Guest Reviews
- Seth 4Life (10/5): One of the Best Hotel Breakfast - Location Perfect & Awesome view from the restaurant Worth the price
- Ana Isabel (8/5): estancia feliz - si nada
- R. Scott (10/5): Stayed here over the years and will continue to comeback. - The property has everything I need and is in great shape. The people are all super friendly and personable.
- Pilotbenke (8/5): -
- Leila (10/5): - Room was very clean and the king bed was so comfortable You can really hear the other people it’s just not very sound proof but our white noise did the trick so wasn’t an issue for us😊
- LocalVisitorJuly2018 (8/5): Great place to break up a journey - We stayed for a night on our way from Calgary to Fernie. The place was great as a stop over and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good so we didn’t have to go and look for anything in the morning. I would say here again if we were doing something similar.
- Geldenhuys (5/5): - It is very clean There was no plug in the bathtub .
We only had 1 very thin blanket.
The bed creaked every single time you turned or moved, like it rested on a large tin!
The towels are very old hard.
The breakfast was appalling!
- Tim (8/5): would stay there again - ok could improve , location good variety
- James (7/5): -
- Debra (8/5): Generally real good. Would definitely stay again - Convenient location and reasonable rates ; are pet friendly and we were able to bring our dog with us 👍🏻 Property was good. We had someone above our room that was quite noisy while we were trying to sleep. Sounded like was doing exercises 🙄
- James (9/5): -
- Nicolaas (7/5): - Beim Frühstück gibt es ein Pancakemaschine, nicht nur für Kindern richtig toll.
Gute Adresse auf der Durchreise nach Cranbrook.
- William (10/5): Been coming here for a few years now, will continue to. - Convenient location, clean, quiet, great breakfast and attentive staff. Nothing
- Dennis (10/5): -
- Jack (8/5): I would stay there again. - The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I had no dislikes.
- Donald (7/5): - breakfast was O K but not exceptional.
- Keleegh (10/5): I would return and recommend to friends - I skipped breakfast. Tks
- Glenda (9/5): -
- MacDonald (7/5): - The breakfast was not great. The eggs, French toast and hash browns very cold with no way to reheat them on site. Other options were fine. I usually stay about 40 nights a year at a Wyndham hotel and this is the only one where the breakfast was that cold.
- David (10/5): - Great breakfast spread with lots of options and decent coffee maker.
- Dave (9/5): - Clean, friendly and very good value. Nothing
- Don (10/5): -
- Philip (1/5): -
- Louis (10/5): Was good - Great location and comfortable stay!
- Gesine (8/5): -
- Darcie (9/5): The Travelodge far exceeded my expectations, would highly recommend. - Superb customer service, although an older hotel the premisis was updated and clean.
- slightlys2016 (2/5): Worst Hotel chain around - Poor service from employees. Not enough people on staff. Beds were hard as rocks. Continental breakfast was bland and machines didn'twork. Technology is from 2010. Pizza is okay
- Crystal (10/5): -
- adrian (5/5): -
- Heather (10/5): We arrived at 9 pm and the restaurant was still open. We ordered our dinner, which was excellent service was exceptiona - Clean, dog friendly, welcoming staff Train near by
- Kendra (5/5): - Good price for accomodation in this area, staff were super friendly but probably wouldn’t stay here again. Could hear the people upstairs walking around , not much noise proofing if you are on the bottom floor.
Breakfast was a bit average, food could have been fresher, but had decent enough options- eggs/ French toast/ pancake maker/ yoghurt/ good coffee, juices, bananas/ oatmeal / cereal.
We ate dinner at the restaurant on site but felt the food was just microwaved. Paid a lot for dinner and was disappointed in the quality of food served. Food was served lukewarm and had to ask for it to be reheated. Would recommend dining elsewhere.
- M.van den Bovenkamp (9/5): -
- Lynne (8/5): - Clean modern rooms
- Kevin (8/5): - the staff was friendly enough and attended us when we needed things.
