- Kozue (9/5): 小さい子供がいたので助かりました - スタッフのみなさんが、とても良くしてくださいました。 1歳児がいたのですが、部屋と貸切風呂にベビーソープを準備してくださいました。 貸切風呂にはベビー用にバスチェアも準備してくださいました（低月齢の子にも使えるものもあります。） オムツ用のゴミ箱も準備されてました。 3階だったのですが、海が見えにくかったです。 目の前が砂浜ですが、松林が成長したからですね。

- ヒコイチ (10/5): お休み時間 - 休みという感じにさせてくれる場所でした。全てが円滑で快適で素晴らしいおもてなしだと思います。 3連泊だったのに、初め上の駐車場を案内されたので、できれば事前にホテル前をとってもらえればな～ くらいでした。大浜がBBQ禁止になっていたのが本当に残念でした。それを目的にホテルを取ったので！

- masaharu (7/5): mannzokudesita - 朝食は混雑する時間帯を外して行きました。あまり混雑もなくゆっくりおいしくいただきました。また、子供を連れての宿泊でしたがプールがとても好評でした。 車での旅行でしたが、上の駐車場が狭く駐車するのに時間がかかった。車の車種に応じて止める場所を工夫したほしい。
- kazuyuki (6/5): 料金体系を除けば良かった。 - 大浴場、部屋、朝食バイキングなどニューアワジグループの中でも特に良かった施設でした。 ２部屋を利用したが、１部屋は料金体系がわからず、追加料金が当日発生した。 なぜなのか不明！ あと１部屋は予約時の通り。

- hiroyuki (9/5): とても良い旅行でした。 - 温泉が色々あって楽しめ、ベッドや布団も良く快適でした。また、朝食バイキングも料理の種類が豊富でとても美味しかったです。 小さい子供用の遊び場があるので期待していましたが、思っていたもりも小規模なものだったので、少し残念でした。

- Oren (6/5): - Good location and room was spacious and clean. The private onsen had a nice view. Breakfast was delicious with nice selection. The hotel feels a little bit older with nodern facilities we found in other hotel such as laundry. There wasnt a lot of signs or info in English. Just for awareness, unlike other places we stayed before this hotel was strict on no tattoos in the Onsen except if you book the private one which was additional pay (totally respecting this decision and given there are not as many western tourists in this area it makes sense).
- Sandrine (7/5): - Bel hôtel avec vue sur mer. Petit déjeuner buffet superbe dans une belle salle avec vue mer. Service de prise en charge de la voiture top! Nous avions choisi la chambre style japonais : très belle mais les futons étaient vraiment très dur. Nous avions déjà testé ce type de couchage la nuit précédente avec beaucoup plus de confort!(2 couches de futons) Malgré cela nous n avons pas mal dormi !

- Milky (10/5): 最高でした！ - スタッフの方々が終始丁寧に対応して下さり、 色々宿泊施設がある中で ここを選んでよかったと思いました。 貸切風呂も広くて心地よく、 家族で非日常を楽しむ事ができました。 朝食ビュッフェもどれも美味しくて 淡路島の味も堪能できました！ ゲームセンターにプリクラがあると記載しており、 思い出作りにと楽しみに向かったらなくて、 聞くと半年前くらいに撤去されたとの事。 今後の為にも文章を削除していただいた方が 同じ思いをする方がいなくなるのでは？と思いました。
- Kishida (5/5): 淡路島ならではの旅館 - ご飯は地元の食材が使われており、とても美味しくいただきました。温泉も種類が豊富で、ゆっくり楽しむことができました。 また、浜辺がすぐそばにあり、海を眺めながら散歩できたのも良かったです。 別館のロビーがとても寒く感じられました。 部屋のエアコンの音も大きいように感じました。夜は音が気になり、消して寝ました。 また、布団を追加した際に別途料金がかかった点も少し気になりました。 チェックイン時には、こちらがお伝えした内容がうまく伝わっていなかったようで、手続きに少し手間がかかりました。さらにフロントに電話をした際も、すぐに対応していただけなかったため、少し残念に感じました。全体的に、もう少しスムーズに対応していただけると、より快適に過ごせたと思います。

- Fei (7/5): Exceed expectation, could’ve been better - Facilities and amenities. Room size is generous. Breakfast was excellent. Decor is lovely. Channel TV options are good. The 2 onsens are large Staff helpfulness at reception wasn’t helpful at all. They knew we would be staying at the connecting building. If they don’t speak English well and they knew we were foreigners, they should have escorted us to our room. We had to go through up down the lift with our luggage to find our room.

- Kumiko (5/5): - お土産が充実していた。お風呂に置いてあるシャンプーがとても良い香りで、絶対買って帰ろうと 思ったが、売り切れ？で置いてなく残念。 別館のお風呂が遠い。いつも朝晩入りに行くが、とても歩かされるので一度でいいやという感じ。 朝ごはんと風呂しか利用しないのにフロントの説明が長い。 詳しくは書かないが手違いがあっても非を認めない。それだけで全てが台無しになる事を従業員は分かってない。
- Chiharu (9/5): 最高でした！ - こちらのミスで夕食の予約をしておらず、チェックインの時に当日の空きを確認したにもかかわらず、迅速に対応していただきました。朝食も含めとても美味しく満足しました。すべてのスタッフさんの対応がどの時間帯でも素敵でした。また、お風呂の空き情報も知ることができ、快適に入ることができました。 個人的なことですが、部屋に蜘蛛がぶら下がっていて怖いと感じていました。放置していましたが特に動くこともなかったので大丈夫でしたが、、
