• Monika (6/5): - Super Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Hier stimmt Preis-Leistung einfach nicht. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist dunkel und alles ist feucht, klamm und riecht muffig. Beim einchecken fällt das nicht soo stark auf, da das Fenster offen war. Aber sobald dieses zu ist, wirds unangenehm. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Zudem waren viele kleine Fliegen im Zimmer und im Innenhof.

• Jeney (8/5): Jó volt, ár érték arányban jól döntöttünk, hogy ezt választottuk. - Szuper helyen van, éttermek, üzletek, buszmegálló minden pár percre megtalálható. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Minden nap takarítottak, minden nap tiszta törölközőt adtak. Nem volt melegvíz a szobában, csak a hideg folyt.

No value for money here or prehaps in the whole of Marbella

• Guido (9/5): Oase van rust in het oude centrum van Marbella! - Hele fijne centrale plek in Malaga. Kamers zijn verzorgd en schoon. De patio en dakterras zijn gezellige plekken om te zitten. Je kunt gebruik maken van koelkast, magnetron en waterkoker. Ik kon mijn fiets op de patio kwijt. Vriendelijk personeel!
• Renate (9/5): - Es ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Innenhof ist sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist spitze. Hatten in der ersten Nacht ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Leider war der Geruch im Zimmer sehr schlecht. Es roch sehr feucht und modrig. Am 2. Tag hatten wir das Zimmer im ersten Stock, hier war alles perfekt!
• Franziska W. (5/5): - Beide Terrassen sind ganz nett und Waschbecken ist im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr ungemütlich und dunkel. Alle Zimmer sind direkt gelegen an einem überdachten Außenflur, weshalb die Fenster direkt zum Gang gehen. Dadurch ist es einmal sehr laut (+angrenzende Baustelle) und bei geöffnetem Fenster können alle ins Zimmer schauen. Die Gemeinschaftstoiletten/Dusche wird zu wenig gereinigt. Die "Küche" okay ausgestattet, meisten ist das Geschirr aber dreckig, abgespült werden kann es nur mit kaltem Wasser auf der Terrasse. Stühle auf den Terrassen sind sehr unbequem.

A great option for a bed and a shower on a budget. - Great location, clean, nice courtyard and layout, quiet and the shared bathroom was always available. Room and window arrangement left it a little dim at times. Massive list of very draconian rules and warnings about fines - gives the impression most visitors are very young and rowdy, although it was very quiet during my stay. No alcohol or visitors allowed.

Kitchen area was very basic but fine to make a cuppa in the mornings. The terrace seating was metal bistro tables, which weren’t really used by many, would have been nice to have something more comfortable to relax on.

• Monika (10/5): - Die Lage war perfekt. Der Lärm. Die Wände sind sehr dünn. Ich konnte meinen Zimmernachbarn schnarchen hören. Die Gäste sind laut wenn sie Nachts betrunken in die Pension kommen und knallen Türen. Da kann aber die Pension nichts für. Nehmt Ohrstöpsel mit.

• Conny (5/5): Sehr gute Lage -Ausstattung naja - Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in der Altstadt, in der Nähe sind Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist nur 5 Min. entfernt. Das Personal war schlecht zu verstehen, die Terrasse im unteren teilweise gesperrt. Unser 4-Bett-Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad, andere Zimmer mussten sich ein Bad teilen. Der Abflussgeruch und die Risse in den Wänden sowie Schimmelflecken an den Fenstern und im Bad waren nicht schön. Die Ausstattung war sehr altbacken und das Etagenbett sehr wackelig.

• Monika (6/5): Preisleistung stimmt - Bequeme Betten, saubere Zimmer, sauberes Gemeinschaftsbad. Preisleistungsverhältnis absolut fair. Es war sehr laut. Die Gäste haben Nachts die Türen geknallt, die Straße zur anderen Seite ist sehr belebt. Ohrstöpsel sind zu empfehlen. Die Terrasse war bis morgens 8 Uhr gesperrt. Man kommt nicht an den Wasserkocher, wenn man morgens um 7Uhr vor dem Training einen Tee trinken möchte.
• Valeria (5/5): Posizione perfetta, albergo okay ma con servizio paragonabile ad un ostello comunque. - Posizione perfetta e super romantica, tutto raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. tutto il resto passabile per un soggiorno comunque da non trascorrere in albergo. Asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno, stanza pulita, acqua calda sempre disponibile, riscaldamento/aria condizionata disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo accettabile visti i prezzi di tutte le altre location. L’illuminazione naturale e artificiale era molto povera. Il bagno non aveva la ventilazione e la camera non veniva pulita quotidianamente. Le stanze non sono ben isolate acusticamente, per chi ha problemi a riposare, probabilmente da evitare.

• OLEKSII SHYLIN (10/5): - Уютно , качественно. Залог 50 евро наличными, не то что бы не понравилось, но я не видел этого в описании перед бронированием. Это минус , так как не все кто приезжает может иметь при себе наличные деньги.
• Christopher (7/5): Séjour contrasté - Hôtel situé dans le centre historique de Marbella. Personnel serviable et agréable. Parties communes bien décorées et propres. Le petit patio andalou est lui aussi agréable. La chambre est correcte pour le prix. À notre arrivée, la chambre était froide et humide, plus particulièrement la salle de bain. Des traces de moisissure étaient présentes sur le plafond. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas mais, une fois avertie, la gérante nous a fourni rapidement un chauffage d’appoint, ce qui nous a permis de bien dormir. La chambre manque d’équipement, notamment pour poser les serviettes.