The place was very bare bones but clean enough
The rooms were definitely not soundproof but the people around us were quiet, other than the occasional whining andbarking dog
The parking lot was small and a little challenging with such big trucks in small spaces but we had just enough room for us
- Michael (7/5): -
- LeRoy (10/5): - clean rooms
- Wendy (1/5): DOORS SLAMMING ALL NIGHT LONG - Newly renovated SLAMMING DOORS ALL NIGHT LONG!!! No springs in the doors, so they SLAM LOUDLY. We could not sleep. It was the WORST NIGHT I have ever spent in any hotel ever!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!
- Mark (10/5): - Staff very kind
- Bryan (9/5): - We had a wonderful nights stay and would stay there again.
- Randy (8/5): - Just for a quick overnight, great bed!!
- TANYA (8/5): - Clean. Nice staff
But NO elevator and no grab bars in the very slick tub.
- Marleen (10/5): - Staff very pleasant.
- robert (6/5): -
- Stefan (7/5): -
- Michelle (6/5): - Everything was good except the noise. It was noisy in the mornings. The housekeepers were noisy.
- Dikshant (10/5): - Clean and nice staff
- Douglas (8/5): -
- Brad (10/5): - Was nice to stay there
- Heather (8/5): A great place to stay for a short trip when you have a day of activities - The rooms were fairly recently renovated. It was nice and comfortable to stay in. It was very small
- futureworld56 (10/5): This one time, at band camp…. - All was great. Rooms comfy and clean. A/c worked very well. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Continental breakfast was more than most places offer, so a nice bonus there.
- Bonnie (10/5): - Our room was very clean and comfortable. Also, quiet!
- Ken (8/5): - Room was clean. Bed comfortable.
- dundonkatie (2/5): Like sleeping in a 24hr factory. - Please don't ruin your vacation by staying here! Extremely low quality hotel, matched by extremely poor customer service to complaints. Extremely overpriced for a bed in a shed!
- Christopher (8/5): - The hotel was clean, newly renovated and the staff was amazing. The restaurant staff was also very friendly and helpful.
- 389jessyc (8/5): Great Stay! - Great Hotel, room was very comfortable and clean.
We enjoyed the location in the mountains and enjoyed the little town.
- Gerald (8/5): - Easy to find
- Richard (10/5): - This is a great place to stay
- Y7298ELjuliet (10/5): Fantastic travelodge. Great Rooms, food and bathtubs - The Travelodge in Blairmore Alberta is an excellent place to stay and eat. It’s very clean, all renovated, nice deep bathtub, fantastic restaurant for dinner located right in the hotel, the complementary continental breakfast offered many hot food options, many juices, fruits, yogurt, etc., and the staff were all amazing.
- Brian (10/5): - Great value hotel.
- Heidi (7/5): - Rooms were nice, and beds were comfy. Breakfast was ok, building is a bit dated, no hooks in the bathroom.
- Clayton (8/5): - Older building and small parking lot but was well maintained and exceptionally clean.
- Melissa (10/5): It was great, would definitely stay again :-) - Everything was really clean! The front reception staff was very friendly and helpful. They close at 10 pm but stayed open late as we were unable to be there before 10:30 pm. The breakfast was also fantastic, French toast, scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruit etc all great quality!
- Tooter1966 (8/5): Girls Golf Trip - The rooms were of adequate size. Some strange reason, the bed was soft and manageable, but by early morning, the mattress exams hard. Bring your own towels, they look dingy, could use some Clorox on them to remove the stains.
The breakfast was ok.
- stretton (10/5): Refurbished, clean, and awesome restaurant. Super staff. - Super friendly and very welcoming. They even had a resturant, which had amazing curry dishes. The samosas where a hit. Defo try the chicken korma and chicken biryani. They also had pizza, burger, fried chicken etc.
Hot breakfast was good. The TV in the room was a little hard to get to turn on. Finally worked it out, though.

- Anna (8/5): Onrustige bovenburen - Om 03:00 in de ochtend begonnen onze bovenburen continue op en neer te lopen in hun kamer, vloer kraakte waardoor we een onrustige nacht hadden.
- John (10/5): -
- Jaime (10/5): - The property is an older building, but it has been updated nicely and is immaculately clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was way more than a Continental - including scrambled eggs, hash browns, pancake machine, fresh fruit, etc.
