Walking distance to SLEC and everything you need. I will highly recommend this hotel, worth it for your money. The only thing i don't like is there is no microwave. We can't heat our food.

The room is huge for us.but the amenities inside the room like shampoo and toothpaste is not enough but its okey cause we brought our needs No one clean the room while we stayed..the towel we have is still the towel we use..and 2nd our nearby rooms are so noisy..we cant even sleep and rest .. No microwave for our food to reheat. No plate only cups and saucer..

However, the room was disappointingly expensive for what it offered. The internet connection was unreliable and slow, making it frustrating for work or streaming. On top of that, the AC unit desperately needs replacement. It struggled to cool the room, leaving it uncomfortably warm even on high settings. For the price, I expected much better comfort and amenities. Overall, I’d recommend it only if location is your top priority and you’re okay with subpar room quality.

• Ava Gyle (8/5): Overall, great value for money - Spacious room, staff is kind, friendly and very accomodating. Very close to estabishments and malls. Beds were a little too stiff. Elevators were clunky and need to be updated/repaired/oiled.

• John (7/5): convenient place to stay if you have an SLEC appointment - proximity to SLEC and very large and spacious rooms Lack of wall sockets bedside. there were only 2 wall sockets in our room.. 1 behind the tv and 1 near the aircon which was very inconvenient.. even the water perculator didnt have its own wall socket.. their security guard at night was playing on his phone all the time and when we asked for assistance in the parking lot, he appears to be irritated as if he didnt want to be bothered, unpleasing and unhelpful attitude, not really the type of security guard you want guarding your business.

• Brillante (7/5): Awesome experience! - I booked for my family to have their medical at St Luke's extension, they liked the Paragon Hotel bec it is very near the clinic and near US Embassy. Staffs are very helpful and courteous to them. Thank you very much!

The bed was quite hard and there was no tea or coffee and no snacks or meals available even though the room had a full description of a meal menu. The only problem is that it wasn't available.

The staff, especially the security, were very polite and accommodating. The door locks are outdated, and I hope they consider replacing them with key card access. I felt a bit unsafe.

Towels are limited to only 2 per day else with charge if more no face and hand towels in the bathroom. White towels turn to dirty white. The WORSE is OUR ROOM DOOR KEY KNOB IS BROKE ANY KEY COULD FIT AND OPEN THE DOOR WE AND OUR STUFF ARE NOT SAFE THE ENTIRE STAY.

The tub was disgusting, rusted and clogged up as was the sink. No one came to change sheets. Only 2 tiny little circular soap bars. Food was brought in plastic containers as if ordered from a fast food location instead of a hotel. It was clear that cleanliness and customer service were not their priorities. Never again!
