- Africa m (4/5): - The hotel is nice but very small and you heard everyone and everything outside the rooms. And after you paid for the room you got be carefull because they will charge you extra. I paid amount 350 for 2 night. Wasnt worth it at all , I ask for extra comforter and they didnt even have that. Wasnt worth it all. Very bad experience.

The location is perfect—close to everything, yet just far enough for peace and quiet. With great amenities like a pool, reliable Wi-Fi, and a delicious breakfast, it’s truly reassuring to stay in a place where you feel safe and well taken care of.

- jo anne (10/5): - Large room, only 20 rooms so never felt crowded. The restaurant was closed the first morning so we were served on a lovely outdoor patio after that the pool side restaurant was open for the weekend. Fantastic pool and deck furniture looked fairly new compared to a lot if other places we’ve stayed. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. The a/c wasn’t functioning on our 2nd day and we were promptly moved to another room. The location may be off putting to some, it’s about a 15 minute brisk walk to the main plaza. Well worth the walk for the amenities and the price we paid. Cabs are only $1 per person anywhere in town if you don’t want to walk. We’d definitely recommend this hotel.

- Moises (8/5): Habitación - El hotel esta ubicado en una muy buena posición en la ciudad de Granada, la habitación contaba con lo necesario para la estadia de mi pareja y yo, el area de restaurante y la piscina cumplieron con nuestras expectativas, sin embargo el servicio al cliente podria ser mucho mejor. Un lugar al que la pensaria para regresar una segunda vez , 3/5 rating.

- Frank (5/5): Passable - Room, bed, cleanliness and amenities were good. So was the pool and restaurant nearby. But the not knowledgeable receptionists and general manager that was not to be found, brought the experience down. -I didn't like the fact that breakfast was included according to booking.com but when I asked the different receptionists, they all said breakfast WAS NOT included, and I had to pay out of my own pocket somewhere else to have it. -I didn't like the fact that the amount charged was a couple of dollars over the amount listed on booking. One could say, it's because of the exchange rate, since they insisted on charging me with local Nicaraguan Cordobas, instead of US Dollars with the amount Booking.com had listed. If so, it should be stated on Booking.com that the price listed might not be the price to be charged. -I didn't like that when I called over the phone months ago, they told me they could get me a local shuttle to take me to the airport, but when I was there the night receptionist had no clue about any shuttles, and the day receptionist had no clue about shuttles, and when I asked for the manager, they told me he was not on site and had to look for him. The receptionist 'piece meal' me the information little by little, first confirming they could get me a shuttle, then confirming the time it could pick me up, by the time they could confirm the price of the shuttle, I already had made other arrangements since I could not trust the hotel to follow through on providing me a shuttle for sure.

- TRIS (10/5): A GREAT PLACE TO STAY! - THIS HOTEL IS VERY NICE AND CLEAN AND THE STAFF ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. THE HOTEL IS VERY CLOSE TO THE ENTRANCE OF THE CITY COMING FROM MANAGUA AND IT IS VERY EASY TO FIND. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE.