- David (8/5): -
- JENNIFER (6/5): - Decent place but VERY noisy
- Kari (10/5): - This was a great place to stay, very clean and friendly staff. Great location to go sight seeing at all the small towns Coleman, Blairmore, Frank and Bellevue. There was also a great biking/walking trail that could be taken to see everything.
- Karen (10/5): - nice breakfast - clean rooms decent bed
- NEDDY (8/5): - The room was good and and reasonably quiet. The shower came on as soon as the water was turned on and wouldn't go to just the tub spout - small inconvenience.
- Rick (8/5): - It was nice but i found it a little expensive in the dinning lounge.
- Robert (10/5): - One night stay. Clean and comfortable
- Cameron (8/5): - Surprised at the hotel after looking at it from the outside. Obviously an old building and a bit dated but the rooms were clean and the beds were great. Added bonus was the restaurant off the front desk area where we had fantastic Indian food..The Butter Chicken and Tandoori Chicken with Naan and basmati rice were excellent!! Bonus time!
- philiptB359WY (8/5): Clean, friendly and great Indian food - Nice hotel…very friendly staff, clean rooms
GREAT Indian Restaurant…fantastic dinner and nice breakfast.
Thanks Guys
- Leslie (10/5): - A great place to stay close to Waterton Park and a lot cheaper than the places in Waterton. Friendly staff. And a great restaurant there too.
- Melissa (10/5): - Rooms have been recently upgraded and looked great. Bed was clean and comfy and tge rest of room immaculate.
- De Coninck (8/5): -
- Dianne (9/5): - Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good Had a little trouble figuring out how to turn on the tv
- Jennifer (8/5): - Friendly staff, convenient location. Typical small older motel with comfortable beds. Restaurant was OK for dinner, nothing amazing but for being the only Indian restaurant in town, and in the motel, it was nice to have the option. The breakfast included was decent for it being advertised as continental, with some warm options (vegetarian only). Only complaint was the cleanliness of the room, floors were quite dirty so we kept footwear on, and creaky floors from the room above. Noise was not unexpected from reading others reviews, we were prepared with ear plugs. Otherwise was a good option for one night passing through.
- Scott (6/5): - Beds have metal frames so they are creaky no big deal … also tub had some strange looking dirt by the drain.. also
Shower diverter is not a standard diverter.. you have to pull the tub faucet down to get the shower to work
- Leslie (10/5): - The restaurant "Spice Lounge and Pizza" at the motel has great food. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here to avoid the high prices around Waterton Park
- Leslie (10/5): - Had a great 2 night stay. Chose to stay here rather than to pay the high prices at Waterton Park.
- Dianne (10/5): Great stay - Great hotel tucked in a quiet small town of Blairmore. The bed was so comfy so we had a good night sleep. The breakfast was amazing, complete with hot foods.
- Leslie (10/5): - A good place to stay close to Waterton Park without paying the super high prices there.
- Lindsey (8/5): - Lots of food selection, beds not Super comfortable
- Cheri (8/5): -
- terry (8/5): - Great
- Terry (8/5): - Easy location, quick checkin process
- Jane (8/5): - It was very moderately priced. We had a great night's sleep and a nice breakfast, more than continental. It's in a very beautiful part of the country, not too far from Waterton Peace Park.
- David (10/5): - Clean and comfortable
- Umair (10/5): -
- Michaela (8/5): - Clean rooms and nice staff
- Ahmad (10/5): - Very nice hotel
- Connie (10/5): - Walking distance to downtown and trail along the river
- Noreen (8/5): - I enjoyed a lovely night at the motel with my dog. It was spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very nice -excellent coffee! It’s a basic motel but a great place to base yourself if you want to explore the Crowsnest pass. On those hot summer days, for anyone staying with kids, it’s a three minute walk to the outdoor pool!
- Anastasia (2/5): - Absolutely awful.
The room stank like it was cleaned with a filthy rag. We found a yogurt cup under the bed. At night, the ceiling creaked so loud we thought the building might collapse. Rusty faucets, zero cleanliness, and no sense of safety.
Never again.
