- Amy (8/5): Great View, TLC needed - A beautiful home with amazing views! We were very comfortable but some updates are needed (new carpet, new chair on glass patio, and mattresses were lumpy soft). All in all though - we loved it!

- Anita (6/5): - PROS:The views were fantastic from the Condo. The condo was very rummy and had nice larege mb closet. The sunroom was very enjoyable place to relax. CONS: Condo has lots of tiny nats all over. The carpet is stained all over and dirty. Kitchen did not have dish towels or any type of cleaning clothes or products to clean stove. Furniture on the balcony, in my opinion, was too large. Made it difficult to get around. Same with the coffee table in sunroom. Place needs a good cleaning.
- Mark (4/5): Majestically bad - Rather disappointed. I have no idea why carpet would be used in a vacation rental, but it was FILTHY..turns white socks gray..and gave me the eebie jeebies to look at, or watch my toddler drag his blanket across it. There were big spots I cleaned with soap and water..so I know the difference between STAINS and filth. Several spots on the drywall were busted and in disrepair. Many other spots needed paint touch up. Its too bad I could only post 8 photos..because theres MORE. I would NEVER invite anyone into my home looking like that condo was, much less charge someone to stay. Will not return or refer.

The only thing that was disappointing was that we didn't have access to the outdoor pool closest to the condo. When I called the office I was told that didn't have a way to print a key card to get in.

- William (4/5): - Here are my highlights for the trip to Majestic. We arrive at the only address shown by Expedia to find out the check in office is a 10 minute trip away. No biggie at all. I did mention it to the gentleman that checked me in and he kinda chuckled and said that he gets that a lot. We get to the condo and it is very clean, very nice and with a absolute wonderful view. So we picked this particular unit on our Expedia search because it showed there was a heated indoor pool and our children wanted to swim during this cold spring break trip only to find out that the indoor pool was 10 minutes away. VERY disappointed that this was not made clearly known in the units description. It says in the description (guest access) which I know now means not on property but I wanted to add this in the review to warn others. If you do decide to stay at Majestic please make sure that you are on the top floor. We were on the 3rd floor and anytime someone walked in the unit above us you can hear it very well. We did contact the staff to try and find another unit but being spring break that was not possible and I understand that. Really wish our trip would of been better but you live and learn.

- james (10/5): - Majestic the property was absolutely gorgeous, the lakeside view was fabulous. 2 negatives, one is the road as it is new construction all around and there were little to no guard rail, second and more important was it was not clear that check in was not on location nor was it mentioned in the confirmation.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Condo was beautiful & big enough but when reserving I thought I was getting 2 bedrooms and 1 of them would have 2 beds in it, wrong. Pictures online can be deceiving that way. needed a good dusting, jetted tub drained VERY slowly, hardly any water pressure in shower & sinks, no bedding for pullout couch, not stocked with extra toilet paper, on 2nd day keys stopped working at door so had to go approximately 4 miles back to check in place for new keys. The Majestics condos need an office at the location. 1000 Hills Resort has condos spread all over Branson and only 1 office so very inconvenient if you need anything. I’ve stayed at the Majestic condos before and was very pleased with my stay so not sure what was going on with this particular condo. Next time I will probably call directly because needing to make sure it can accommodate the number of people we bring. And I won’t ask for this particular condo.
