут недовольство администратора Мены было не скрыть. И нас заселили в грязный номер , с чужими волосами на подушке , щели в двери и тут началось вечернее шоу для детей с громкой музыкой!!! Мы просили номер на 5 часов, отдохнуть до вылета!!! В общем, питание норм, территория тоже, номера старые обшарпаные и грязные. Это не касается корпусов на 1 линии, там все хорошо. Если бы не клиентоориентированность сотрудника Мены, мы бы поспали перед вылетом, а не слушали очень громкую музыку и песни в микрофон в грязном номере. На ресепшене Мена не услышал нас, он был озабочен тем, чтобы продать нам номер подороже. Запах канализации слышен везде кроме пляжа. Уборка в корпусе 4 отвратительна

- Elena (9/5): Общее впечатление об отеле осталось положительным: красивая территория, отличный вид на море и хороший уровень питания. - Просторный номер с потрясающим видом на море. Очень красивый риф, ухоженная и живописная территория. Персонал вежливый и внимательный. Завтраки хорошие, а в концепцию all inclusive входят 5 à la carte ресторанов — в целом всё было вкусно. Смело могу рекомендовать этот отель! Есть моменты, которые требуют улучшения: при заезде в номере была оставлена грязная тряпка, и даже после нескольких обращений её не убрали. Также стоит обратить внимание на регулярность пополнения мини-бара.
